Hello, I have been a customer of this place since last month and I had been buying every week for my 50 dollars of hybrid weed that was of very good quality but they had run out a week ago so I waited, coming almost every day to buy that same strain and yesterday they told me that the same strain had arrived but when I bought it and smoked it it was totally different and of poor quality with a strong musty smell. I tried it and although it gives you a high it doesnt leave a good taste in your mouth, so today I came to ask if they could exchange it or return it to me and they said no, so I spent money only to be fooled by a strain that wasnt the one I had ordered The thing is that today I went to the store to ask for a solution and they didnt offer a solution. Alex, the guy who serves didnt want to give a solution and insinuated that I changed the grass and he takes advantage of the fact that they wash their hands, very bad experience. I dont recommend this place. I am totally disappointed and yesterday I had my birthday and it ruined the moment for me.
