This is review # 99 checking in. These guys are great. Very clean store. I didnt purchase anything on my single visit but the manager was one of the coolest people you could meet. We were shopping to open a store in the same strip and the manager answered some questions for me about the area. As a business owner, I can tell you that this place is well-ran, clean, well-appointed with wide variety of selection and big on customer service. This place is impressive. Good people.

Hands down, the BEST vape shop I have ever been to! The selections and flavors are endless. The staff are the most helpful and friendliest I have ever known, regardless of the type of establishment. They go above and beyond every time I shop with them. They will always have my business and my gratitude!

The experience from day one has been amazing. Staff is always courteous and very knowledgeable. They always make time to explain things to keep their customers safe and happy. Cant make everyone happy but they certainly do try. My one and only vape shop!!! Great work Kevin and crew!!

If i could give this place 10 stars i would, i love the fact that its so close to where i live and plus the service is absolutely phenomenal, i went in and ended up meeting two wonderful employees, Austin was a huge help for me and was able to provide all the information i needed to use my vapes efficiently and safely. Michelle was also very informative on different juices and ended up straying me towards my current favorite flavor being reds apple iced! this vape shop has provided me with the best service ive ever experienced and ended up keeping me in the store for longer than i thought just because of their upbeat attitude and showed actual interest in who i was rather than taking interest just to make a sale, i love that so much, thank you vape co!

They sell 120 mL bottles of juice for $45. Not much more I need to say. These people should be ashamed of themselves.Reply-Had I stayed longer? Sorry. Why stay to support a company that sells bottles for 5x what they buy them for? I asked specifically if $45 was the going rate for 120s and was told pretty much. Fact is, every bottle in your store can be purchased online for half the price. You know it. I know it. Fortunately for you, your customers dont.

Awesome customer service. Great quality products. Im new to vaping. The sales lady was very patient, and professional. Answered all my questions. I was gonna ask her out for coffee, but that would have been out of line.

Love this place! The people are friendly and knowledgeable about all the products on the shelf. They have military discounts as well and a rewards program that gives back to the customers hassle free. Any one new to vaping or just want questions answered just swing in and the folks wont pressure you into buying anything either.

Michelle has been excellent with service in finding exactly what I’m looking for every time. If she does not know she goes out of her way just to get you the information needed to make the right decision. From hardware to juices she is my go to person. Thank you Michelle. My experience at vapeco is always consistent thanks to the staff, I always leave with everything I need. The manager Austin goes out of his way to get my favorite flavor ! This is definitely my shop of choice! Great atmosphere, even greater staff! :)

Great spot, always well stocked, employees are always upbeat and helpful. Took your mom there, she loved all the yummy flavors in her mouth; she said the Vape flavors werent too shabby either.

One of the best experiences Ive had at any retail environment since moving to Las Vegas. The staff was exrextrem knowledgeable and friendly. Being new to vapeing I had a ton of questions and they were answered without and judgement. After we made our perchase we spent half an hour in the shop just talking about food and random things. Highly recommend will be going back for anything vape related.

Pricing/Staff- youre paying for the friendly, experienced staff who dont push you to buy, but tell you when a product isnt as good as another, even if the product they recommend is cheaper than the one you wanted. Theres also a point system giving you the ability to literally steal (get for free) products just by making purchases you already planned on making, whats not to like there? I even saw a tank I was interested in but wasnt sure about it and the employee allowed me to try his personal tank after thoroughly cleaning before and after i used it.The Store- probably the cleanest vape shop Ive seen. Professional as all hell! Clean uniforms, clean counter spaces, and clean floor. Not just a big cloud of smoke when you walk in. And upbeat music playing softly in the background.Overall, my favorite shop in Vegas, hands down. These guy love their customers. From day 1 they remembered who I was, even asking how i like a specific product I purchased the last time I was there. Sometimes its weeks apart and they still remember. Kudos to you guys. I dont shop anywhere else!

Stopped into the North Las Vegas location about 3 months ago for the first time! I had legitimate questions about the CBD oils available for vape. Staff was not only happy to answer all of mky questions, they even went out of their way to suggest other treatment options to help with chronic pain. Needless to say, I have 100% found my new shop! Prices are a bit high, but still competitive (compared to 20 something other shops I have been to in the valley and in California). Keep up the FANTASTIC customer service based experience, and I will absolutely keep coming in!

This is my go-to vape shop. Every staff member is always helpful and friendly. They have the best quality products which is why I always come back to this store! Anytime I come in Dylan is always welcoming in other regulars.

Great, clean shop. Reasonably priced. And an unlimited supply of premium juices to try. 3 minor downfalls that wont stop me from visiting though; 1. They use tanks instead of RDAs to test juice (at least they did the one time I went), so I didnt get the full flavor of the juice without any mixture. 2. They were out of Sour Dream by Hold Fast but kept hyping it up, so I didnt only wanna try it, I wanted to buy it. But like I said, they were sold out. 3. The only true downfall for me, and its like that with a lot of vape shops in vegas, but they dont make their own juice. Again, the 3 complaints I had were not deal breakers for me. Overall, I enjoyed my time at VapeCo and my wife and I were treated exceptionally well. Another plus is their rewards program! Save 20% on your 6th visit. And they keep track of everything for you.

Been going to this place for over a year and the staff is or friendly and welcoming. Theyre the original ones I went to when I knew nothing about vaping and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and do well with trying to help you select the right flavor youre looking for

The staff is Great but keeping my flavor in stock sucks. I first went there in September and got some vape juice sea salt strawberry mango 0 nicotine and they have not had it since. I don’t want or need nicotine. I’m not very happy.

Great friendly staff, they have a very clean shop and great prices with a very knowledgeable staff. I only go here for premium juice and accessories. Its a must see, the best high end vapor experience in Las Vegas.

This place does honor there products.Brought a Vape and the charger port went out after 1 month. But they would not return it for a new one they lost a customer.This is why I dont like to support small business. They suck and the service is so horrible.Just save gas and money and dont shop there.

My favorite vape shop. Its pretty expensive though. I usually spend $50 on a 100ml juice and 3 coils, whereas I can get the same thing at another shop for $37. But the atmosphere and staff are awesome.

Great stuff, very helpful. Some friends and I went in there one night and tried over 50 flavors, and from from flavor 1-50 the guys were just as helpful.They change, fix, and refill every kinda vape.

Bought a vape here after getting mine stolen and Austin was really good and knowledgeable about the products and was really good about getting me the best mod/kit for what my budget was.
