Their customer service is the best. Hands down. Time after time they always go above their way to make me more satisfied than I already am. For example, I picked up my terpene order and asked if they could sale me a vape pen...they literally handed it to me for free, and this is not the first time they do something like this for me. Also, you can shop around in downtown LA for terpenes but I guarantee you they are not of high quality like those supplied by Peak Supply Co. Honestly, for me the customer service and product quality go hand and hand. If I could give them more stars I would, but I hope I can at least show my gratitude to them through this review. This is thee best place i have ever ever ordered from ive tried two other companys whos diluent turned my oil straight black and was complete failed attempts. Came across peak supply co and duuuuude straight game changers and the fact that its all organic is the cherry on top. Tried their Viscosity booster same process as ive always done prior to using their product annnnnnnnnd what do u know no black oil, no seperation, no chemical taste, big clouds, smooth hits that let yu taste everything. And their terpenes dude dnt get me started and make this any longer...lemme just say this if i hadnt ordered from peak supply co i was guna throw in the towel i love them, got my confidnce back and all so sending my love from Glendale,AZ. Peak supply co is awesome! I’ve been driving downtown to the Asian and Indian owned shops for years not knowing this gem was right 30 mins closer, almost the same distance but waaaay less traffic, much better than the hour or two I’m use to.I’ll tell you what I got and break it down for you10,000 CCELL cartridges5,000 King XL cartridges(I think that’s what they’re called)5,000 ivory cartridges30k small packaging boxes2k display boxes2 liters of various terpsFirst of all... we’ve filled all the cartridges and aside from 2 leaks and 2 broken cartridges everything was spot on. Usually when I buy this amount we get a couple hundred leaks and about another hundred or so that just don’t fire. The carts aren’t the biggest loss, it’s all the oil that we have to spend days just to recover. On top of that, I called back to asked about new packaging options and mention the few broken carts... they offered to replace em! I’ve never worked with a company that has been willing to do that, absolutely amazing.The CCELLs - super reliable as always and have all the appropriate features we look for when it comes to Chinese knock offs.King XL - one of he most beautiful gold cartridges I’ve ever seen and they work like a charm!Ivory cartridge - stunning cartridge very similar in looks to some ccell cartsI have bought from DTLA but! I can’t remember what they said exactly or why but I can tell you these pull much smoother and give you a much bigger and more satisfying rip, personallyTerps - so many brands sell the same strain as other strains! Or at least it smells like it... we only have 4 strains currently but I was happy to see the huge selection for future products and I am excited to smell the new flavors coming out 🤤Packaging - we worked for 2 weeks with peak to perfect our designs and the final product was absolutely breath taking... We are so excited to share this with our customers. can’t wait for the finals to arrive. They were so helpful in explaining the design process and each factor that made our packaging unique and exciting which coming from a cultivator was very eye opening and fun. Who knew creating packaging involved so much?Anyways before I write a book on here I just wanted to say that we are beyond satisfied with the service and quality of product we received and look forward to much much more, thank you guys! Been coming here for the last month for wholesale terpenes and cartridges. Custmer service is king and these guys are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to terps. The guys who usually help me didnt seem to mind that i had a lot of questions and were super chill about taking cash. Definitely not going to be going downtown and sitting in traffic anymore!
