I went with my girlfriend to the spa because she did Botox there ☺️ and I always see her with the best results.And I needed some filler because I had lines under my eyes, they offered me fillers to rejuvenate my look. And the results after 1 session was amazing.I feel and look very refreshed and younger.I highly recommend with competitive prices.Thank you again.

Great hidden gem it’s huge it has a sauna with showers and a hang out room. Went in for a lips,Botox promo and I also got Full body laser. You have to get package for the deal but you can split payments. Spa very clean and nice staff.

Purchase a combo service and the advertised items were not as expected. The note was for any product a syringe but when I got there I realized that were limited options offered-nothing like the instagram advertised. No results after procedure and I feel like I wasted my money. General look of the salon is great. But I would invest more in details of offers. Personally it did not feel like I got a deal.

Terrible experience. They popped up on Instagram giving away 4 free sessions on small area to try their service. I booked it. I specifically asked if underarms are included in it they told me yes. I biked 1h to go there. I arrived all sweaty and now they are telling me underarms arent part of small area and I need to pay to do them. I told them I specifically asked before coming and they told me it was included but they wouldnt hear anything and asked me to pay for something that I was originally told was a free try. I even tried to find middle ground by telling them they can do only 1 underarm or give me only 1 trying session instead of 4 but they wouldnt hear anything and just told me I had to pay... lol. Summary. I came allll the way there for nothing, I was lied (maybe misunderstanding I can accept that) and the customer service is absolutely terrible because I offered alternatives and they didnt even care. Useless to say I will never come back. Me who need to do hair laser removal, botox and prp, plz advice me a nice place with nice people. (I have never reviewed anything. It is my first time taking the time to review something because I am honestly shocked of this treatment...!) For reference I have like 5 hair in my underarms, i even showed them, it is extremely small so its not like it would have taken them more time than any other small area. I came all the way there thinking I could find cheaper package, I ended up having lies, no help, no middle ground and an entire afternoon lost.

Elena was very delicate and professional! And the check in very easy as well. Love to come here for laser. The place is very clean, the machines are high end and I feel in great hands.

I went to the spa recommended by a friend of mine to fixe under eyes skin problems dues to years of poor sleep, I meet with Mila who very nicely advise me on the options to fixe my issues with light Botox and filer after 1h the results was incredible and I feel so happy of the results, the lady who did the job was very professional and very attentive , I was pain free too ! I DO NOT recommend it, I had 6 hair removal sections done with them, the last one was on January 12, today March 6 I have hair as if I had never done anything, on several occasions I let them know that it was not working and they told me that was the process, not only that, one time I went to talk to them with half of my arm with hair and the other half without hair to show them how I was and they accused me of having shaved half of my arm, I gave them a star for the place is super clean nothing more.

I was lucky enough to come across this place via IG ads. It was a great experience with lovely professionals! It’s been over a month since Lily blessed my lips. First photo in pink is day one, second photo is the lips now, and third is how I style them. Thank you for taking care of me and giving me a fabulous service!

Today I had my fourth treatment at the Manhattan Laser Spa. The first time when i came and showed the places that I need to do, they told me that it was 6 aerials! Today, before procedure, they told that it is 7 eriyas and will cost more, (all aries was same like last 3 time) To my question, how can this be if I want to do everything the same today for the fourth time, and your employee said its cant be true and put finger at the price tags, although it was not about the price, but about the wrong information carried by your employees. They did the laser today terribly, missing places, to my question why, there was an answer well, there is no hair there. Of course not, I shave them between laser sessions 6 weeks, I dont want to go hairy. And today, for the first time, I realized that light was slightly led over the skin, it was not laser hair removal, it was absolutely not professionally performed. Another worker opened the door during procedures and allowed himself to talk. She didn’t even give me glasses , I told her during the procedure give me glasses, because she forgot. Also, 2 months ago, when I had appointment I came 5 minutes earlier, waited about half an hour and that lady came out and said that she didnt have time to take me and needed to be rescheduled. I can understand a lot, but this is absolutely not a professional service that you provide.Never recommend!

Horrible. No results after 2 months. The procedure was painful, no anesthetic cream was even applied, not sure why they needed to subject their patient to that. When I came later to inquire why the procedure didnt work, they were borderline rude, starting with the cosmetologist and ending with the reception/management. They dont keep proper records, didnt know how many units was applied. Showed only one pic to compare before and after. Basically they made it sound like it was all my fault, even though I paid for many units.

Lilly is the best!!!! Since this was my first time getting lip fillers, she explained everything very well and the process went very smooth! So in love with the results. Will definitely keep coming!

Manager seemed disinterested in listening to my concerns and dismissed my valid points outright. This kind of unprofessional behavior left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.It is truly unfortunate to encounter a spa that engages in such deceitful practices and lacks the basic courtesy to address customer concerns. As consumers, we deserve transparency and fair treatment. Sadly, this spa failed to uphold these principles.
