I went in because I haven’t been able to sleep well for 4 days. I was helped by a man named Brandon and he started off the conversation after I told him my sleep issues with a really uplifting statement on how he has just gone through a similar problem from moving to day shifts from nights. He recommended a great house brand strain for me and EVERYONE! I went OUT. That man’s knowledge fixed my life and I’m so thankful! THANK YOU BRANDON! This is the best Dispensary by far in Vegas. Great Spot, Good Bud, Good Vibes, and Great People.... very informative and willing to work with you. The flower is good as well as the pre rolls. I usually ask the bud tender what do they prefer, what have they smoked, or what would they recommend. The bud is prices pretty decently its the taxes that do it for me but if you have an industry card your taxes are basically covered.

I looove thrive! But I bring my bag EVERY SINGLE time I come in for the sole reasons of avoiding the fee/ recycling & somehow I still have to remind them to take it off. Annoying, & happens way too often for it to feel like an accident anymore.

The service was INCREDIBLY NICE! I am a new local and I just flew in that night to buy a pre roll. Not only was it a good price ($10) but it was very good quality as well. The girl at the counter at 1am on 2/28 ( forgot her name) was a real doll!

I came to this dispensary to get a pre roll that cost 13 dollars when I went to pay with my debit card I was told they had to charge me 23.50 but will give me the difference in cash. When I got home I saw the white lady at the drive through gave me 4 dollars back in cash but charged me 23.50 plus 2.50 atm fee l. This place is doing something illegal the whole thing didn’t make sense that you basically doubled charged my card for a total of 26.50 and gave me 4 dollars back for a 13. Dollar pre roll. They ARE SCAMMERS IF YOU GO HERE BRING CASH DONT HAND THese PEOPLE YOUR CARD THEY ATE A BUNCH OF THEIVES BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

The overnight manager didnt let me get my pick up order due to them being understaffed and i tried to use their drive thru window and they refused service because I was on my electric scooter. I went out of my way to go to this location in the morning but now I see I need to take my money to other dispensaries

This place tries to sell you mystery bags where u dont know if its fresh or danky. I had to walk out because I think they didnt want me touching the mystery bag because it was too dry to even squish. I refuse to spend money on something I cant see or smell. Had to go to Zenleaf to get something resh, and I can see.

Everyone from the staff to management treats the customers like trash, the patrons who help keep the lights on are treated like they are a nuisance. I have never in my life been so disrespected. But they feel like cannabis sales does not need any customer service attached to it. It’s a deplorable dispensary with disgusting attitudes. Shop elsewhere, there are 100 dispensaries in Vegas that will treat you with RESPECT and appreciate your business!!!

Probably my least favorite dispensary visit to date. The facility is huge but despite that they’re pretty low on options here. I told the associate I was looking for a tincture and edibles and only had a handful of options for both. I felt rushed when receiving help and they present you everything via an iPad so you can’t actually look at the product. When I asked if there was a charge with debit card transactions the guy said no but there is in fact a 3.50 charge plus a weird policy where they have to round up to the nearest tenth and then give you the rest in change. The whole experience was booty and the tincture I got tastes the same.

Never had a bad experience here. The employees are so awesome and make for wonderful conversation. Also, can’t get over that amazing industry discount !!!

Wow the most humiliating moment of my life. First of all I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Every purchase you get points that you can redeem for product. I had enough for a preroll. I’ve never been charged for a bag or for anything in over the two years I’ve been there. I thought everyone liked me and I used to be super comfortable there as a gay man. But this morning it was the most humiliating moment ever. First I didn’t have a bag I had to find one then come back. Then out of no where they tried charging me a Kenny for the free preroll that I got with points the young light skinned heavy set. Manager who I never seen before. Wcompletely rude and acted as if I was a bumb. I told him I was never charged before and that I brought the bag. He rolled his eyes and said it doesn’t matter what they did before, Now I’m charging you for a penny . You want it or not? Luckily another client helped me out. The young white lady was very polite and I feel bad she had to witness me in such an emotional state. The young black lady also looked at me with distain. I don’t know if it’s because the manager there was also gay and he was just trying to be shady. But the fact is ive redeemed my points dozens of times with absolutely no money and the staff and management used to be more than helpful and kind as to make sure I was taken care. Everyone was new and they treated me like I was the new one. With comments like. “Don’t come to a dispensary without money.” Or “ I only have to weed but not the money” wow I’m not sure if I am ever gonna return with the crew that’s in there now. On Saturday may 25, 2024 at 8am. I’m gonna leave a review on Weedmaps as well so be careful and be sure to remember they don’t give nothing for free so the point program is false advertisement. With reef they have a disclaimer stating minimum purchase . Try reef they have better prices and they don’t make you feel like broke bumb for just trying to redeem some points so I can medicate and treat my anxiety and depression . But to be honest today’s experience triggered a severe mental heath episode and I’m extremely embarrassed.

Idk what happened to this place. I was loyal to this establishment for years, Ive seen good people come and go, but this will be the last time I shop here. The budtender was not transparent about the price, I asked what the price was, and when my order came out the budtender was a different person and it was a different price and when i said thats not the price was quoted, the budtender just brushed me off and said im not sure what to tell you, thats the price. I used to see this budtender here, her name was Maria or Mercedes I dont remember but she had the best customer service Ive had here. Thorough, knowledgeable and timely oh and actually knew the price of things! This place is going down hill i wont be back.

Thrives staff is always friendly and perfect. Theres a wide variety of quality products and a few convenient options for pick-up. I especially appreciate the drive-thru window! The prices are a bit high, but they do offer some discount sale items often enough. The debit card process feels dishonest. It states there will be a $3.50 charge but when you look at your account two days later theres an additional $2.50 charged separately. So in the end it actually costs $6 to use a debit card here.

Worst dispensary in Vegas!!! They have horrible customer service. Shop at the thousand other dispensaries in Vegas, better prices & better service! Don’t spend money with businesses who don’t appreciate their customers. They take customers for granted, and think they don’t need to be nice to people. Shop elsewhere. I go here all the time and my military discount is in the system all the time. The girl asked me for it and I said I didn’t have it on me. I told her it was in the system, she said she was a veteran. So I showed her my pics from the military she’s said I can’t use that. Again I said thinks the first time I’ve been asked for it and I’m already in the system. So she goes to get my order while they’re putting it together I hear here talking bad about me. I told her off and said you were talking s… about me I don’t appreciate it. You say you’re a veteran what did you do, sit behind a computer while I defended the country in the field. No go for this place don’t you ever talk bad about veterans again. You should be fired and ashamed of yourself. Poor excuse for an employee. I will never go back, young immature little girl.

My bf placed an order with these guys. This is the only dispensary he went to since moving here. After waiting 8 hrs after placing his order, after numerous emails, he got a response. The first response was they didnt have an order under his name. After screenshot of confirmation of order, he was told that Nevada statues prevent them from delivering to motels, hotels, apts and trailer parks. Would not recommend.

Having experienced various dispensary environments I must say that Thrive has always made me feel welcomed, informed, and met with a level of patience I think all consumers deserve. The staff is very personable while maintaining a sense of professionalism that is rare in a lot of businesses. When i walk it to thrive a couple of days ago, I was greeted by them by name. I love the atmosphere it was not the busiest time which is great for me ,I only had 20 minutes . Even if there is a wait time its no longer than 15 minutes their products are the best and the prices are great their local reward program is awesome. Ok

We had made an order online even received confirmation when we showed up to pick up our order we got turned away and basically told they dont have the strain we were looking for even though its on their site showing its for sale need to fix your website
