First off the women who did my massage was not only extremely kind but informative . Time to make sure that I was comfortable the entire time, let me take break in between the massages due to me getting nauseous. Answer every question I had I feel extremely safe and comfortable

You feel the good, positive vibes when you walk in. Everyone was nice and caring. You sense that they love and enjoy what they do and it translated into my massages. I have had An amazing experience at Nava wellness spa. They’re so honest , so sweet and very welcoming. I recommend this place a 100% for facials , lymphatic massages , cavitation , etc etc. the results come out amazing more than you expect. I’ve been to so many places and nothing compares to Nava. I’ve had a bbl with lipo 360 and I can in with so many fibrosis and water in my stomach and back and they have literally healed me and brought my stomach back to normal. I am 8 days post op today and traveled to FL for my liposuction/BBL procedure. Following my surgery I went to Nava for my lymphatic messages and had them every day until I left (day 7 post op). When I tell you Theresa, Miguel, Arlisse and the rest of the staff were fabulous I am not over exaggerating. They made my week 1 post op exceptional and made sure I had all the tools to continue my healing once I got back home. They were very well trained and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable always. My only regret is I didn’t have more time with them. Definitely will be back to see them on my next trip for more treatments/procedures! Already miss Miguel’s jokes lol thank you for being part of my journey!

Teresa and Miguel are wonderful at what they do. They both made sure to pay attention to my condition after surgery while performing massages. They took care of me fully. Worked great as a team. I was in good hands. I hated that I didnt have more days to spend in Miami. I looked forward to my daily massages and time with them. Money well spent! My treatment was above and beyond!!

The best words I can use to describe Theresa & her team is heaven-sent. She is very knowledgeable and caring. My husband and I felt like wed known them forever. It was more so a healing experience & I also left feeling very enlightened. The place is very clean too. They are timely, patient, gentle, and hands-down the best to ever do it! I had a great experience! I did a laser tattoo removal procedure, the staff was friendly and welcoming as well as Knowledgeable! The establishment was clean. Staff was patient and tried to make the experience as painless as possible. It was my first session and I can already see my tattoo fading. Definitely recommend- I can’t wait to try their other services.

I am not the type of person to write reviews but this place deserves it. The service is unexplainable. They are so loving and nice. They make you feel like your at home. Miguel is just the best. He makes you laugh throughout your session in my case post op massages. I did not go through pain or discomfort once. They were 1 hour away from my home and I took uber to get here because I really fell in love with there service. Highly recommend them. Theresa was really nice in explaining all the services and the prices. I will definitely be back with them.

This facility was very unprofessional, they only care about volume, I paid 100$ for a lymphatic drainage massage of 1 hour and my session was only 20mins I also got cavitation done on me 2 days post op and I come to find out, that cavitation should not be done until at least 2 weeks post op. They just wanted to sale cavitation to get more money, also I waited over an hour for my appointment. The only good thing I can say is that they were very sanitary.

Had my massages done here post opp & I absolutely cannot sing their praises enough! Teresa , her husband & alisa took the absolute best care of me and made me feel like family. Come see them, you will not regret it. I left telling them I loved them!😂♥️

Teresa and Miguel were AMAZING! they were very informative from the beginning, I came to them 1 day post op with a lot of fluid build up and loose skin from post pregnancy and they told me exactly what i needed , by day 4 of my treatments my results were incredible! During my massages they walked me through exactly what they were doing. I was very nervous but Teresa & Miguel helped calm my nerves the entire time, I would definitely recommend for any post op care , the best in miami!!! i’m even considering flying back down there from atlanta once a week just to go to them for my massages 10/10 !

I went for a lymphatic massage and passed out twice likely due to taking pain medication. I was unaware that your not supposed to take it before. They took really good care of me. There was a lot of drainage removed

Theresa and her assistants work is a success, I had a BBL and I arrived with horrible pain and super inflammation. He has hands that are a blessing in my life. I recommend it 100%, my first massage did not hurt, not everything has to hurt for it to work, it drained me until the last bit, I walked all over Miami and drained without pain. Dont wait any longer and call her for your post-operative massages, the doctor does his part but without a good massage his work would not be successful. You get what you pay for, dont skimp on your care after surgery, treat your body with the right person, dont pay for 30 massages that wont give results when you can get better results with fewer massages if you do them with Theresa. Im crazy that tomorrow will arrive so that I can pamper myself 💜
