I gave them 5 star about 3 years ago when they were giving great massage, but lately the quality went down the drain, as well as their attitude.the very last time I went there, I hated the experience, and gave them $5 tip instead of my usual $20 tip on top of the $40 fee, and they told me the minimum tip is $10what about all those times when I was tipping $20??I went there 2 times a month regularly for 3-4 years, and they never said $20 is too much tip, but only one time I gave $5, they gave me an attitude! you should be happy for the $5 tip since your massage wasnt worth tipping.Found a new location for massage, WILL NEVER GO BACK TO j&j AGAIN!!!you lost my business Sally.

Let’s start with me and my sister came to this spa to get a 90mins full body massage, they made us pay right away before getting our service done then we got a mediocre service and felt like they don’t what they’re doing. Despite of that me and my sister decided to still tip them 10% and when we about to leave they were complaining about the tips and stopping us from leaving! So we we’re force to tip more even though we weren’t satisfied about their service! I strongly not recommend this spa at all!!!

I have been coming to this place for years (5 or 6). It is the BEST in the valley. Usually go there for full body massage, had issues with back, shoulder pain and come out feeling better for at least 3-6 months. My health is priceless and leave tip from $10-$20, depending how good the masseuse is. Im coming back👏👍👍

The massage is good with any of the ladies, the price is good for what you receive but the beds have a bad smell They should be more careful and cleanerAtte: sally

The massage was a 10 out of 10 . I wouldve given this place 5 stars if it wouldnt have been for the owner or co-owner asking me if I was gonna leave a tip. I had paid with my debit card and didnt have any cash on me , so I told her I can add it to my bill. I left $10 tip . She asked what about her ? Meaning my mom. I told her thats $5 from me and $5 from her. She said $5?? . My understanding of the tipping part is you leave what you want to leave as a tip. Ive never not tipped . But for her to have asked me . I found it kind of odd.

The place is okay. The massage table is very hard I ended up leaving in more back and hip pain than I came in with. I did a 60min foot massage. It was more of a 40min leg massage and 20mins foot. Listen to the reviews that say they hound you for tip. It was honestly ridiculous because I’m a 20% tipper but they hound you so much it makes you not want to tip.. it’s ridiculous. Overall I won’t be returning. The massage was average at best.

This place used to be good... but now its just disgusting... smells like mold, the masseuse have bad attitude, half the time they are answering phone calls and talking to each other and definitely dont buy gift certificates this is a shameless and dishonest establishment.

I won! I won! I hit the lotto with this place. What a great massage I had. Felt like a million bucks. And it only cost 40.00 for one hour. It was so good I felt like I was cheating them by only giving them a 20.00 tip. I went to a regular spa in San Barbara and paid 120.00. Before the tip and it wasnt half as good.

I would have given this place 4 stars but when the massages were done (I went with a friend and they paid $70 for us both) they asked us for a tip. It was my birthday so I wasnt going to leave a tip If I didn’t pay for the service. They wouldn’t let us leave without tipping it was so weird. 3 workers were just talking amongst each other and wondering why no tip and to please add the tip on the card. My friend was embarrassed that they couldn’t leave a tip and we left the place with all three workers looking baffled. It was the weirdest experience. Sometimes you get tips and sometimes you don’t. This place demands tips and will ask you repeatedly before you go and hold on to you and the conversation of giving a tip. It’s rude to ask for a tip and even more rude to keep demanding for it when my friend repeatedly said they don’t have enough on their card. I don’t know what my friends situation was and why they couldn’t leave a tip but don’t make my friend feel bad about it.

J&J Foot Spa is the best place to relax. Affordable and clean. The owner Sophia is so nice and welcomes every guest with open arms. Its a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. Both sisters (they are twins by the way) are skilled massage therapist. I am now overdue for another massage and look forward going there.

My husband and I went to this massage place in NoHo. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed our massages very much loved the hot stones. Will definitely return. Thanks

The new old lady touches inappropriately to the customers. Highly dissatisfied. Shame on your staff.

Really great experience n best will defenetly b going again great service from beginning till end n massage is the best I went in a lil why n uncouterble because I had my children n right away I walked n there feeling welcome n ready to b relax was helped right away even help me out with my baby as there were calm this is my spot beyond 5 stars there the best all staff friendly n smily faces all staff u guys are the best I really recoment this spot to anyone
