Lilac Massage on Craig

Hands down the best massage we have had here in Vegas. To think we drove across town and we had the best spot down the street from our house. The price is not the cheapest but the service is the best which equals great value! The ladies are very personable and great attention to detail. We go almost every other month, and we plan to keep going.

We have always had a good experience at this location. Until today. When we got there, we saw the prices have gone up, again. We always pay cash since they offer a discount for doing so. Unfortunately, we only had so much cash on us, so when it came time to tip, it was a little lower than we usually would have done. When I handed the girl who did me a $20, she literally just turned and walked away, no thank you, nothing. Then when my husband was done, he gave the girl a $20 and she replied thats all? I give you good massage my husband said if he would have known they raised their pricing, he would have had more cash, he then found another $5 and gave it to her, she continued to say she works hard, etc. Seriously! I found this beyond rude! We have always been generous tippers. I was considering bring back a little more cash for them, but not now. They just lost out on the remainder.

1 hour massage felt rushed. It was nice, staff friendly, place was clean. I just felt like she was moving fast for some reason. Pretty sure I was the only person in there so not sure what the rush was. I went during the most non busy time.

I have visited this place a few times. I like the combo massage because they separate the foot massage from the body massage. They have you in a chair and soak your feet first. Then they do the foot massge which is always amazing. The prices are great and the massage therapists, while all female, do an amazing job of asking if everything is OK. Very relaxing. Definite recommend.

So I read all the reviews on Google as well as yelp and still decided to go here. Let me just say that I was far from disappointed. It was one of the best experiences Ive ever had in my life. This was my first massage ever and it was super affordable. I am here in Vegas on a work trip and I will definitely be coming back the next time Im here.Also, I am the kind of person that believes in tipping. That said though I tip based on my experience. Today I tipped almost 50% of my own free will because it was that good. So when I see reviews of people complaining about tipping I can only think that either they are a**holes or a cheapskate. If you go to some stake houses they automatically add a 18% tip to the bill. So stop complaining. I loved my experience and it was clean and professional environment and my body feels more relaxed than I think I have ever felt before. I just wish I would have gotten my masseuse name.

Called and was able to get in for an immediate couples massage. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and great service. Prices are extremely reasonable. Hot stones and oil treatment was just what I needed during my visit to Las Vegas. Thank you! 🌺

I always get a good massage at Lilac! Jason, the owner, always has Skilled and experienced staff. The ladies treat you like a king, always checking in to make sure they are using the right pressure, and that you are comfortable. I am usually able to text them, letting them know what time and day that I would like an appointment, and they are happy to schedule.I can’t say enough great things about this business. They provide a wonderful service and I always leave feeling very relaxed and refreshed!! Thanks Jason!

I just had an amazing 60 minute prenatal foot reflexology massage by Cindy. She put me to sleep. Her pressure was perfect not too soft and not too hard either. Loved that hot stones were incorporated at the end. So relaxing!! I’ll be back.

I’ve been here several times. The staff are super friendly. It’s not your typical massage parlor and it also depends on who you get. Some focus more on massage while others focus on reflexology. It’s worth a visit.

Very unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would. Look at their yelp reviews, several people with my same experience(on yelp you can’t have reviews removed like you can on google, that’s why there are pretty much only positive reviews on google. Yelp is another story) I have gone to the lilac massage on Simmons before and never had an issue. I came to the Craig location tonight because Simmons couldnt get me in until later. The massage was actually good, I was happy and planned on coming back. When I went to pay is when the problems started. I paid for the service in cash, they offer a discounted rate if you pay in cash. My service was $75, and I gave the front desk $100. He gave me change of $25 but did not break down the bills. I planned on tipping $15, but because he didnt give me change I had to look in my wallet and only had $13. I gave the massage therapist the $13 and said thank you. She counted the money as I was putting my things away, then turns to the man who is front desk and says something in a language that I dont speak. Im awkwardly standing there and started to walk out the door and front desk said you need to tip $15. I said firstly tips are optional, and secondly you didnt break down my change so that I could. I then asked for change for a $20(which I shouldnt have done) and gave the girl $15. I asked front desk if the owner was there, or when they would be in. He said you can call the number. I did call when I got home and spoke to someone named Emily, she was very kind. She said the owner only comes in like once a month. She asked what happened and I explained the situation. She said they are not supposed to do that and she apologized several times. I appreciated her apology. However based on the several other reviews with experiences similar to mine, this is their business practice. Its extremely rude and incredible unprofessional. Stay far far far away from this place!! Give your money to another massage establishment. I hope the owner will do something, as they are going to lose business by doing this. This defeated the entire purpose of getting a massage by ending it this way.

Omg this place is amazing. Just got a full body massage and it was worth every dollar. This woman did a deep massage that worked wonders. Strong hands. Ill be making this my routine massage every month.

First time here and I will be back! Clean and comfortable rooms. Very relaxing atmosphere and the employees were very nice. I got the 90 min combo massage and it was amazing. They massaged me the full 90 mins as well.

First time here and Yo-Yo was very good!! I did the 60 minute massage and they massaged from head to toes, literally. They had some additional steps that others that Ive been to dont have and its definitely worth it. She would tell me certain points that had a lot of tense and would work around it. She frequently asked if i was okay or if i needed to soften the pressure. A slight language barrier but nothing we couldnt understand. I will definitely be coming back. One negative thing I did want to note is that when opening/closing door she wasnt as quite as it should have been.I see reviews about tipping and the business asking for more. I did not experience any of that. I only tipped $10 for a 60 minute session.

This place is great, the girls were so nice and professional. Definitely better than the massages I get in California, they not only massage my back she adjusted me as well.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My first time was last week 3/26/2022 at a 3pm time slot and I got a full body massage, it was good but I found I had to keep explaining and repeating myself because the lady who did my massage didnt understand english, so it was a little frustrating but I tipped $20. Since my first time was good, I wanted to make this a weekly massage, so I booked again today 4/3/2022 and had my appt. at 8pm. Same lady from last time, did my massage again today and like last week I tipped her $20 then she had the nerve to BOLDLY ask me for MORE TIP MONEY!!!! It was very UNCOMFORTABLE and I politely told her NO.LILAC MASSAGE, you just lost a weekly customer (I was planning on going twice a week) I will be HAPPY to take my business elsewhere where people arent greedy, theyre appreciative and PROFESSIONAL!

It really does make a difference when a person providing a service, speaks your language. It would help if they learned their body parts. She hurt my feet instead of making them feel better.They give you a contract but not because they will read your request for massage specifics. They pay to remove bad reviews. My friends also got massages here but their reviews were blocked for telling the truth.The room was clean and quiet. She never closed the door. They dont over book, so you get helped fast. They have lots of parking. They offer you a bottle of water when you are done.

I received a 90 min massage. Staff are friendly and professional. Extremely clean environment. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment and I was able to send my husband the same day as well! I will be returning soon!

I went for a massage today first time I was going to tip the lady was going to my car first to get some more cash when the gentleman stopped me said u can’t leave until u pay a tip I just had paid 160.00$ I asked if it was mandatory he said yes so I had a twenty in my purse gave that and he still says it was three ppl my daughters said they had already tipped for us all not going back I don’t like to be forced or treated like that
