A good place for massage but not the best.I was invited for a friend.It’s located in North Las vegas. Easy access for parking.One hour massage is $60 if you pay in cash. It would be $70 if you pay with credit card. In my opinion a very stiff fee for using your card. That would be 16% increase for use of a card. Our tip $20 for each lady. Basically a $80 investment.They are punctual for your appointment.You will do a check in using a form where you specify the parts of your body that need more attention.It was not a whole body massage. My arms and hands were barely touched. The lady assigned to me massaged the parts I wanted to focus more leaving uncovered areas such from of my legs, arms, hands.The use of hot stones is good addition to the massage.If you go make sure you specify it’s a whole body massage.The room assigned to us had to massage beds. Only one chair to put the cloths of 2 people. They need to add an extra chair, one chair does not accommodate the clothes and belongings of 2 people.It would be nice if a diffuser is added in each room. I saw a diffuser in registration but it won’t cover the entire facility. The scent of essential oil is a must in a massage room.Towards the end I felt rushed even when they knock the door to check on us. Maybe they tough we fall asleep. That was not the case. We took our time dressing up.You will receive a bottle of water at the end.Ok option for a massage but needs some improvement to make it better.

The massage was not terrible but I have had better I paid $65 for 1 hour combination massage not expecting the best massage because $65 is very affordable for a massage however when it was time to pay I gave her $70 in cash the other $5 was for tip she completely ruined the experience for me when she said “that’s it? Just $5?” I didn’t know a higher tip was mandatory I ended up giving her five dollars more, but it was embarrassing and uncomfortable and it made everyone else in the room uncomfortable too.

Apart from a massage I had on a cruise, this stands as the best massage place Ive found in Las Vegas amongst three others.When I come in with any knots or particular areas of tension or pain, they are aptly able to pick up on these areas without me even having to tell them. Coupled with their skillful techniques and great pressure, its always a pleasant experience, and theyre very polite.When you arrive, they give you a clipboard and a form to fill out areas of desired attention. Me personally, due to work, the hands, arms, and neck usually require the most care. They always hit those spots and take care of the full body. They also employ the use of hot rocks, and use oils on your body throughout the experience that always have a lovely aroma when youre finished.For $70 cash, alongside a $20 or $25 tip (they truly deserve it!), youre getting a 1 hour experience thats more than worth the value versus the price point. For me personally, Ada has always catered to my needs perfectly, and I plan to continue coming here as I have multiple times before.

A must stop. Im from L.A. and needed a massage. My masseuse was Joy. I called at 8:25 p.m. and they closed at 9:30. I wanted 1:30 and they stayed late to honor my request. I was so greatful. Bring cash cuz is cheaper than card. She was amazing to say the least. Everyone was so nice and spoke English yay. Fair prices. Very clean. Cant say enough. Would give more stars but only allow 5. Joy helped heal my aching body. I have a great to cuz she earned every penny. Thank you Joy.

Literally the best massage I have ever had. Alina was the sweetest. I showed up and was greeted and treated so well by the gentleman who took my appointment just the night prior. My massage was incredible, she was able to work out a ton of the knots I had that were causing me massive pain. Since it was my first visit she wanted to make sure I throughly enjoyed the entire process and she gave me a hot stone massage and foot massage. It could not have gone any better. As I was leaving I booked another massage and left a $40 tip on an hour long massage. Thats how good she is.

I did a walk in today and this was hands down the best massage I’ve had in years. I felt like my therapist ready my body’s cues and worked all of the areas I requested the right amount. I was very impressed!

Massage wasn’t too bad it was the leaving that was terrible. As I thanked her for the massage the owner spoke very loudly and asked me “what about her tip” before I could even finish my sentence. He asked me multiple times about giving her a tip. I can tell I wasn’t the first person he has said this too & wont be the last. I’m sure he could easily pressure someone into doing so.

Went for a 90 min foot and full body massage and it was a great experience. Very clean, relaxing and professional environment. Recommend to all my family and friends.

Just had a 2 hr. Massage with Koko and it was amazing!! I like hard massage and she does it HARD and is highly skilled in pressure points and stretching ligaments. Cash price is only $140 for 2.0 hrs plus tip.

Very pleased and satisfied with the service. They were able to fit a party of four. They didnt rush us and all four of us had a great massage. The full body does not include foot massage so pick the combo. Best price for a massage $55 with hot stones. Cant beat that, plus the place is very clean which is a plus. Will definately be going back to this place. They also give u a water at the end. I feel good and it was worth the drive

Lilac Massage continues to impress! The atmosphere inside this place is comfortable and relaxing as soon as you step in. The friendly staff is quick to welcome you with a smile and get you anything you need while you wait for your massage. I had an appointment scheduled so I only had to wait a couple minutes for them to get setup.Once they were ready I was led to my room and told to dress down to my comfort level. The room and the table were clean fresh and comfortable. The massage itself was amazing! I opted for 90 minuets body massage and told my massage therapist that I had some extra tension in my shoulders that need attention. She took her time and made sure I didn’t leave until my shoulders were in a state of pure bliss=)As I left the spa. I made sure to schedule my next appointment right away as I know how busy they can get. Luckily I was able to get one for next month! I already can’t wait until I come back for another massage from the best and friendliest spa staff in town!

This was my first time and I will definitely be back. Had been looking for a great massage spa in my area and I have found one. Lilac Massage was just what I needed after a rough week. My masseuse was Bella and she was great. She applied pressure in the areas shared and was gentle in my more tender areas. She communicated throughout making sure I was okay. I will be back. Also, unlike other places my 90 minutes was a full 90 minutes and shortened in any way.This is a hidden gem in North Las Vegas!

For the last couple of months, Ive exclusively booked with Koko because she is absolutely phenomenal.Ive been getting massages on a regular basis for 25+ yrs now and have experienced many different therapists from affordable to high-end spas. Koko is certainly in my top 5 for a therapeutic massage. She truly wants to help you feel better, and I appreciate this.Everyone that Ive met from the front desk to other therapists are very nice and accommodating.As a side note, please tip your therapist appropriately as you would at any other massage place(hotel/spa).

I have been a patron for about two years at this lilac location and I can not say enough good things about them! The most kind staff that are so polite and gentle yet I like my massage at a hard 8-10 and they get the job done so well! If you like this style of massage iv never been to a better place. Im a new mom and when I was pregnant they were so great but since giving birth Iv visited atleast once every other month and I always leave feeling so refreshed and cared for!! Love them and highly recommend.

I suffer from back pain and carry tension on the shoulders and swelling of the feet. My massage lady Coco did an excellent job tackling each of those areas. I loved the lathered oil and felt the heat from the hot stones really make a difference. My massage lady is highly experienced, her overall massage techniques were above par. It was a bit of a drive from the Vegas strip, but it is so worth it. I highly recommend this place, I felt all the tension melting away.

I loved coming here! I am a travel nurse and came 5 times during my 3 month stay. Coco is my favorite, she gave me the best pregnancy massages ever! She’s so great in general. Everyone is so kind, when my friends came to visit they accommodated all 5 of us at once. My friends raved about their massages. I will miss coming here but I will be back!

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time!I did the 90 min combo (30 mins for feet + 60 min for whole body) and I left feeling amazing!! . With this package, hot stones and hot towels were included in the price, which was a plus. Everything was roughly $75 (it’s a little cheaper if you pay with cash though)..I like that I was able to choose my pressure level and target areas and trust me, my masseuse did not disappoint.I will definitely be back!!

Been coming here since the grand opening and always have an incredible massage! I’ve been a client for Lily, Fiona and Kimi many times, and tonight was my first time with Rainy, for a 90 minute combination massage and it was wonderful in every way. Not only does Lilac Massage provide the best service I’ve had anywhere, but it is also the best priced! You get so much more value for the cost and I will continue to be a regular client as often as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great place for a foot massage. We did an hour foot massage. They spent 20 min on head and shoulders and 40 min on the foot and calves. The girls were really good. It was not too hard or rough. But,also not to soft. Cost was $40 per person. You are leaning back in a chair. The entire experience was great. Very professional and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. They give you a card and on the 11th visit, you get $20 off. We are thinking of going for a couple massage at $60 each next time.

I just had an hour long massage. It was very relaxing, she is amazing at what she does! The calming music played in the room was very pleasant. I felt really relaxed when my session was finished.Overall the place was very clean and quiet. Loved the amount of privacy offered.Definitely coming back soon!

Did a couples massage with the 30 minute foot massage. It was hard to relax because there was too much chatter between the 2 ladies providing the service. They ruined the experience.The foot massage was ok. The full body massage was pretty good.I was looking for a location to frequent often. This isnt it.

I almost always get a good massage when I go to Lilac, and this was no exception. My massage tech was timely, focused, and effective. It was one of the better massages I have had in a while. For the 60 min massage, she focuses most of the time on your back, then legs, arms, and head.

So I looked for overall ratings and went with it but should have looked at detailed one by one ratings. I wish I could have given ZERO!Joy is the most rude and unprofessional person I have met in a while. They walk you out, stand there while you pay and demand what tips you should leave. Joy was so rude to my friend, along with the cashier and another masseuse that did my massage . My friend who was visiting from another country was so embarassed and Joy even yelled at her when she didnt leave the tip of $30 that she said is the norm . I was so upset. If you expect a certain amount of tip place that in your pricing so that NO ONE will even bother to come to your establishment and be disrespected. I will never get any services from this place again. I should not have even left a tip after all this. How dare you try to intimidate customers. Please read all reviews before going here. The thing is their services isnt even cheaper than other cleaner and well respected massage parlors. I came here last minute with my friend. Should have known as it was so easy to get a next day appointment. Your bullying ways is one of many things keeping customers from coming back. Even the reviews on Google customers talk about the unprofessional way they stalk you and demand tips. Just look up another place. Its not worth it believe meThis is for the reply you left after my above review. Dont try to change around the story. Your service sucks and you bully people into leaving what tip you feel they should. Make that known when someone books and also that your team follow customers out so they can manipulate and embarrass them. Most of your reviews state the same thing. So Im certainly not the only one got your terrible service. The only reason you got $20 tip at the end was exactly because of this back and forth. I took back the money we were taking out because you kept stating it was not enough and your rude masseuse kept yelling. Get your facts right when you want to reply to a customer.

I saw some people commenting about lack of strength.On that issue i selected 8 out of 10 for pressure. I never saw who was giving me the massage until the end, but this person was delivering an 8. At the end, this little Asian lady named Linda lets me know were finished. She was awesome. Joints popping that have been giving me trouble for years.Now, i cant comment on a massage if youre just wanting a soothing relaxing massage, but if you are after a deep deep deep tissue massage, Linda was awesome.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I had a couples massage with Kimmy and Lily and we both walked out like new people. We both agree that, hands down, it was the best massage we have ever had. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

My wife and I came for our first massage on Sunday and left feeling jelly-like and relaxed for the week. This establishment is simple, no frills, but very professional and clean. Julia was my masseuse and definitely was able to target all the trouble spots in my neck and upper back with great pressure. Well definitely be back!

Horrible experience here. The lady rubbed my back for 10 min or more over the sheet. Then poured so much oil on me I barely felt any of the massage. It was just a weird experience that didnt at all seem like the lady could have been a massage therapist. After the massage she looked at me like I was crazy for what I tipped her. Just a awful experience, people work hard to treat themselves to a massage and then end up frustrated and taken advantage of when you visit a place and the quality is like this.

Better than Massage Envy. I purchased the 90min combo and it was amazing. Helen is very professional attending to my pressure request and she communicates with me if Im satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend this place. And will absolutely come back on a regular basis.

I love that this place opened and near me. I have a crazy schedule and don’t always know when I will have enough free time, in advance, to set and appointment. Here you can just walk in for as little as 30 min to hours. They occasionally send out coupons which is always nice. The hours they are open are also very nice for schedules like mine. I have always got a good massage with good pressure, no matter what time of day.

Words could not explain my experience at this incredible place!! I had never gotten a full body massage so this was my first time trying this place out. A friend had heard about this place and after checking out the reviews I decided to give it a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. Just had a 90 minute couples massage and it was phenomenal! It was extremely peaceful, relaxing and they were exceptionally professional. We will definitely be back again and I highly recommend this place to all!

I went in to get a foot reflexology to relax and sooth my sore feet. The massage was primarily someone rubbing my feet in a straight line, up and down for an hour. Very little deviation beyond that. It made me sleepy but did very little to make my feet feel better than when I came in. Although I said I wanted it harder, it just became a little harder in a straight line. After reading several reviews, I expected a real massage. I was mislead and regret it.

First time getting a professional massage. Lilac made me very comfortable with the experience. The location is very clean and the staff is easy to talk to. Prices are more than fair and they offer a coupon for your next visit. Needless to say, I will be returning again soon.

I went in for 90 minutes massage full body for $90 , it was not that good to be honest, she went in she didn’t Introduce herself didn’t mentioned her name . Basically she climb on top of my back giving me massage with her knees then she stood up and was walking on my back , I didn’t enjoy it , the room walls were dirty and sheets of the bed did not smell clean they smell like old . When I went to pay at front the lady who gave me the massage i assumed was next to the receptionist . The receptionist was really nice and was on the phone , so i give $100 to the massage lady and told her to keep the change , she look displease and started to talk in a different language and receptionist ask me if everything was okay I said yes but I didn’t want to tell her i didn’t like it because the lady was there . Unfortunately I won’t be returning back .

I booked an 8:30pm appointment for 90 min foot massage. First, she only massaged me for 1 hour and she was extremely rough. After the horrible massage, I was charged 74$ for a 60$ massage. It’s shows 61.80 on my receipt but on my online bank statement it’s shows 74.14$. Their shady & will charge your card an amount you didn’t authorize. I even gave the lady a 10$ tip ( massages wasn’t even great but I respect people’s time) PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Very very very unprofessional & they will over charge your card.The massage started at 8:40… received receipt at 10:01. Not 90 mins obviously. I’m very disappointed.I will be disputing this with my bank. You guys lost a great customer.

Ive been quite a regular at Lilac. I opt for the affordable 30 minute foot massage. The staff is wonderful EVERY time. Lily and Fiona will treat your tired feet and legs to pain relief and your circulation will be much improved! The place is clean, serene and rooms are private or semi private. I made the mistake of going to another one on the same street nearby through a friends recommendation. That other place is cheaper but the massage ladies made a face at my $10 tip EACH. And the place looked tacky and not as clean and professional as Lilac. Their Yelp reviews speak of this!

Sucks. They charge top prices for low end massage. As asked for someone really strong, and she had almost no pressure in her fingers at all. I had to stop the massage, because it was more tickling than unknotting. They said this was the strongest they had.. Than why would you ever charge 60 for an hour?!?! All the other prices there are high too. Not worth it.. go get a real thai massage, or save your money and get a foot massage with someone stronger and more experienced.

I had a massage by Kimmie. I went in for the first time as a walk-in 7:45pm . Kimmie had me fill out my info on an iPad to show my trouble spots, then took me back to a private room. Her massage is very thorough. I was able to chose 1-10, 10 is the strongest pressure. I picked 10 thunking hopefully this small woman would have enough strength and energy to give a pressure of 10. She did not disappoint. For a whole hour she was wonderful and I enjoyed every moment. 1 hour is too short. Next time Im going to get a 30min foot and then an hour massage. So well worth the $60 for the hour this time around.

Their deep tissue massage is amazing! Also helped relieve my upper and lower back pain. I had so much tense muscle around my neck and their pressure is just right! Totally worth the 90 min!

Just had a 30 min massage here, only to work on my arms, shoulders and hands, massage was interupted by phone call she had to take and loud environment, sure stuff happens, but I tipped 20%, and the lady asked for more tip twice at the end. I dont see how this place is highly l rated if they ask those kind of questions.

I think for a massage place, the price is pretty good. I would say a dollar per minute at the time of visit. Staff was soft spoken but super friendly. Next time I will bring cash for a tip because I think they prefer that over a tip on the card. I will be returning for sure!

The message was fantastic, nice atmosphere, and good prices. My only qualm is this their massage table seemed to be a normal table with a poorly cut whole in it for you to breath through. This is HELL on the neck during upper back message and not very comfortable in general.

I always have a wonderful experience at Lilac. I came in with severe neck tension, knots in my upper back, and a migraine. After a 90 minute massage, I left feeling brand new! Natural healing is much better than any Excedrin. Thank you!

Great place, you get a full hr, I was expecting just a normal Swedish massage, but got surprised when the hot stones came out all for 50 after the 10 coupon you can print out. Therapist was great.
