We had a great experience today in this store we met someone whos say today was her first day an she did such an amazing job helping us through out the store she was excellent 👌🏽 great customer service skills to be her first day hate I cant remember her name but I want her to know she was Awesome 👌🏽❤️💯

Well, to be honest I have been going to this store on JFK for years, and very seldom did I leave without what I went to purchase. That was until it changed ownersThe last two weeks I have gone in only to walk out without what I needed.If you going to have a business open to the public, I would think your first priority is stock your empty shelves!

Stood for almost 15 minutes and wasnt helped. Actually walked right by and never asked if they could help. Several times laughing and talking to each other. I left and went down the street and was helped. Doubt I will be back.

Place is a joke. Came in wasnt greeted. The lady that was upfront just yelled to the other lady in the back. They came around the corner and asked me what I wanted. I told them. Without looking they didnt have it. Kinda wild when you are a business and dont try to sell your products or help the customer at all. Pretty sad way to run a store.

I actually quit smoking a couple of years ago but this is one of the few places that you can buy the fabled COTTON KANDY Faygo. It is probably the best soft drink on the market, and for some reason nobody knows about it. It would put Mt Dew out of business. SO GOOD!Anyway I usually get the manager when I drive thru. Always very friendly, and it’s nice to see a manager working, when most the time in other businesses they hide out in they’re office. Probably why the team members are so great.Anyway keep up the good work!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. If you dont know exactly what you are looking for, do not expect the employees here to have any knowledge on their products. Was sold the wrong product, came back and was told it couldnt be returned, and was then sold the wrong product again to go with the incorrect product I initially purchased. I will not go to this store again. When I returned the next day to speak to the manager.... I was given a look that said what do you want me to do about it?.... so disrespectful....

Went and spent $120 on cigars out of their humidor and they all busted at the ends when cut, burnt all kinds of crazy! Do not waste your money go to a pro shop

I really like Smokers Friendly. They have a variety of things to pick fm. I dont like the idea that once you leave the store you cant return anything.

The place is a lot cleaner. So far the attitudes are a lot better here than the Levy/Maumelle Tobacco Superstore. The Vaping products are limited. Im sure the new law will completely shut them down before too long.UpdateJust left the store without any product. Ask an employee about the vaping flavors they had. Instead of informing me of what flavors they had, tried to sell me a new product. Ive learned my lesson long ago, not to purchase any new products from Tobacco Superstore. They wont keep any of the accessories or your favorite vaping oil in stock. I have decided that it would be easier just to get the stuff online. After today, I have definitely made my mind up to do so.

Terrible business. Also, how did I manage to get on a mailing list to receive junk mail from here? I dont need that trash.

The workers make you feel like family. Way better service than the Camp location. Besides I work there.

Quick service here, i always get the friendly employees and its in a decent location, wth drive through convenience.

I used to like this place, until they hired a void named Kristy! She is rude, unprofessional, incompetent and unkempt.I suppose it’s just really difficult to hire good help these days.

They have a drive-through so thats pretty freaking cool

I have been in the drive thru for 10 minutes. The one car that was in front of me when I pulled in is still sitting waiting.

They have my brand and a drive thru, the people are always kind and friendly as well.
