(Dont know how to spell her name Kris, chris?) But she was awesome, got a new tank for my new mod cause the old one was leaking and she showed me how to set up coils and just overall great customer service 10 outta 10 highly recommend hitting up Abby road for all your smoking needs

Ive only purchased from here a few times. Every instance was perfectly fine, until the most recent. I bought some edibles. Went to eat them and they were moldy. Okay, no big deal. I go by a few days later and show them, and ask about a refund/exchange, and the lady at the desk tells me she cant. I ask why not, and she just says she cant. I ask her if anyone else can help me and she says no.A company cant sell you moldy food and then brush it off when you ask to fix it. It wasnt even much much money, it would have been a cheap thing to correct. Super not cool. Ill not be going here again because apparently they feel fully entitled to sell you bad products.

DYLAN was by far the most knowledgeable, kind and beyond helpful human being ever! The best addition to Abby Road! I wish all places had an asset like him! He’s been more helpful and caring than anyone I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I only wish that I had started going to Abby Road, and had there been Dylan when I switched to vaping and quit smoking, for my vaping needs and all the other items that I have purchased, I would have started there. But at least he’s there now!

This Abbey road location is my go-to for all vaping things. The staff is always kind polite, and I always leave knowing I got everything I needed for the best value. Man I love this place.

Bought two GeekBar vapes here. Wide selection of flavors and they have a buy one get another for $10 option (first one a somewhat higher than normal $25) which saves you almost $5 compared to buying 2 at most other places. But dont buy just one here. If you need just one go to the Tobacco store about 0.1 miles down the road. (June 2024)This place is what we used to call a head shop with a focus on vaping.Those also have more advanced (non-disposable) vape mods and pens and various accessories that go with them including a wide selection of vape juices.They have decent and usable jewelry scales (not great by a long shot) but sadly none that read down to the 0.001 gram or 1 milligram. Prices are fairly high compared to ordering online though quality is mediocre.July 23, 2024 UPDATE: I went here to buy a vape mod for a friend and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Was in there maybe five minutes with my friend looking around, when Dylan asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. We told him no. About two minutes later, he came back and told us that there was a lot of things he had to get done for inventory and that he was unable to do that with customers in the store. He then proceeded to assertively ask yet AGAIN what he can help us find. I repeated we were only looking, and he let out an annoyed sigh and waited impatiently until we left. Very rude and unprofessional

I’m giving them five stars because they are my favorite vape shop. I have been coming to them For probably six years. Their employees are super sweet and their prices are awesome. My only problem with Abby Road is they never have the Vapresso Eco nano vape pods. When I bought this device, I asked if It would be easy to get the pods, and they said yes, but they never have them.

I am not a vaper, but our daughter is, so we often visit vaping shops to purchase her supplies for her vape. Like most folks who vape, shes particular about the flavors she puts in her unit to inhale. Vapor World has a wide variety of flavor types, from candy, to fruits, to bitters or liqueurs, they seem to have it all!They also carry a large supply of the parts needed to keep your vape working in the best condition- coils, mods, chargers, more items than I can remember!In the shop in the Vali-Hi Shopping Center on JFK Blvd, (which is a strip mall across JFK from Hobby Lobby) they feature some relaxing spaces, a pool table, a grouping of sectional couches facing a television on the wall.Although I dont vape, I do live in chronic, horrible, numbing pain 24/7/365. I have been doing a lot of reading on the findings associated with the use of CBD oil for the control of chronic pain & depression. I have used CBD Lotion, on my arthritic joints, and it did allow me to experience some relief from the pain.Vapor World does carry a fairly wide selection of CBD oil products. This includes CBD oil which can be used in a vape and inhaled along with your favorite juice. They carry CBD lotion, ointment, tinctures, drops, gummies, even FOOT cream-- which I must admit, feels really good on my always aching, neuropathic feet!Their CBD products are a little expensive, higher than at some stores. But their selection and the varying levels of the amount of CBD per bottle are really great, clearly marked, and the best Ive seen!Also, the young clerk who waited on us is a 5☆ employee! He had a big friendly smile and greeted us warmly from the time we opened the door to the time we left with our purchases. Very personable, listened to my questions, answered what he could, gave me information to read from the manufacturers of the CBD oil.One last thing, when you come to Vapor World, leave your checkbook at home, but not your American Express Card- or whatever plastic you carry- cause they dont take checks, but they do take plastic!Overall impression, this is a really nice place to pick up vape supplies or CBD products for pain. Its clean- the counter, the floor, the stock, no dust, no dirty glass, no smoky walls. The store is well organized, prices seem to be mostly well marked for the stock.Bottom line: well be back for more supplies for her vape and CBD products for me!

This used to be my go to vape shop and I used to love it but everytime me and my partner go recently they give us the wrong coils even after repeatedly telling them which ones we need. They give us the same brand but when you look at the box and the ohms they run on they give us the wrong ones every time. I get it it’s on us to assure we got the right product before we leave, but if it happens repeatedly after being told which ones we need it’s laziness of the employee not checking that they are grabbing the right box of coils and not just rushing through to get us out the door.

Ever since moving to NLR Ive used this location to purchase all my vaping products. In the nearly 3 years I have lived here, and even through management changes I have never once had anyone ever be rude. The lady and the other gentlemen working there have always been willing to make suggestions, and have been very patient as I tend to be really indecisive and ask for recommendations nearly every time I go in, on top of that Ive gotten alot of nearly free or heavily discounted items using the rewards system. They always make sure to remind me of how many points I have whenever I make a purchase and it helps me keep track.From my experience they have all been wonderful.

I’ve been going to this location for years, since becoming Abby road they’ve brought in new management. The new manager is rude. The customers appear to be a bother to her. Will not speak when spoken to. Parks directly in the front door, of a strip mall, because she is too lazy to walk a few feet. Her appearance shows as well. I have a vape shop closer with another opening in a month, maybe she should focus on customer service to keep the reoccurring buyers.

I went in tonight & Elijah & Dillon were so nice! Elijah was great, & he helped me decide on a different juice since you guys were out of the 50 mg in my favorite juice. He was an absolute sweetheart as usual, & Dillon was very friendly & welcoming as well! I highly recommend! Everyone is always so nice & friendly! Thank you so much! 👍🤗Love this place! Bought a Smok Vape for about $70 out the door total. It has a glass chamber which holds juice and is easily broken. Well, they were all out of the rubber rings they give out and my new box product had already been robbed of its rubber, too! It took me a whopping 2 hours for me to break...no, shatter...glass! Guess what? I had to go to Little Rock location to get as many free rings as I wanted and of course plunk down another $7 for new glass, too! I had it only 2 hours, maybe 25 puffs!! THEY WERE OUT OF PROTECTORS WHEN I PURCHASED IT. WHY WOULD THEY NOT GIVE ME A DAMN NEW GLASS FOR NO CHARGE?!I kinda resent your entire place(s) for letting me leave with my butt hurting like that!!Found a good online source to make up for stores lacking. Much more efficient, cheaper but same brands, and free shipping, too!

Hello. I was passing through your city. I must say the service in my opinion is so-so. The guy opened the store at 9:30 on Saturday, but refused to sell me anything until 10. Prices are everywhere, I won’t go there anymore.

This place is great for getting my disposable vapes. They have a ton of options! The customer service is really good as well. The young lady that works there is very helpful and nice.

Definitely will be back...went in on a beginner level with ton of ?s..didnt catch chicks name but was super cool. Patient..knowledgeable about the products..and completely happy w her recommendation 👍👍👍

Hit or miss with the knowledge of the staff but man when you get the good guys you really get the good guys. One of the guys that works there is clearly just there for the check. But the lady with the glasses is really friendly, as is the guy with the big red beard and the bearded dude with the glasses that helped me shop for a new mod. I can only say I wish i knew their names to give them more praise. (Dont let them re-wrap your batteries, better to just do it yourself [sorry, guys!])

Great service. The prices are about what other vape stores have but the service and selection is the best Ive seen in NLR/LR. They have items I havent seen in LR vape stores before so I suggest checking them out before buying things online...things regular smoke shops in LR dont have that is.

These guys are AWESOME! Had an issues with some juice I purchased. I contacted them and let them know what was going on, and they came through in the best way. Apparently theyve had a change in staff. Ive been coming here for years. New girl was rude. Rushed me. I was window shoping for a piece and she made it clear she wanted me in and out. I bought my vape juice and left.I dont know if Ill be back.

Went to store as I have for the last year because I had called ahead of time to have them hold a single pack of CBD gummies and as soon as I walk in the door right off the bat was asked how high I was trying to get. That is unacceptable and very unprofessional! And then denied me service, after I’ve spent thousands with this chain. They will no longer receive a cent from me.the person who asked how high I was trying to get was a larger man with green hair.

They have great prices on juices! However I will NEVER be back to this store. One of the employees would rather sit behind the juice counter and talk to his friends for hours! Last time I was there I stood in line for almost an hour just to buy some juice. And even at that point once he finally made it to me I was told to hold on while he went and talked to what I assumed was his girlfriend. Then I was told that perhaps I should try another store to find what I was looking for. As I was walking out so did 4 or 5 other customers. The employee was a thin younger white guy. The selection is great. The customer service is just plain awful. I will never be back.

Friendly enough staff. I seem to always go at peak times I guess because I always feel as if I’m bothering them or hovering over other people looking at the same things. Fairly knowledgeable, some more than others, decent product variety. Like the one in Conway’s staff a lot better and the layout seems more friendly to people browsing but the pool 🎱 tables are a wonderful touch and location is primo for Dogtown.

My husband bought me two bottles of oil, one I normally use but bought one I dont care for. This was right before Christmas, I went back right after the holiday and asked to exchange it, he said no! It was never opened. I was also going to buy another bottle but decided to take my business elsewhere. This wasnt the first time that they wouldnt exchange, one other time it was the wrong coil, they wouldnt exchange it, but he said he would keep them and put them back in the store for sale!!! I spend at least $50 + dollars in there and go often but no more.

Great vape store. They have all your vape needs, as well as other fun smoking accessories. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a set of 3 disposable vapes, and the tall guy behind the counter was patient with me as I asked about all the flavor choices (I couldnt see the varieties, darn bad eyes!). Chill vibes and good people.

The guys are great, with juice suggestions and insights. They are renovating. Looks like they will have even more room.

I absolutely love the outcome of the vaping experience in this store. I really appreciate the help you receive each and every time you walk in the store. No matter if it is your first time in, or you are a pro vaper. I have to say, I had to stop going in after 4pm. They had an employee, who took way to long, to even fill a 10ml bottle of custom made liquid. He ignored customers, and only spoke to the regulars who showed up. I am so proud of the work that the rest of the employees of all the Vapor Worlds, who always work together, and have each others back. Feels like true family going in here.

This the best shop ever i mean prices are unbelievable no shop in the city of Little Rock, North Little Rock or surrounding areas can bet the prices. I mean knowledgeable personnel and a clean environment. Flavor there are to many to choose from it look like Christmas when u walk through the door and premium juice are out of this world and on top of that to many devices to choose from.

This place is pretty cool. They have a pretry good selection of juices, boxes, etc. They let you sample juices right there in the store. They have tables and chairs set up so you can sit in there of youd like. Theres even a pool table. Its really a chill vibe, would recommend. Never had a bad experience with any of the employees. Plus you get a discount if you like them on Facebook.

I wish I could give them NO STARS. I bought my first vape from this store and it wouldnt turn off. They only allowed me to exchange after only 7 days. The new one needs replacement parts. They discontinued the vape. Now I am stuck with something I cant use all this within 30 days. Maybe they shouldnt come to work high then maybe just maybe they will give out good info. Why sell something you cant service shouldnt your consumer be aware? 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Ran by there late Sunday evening 10 minutes before the store closed ( 6:50pm ) needing to stock up on juice and coils before I leave town for a couple of weeks. I understand it was close to closing time ( 10 minutes before actual closing time ) but I looked inside saw the employee behind the register. Knocked on the door he pointer to the clock. I acknowledged that yes its almost closing time but there were actually a few minutes till closing time.. dude refused to unlock the door to service me.. the customer .. poor business practice if you ask me ..

So, i came into the store today because i broke my glass for my free max tank. The young lady with the blue tips helped me. She helped me last time I was there a little over a week ago. She even offed me a glass then l, i declined. So it made for a great icebreaker for my visit today. Anyway, she tries to sell me this really cool glass that was almost statter proof because they were completely out of the normal ones. Cool! So she is working and working, doing her best to get the tank to fit properly. She changed my oring, which was rally cool, because my old one was busted. The tank still didnt fit. She got me all fixed up finally with a different one that even matched my tank! Awesome! I pay for the item and before i left, i go ahead and put the tank one to make sure we were all clear. Welp, the mod was not registering my coil. So i let her know and she offered to give me a new coil after futzing with it a little more. Cool, but no you dont have to do that, the coil is still good. So i asked for a regular glass, she reminded me they were out, and checked again to make sure. So i told my friend man this is why i smoke cigarettes i in no way shape or form meant that in any way, it was suppose to be funny? Idk but after that, she started acting really cold. She said that i could switch the tank out or refund it completely. Really short with me now. I agreed to the refund, and she says well if i do that i have to take the juice back. Im thinking the juice i bought with the transaction, i knew the juice in the glass was toast. She goes no the juice in the glass we will have to dispose of i knew that i told her it was fine, and that it wasnt a big deal. So she just kinda stormed off with it, to get it off i guess. I honestly wanted a new tank anyway, but if i could avoid spending the $40, who wouldnt just get the glass? So im chatting with my friend about the tanks and honestly just wanting to use the $15 i spent toward a new tank 🤷🏾‍♂️. She says, im ready to refu d you now if you would please bring your card over or use it toward something else. I told her i would just get a new tank. So shes not even helping me with the tanks, its like she got upset that i didnt want the glass that didnt fit, and that i chose to not buy it. So i chose my tank she asked me what color, i said purple. She got the tank off the wall rung it up and said nice, you get a new glass so if it happens again you got one. And sat my receipt on my previous receipt. I asked if it was okay to put my tank together before i left, she said yeah thats fine. And stormed off to the back and SLAMMED the door. I ignored it because im just thinking okay...i returned the glass and bought a tank...what went wrong? My last dealings with her were super swell! This time idk if she was just having a bad day or what. The interaction started off great. But it ended poor. She literally left me there. Didnt give me any tips on the new tank or nothing. Which is fine, google is a treasure that i hold dear. I will be back because i like this store. I will not work with her again unless she addresses this interaction. Because i really just dont know where it went south. Was it the cigarette comment? Like...dang man. If the glass dont fit, you must acquit! 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ sorry hun!

My wife, who is new to vaping, went in to purchase a coil. The employee behind the counter was inconsiderate to the fact that my wife isnt a professional vape enthusiast and blatantly sold her the wrong merchandise while rushing her out in order to make the sale instead of properly accessing the situation and providing quality customer service. Needless to say, it cost them our business and I will definitely tell my acquaintances to take their business elsewhere.

Not quite the same for me since Jeff left. I accidentally have 2 rewards accounts and have tried to get that fixed for months now to no avail. Two times in the past 3 weeks I stopped by to get juice and the shop was closed 30 minutes early. Today I needed to speak with someone about box mods and the phone is answered by a machine stating leave a message. No one called back after 3 hours so I talked to Rogue Vapes in Lakewood Village and purchased a nice $129.99 mod. I’m not liking not being able to call to check if they’re open or when I have questions. After 2 years of patronizing them sadly I have to go elsewhere.

Brandon has been extremely helpful from the moment I bought my first vape. Whether it be juice or me upgrading my Mods his personality and advice is fantastic everytime. He listens to what you want and not what he wants to sale. He has played a huge part is why I keep returning. Also there is a great selection on juices there is something for everyone

We used to love this place, but recently it has become terrible. This last time, there were pizza boxes and drinks all over the tables; empry, missing, or leaking testers. The leaked juice was everywhere. The only employee working was to busy hanging out with her friends than to greet or even wait on the customers. I doubt we will be going back.

Completely uneducated employees with zero customer service skills. Advertise one price in their website then refuse to give it to in store. When asked the response wassm were a franchise so we dont have to give the advertised price. Heresa tip...you really should get your own website then. Pricing here is through the Good! You can buy 2 of anything they carry at a competitor for less than their single item prices. Definitely will never shop at any Vapor World ever again. Always the same experience...horrible.

I decided to quit smoking and this vape shop is the closest to my home. My experience is very pleasant however there was a situation that ruined my experience. I was helped as soon as I walked in, was given great advise when I chose my starter kit. I tested out some juice for my vaping kit and I inquired about the on sale liquid -50% off. I checked out and was being assisted with putting everything together then inquired about the on sale bottle of liquid I had just purchased because I was given a mostly empty TESTER bottle of liquid. I asked for a new bottle that was not previously opened and used by other and she told me that is why these are 50% off.I left that opened bottle there because of the refusal of my refund. I would have liked an unopened full bottle of juice and not one that was Mostly empty and tested by a large number of people.Aside from me not getting my money back for the tester bottle of juice I purchased that was under half full, everyone was friendly and helpful. I am on the road to quitting smoking.I left the bottle there so if anyone wants it- it is paid for haha Go get it.I give three stars for my pleasant experience and I took two stars off. One star was for not being informed about her selling me a tester bottle and one star for her not giving me a refund right then and there for me being unsatisfied and unhappy about the purchase.

The owner of this establishment is shady, he is quite an indecent person. There was a guy in there when I came in that got told if he didnt spend more money then he couldnt be at the lounge. I mean cmon man, its a lounge. The customer service is slow and the establishment is understaffed. The customer service was rude and it felt to me like they didnt want my money. The only reason I stayed is because they make actual custom house juice. I cant lie, the price is decent, not to say you couldnt get better elsewhere, but the customer service kills the experience, do NOT go to this store.

Purchased a kanger tech, it leaked terribly. Took it back and asked for a refund. The sales person took it apart and changed the coil and told me that he could not refund my money until I tried a new coil, in a rude way. That meant a 3rd trip to the store.I will never purchase Anything else at vape world. If I wanted my money back there should have been a problem.

I love this store, every one is always helpful and I never feel rushed like I do in some stores. I come here several times a month. They have good selection and always good deals going on.

Hands down, these guys offer good customer service, I been hearing a lot of bashing towards the store, which is very unprofessional, especially when it is false statements being said. However they know what they are talking about in ever aspect. I will be a repeat customer.

Great vapor store. Dont know their names but black guy with a lil weight to him (not fat), and skinny white guy both are very informative if youre not a veteran vaporer yet. Was cool enough to show me how to build my own coil as I was interested. Im sold with the temp control mods now and ni200 coils. Phi!! And they make their own juices that are proper too!!I didnt see any under age selling as one reviewer said, but as a curiosity unless she knew the individuals being sold to how do you know they were under age? Ijs. Could be a lil hating going on. Anyway review the store product and service. Thats a problem for the authorities. Thats whats wrong with our country now.... Always in other folks business and probably aint got your own in order.

Always greeted and acknowledged upon entering the door. Friendly and helpful staff and they are well train with the ability to answer most questions and if the associate doesnt know the answer they attempt to try and get you the correct information.

So rude I had a defective item they refused to refund my money. So I left the item and called my bank to dispute the transaction. I don’t recommend shopping here. Unless you want to be screwed out of the deal.

Vapor World is a great place to get juice, and has great deals on mods almost all of the time. The juice prices are great and the mech mods and box mods are marked at a great price, plus the employees are great to the customers.
