I have had issues with everything that could break or be defected. 2 stars because of reasonably priced juices.Changing from 2 stars to 5 starsRazor Vapes has continually improved over the years. They have always provided great customer service and affordable prices. I havent had any issues with any of there product since my original rating.Keep up the good work

Extremely nice staff! My husband and I came into town from Texas for a wedding and I wanted to check out a couple of local vape shops. So glad I did. The customer service is exceptional and they are very knowledgeable about the box mods. When we come back to visit we will definitely make this our vacation shop!!!

I was in town visiting some family when my tank failed on me. Im new to all the mods and stuff and really had no idea what I was doing at the time. An employee named Steve (good name!) spent time with me and really educated me about my options. He helped me put together a whole new setup that was not only way better than the one that broke but I even bought some extra juice and he put me on to some awesome new brands. I wish this place was local to me. If youre a local or just passing through, its definitely worth a stop. These guys know their stuff!

My husband and I have been vaping for several years now and Razor Vapes is, hands down, our absolute favorite shop. Stephen, Sydney, and Paul are always great are at giving suggestions of juice flavors I may like based on my past purchases, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the items they are selling (which is always a plus)! They are also great with helping to pick out a new setup based off of our needs/wants and price range. We absolutely love Razor Vapes and the entire staff! We don’t go anywhere else!

A joke of a store based on my experience last week. I was completely unimpressed by the employee who seemingly made every excuse as to why I shouldnt spend money with them, and I left without making a purchase. Passing through North Little Rock, I realized I had forgotten to bring juice with me. A quick Google search turned up this store, from which I was only a short distance away. After determining that they didnt carry any of my usual brands or flavors, I asked to taste one or two in order to find one I could settle for - I was told they have a no open bottle policy and it was followed by a stern warning against trying their testers. I was taken aback, somewhat, but no problem, who hasnt bought a few bottles off of flavor description and name alone? So, I asked if they had a flavor menu or book, and was quickly told Yeah, but it hasnt been updated in months so most of whats in it is not in stock. At that point I just turned and walked out. Apparently putting together the means to ensure a positive customer experience is no where in this places realm of priorities. Laughable business acumen.

Great customer service! Someone helped me with what I needed and helped give all the information I needed for the new vape tech I was getting. A lot of insite on flavor selection and color selection for my vape since I like things to match and look nice together. I had a great time with the people who worked there they were friendly and very willing to help me with any questions I had. Would reccomend for someone who is new to vaping or looking for a new product youre not familiar with

Super nice staff and easy to deal with. They go above and beyond to make sure Im completely satisfied...even when I dont know which flavor to choose they never steer me wrong and would recommend you anyone! If you havent been here I encourage you to go asap!

New at this vape thing but I so want to quit smoking. They didnt try to sell me the most expensive thing in the store - they gave me what I needed and liked at a very reasonable price. They took time to explain, in depth, how it works and the best way to get off nicotine. While I was there several other customers came in and it was obvious this is their go to place for all things vape. I not only found a great vape store - I think I found a support system. Very pleased with my experience!

Steve and Sydney are awesome! The friendly knowledgeable staff at Razor are what keep me coming. The juice selection is outstanding and the mod selection is great as well. The only store I go to!

Wonderful team of extremely helpful people. I learn something new every time I stop in. Ive tried other vape shops in the past but Ill never do that again. This one is far and away the best place to get advice, supplies, and equipment. Highly recommended.

One of the best vape shops Ive been to, not a huge selection but what they have is good devices and a nice juice selection.Employees were incredibly helpful with everything and knowledgeable of juices, and mods both regulated and unregulated.

Took time with me as a n00b and showed me all the ins and outs, set up, and flavors. Very nice people. If you are new to vaping it can be intimidating but Razor Vapes made me feel welcomed and Im glad I went there. I got the Herakles subtank and Smok 80w mod with 2 juices for under $150. Awesome deal and awesome people. Thanks.

I travel for work and I visit shops all over the country. Its a welcome relief to go to a place that is not filled with arrogant people trying to gouge you. This place is top notch. I will be a repeat customer for the duration of my stay and all future NLR jobs. Thanks again

This place was awesome. I got a really kickass looking vape pen while I was in there. Plus the guy that was there when I went in was extremely helpful. I wish I could remember his name because I would have included him in this review. Anyway, I liked it and they had what I needed.

. Steve(manager) is a great guy and has helped me with a couple problems ive had since i started vaping. Just whent in today and got a new vape for myself and bought one for my girlfreind to and had another good shopping experience. Definately my go to place for any of my vaping needs from here on out.

Razor Vapes is the best Vape store in Central Arkansas! I have tried just about every store in LR & NLR, & always ended up back at Razor Vapes. They have the best products, & the best prices. Steve, the store manager is amazing! He helped me get my coil situation figured out in no time! He is always helpful, & anytime I have an issue with my vape, he is the person that finds a solution! Definitely recommend this vape store because it is the BEST!

Management has worked wonders with this place the staff is knowledgeable and extremely Pleasant. The best prices for authentic mods around. Im very pleased with my recent visits the place has improved drastically.

They are very unwelcoming. They are always eating and rush thru all customers even if the customer has questions, it’s almost like they hate doing their job.There is only one cool person there and she is a female. All the men do is sit around vape, eat and gain weight. They definitely lost my business.

Just want to say these guys Rock I came in with a rda and walked out fully educated on how to build a mesh rda walked me through step by step and let me build hands on my self! guys keep on doing what you do because you gained a customer today because of your service and directions this is the first vape shop that made me feel welcome in Little Rock Arkansas!!

My personal favorite vape shop around here. They have decent vapes so you can actually taste a juice before buying it instead of licking a drop off your finger. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable

Pretty good selection. E-juice is a little higher priced, but their other products are lower priced. Its worth a visit.
