Breathe It In Salt Rooms

I had a massage in the salt room, and it was amazing. Josh did an amazing job with my massage. He listened to where I was hurting and made sure to take his time and hit every spot. He was also very kind. The salt room loosened up all the gross stuff in my lungs and felt great. My lips tasted like salt when I left because of the salt blowing in the room. It was so relaxing. I cant wait to come back next time I am in Little Rock.

I absolutely LOVE to visit this saltroom! The owners are such a joy to be around! The atmosphere is eclectic and relaxed. I love the way the salt treatment makes me feel afterward. My respiratory system thanks me every time I go! Its a great place to purchase salt lamps, too! The negative ion room helped me tremendously when I was transitioning through a breakup, moving into a new house, and changing jobs. My anxiety leveled out because of my time spent in both the saltroom and the negative ion space.

My friend and I were in town on short notice, and we got a massage and facial! It was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Josh and Michelle were the best!

Love coming here! I have enjoyed the salt room & negative ion room many times over the past 3 or so months. The salt room is great for my lungs. Every experience has been like a mini vacation! Tuesdays are half price! I love supporting small businesses, and this one is a pleasure, everytime.

I just had the most relaxing massage by Michele. Truthfully I slept through most of it. I have bronchitis and have coughed until my sides hurt. THATS GONE! Then an hour in the salt room and I can actually breath easier and not coughing as bad. THANK YOU

Was informed it last for 3 days. U purposefully didnt take my inhaler or allergy medicine to test its effectiveness, so far so good but its only been 9 hours.

Got the couple’s massage with Jax and Michelle this afternoon and can I say it was everything we needed and some. If I could give 6/5 stars I would. Definitely will be coming back to see this place. Staff was amazing as well!

So relaxing! Very helpful staff. I’ve done the salt room, which is nice for lingering coughs and runny noses. Oxygen afterward makes me feel energized and all the colors of the world seem brighter. Our preschooler loves playing in the salt like sand. A massage in the salt room is absolutely amazing!

My boyfriend and I tried Breathe It In once, and it was very relaxing. The staff was helpful and explained everything that was happening. They had specialty sea salt items for sale up front and then book lights and lockers where you can put your things away. The room itself was covered in salt and gently lit with comfortable chairs and blankets. They vented sodium-rich air into the room and it felt like it had some results with my sinuses but its hard to tell from one session. If they have more promotions that make the price reasonable, we would like to try it again!

This was an amazing experience. The staff (owner) is simply awesome. She took the time to answer all my questions. My itchy, watery eyes were relieved half way through the session. Deep breaths were clear-no phlegm. My scratchy throat was non irritated within 15 minutes. I am only sad this isnt in Benton! If you suffer from allergies or any kind of breathing issues dont think twice about making an appointment. Cant wait to visit again.

If you want personal care physically and mentally, this is the place to go. The oxygen bar is fantastic with infused essential oils. The salt rooms are very nice and there is even a child’s room. They are the only facility in the nation to have a negative ion room. I highly recommend!

I went in because my girls was doing some sneezing due to allergies and this helped. We enjoyed the kids room, they was able to do what kids do best and thats play. I reccomend you wrap your hair (salt is everywhere) and wear shorts and a tank top.

Today was my first time, but I’ll definitely be going back. Kelly, the owner, was very helpful and was able to get me in same day and Reagan, the massage therapist, was absolutely amazing! It was my first time experiencing both the salt room and having a massage, but she was not only very professional but personable as well. Thank you both so much again!

Owner is friendly, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. The rooms are amazing and were breathing so much better after our session! Hoping this helps my sons asthma and husbands allergies!

I LOVE BREATHE IT IN! It makes you feel better all over and especially soothes and cleans your sinuses! Its just the best when the Arkansas allergy season hits! I went several times this spring and am sure I will return in the fall when that pollen hits the air! I highly recommend a visit!One hint...dont wear black, youll be gray all over when you leave! LOL!

I love the Breathe It In Salt Room. Its the only place I can truly relax, breathe salt mist and just let go. Ive been numerous times and taken family and friends and the staff are so friendly. One of my friends has become a regular because of the benefits of salt on her respiratory ailments. I highly recommend this new business to all who may have health issues.

I had the most relaxing service today! All week actually. When I got there Charles had my soothing music going, a nice blanket and dim lighting for my session! The aromatherapy begins as soon as you walk through the door with Young Living Essential Oils! I have come to BIISR for a few years now on occasion and I have been pleased with their customer care each time! They get to know you and what your concerns are. Friday evening they allowed me to have a private corporate session with some of my coworkers! It’s a great way to team build or just relax with your team! I only wish I came more often. If you think you want to give it a try I highly suggest you go right ahead! Your lungs will thank you!

Love this place! I was skeptical at first if it would really help my allergies but loved just relaxing in the room so I kept going. Then after about 5 sessions I realized I was forgetting to take my alergy pill and I could breath just fine! Im so happy I tried it and am now a regular client.

We love this salt room!!! Kelly is so knowledgeable and helpful. I got a prenatal massage that was amazing in the salt room so slightly exfoliating. But this really helped me to feel better as I was super congested and miserable. I love my new Himalayan salt night light!!!

I loved the relaxing atmosphere of the salt cave! I did find it helpful with some upper respiratory issues I was experiencing. I have returned and plan to continue!!! Also, the people there are friendly and able to answer questions-:)

It is such an awesome experience!!!!! 45 minutes in the salt rooms does such wonderful things for your body, mind and soul... For me personally ,I can be stressed and have a million things to get accomplished in that day and in 45 minutes I am destressed... I have been going to the SALT ROOMS once a week and for that 45 minutes and it makes my week go so much more smoothly.,which rejuvenates me to conquer the world!! The instant the door closes to the salt rooms I can get a power nap for 45 minutes. I recommend EVERYONE to experience the SALT ROOMS at least one time in your life and then you make your own decision.

I refer everyone here and give their gift certificates as gifts. Whether you are there because of an ailment, for relaxation, or just for overall well-being, its worth it. They also have salt items for your home. I purchased a salt lamp for my mom for Christmas. She has lupus, fibromyalgia, & a myriad of other health issues. After a few days of using it she was feeling much better than usual and resting well. Highly recommend!

Recently found this place and I love it and glad that I found it! I am taking my son here due to him having severe eczema and just 2 visits in I see a difference !will continue to go and see how much more he improves.

I recommend Breath It In to any one who suffers from allergies asthma or any respiratory problem. The relief of symptoms is amazing.In just one visit I found my symptoms were relieved. I am allergic to mold and have the use of only one lung. I have now had three visits and feel that I can space my visits to have complete relief of symptoms.

I suffer from allergies and an auto immune disease. Symtpoms include over production of mucus in my throat, watery eyes, and inflammation in my muscles. After one visit, my throat and vocal cords felt instantly clear. Aside the therapy the front desk staff was informative, helpful, and accommodating.
