Ageless Las Vegas Day Spa Massage Facial and Waxing

The level of unprofessional, unskilled and lack of customer service and hospitality, I experienced should be considered if you are in the Vegas area.Apologies for the longest review I have ever posted but I believe in the consumer right to know what they will be dealing with when booking with this establishment.When I arrive, I am handed over a form to fill out. I called a day earlier regarding this form because it didn’t allow me to fill out through the booking application (third party)The technician tells me the order of how she will wax me. She first ‘attempts’ to wax my upper lip. Only one strip of wax each side. She doesn’t even wax my top lip until I advised her there was still hair. She then proceeds to wax my chin. Again only one strip of wax. This is already at $30 of the bill. The price did not match the service or the level of expertise.The rest of my wax: (bikini and legs) was by FAR the worst experience in my adult life. The technician, BONNIE C., has absolutely no idea how to wax sensitive areas of the woman’s body and did so with no care or attention. She blamed it on her wax and how it wasn’t drying fast enough however, the lack of technique she applied the wax and removed the wax was notably entry level experience. She was very inconsistent in her waxing placement thus leaving hair patches and even wax.Never assume you are dealing with an experienced personnel especially at this establishment.Not to mention, the bed I laid on felt unsanitary as she didn’t lay a plastic covering on it.The service was quoted for 2hours roughly and I didn’t leave until 4 hours after I arrived. Her other client knocked and without any hesitation she nearly opened the door, while I was fully exposed on the table.The payment to pay for service is through the owner’s Zelle account and that is all very sketchy.This was truly a horrendous experience not only for me but for my body. I will be going to the better business bureau and also filing a complaint as this is not how a business should operate.

I had treated myself to facial by Bonnie and she did a wonderful job. She walked me through each step and it was both educational and relaxing. I highly recommend her.

I had the most amazing experience with MECHELLE. She is totally professional. I had a Brazilian wax and I also had an amazing facial. Both went so beautiful! I want to highly recommend Ageless Spa and especially MECHELLE! She is absolutely wonderful!

Let me start by saying, I am by no means a facial expert or anything; however this was not the relaxing experience of self-care I had anticipated. I booked an acne facial thru the website, received a confirmation and expected it to be simple. The amount/cost was stated, but nothing about payment options. I planned to use a card.I arrived a bit early, a tech came out to the front, no introduction and then rushed down the hall. I did not see where she went so I waited, unsure if she meant me to follow her. She did come back out and kindly bring me back to the room. The room was a bit messy, sheets had a yellow tint/ old stains. She did eventually introduce herself as NilaThe process of the actual facial was nice, the hot towels, cleanser, extractions, etc made my skin feel rejuvenated and clean. However, her phone rang SEVERAL times in the one hour, she did not silence it at any point. This was frustrating for me, as it interrupted the atmosphere. She also spent a great deal of time washing tools, dishes, etc or something in the sink. While I appreciate cleanliness, I think having things ready and prepped before a client facial and then cleaning at the end is more relaxing. Again, though I am not well-versed in the process of facials. It was just distracting.Then payment.... She asks do you know what you need to pay. I simply show the email and then am told a card has a fee so I can Zelle the money. That is fine, I just think that should be stated at the time of booking. And then I ask about tip and am told to Zelle her directly because the other person who I zelled the main cost too takes her time giving the tip. I did Zelle the payment and finished my (not so relaxing) facial.Overall, my skin feels nice but I wanted the experience and relaxation time and this did not meet those expectations. Maybe it was a fluke or a bad day, maybe my expectations were wrong, but I do not think I will be back.

Lack of communication when it came to my services, cost & payment method. Then had to wait around for my pymnt to be confirmed on their end. Paid $90 to basically just have my face scrubbed until the feeling of irritation. Why I added a $10 tip to make it $100?.. because I get ppl have families to feed & also didn’t want to make a big deal causing a scene. No extractions we’re done, went home & popped the couple pimples myself. Cloths smelled reused, & she was using sink water to wash my face. I couldve did this at home. This is what I get for being cheap & just not going to massage envy. You get what you pay for I guess.

This place is amazing! I booked a Brazilian wax here twice and both times I have had such positive experiences. The room is always very clean and organized and my technician, Charity, is always friendly. Waxing can be a very nerve wracking experience and sometimes a bit uncomfortable but the service here is awesome and she has definitely made me feel very comfortable every time I come. Overall I highly recommend this place and I definitely will be coming back!

Massage was good and technician was professional. We thanked and tipped her. However, my friend and I scheduled a massage and facial. Not a couples package. We did not know we were sharing a tiny room. A bed added into the little room. Not comfortable with that. The technicians shoes were sticking to the floor and sounded like suction cups. There was clutter everywhere, food items, cleaning supplies. The facial was terrible! I still had makeup on after the service, skin felt greasy, so much down time, the last several minutes was just her pumping her fingers through my hair and scalp a few times. Very weird experience.the room was crowed, clwith junk, food items, cleaning supplies, and we could hear every person in the other suites talking and kids being loud. Not good, never again.

My husband & I did the couples massage today. James and Anne are amazing! Very friendly and inviting. The environment was very relaxing and clean. Anne was able to get all the knots and kinks out my back! And hubby gave James a 10/10. Charity is very kind too. She was accommodating & prompt. We will definitely be coming back!

The woman we made an appointment with was kind of rude, but the awesome woman who did our pedicures was wonderful! Her name is Sherry, she was extremely professional and nice to us. She was very attentive and very precise. She would look over my nails over and over again to make sure she did the best she could. I really appreciated how hard she worked and my husband and I were very happy with our appointment with her.

I usually go to Luxe for my hair, but my boyfriend bought me a group-on for Ageless Nail Salon for my birthday! Charity is such a personable nail tech! She was beyond nice and though there was a tiny wait, she made up for it with her beautiful nail work! She did the shape exactly how I wanted and kept making sure I was comfortable the whole time! Her work is great and I will definitely be back for a fill!!

I had a great infrared wrap, facial, and massage from James! It was my first wrap and facial, those were very relaxing and pampering and I felt great during and after, and feel awesome from them the next day. He is a talented massage therapist (Ive had many massages before and he did a great job), paid attention to all my sore spots, the pressure was spot on how I like it (they ask on the intake form), and had a really inviting atmosphere. I definitely would recommend him!

I had my nails and toes done by Charity, She is a very pleasant person. I am glad I went on groupon, because thats how I found her. She did wonderful job, she asked me how I wanted my nail shaped when before she started working on me. I really am glad I found her. I will be going back. The place is very nice and comfortable.

The massage was amazing my body feels great. However, I couldnt find much relaxation in the environment the other employees were extremely loud, no respect towards other customers, the door continued to slam over and over. When I go for a massage I like peace and quiet. If this issue is resolved Id love to go back for another massage and longer time, especially since the location is so close to my house.

James was truly amazing! He was welcoming, polite and the massage was so relaxing. Ill be coming back for sure to bring my husband! Best way to make reservations was text the number, they were very quick to respond and very flexible with my schedule.

I was able to go in today and get a manicure and pedicure done by Charity. She was absolutely AMAZING! She took her time and did a great job! She’s friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be going back soon!

I went to this day spa and got my whole face waxed and got a pumpkin peel. This was the best experience I’ve had at a spa in a long time! The way my face looked after the waxing was amazing! And also the whole experience with the pumpkin peel was great, I got my face massaged as well, and my face has never been more smooth!

This is a wonderful salon. Charity is very accommodating and has a wealth of information which she is willing to pass on. I go every couple of months and have my facial, pedicure, waxing and body wrap done - almost like a spa day and very reasonable. Charity always works around my schedule. Would highly recommend her.

I will not be coming back to this business. I had bought a Groupon for a pedicure and gel manicure for $45. I thought it was a great deal!On top of the building looking like a rundown hole in the wall and the inside giving off a sketchy vibe, I had two different employees do my services. One woman did my pedicure and another my manicure, which was fine.However, both of them missed multiple sections of my nails while painting them and when I had my gel manicure done, I was only able to choose between 7 colors that were all variants of red or pink. Ive never seen such a limited selection of polish at a spa. After my appointment, I immediately went to another spa and had them redo my gel manicure because I could not stand this low quality of work in both the paint job and the condition of my hands and nails. The worst part of this experience is that as she was cleaning my nails she ended up butchering my cuticles and hands so badly that I began bleeding on not only one, but three fingers. The appointment was supposed to last 45 minutes and she took well over an hour and the majority of that time was spent cleaning my nails which only caused me to bleed and walk away with hangnails. This meant that she had to rush the paint job and not only gave me bad service but also made her next client wait for over 30 minutes.No discount or deal is at all worth the lower than low quality of work. Nice employees, but if you want to be happy with the outcome of your services, do not come here. I will only be moderately satisfied with this business if I get a refund for what I paid.

What a fabulous experience! Tried this spa using groupon for a pedicure and I was so pleased with both the service and cost! This spa focuses on the clients needs. They were very accommodating and really made me feel great! My toes turned out beautiful so I got a gel manicure too and talk about quick! She used a new nail polish product where you only use IT vs a base, top coat and polish! It dried so fast...loved it!! Try this spa out, you wont be disappointed! 😃

First time coming here I used Groupon for a Brazilian had a voucher for $26. While I was getting my wax done Charity informs me the backside would be an additional $15. I agreed on it. She’s not very talkative so I’m trying to make small talk and also asked how much maintenance would be. She said $39 and then asks me how much I paid at my old wax place. (Important detail) Once I was ready to pay and had my card in hand she asked me to send the money via Zelle.. sketchy. The service itself was quick and smooth she even applied a scrub and a cream for the pain. On my second visit the vibe was different she didn’t seem as friendly and made me a little uncomfortable maybe not having a good day. Service was decent, not as smooth and tried upselling me the scrub. I didn’t get offered the cream for pain or anything this time around. I let her know I would be paying with card and she then tells me it’ll be $45. I was confused and let her know she told me $39 then she asks me if she really didn’t tell me $41 adding she sometimes adjusts prices depending if she can afford it. Again sketchy. Two red flags is enough for me to not return to this place again. For the fluctuating price I can find somewhere else who’d probably give me the same results. Service itself much smoother than previous experiences I’ve had.

Booking my appointment was a nightmare. The woman was rude and has clearly never heard the expression the customer is always right. She even left a rude voicemail, sadly I had to keep the appointment because I used a gift card. A spafinder giftcard and they already processed it when originally booking, it was a mess, but wasnt worth giving up my $50. So I went, a different person did my pedicure and the work was good. The environment was dark and soothing, but where there was light it wasnt the cleanest. I definitely wont be returning.After posting this originally, I read the other reviews, if you are considering going to the Ageless Day Spa, read all the reviews. I would take note on the owner responses, either its let us know how we could improve and make up for it or it was their fault, blaming the customer for being late, they were making it up, or that the situation was just their fault and the spa was not to blame. Are there two people posting responses or is the owner simply bi-polar? Not professional in any capacity.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE CONTINUED TO KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN THE 28 YEARS THEY CLAIM. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Nila and James were our massage therapists and we were very happy with the whole process! Charity made scheduling easy, honored the price on Groupon, and was friendly and always quick to respond. Sure was convenient to be able to text her! The environment was relaxing (I want those table sheets for my own bed lol!), and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

James was amazing. I was so relaxed. I had a migraine when I went in. Once he started the massage it took my mind off the pain and I was relaxed. The massage oils smelled amazing and the hot stones were excellent. I will be going back.

The owner is amazing with great hospitality. She opened her CLOSED shop for myself and several other ladies to help us celebrate a bachelorette party on late notice. The decor is beautiful and its very peaceful. Great masseuse and awesome facials. Thank you so much! Definitely a place to recommend and visit if ever in Vegas. All the employees are pleasant, respectful, and gentle.

Very disappointed and upset! 3 days ago my boyfriend made an appointment for facial wax for 4pm for me. I went there on time and the lady was not even there, the door was locked...5 minutes later she came in the building saying that she lives 2 mins away from her practice and she been walking... whatever right I didnt make no problem Im very positive person who gives opportunity to other people to show themselves. I told her what part of my face I want done and which I do not want done with wax - she waxed all my face without following my instructions. Prior the waxing I explained I have very sensitive skin and I want her to be very gentle and wax small stripes at a time so I dont get no facial problem after the procedure. She said she understood but doesnt matter what I told her she did it her way. After the procedure my face was very pink and inflamed but i knew it would be like this for one day and hoped its going to get better after this one day, unfortunately it because worse! Looks and feel like an allergy from her wax, my face is on fire with millions and millions of pimples which are burning ( I never had pimples or acne in my life). Other thing thats happened is that her facial wax she told to my boyfriend is 30 dollars - she charged me 40 ! Did she got her a tip from this or Im the only one who didnt understand what happened ?! Because Im very ethical I didnt tell her to give me back 10 dollars and just left. She never said her name too. All I know is she was in room number 1. Im very disappointed I would never go back to Ageless spa because they do not care how they treat their clients - seem like they like to do it theyre way! I wish I never paid 40 dollars for an allergy reactions.P.S.: She was touching my face without any gloves! I am vet tech and I know very well about skin diseases and disorders. I thought that all dermatologists and aesthetician should wear gloves when touching other skin! So unprofessional!!!! Bad bad bad I wouldnt even give 1 star!

What a low stress relaxing place. I really enjoyed the retro elegance and the massage was fantastic. I have a few odd joint problems and always have a knot in my left neck...GONE! I recommend the spa and will be buying some gift certificates and maybe even join their spa club. Very satisfied.

I got a couples package for me and my girlfriend. We got the romance package. The package was awesome we felt so relaxed after wards massages and facials were great It was from head to toe. I highly recommend ageless 2 thumbs up 👍👍

Honestly just dont do it. The worst massages my boyfriend and I have ever had......I dont even know where to start. One therapist was late, a little unprofessional but whatever not a big deal. Let me move from that to why do you ask someone to fill out an intake form to ignore what they put on it???? Then continually ignore them when they tell you whats hurting and ask you to work on fixing that area? Also hot stones and hot towels do not make up for lack of technique, knowledge, flow, timing or overall ability. My therapist also was all over the place and would move from one section to the next every 30 seconds. You dont go from back to arm to leg to foot to back to leg to arm to back to foot to hand to back ( on and on per side) ..... then stepped out in the middle to take a phone call from his mom. ( he was so bad Im truly wondering if he was licensed he didnt massage insertion to origin and spent more time on bones than my muscles and used a small dropper to apply not enough oil so there was a lot of painful friction) we both left with no relief and out over $200. Please go anywhere but here. Oh and let me add that the person who runs the spot i sent the money to before the massages, almost 2 hours later was bugging me for payment because they didnt check their account to verify my zelle went through.

Stay away! Their customer service is a joke. I booked 4 months in advance and called a week ahead to confirm that my appointment was good to go. They told me I wasnt on the calendar! Then I agreed to go another day at another time but then they didnt have the masseuses available for the couples massage! Then past all that it took 2 weeks to get a simple $99 refund. Dont waste your time or money!

Great experience. Friendly Staff. Comfortable and relaxing facility. If you are visting and want to gwt away from the hustle try Ageless.I found Ageless Ascension on Groupon. It was 15 minutes from Downtown. It was hard to find at first. We had to get there by taxi. I got the $99 packet that included 3 choices. I chose Body Wrap, 35 min. facial, and 35 mins thearptic massage. I got my husband the same packet. He chose pedicure, massage and foot scrub. I got an up grade acne facial which was $65 upgrade. Which I thought was too much. I also got a manicure and pedicure. My husband at the last minute wanted a manicure and they fit it in with no problem. Which I thought was fantastic. The acne facial (done by Nila) was great! I got an infrared body wrap (first time). I felt like I lost some pounds. After awhile I started getting uncomfortable from the heat. Sherri Z did my mani-pedi which was fantastic. Ann did our massage and know I am loose of my knots. This was a great start to our vacatuon/birthday.

Since relocating to Las Vegas. Ageless Ascension Day Spa is the best day spa in Las Vegas. I have been there many times. There are so many fantastic services massages, facials, gel manicures, pedicures, I also get ear candling and ionic detox foot treatments too.The atmosphere is soothing and the staff is friendly. I am so happy I found this spa and recommend it to anyone looking for a full service spa with affordable prices.

By far among the best massages Ive had. Purchased the Deep tissue massage and foot-scrub. Clean, professional, calm, soothing ambiance created a tranquil, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and great staff worked to provide a reinvigorating experience.

My partner and I bought a voucher through groupon for the Ageless ascention day spa. The voucher was for a 55 minute holistic massage and a 15 minute foot scrub.We are extremely disappointed with the service we were provided. Having arrived at 1pm for the session. The session began at 1:15 and ended at 1:55. A total of 70 minutes was supposed to be provided but only 40 minutes was given. That is half an hour short, almost half the treatment wasnt provided. We spoke to the staff about this, they were very rude about it and had lots of attitude and told us to get the money back from groupon. We were very unhappy about this service as it is our honeymoon and we paid good money and got half the service that was expected. Dont waste your time and money. The place looks cheap and the staff have terrible customer service skills and you will get ripped off!

Firstly, this place does not answer their phone ever. They only text which is kind of inconvenient as far as customer service goes. On top of that they are somehow booked everyday so that made it impossible to get an appointment. When I finally got to someone and got an appointment two weeks in advance I get a text and a phone call telling me that my technician is ill and needs to cancel the day of the appointment. After that I was completely done. I moved around my work schedule to make that appointment just for it to be cancelled. After that I got a refund for my groupon with the gel mani with pedi and peppermint mask for $54 and cancelled everything all together. I will not consider this place again. Its customer service is questionable at best and from the other reviews I can say I dodged a bullet.

This was my second experience with Charity for a gel mani and pedicure. She is a very sweet and knowledgeable person. I will most likely continue going to her. And I love the decor of the salon.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. My spa package was booked for August 15 2015. I paid $100.00 bucks for a massage, foot scrub and body wrap. Literally the Masseuse, applied a little sugar scrub solution on my feet rubbed (not massaged) wrapped them, and left me there for about 30 mins! The towel that I was wrapped in was old and torn. The body wrap was ok...Now! Lets get to the massage... First and foremost the guy looked totally creepy that did my massage. My first assumption was that he abused some type of substance bc his teeth were missing but then I figured I was being judgemental so I just continued on. It was confirmed when he did my massage that this guy had to be on something! He kept nodding off during the massage, literally falling asleep! I had to ask him not to go so low on my ass! My panties were exposed, after I asked him to work on my arms he insisted that he needed to get my back side again!.... I couldnt take anymore! I was so nervous and uncomfortable I cut the massage short and ran my ass back to the Las Vegas strip! From there I got plastered to forget what happened!

Charity was nice and made my first time experience comfortable. I received a mani and pedi with a pumpkin facial for a great price. Thank you for accepting me last minute.

My masseuse James was super attentive and even went over the allotted time frame just to make sure my knots were loose and that I left feeling great! Im definitely booking again.

Had a great massage here. I have a older dislocated shoulder injury and the lady was able to work my shoulder perfectly. I have never felt so refreshed and relaxed. Very clean also

My day at age less day spa was the bast spa day I have ever had I got a pedicure massage and time in the shower/Jacuzzi it was so nice and relaxing. I love the Decore and the place is very nice and clean I do this spot a five star rating

When i texted they didnt have availability. I dont know why they would sale Groupon voucher if they are not going to give you the service for what you just bought.....

First time golf war veteran get some wax on his chest abs back and armpits Charadi was the one doing it to me she made it seem so easy and so painless she’s very knowledgeable and what she has done I will recommend this place to all my colleagues in school and the females missed and recommend this to all of strip joints in las vegas

Charity did horrible job.I got infected because she cut my toe nail wrong!!!You cut my nail wrong,and when it’s growing out it made ingrown toe nail and infected.You even told me soak my feet with bleach water!
