This is my 5th time returning to perfection med spa , Vilma has always been wonderful . She always goes above and beyond. She’s always on point with my treatments , and the results are always great . She’s always there to answer my questions regarding on how to take care of my skin. My sister and I travel more than 3 hours just to see her , I highly recommend perfection med spa , and a loud shout out to Vilma.

I did laser hair removal at laseraway and I wasn’t seeing results, I started coming to Perfection a couple months ago and I’m already seeing such a major difference. I’m almost completely hairless. I’m so happy I switched, not to mention, the spa is so beautiful and the staff is super knowledgeable.

I am so glad I looked at the reviews prior to making a deposit. One girl wrote they pushed her make to make a deposit then added all these extra fees after she had already received an estimate. That’s exactly what they tried to do to me. Go else where for your surgery their prices are no where near what they promote. Also staff is very poorly trained. They tell you one thing and come to find out it’s another. I think it’s all apart of their scam to have patients make a deposit that you can not be refunded for. If you are approved for financing they tack on their own interest fee on top of the loans fees. Shady shady business going on!

One of my favorite Med Spas in Miami! I love all of the services they provide and I love that they actually work!!! The girls at the front desk are so sweet every time I visit and so are all of the other staff. The spa is also very esthetically pleasing! Definitely recommend going for all of your beauty needs!

The people are really nice, but the services are not great. I wish the services were a bit better. I got body contour and oxygen facial package and it felt rushed. The body contour girl said this isn’t something you will see in one day. You have to come back multiple times. I have the same machine at home and was hoping for something different used. The facial was not powerful enough. The machine didn’t feel like it was getting in there. I have had many of the oxygen facials and I could feel the power of the machine cleaning my face. This one was very weak. I didn’t feel the tingling you usually get. The lady was super nice though. She tried to upsale everything. I get it, that’s how they make their money. I wanted a more relaxed day though. The prices are high for what you get. They were more worried about the time than anything else. Like, push you out the door for the break or next person feeling.

Im pretty upset! I have never left a review before for any company but I felt I had to share my thoughts on this company. I have been going to ph perfection every 3month for lip injection and for kybella injections. I live an hour away from them and when my appointment date get close they have had to reschedule my appointments. First appointment I had was aug 15 I was called 15min before stating they had to cancel my appointment when I was almost there at the office because there employee was not going to show up to work. Second, third, fourth appointment I was called the day before my appointment to see if I can reschedule it. Its very frustrating when you plan your day to make it to an appointment you had for a month and give a deposit and you live an hour and half away from the office. I also had a session for kybella, which they called me 30min before stating if I can reschedule my appointment because there employee was coming in late if i can come around 2pm i stated i could not because i was on my way and also i have to pick up my kids from school for early dismissal so they said ok come in and will give you a free facial while you wait to do kybella and will have someone else to it at 11am. I arrived at Ph perfection and they didnt give me free facial my appointment was 10am and they didnt start until 11am. they called me a few weeks after my results to see how I was feeling and if I saw results, I told them I dont see any results, they replied with oh Im sorry to hear that, let me speak to my boss and I will call you back but I have not heard anything from them. Also everytime I have visited the office the employees are always fighting about the days they are supposed to come in to work with owner of ph perfection which is very unprofessional. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I go there monthly for laser hair removal and couldnt be happier. I stopped shaving completely after the second session. I also go for my teeth whitening and luckily with them my teeth arent sensitive afterwards! My last appointment I tried the lipo-lean injection and I being a health nut I researched before doing so and loved it! Its safe to say any and everything Ive gotten done there Ive had a good experience with! I love the environment and staff so I highly recommend this office

Terrible service. No respect for customers. Rudeness. A long wait for the procedure, and after the procedure is over, no one takes you out of the office. You must remove the mouth guards yourself, wipe your mouth with napkins and leave the office. Ill-mannered and not customer-oriented people are sitting at the reception!

Pretty upset when I’ve spent close to over 8-9k in laser treatments(a total of 21 sessions) just to have my hair grow back in every area and longer. It’s not the laser techs fault, plus the girls are great and extremely kind but you can tell whatever laser/machine they’re using doesn’t permanently remove the hair. I always tried extending it by 5 or 6 weeks to see what areas needed work but those extra 1-2 weeks all of my hair would grow back. Just burns it temporarily and makes them lighter.Aside from my experience, the center is gorgeous and the staff is kind but I won’t be going back and spending my money their again. Just wish I’d known sooner to spend that 8-9k at a real laser studio.

I had an excellent experience getting a hydra-facial with Vilma today. She answered all the questions I had about other facials and add-ons they offer and used only the best products. The facial was relaxing and very thorough. Perfection Med Spa is a beautiful & clean facility with excellent customer service and I already booked my next facial with Vilma.

Love this place. It’s soooo pretty. I saw Hinna when I went. She is absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and patient when explaining what’s happening. I’ve always been so nervous. She has done my Botox, filler and PRP facials and they have been life changing. It’s so natural. I would never go to anyone else. Ask for Hinna.

This place is the definition of plastic surgery in Miami. Incompetent staff, and horrible ownership. They stole almost $600 from me by doing fraud. Sent me a quote and a contract that I signed, made a deposit, then they sent me a new contract 2 days later 2K higher. Sorry I forgot to disclose some fees, Doctors new rules If you dont agree with this we cannot refund your deposit what? After I disputed this charge they sent my credit card company the contract I originally signed and edited the numbers. Completely illegal practice. They are very fortunate that I dont want to waste any more energy on this and take them to court. Stay away from places like this. Cheap surgery is not worth it, go to a reputable establishment, where your life and your finances are in good hands. This place is an embarrassment! Stay away!

HORRIBLE! Be careful! The worst botox of my life by Hinna Akhtar , she doesn’t know how to inject and I got very bad results. I absolutely NO recommend this place at all. I don’t know what she injected in my face the result was a disaster and they didn’t want to take my money back.

I don’t usually take my time to write reviews but this time I had to, This is a nice place Esther usually do my facials no complaints.However I bought a package of 3 sessions I only had 2 facials when I tried to book the 3rd one they told me that I have nothing left on my package when I know that I have one left, been doing my facials with them for a long time from when they were in sunny isles move to Miami Beach then go back to sunny isle so for them to do that to me, that’s very low. Won’t go back again.

On 11/10/23 I had breast augmentation with Dr.Quintero. He is very passionate about his work and pays attention to detail!!!! After the surgery he was so careful in everything that he was doing I felt almost no pain! No it didn’t feel like an elephant was sitting on my chest, it felt like I was wearing a bra that was too tight lol. I highly recommend the surgeon and the procedure! Im on my 3rd full body laser treatment and honestly the results are already amazing, i can go a whole month without shaving my under arms and no hair! Everyone here is really friendly and my tech Deena is very nice too she makes me feel comfortable and shes honest with me. I went to another place for a consultation and I felt like they were just trying to take my money but not here, Ill definitely be doing more services with them.

The best med spa in miami! Everyone is so nice when you walk in, they offered me champagne, and provided snacks! They really take care of their clients. I got a teeth whitening here for 40 minutes and it turned out super amazing ! The staff checked on me a couple of times during my service to make sure i was okay, best service I have ever received ! Ive had teeth whitening, chemical peels, laser hair removal, cavitation, vitamin shots, etc. Each and every time the results and experience have been phenomenal. Staff is great, professional and super sweet. I always feel confident that Im going to leave the spa with desired results. This has and will continue to be my go to spa for all my beauty needs.

1 stop shop! I initially came in for filler around my under eyes but I stopped by instead of making an appointment. The doctor was not in but Nonetheless the ladies at the front hooked it up and in an hour an esthetician was available to see me. We tried the PRP vampire micro needling facial. It seemed scary at first LOL but everything was fine. I got numbing done and an hour later walked out feeling tight and like a million bucks. Might come back for undereye filler might not- but so doing this monthly from now on. I also got my teeth whitened while I waited! New me who this?

I cannot say enough about this place. The girls are all so friendly and helpful. Everyone who works here seems so happy and always have smiles on their faces. The environment is fun and upbeat, if you are having a bad day book yourself a service here and you will be sure to leave with a smile on your face!

If I could give this place zero stars, thats exactly what they would get. I’m huge on customer service, as this establishment doesn’t possess any of the skills whatsoever. The front desk is complete chaos. They are extremely disorganized. They are more concerned with taking your payment while providing mediocre customer service. I had an appointment with the injector, Jelena Petkovic. Before my appointment, I was told that they required me to pay $50 for a consultation and $100 toward my service. In which I paid in full. The first day, I showed up with a friend who is a long time client of theirs. I was unable to get any service because my $100 payment that posted in my account somehow was still pending on their end. So, I was rescheduled. At my second appointment, when I arrived, I was taken to a room where I was numbed immediately. I took before pictures with the “social media girl”. When the injector arrived to my room, I mentioned that I paid for a full consultation, but instead I was taken to a room, and they immediately began the procedure. So basically I paid $50 for nothing. She made a smart comment when I asked for my consult. Why am I paying $50 for a consultation if that’s not what I’m getting in return. She then took a brief look at my face and barely gave me any positive feed back. She was more concerned with finishing the procedure and rushing me along. I’ve been to several med spas, including Get Refreshed. They have impeccable customers service. I was given a Full consultation. I sat with their injector, who took his time and explained everything to me in detail on what to expect and what I needed for the best results. I felt very at ease and welcomed. I wasn’t rushed. They understood how to build rapport with their clients. Unfortunately, BH lacks those skills. Especially Jelena the injector. She’s rude, very sarcastic and condescending. In the past with other spas, when I’ve paid for consultation, thats exactly what got. I’m extremely bothered at the fact that this establishment books so many people at once that they fail to realize that as a business, they should spend more time building customer rapport. Giving the client a full experience. Had Jelena demonstrated more enthusiasm towards making her client feel welcomed and taken cared of, I would have definitely got more work done. BH, has definitely missed out on the opportunity of having a long-term client. I was displeased with her nonchalant attitude. To make matters worst Jelena made a really offensive remark after my procedure. I would never return to this establishment. After my procedure was complete and I got to the front desk to make my payment. Of course they did not apply the $100 down payment that I perviously paid towards my service I was charged an incorrect price, again as I’ve mentioned the front desk is a complete disaster. If $100 is required to booked an appointment then your front desk staff should be aware and the amount should be deduct it from the original price. It’s a good thing I caught that. It’s unfortunate because I was recommended by a friend who is a long-term client. I’ll be taking my coins to Get Refreshed. At least they know how to treat their customers. Maybe you guys can take a few pointers from them, since BH follows them on social media. The same day, my friend came in and received a facial from the esthetician. She came in for the $99 facial special, but end up paying $289. She was bamboozled out of more money when the esthetician took it upon herself to add more services without her permission. She was extremely upset and asked the esthetician why would she do that.. We’re definitely will not be returning.

I love it there, the staff is so nice & friendly. I recently purchased the detox pills & they are awesome definitely work for me. And I did 1 session of teeth whitening also but about 4 years ago. 2 thumbs up!

I have been going to this spa routinely for the last year and also tried their services a few years prior. First of all let me start by saying that what attracted me to the spa initially was their Instagram engagement, and after my initial appointment a few years ago for a vampire facial and contouring session, as well as a Vitamin B shot I had decided not to return. Their social media persona was NOTHING like the actual experience in person but after seeing their posts again in the last year I said let me give it another chance. I’ve spent over $5000 + at least on various services from Botox to facials as well as laser hair removal etc and will never go back. I can say this their Physician Jelena is wonderful!!! She is kind and attentive as well as accommodating however I could never say that about the front office staff or really anyone else with the exception of their facial girl with the great eyebrows lol (I always forget her name for some reason) and the old social media marketer who went to the surgery side (which was a BIG loss for them!!!) The final straw for me was having an appointment last Wednesday and calling on my way to give them my new phone number to find out that my appointment was cancelled and the girl who answered the phone didn’t know why?! Then being told that the office manager (who I never once seen come out the office, greet customers, smile or any thing other than stare at a computer screen like a bump on a log) wanted me to pay $25 for a “missed appointment fee” from the following month. The previous month I had been on my way and would have arrived 15 minutes late and was told that Deena, the only laser tech, could not accommodate that and that I would have to be rescheduled. But mind you they are ALWAYS running behind schedule, I’ve had to wait NUMEROUS times for my services there oftentimes not even being greeted by the front office staff. One time Deena had to come out like oh you’re here because they didn’t even notify her?!? So they rescheduled me for the next day and I decided to stay overnight in Miami, I was not notified that their office changed locations so guess what?! Yup you guessed it I showed up at the old location and was livid!!! I’ve been in the healthcare profession and an office manager for MANY years it’s customary for any time you change locations that you reiterate that EVERY TIME you’re on the phone with a patient/client etc The receptionist tried to lie and said ‘I told you’ of course I said absolutely not and I don’t appreciate that so Deena waited for me to arrive at the new location and did my laser hair removal, mind you with a fan in the doorway and the door not even closed!!!! The Office Manager was there and never once came out to try to speak with me or express to me that she would attempt to charge me a $25 fee from the day prior she just sat in her office as usual. So back to this appointment from last Wednesday that’s when the office tried to tell me there would be a fee from the previous month I said absolutely NOT! Spoke to the Office Manager and informed her that for me a client/business relationship is an even exchange and that I have had to wait, be rescheduled, etc MANY TIMES and always just went with the flow and she should’ve had the nerve to speak to me in PERSON and furthermore I had 5 of the 12 treatments for my full body laser package that I paid $3000 for (oh and I forgot to mention that they tried to charge me again for a laser treatment previously and had to ‘research’ my payment ) and that I wanted $1500 reimbursement because I didn’t even want to go back to their place of business. She said they don’t issue refunds and she would research my account because Deena told her I often am a ‘no show’ (once again a LIE). I am at times late but I’m traveling over 3 hours to go to them and I wonder if they have these same conversations with the celebrities that go to their spa or do they receive great customer service which I’m sure is the case right lol. Either way today is Thursday and it’s been a week and I still never received a call!

Don’t be fooled by the large instagram following. Something is way off with the “Botox” they use here I received 70+ units and had ZERO result. I even went back for a touch up and paid for more. Please tell me how I spent over $800 on Botox and my muscle movement did not even slow the slightest bit. The doctor’s response to my expressed concern was very cold and defensive followed by several excuses including as we age we need more (I’m only 33 and aged 2 years since my last botox), other injectors have different techniques (Botox has one purpose and a very general injection technique), she was almost blaming me as if something was wrong with me. Botox is a very potent toxin and there is no excuse as to why it did not simply freeze my muscle. I wish I was making this up! I hope this review saves someone time money and disappointment.

Its been on my radar to visit BH perfection spa Bay Harbour and finally went today and it was amazing. I’m glad I did. The staff was friendly, great, amazing, and 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.I felt so good there. I may just moved to the spa so they can work on me every day. I can’t remember the name of the sweet nice girl that did my facial but she was amazing!!! LOVED HER !! I think it was Chantelle. She was the best. I will be coming here as much as I can.Thanks for having me 😍😍😍

I would like to share my experience with this place. On November 27, 2018 I decided to do a hair restoration. I saw that they inject Needles into your four head & they said I would see some results in about 2 to 3 months. The cost was $399 per session. Unfortunately nothing really happen. I was completely this disappointed with this place. I don’t think I will NEVER see this place again. It’s a complete rip off!No Thank you!I already found a place for LESS MONEY!

Had an amazing experience getting a hydra facial with Jen! The spa is so incredibly nice and the service was amazing. Will be back in a few weeks to do a body contour session and couldn’t be more excited 🎉

I came to BH perfection to get 360 liposuction the best part of the process was my massages. Sudan and Lashon we’re very nice. Sudan is very informative patient and attentive I thought very relieved after every massage because the healing process of liposuction can be painful but she made it very much worth it. The staff also we’re very nice Would definitely recommend to others.

The staff here is very welcoming and friendly. I came in for a vampire facial with microdermabrasion and I already love the results!! I came in for texture on my forehead and blackheads and whiteheads. My skin looks so smooth and clear now after! I cant wait to see the final results in a couple days. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. 10/10

I’ve probably seen about 4-6 different plastic surgeons for consultations for liposuction and all of them had turned me down explaining the need for me to have a tummy tuck. And that’s the last thing I wanted. I found Bay Harbour Perfections through a friend of mine and started following them on IG. I had my consultation with Barbie and scheduled my surgery. I’m about 2 weeks post op and I am so happy I did it! Barbie is absolutely amazing and attentive. She literally there for anything I need! I’ve been doing my post op massages with Yolanda and even though there a bit uncomfortable she make them pleasant! And Angela she’s the sweetest! I’m actually headed back for a couple more pampering. I truly recommend coming here!!!

I’ve been to many medspas but this is my favorite because of their new and up to date machines, and also their new location is beautiful with great valet parking. I go there for laser hair removal & I’ve also done hydrafacials, teeth whitening and it’s always the best experience. Very friendly and professional staff as well.

This place is amazing. The office itself is gorgeous and as soon as you walk in you are greeted with drinks and snacks in the waiting room while you wait(if any, they run a tight ship and usually on time) then the whole staff is just so good and accommodating and knowledgeable. Ive done pretty much everything(laser hair removal, vampire facial, teeth whitening, Botox, laser skin resurfacing and more). The doctor is amazing and her hands are gentle yet super effective. All the techs take their time and do everything right. The esthetician has years of experience and can really help your skin. The owner, Angela, is superb and so sweet. The spa manager, Oren, is the best at overseeing everything and making sure you have the best experience possible. I highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Total scam!!!! They took my money and didn’t refund it back!!! Do NOT recommend this business at all!!! Not even a last minute cancellation from the doctor and I got blamed for her mistake!! Do not use Angela Kogan!!!

After having a consultation with doctor Lee. I was leaving the office and I asked to one of the girls that work at the office, if they have any tightening treatment for my neck. She told me that they have an amazing radio frequency treatment. That you started seeing results since first treatment,etc. I bought the package of 3 sessions. Because that’s what they recommend to me. The price was 200$. I was very excited at first! After not seeing results the lady started tell me that I will star seeing results after forth treatment. That means buying another package. When at first place they had told me that my skin would be firm with only 3 sessions. I consider that,!stilling. Since they lie from first day. I waisted my time. Woke up early and drove far on my only days off from work. I am disillusioned, dissatisfied and disappointed. Since my neck remains the same after treatment. I would’ve appreciate if they say the truth since day number one. And they give you the option to choice if you want to do several treatments and pay several packages and spend many days going for treatment or not. I just wasted 200$ and time. I wouldn’t recommend the spa to anybody.

Sudan is amazing!! She did almost all of my massages and she genuinely cares about your results. Even though I was sore and in pain she somehow made the massages feel great. Wish I could stay longer to have more sessions with her.

Place is horrible! Would not recommend. Employees are uncaring of peoples time and value. Completely unprofessional and dont care for patients. Not only did I HAVE to call and verify my appt but they couldnt find me in their system even as I arrived. Today I arrived at 5 (time I was told to arrive when i called) and a women sent me to wrong building so I arrived late. Then, said they couldnt see me because I was late. I drove an hour to arrive at 5. Needless to say, anyone that treats people like this does not deserve my respect, time or money.

I had surgery 6 months ago. I was somewhat pleased with the results at because I was assured that the swelling would subside. That has not happened. I have a horrible scar. I’ve tried to contact them to no avail. Once my surgery was over I feel as though they didn’t care. I spent too much money with them to be treated this way. I was told that at my 6 month post-op mark they would address the issues I have with my results. Well, that hasn’t happened. They don’t care. In wouldn’t recommend anyone having surgery here.

I have come to BH Perfection a couple times and each time i’ve come Ana has been there to assist me. She is very welcoming and detailed. She makes my visits worth it. I referred my sister for lip injections, our appointment was today and they came out great.

I did the 20 minutes teeth whitening and it doesn’t work a bit!! Yeah i know business is going to respond it’s not enough time! So then do not offer so little!! it’s a totally waste of money and time. My teething are good I have always do whitening and this is 1st time it doesnt work. I asked the lady if at least I would get 2 shades better and she said yes

I went in for laser and the first 4 treatments were amazing. They switched my specialist and not long after my hair was growing just as fast as before ! I was hit on my tattoo several times with the laser causing damage to my tattoo. Worst of all I follow all of their instructions to stay out of the sun etc. and I still have discoloration on my arms. I am very disappoint because I was so excited to do business with them.

I have never taken the time to write a google review because I feel its a bit extra to be complaining online, but I feel I should put the truth out there because we ladies deserve to know which places will take care of us or not. They do all this IG hype and honestly I feel its all just a gimmick to get you in.Honestly, this was the worst facial I have ever had. I hate to say it but its true. The price is not equitable to the service you receive. I was having the Hydro Facial and asked for the 24k mask and I had it on for 5 minutes with the LED light mask. Its $40! I would think you need about 15 minutes with it on for it to have any kind of absorption So that was a total waste of my money and a perfectly good mask.I was patient and courteous because I hate complaining and being rude but I was very disappointed.I wanted to talk to a manager after my appointment but there was no one left in the office when my service was over. There was another girl waiting in the waiting room and the esthetician went to get the room ready and took her in right away, as she should have because she had been waiting a while. $240.00 that I would like to get back. Like I wrote before, I have had many facials done before and she did not use steam. Idk how she was planning on getting anything out the right way or giving a true facial without that. She did some extractions which were unnecessarily painful because she didnt use steam. I had the facial done 3/16 and today is 3/18 and my nose still hurts whenever I touch it, its slightly bruised. Its not what I had in mind. Never going again theres a ton of other places in SF.

Overall I like it. I had a full body laser hair pkg. office nice clean and no waiting upon arrival but the downside is that they are only open M-F business hours and occasionally a little later. As a working professional this schedule is not convenient. No real flexibility as far as scheduling. I live about an hour away so lunch breaks is not an option. I wouldve love to continue going but they need to be open on weekends and evenings for normal working class people.

I love this place, I do the full body laser with Deena and she is amazing. The machine they use is top notch. I also do the body contouring and it works as long as your consistent. I highly recommend this place for all your needs.

My 1st time visiting BH. Im currently doing Laser hair removal. Their customer service is 100% on point and their prices are UNBEATABLE. They are the competition to major cosmetic businesses in Miami and Broward County. Best prices and their services are top notch too. My 2nd home lol now for sure. BTW! They always have specials. Ask! Omg!!! My very first time at BH Perfection and Im So In love With My hydra Facial And Microblading Results. Although I Had A Very Small Reaction To The Chemicals, (not their fault I have extremely sensitive skin lol) my face actually looks like a face now lbs. This is my first time putting a review for any business establishment but I was so disrespected that I needed to do this. I came to this place prior for teeth whiting prioe and I follow the owner on Instagram so I said I would try them for laser hair removal because she seem so nice. I made an appointment for 4:30 pm. They sent me a text to confirm the 4:30 appointment, then 20 minutes later ask me to come before 4 pm. I decided to contact them and asked if I can come at 1 ok and they said fine. First you have to pay a toll. Then they dont even give you direction that the office is located on the side of the building. Then I get to the office which was completely empty. She asked what service do I want and I informed her of the service and she told me have a seat . I sat for 20 minutes and someone else came in the office for the same service. There appointment was at 12 and took her in right away. I never felt so disrespected. This place is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. There are too many Med spas in miami to be treated like crap at this one. STAY AWAY!!!!

I got my teeth whitening done today and Kimberly was amazing. Then close at 6pm but she stayed extra just to finish my teeth whitening. I will definitely be back !

Treatments are good, the lady whos in charge of social media is nice (just that she wont show negative reviews on their instagram... of course) but the actual lady who answers the phone and make the appointments is rude as hell. Just be aware and read the policies of the $25 charge if you dont show up because they are not going to call you to remind you, they send text messages and if you are new client you better give cell phone instead of office or landline and according to them, they dont keep information so every time you make appt is every time you have to give them your number (according to what they told me over the phone) Im not sure if they only keep credit cards to charge you the $25 fee. I am the type of person who leaves sincere reviews because I always look forward to receive same treat and good service I give to my clients. !!!

I went in to get my teeth whiting like I do every 2 years , overall my teeth are white but after a year the bright white smile isn’t as bright as it use to be. First time trying it here and to make sure I could get the whitest smile possible I did the 60 min one instead of the 20 min but after treatment my teeth looked exactly the same, not even a little whiter I was so disappointed, $ down the drain. Never again.

This place is the best! I had 360 lipo very comfortable the ladies and doctor are very accommodating and sweet. They kept me informed the entire time and provided post op instructions for those out of state. I will be back in 3 months for post op follow up and to indulge in more services. This place is horrible. Went yesterday for the microdermabrasion and it was horrible. I told The lady who did it, that this was my first microdermabrasion and she did not educate me at all on what to expect or what to do after. I left without her doing any extractions on my face, (which I did need it). She smelled like cigarettes and the whole experience was quick. For $149, I regretted every second of my penny and will never return.

Such a gorgeous new location and the staff is amazing! Everyone is so kind and professional. They recently moved locations and the only word I could use to describe the new place is WOW! Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for the best of the best!

Really regret not doing my research on other surgery places because I was not happy with the service I’ve been getting from here. I’ve tried not to write this but it’s been difficult going through my post op with little to no help.Every time I call with questionsI get different answers or none because I’m on hold and eventually the line drops. I have to rely on google or call other plastic surgeons cause I don’t even know my surgeons name. I can’t really talk about the other services but lipo here is like buying a used car and not getting help or the attention you got when you purchased it.

I made an appointment days in advance they call me the day before to say the doctor could not stay to see me at the scheduled time If i wanted her to stay and wait for me I had leave a money deposit for a free consultation i canceled it all together by then and decided leave this to inform people.

Almost a week ago I called them for a virtual consultation they asked me to send pictures and to fill out a questionnaire form which I did and sent Everything to them.till this day I am still waiting for them to get back to me! I emailed other doctors with same information and with in 24 hours I got a quote from my virtual Consultation. With this establishmentI literally felt like I was bothering them by asking them for a quote from the information I sent them and they kept giving me the same answer that they will send it to a specialist and they will email me back but I have never received anything I would not recommend this place to anyone because if they can’t even send you an email back That just shows their professionalism

I never do a google review for any company but this place it’s the worst I did a bleach in my under arms treatment in this place I pay 500$ And my arms are worst they are more black, I talk to Angela and she says that the girls that do the treatment they don’t supposed to leave the bleach treatment on and I get burn so that why I’m more dark, now they don’t want to give my money back but it’s unfair for a client to pay 500 dollar to get your arms worst than how you came, now I call every day to the clinic and Ángela it’s never there because she don’t want to give me my money back , I will leave picture to you guys see what kind of place it’s this if your personal it’s not trained to go a treatment or if the treatment doesn’t work don’t offer this king of treatment, please don’t go to this place
