The therapists at Ming are amazing! They are friendly, sensitive and very attentive to the pressures you want. If you tell them a focus area they will work with you for great therapy. The music is calming and relaxing and I highly recommend the 90 minute stone massage! It’s a great value! The chairs and rooms are very clean. The Asian style of massage is unique. Each therapist has different expertise as well. Whether a stretch or aligning or deep tissue or just a put me almost asleep relaxing massage it is, you won’t be disappointed. North Little Rock is blessed to have this great business.

I’d rate a zero if I could. This was the worst experience for a massage that I’ve had. I went in telling them my neck has hurt for two weeks and wanted a 90 minute massage. He barely spent any time on my neck and beat up the rest of my body. It didn’t feel good at all, I was tense the entire time with the exception of the three times he left for a while. I will never be back and wanted to tell the people waiting not to waste their money. 0/10, do not recommend.

The best experience I’ve ever had with Massage. In 2020 I suffered from cancer, and I chose to try Ming Massage to alleviate my pain. Jack was the masseur that provided my therapy. He took such great care of me. I am much better now in health and I still go and see Jack often to keep active and at my best. He’s a very empathetic masseur and an expert in his field. Ming Massage is by far the best! Affordable!! Price ranges from $15 to 85 and up. #askforjack

I’ve used Ming Massage for several years now. They give many types of massage. Make sure you understand they use hands and elbows to pressure release tense muscles. You can request different types but if you have issues your gonna need enough pressure to fatigue the muscle to relax the tension. Drink plenty of water after and expect soreness similar to a tuff workout after. In a couple days you will fill renewed. You may need to have several sessions if it’s a more chronic issue. This type massage improves blood flow circulation and promotes healing. I’m a veteran of deep tissue massage and its benefits are incredible! Highly recommend. If you don’t have structural issues you may ask for a softer relaxing message. Love this place

Called ahead of time and asked for an appointment time, they said no need for an appointment to just walk in they are ready. Walk in to several customers waiting. They said to come back in an hour, we came back and have been sitting, waiting still for 40 min…

My experience was awful. Me and my sister went yesterday this was my first time there. The man used his hands maybe 5 minutes ofThe massage,and the rest he was grinding his elbow in my back and shoulder blades. I’m sore today and feel like I have been in a carWreck. I even had to tell him once to stop he was hurting me. I will never use this place again. Didn’t know a massage consisted of grinding your elbow in someone to the point it was a awful pain. I thought a massage was suppose toBe relaxing.

They don’t wash their hands Between each customer. I sat there and viewed them just spraying water on their hands. They don’t even wipe with a towel. I requested that he wash his hands and he used hand sanitizer. I think I’m going to turn them into the health department.

If Im giving an honest review, I dont think Ming Massage is for plus size women. I could tell the difference after the massage. But the customer service from my masseuse gave the impression he did not want to do it. I want to give them another try but if I feel unwelcome I cant spend my money there.I am a plus-size woman US 22-24. My friend and I had an appointment, we were running late so they accommodated the later time. Thats great customer service. When we made it there and told the masseuse the service we were to receive, he looked me up and down. I disregarded it. When we went to the back a different masseuse explained what we needed to do.After following his instructions, I laid on the table and waited about 10-15 minutes before my masseuse came in. He said hello, and began the massage. At no point did he ask if the amount of pressure was okay. He mainly focused on my back. It was awkward, because this wasnt my first full body massage. When he used the hot rocks he didnt warn me. He literally just laid them on my back and starts rubbing. The same with the hot towels, and both were very hot. When my friend massage was over who started 10 - 15 minutes before me, my masseuse stopped shortly after.

They were really friendly, fast, and clean.I gave it 3 only because I never had a massage before, and the first 30 minutes of it I was clinching my fist and tensing up majorly telling myself I was stupid for getting this.I was legit almost in tears. It was extremely painful. The hot oil and the hot rocks were amazing, but the elbow rub into my most sensitive spots/bones hurt so bad. The night of I was barely able to sleep, I was tossing and turning and the next day I felt like I got in a car accident almost.. my back hurt worse then when I originally came in. But by reading the reviews, a lot of people like the deep tissue massages, so I’m sure it’s no fault of the workers. They did great. It just wasn’t for me personally.

Took my sister and niece here last week and it was delightful. My niece was not enthusiastic at first but we now have a convert! The gentlemen did a great job of helping release tension while we blissed out. They were spot on with their techniques and we felt much better afterwards.

So gald I trusted some of the reviews & gave it a try today. First off the customer service was wonderful, so I got the full body massage with Mike,& oh my goodness it was Amazing. Happy quest here & will return soon

Fantastic experience with a great atmosphere and solid sense of family-professionalism. My wife and I each opted for the 30min table massage. Both masseuse were very capable and adapted to our tolerances. Will definitely plan a return visit!

I just left this place about 30 minutes ago. I have had a few massages and none of them compare to this one. When they say full body they mean just that. Head to toe! And dont let me get on the prices! I have wanted a hot stone massage for years and never got one bcz they were too expensive for my liking and I received one with my full body massage and for only $60. I will definitely be back. This was the perfect place for after my almost 24 hour work day. Bless these guys and their hands.

My back aching after my days of work and was badly in need of a massage . I went to Ming for the first time and wasnt disappointed. They did a wonderful deep tissue massage that left my muscle loose and feeling amazing. I will be a returning customer!!!

Its really nice and very affordable. They have chair, full body, feet, and hot stone massage. Its on the bottom floor near Dillards in the McCain Mall. Perfect for anyone who needs to relax. Very professional. I highly recommend checking them out ! ❤❤❤❤❤

I have knots in my left shoulder and muscle & nerve pain throughout the left side of my body due to a pinched nerve in my neck. I got tired of paying for physical therapy 3 times a week so I decided to try them out. Let’s just say I’ll be ditching physical therapy completely.

I had my first massage here at Ming. Nervous at first, I found them to be respectful and perfect gentlemen. They were careful with every movement and attentive to every need.

The second I read Michelle Bartletts 1 star review and saw she had bruises I knew this was where I wanted to go and couldn’t of been happier with my decision. If I wanted a feather lite massage, I would of just let my gf do it but I have deep tissue pain that requires strength & pressure. Been here 6x this year already and going back tonight! 5 Stars

This is an excellent place to get a quality massage customize to your specific needs. This is my place now. No more expensive massages that hit and miss you never know if youll get a good massage. That is NOT this place. They have excellent services, friendly, and dependable on a great massage no matter which masseuse care for you.

First massage ever and will never get another one. Have bruises in random spots and hurt after leaving Ming massage in Mccain mall. I said a few times it hurt and moved a few time indicating I was in pain never let up on the pressure. I did not know it would be so painful. I thought this was supposed to be enjoyable. Really hated telling my family that bought the girly certificate that it was horrible. Save yourself the money and pain and don’t go.

I went here last week with my mother and we both got the 30 minute foot reflexology massage. It was so calm and peaceful. They did a wonderful job.

Really enjoyed the massage. My wife and I have been here before. I was sore the next morning and someone said that meant the massage was a good one.

Absolutely wonderful massage! The only problem was the noise of the mall. There was a kid screaming and crying for about five minutes. Thats obviously out of the control of the masseuse. The technique used was different than what I am used to, but I prefer it over the traditional Swedish. Cant wait to go back.

Their prices are reasonable. The best part is you can just walk in without prior appointment. I usually prefer foot massage and they are very good. If you are looking for a reasonable priced massage this is it. Their chair massage is also very good.

Experience was good besides random people walking by the entrance and yelling into the business while contemplating the prices, etc. while trying to receive a peaceful massage. Would highly recommend glass doors/wall be put up.

Loved this place, i lift weights and had a lot on tension in my shoulders. The guy who worked on me destroyed those knots. I will be going the regularly.

They did not even do full body on my husband like i paid for the just socked his feet rubed his back and head thats it no leg no shoulder no feet just a foot bath and a back massage with some timple massage while his feet soaked.. Dont waste your money or time

Left feeling very relaxed and generally had less pain in my muscles in my back and shoulders. I got a 10 minute chair massage. It was magic!
