I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jordan. From the moment I walked in, Jordan greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in the store and was able to answer all of my questions with ease.Not only was Jordan helpful and informative, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and recommended the perfect products for me. His attention to detail and personalized approach really stood out to me.Overall, I was extremely impressed with Jordans professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor. Now I had been to Cookies 1 time before this review. It was a good experience, but this last time yesterday was really cool. I was helped by Chris the manager. This guy is so cool, knowledgeable and just down right one cool cat 🐈. It was a great time the bud is gas af and the dabs were really really good this time. I will be going back there definitely and letting everyone I know what a great experience it is. The shop is top notch clean, organized well maintained very well, actually super nice. All I can say are great things🙏🙏🙏🙌 The only bad is we don’t have a Cookies 🍪 in West Palm Beach but I’m sure soon we will and I’m sure they will dominate the market here. I always wanted to go tor the Cookies store but we didn’t have one in Florida. This amazing place has the best customer service hands down. Premium strains and Johnathan hooked me up for real. I was treated with respect and patience. The manager was awesome as well by providing his history with the company shows his passion. Cool to see that they’ve been adding more deals to their menu to stay competitive with the other Dispos as well as staying pretty consistent with their quality. However the vapes could be more on par with their other products. Jordan helped me out and provided great service.

Super sweet service from Emily and I love the spacious and interactive set up of the store. Being able to see and smell the product is a great plus! I was a little wary to pop in thinking it would be really expensive for being a well known brand, but I was pleasantly surprised and I’ll definitely be back!!

Came in for a vape pen and some pre-rolls and learned so much from the cannabis expert Noriah, he was so patient and taught me so much about how cannabis works and interacts with your system. Definitely worth coming, and you can easily spend so much money here haha in a good way

Emily was great. She was knowledgable, understood what i was looking for even without me actually saying it. And didnt nag like a sales person. She was chill, resourceful, patient, attentative and overall just great.

Everything was fine until I went there and Emily M (bird road lady) was there. From the time I walked in, up until I left she was 100% bad vibes with negative energy. No one was at reception when I arrived and I wasnt greeted as I usually am. I went to seat myself and she was yelling at me across the store from the register saying I wasnt allowed to be there that I had to wait by the door. Fully disabled and this womans behavior was absolutely out of control. She also disrespected my care taker and also reprimanded them and was SO rude to them. She was also condescending telling me that I was in a medical facility. I am one of the first patients in FL to recieve a medical card and I have NEVER EVER been talked to like that in any dispensary. When I needed customer service she didnt know anything about the product or how it was made or any of the ingredients. I had already given her my ID and she yelled at me again across the store when I tried to get a drink of water. She was acting like a bad cop the whole time. When I went to make a purchase she couldnt even give service because she lacked all product knowledge. There werent any questions that I had that she could answer. She doesnt know how products are made and what ingredients are in them. The simplest questions I had didnt get answered. I left without buying anything. I dont understand why you would act like that. If you cant handle one store by yourself, you shouldnt be left there alone to serve others. You obviously cant handle small tasks, common courtesy, basic people skills, and need to go back to do some training because you have no idea what you are selling. A bud tender that knows nothing about bud?🤔👎👎👎👎👎 If you need service there that bad, go to one of the guys. They know about products and they are courteous and polite. She should take a page from their book.

Velma and I were hitting some balls at Topgolf when we reached into the sack and realized we were out of Scooby Snacks. We hopped into the Mystery Machine and headed to Cookies in North Miami. This place was amazing, swag, weed, everything. What really makes this establishment my favorite Florida dispensary is Jordan. Zoinks, what can I say about this guy? He is brilliant; like Neil Degrass Tyson of weed. He knows the strains, the terpenes, the trichomes. His recommendations are always top notch. He’s so awesome, I’d let this guy marry my daughter.

Customer service was great coming to this location. I’m so happy to see it up in north miami. Selection in terms of accessories is good. You can tell that they’re still moving in more products into this new location. Their budtenders know what they’re talking about in terms of actual medical needs. Which is super important especially if you’re in the program for real reasons.I’ll forever recommend Cookies & this location. Ariel was pleasure speaking with and receiving help from.

I have been to cookies many times now as theyve become my favorite neighborhood dispensary since their grand opening in North Miami. Alexzandra is very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and the industry, shes super quick to let you know all of the deals for the day, and is on point all around! Its always a pleasure walking in for the wake and bake, and even if you dont make it for that, they still have discounts for students, Seniors, veterans, and industry workers which is really cool in my opinion. I personally love grabbing their rosin, always flavorful and hits Everytime! Cant go wrong with gas tank gum drop or the Georgia Pie! Side note, I love the variety of puffco products, their cookies merch is really cool, with a beautiful store design to top it off. Every time I go there in the morning.The wake and bake special was stackable Today I was supposed to get $10 off a product thats on sale for $75.They tell me that its not stackable and the discount is off the original $89 price.THIS is the first time this happened in the five ORmore times Ive been there.Probably wont be back 🔙

I recently visited the Cookies North Miami Dispensary for the first time, and despite the clean and colorful ambiance of the store, my experience was extremely disappointing.Upon arrival, a friendly gentleman greeted me, who took my MMU card and began setting up my account. He then walked me to the display area and explained how their menu and discounts work. However, as I decided on my purchase, I started feeling anxious, sensing that my presence was bothering the employee.When I finally chose my product, I was informed that the 7g I wanted to buy was over my allotted amount of 0.246oz, weighing 0.247oz instead. I explained that 7g should fall within my prescription limit, but they insisted the computer was never wrong. Frustrated, I mentioned leaving a bad Yelp review, which prompted the gentleman to call his manager.The young, blonde manager explained that allotments were beyond their control and blamed the government. I found this explanation to be unsatisfactory, especially since I later learned at another dispensary (Jungle Boys) that I could purchase 2 separate 3.5oz packages without issue. This simple solution, which they failed to offer, left me feeling insulted and undervalued.What really ticked me off was having to go to another store and having them explain and resolve my issue easily. It was as simple as a data entry mistake and could’ve been resolved with basic problem-solving.Additionally, what got under my skin was when the manager addressed me with a dismissive sorry, buddy, instead of using my name. This lack of basic respect only added to my frustration.Ultimately, I felt that Cookies North Miami Dispensary treated me poorly because I didnt fit a certain class or spend enough money. There are plenty of other dispensaries with better prices and customer service. While the store may look appealing, my experience showed that it’s important not to judge a book by its cover. Buyer beware—you’re likely to pay higher prices and receive subpar service here.I don’t know if I came on a bad day or what, but personally, this location was quite far for me to travel, and I won’t ever come back to any of these dispensaries.

Visiting Cookies for the first type definitely lived up to the hype! Omar made it a great experience by guiding me to exactly the kind of products I was seeking and explaining details I otherwise couldn’t have read or found elsewhere, even as an experienced “cannaseur.” Super helpful in narrowing down which of the strains would fit my tastes and needs in general best. Highly recommended company, location, budtender, and products!

Very unprofessional staff. I get that it’s the end of the night and the last 10 minutes are always the worst but the gentleman at the front desk had no problem attending an employee but denied two patients and myself. I could have gone to the Flowery which was 10 minutes closer but decided to go here instead to check out the store for the first time. I’ll stick to Bird Road. This is what happens when corporate entities enter this field and don’t pay their employees accordingly which affects the patients in the long run. Lovely location though… not so welcoming staff.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a dispensary. All the good strains they show on display they don’t even have. They told us it comes with the original packaging, and then we bought it we received a regular white packaging. The 3.5g shirazi is 18% thc and the 7g shirazi is 17% thc 🤔 Make it make sense. Not only that but when I wanted to return it they would only let me return for something of the same value.

Overpriced and not care towards there patients. ill give my money to the flowery or jungle boys.
