Brought a brand new vape charged it all night. Next morning it doesn’t work. I just wanted a replacement device. All this lady did was laugh and smile while providing absolutely no customer service. No replacement or refund was issued. This shop has faulty vapes and they know it. Don’t trust these crooks with anything. The guy in this picture was also laughing about the products not working they said it’s not their problem if their products don’t work.#scam-cam

I have been loyal to this store for 7 years. Been through changes of staff and sales and always had a great experience. The guys always helped with vapes, coils and juices. I went in an hour ago for coils. Couldn’t get it out. The guys usually take it out for me in that case. The girl with long black hair was unbelievably rude. Could care less if I needed help or spent money there. Customer service is everything to me. I will never go back. Went to new store by SuperCuts. He was so helpful and my coils were $5.00 cheaper. Will miss Vavavape.

Amazing experience…the glass on my tank is hard to find and I’m 4 hours from home so I told him I may just buy a new tank from him. Did he try to push an expensive new tank on me? No…instead he introduced me to the disposable tank, which I’d never heard of! I swear most shops would push that new tank. Forever customer

I went into the store to buy a vape because of its reviews. I asked the clerk if I could use ladies room and he looked at owner who shook his head no to clerk. So I asked a couple questions about my preferred vape and made a selection as to which one I wanted. By this time I really had to use the bathroom and clerk started telling me about specials. I said I may be interested but I must use the bathroom before I can finish purchase. Once again, clerk looked at owner and once again owner shook his head no. I barely made it to the exit door but wasnt fortunate enough to make it to my car. Luckily I had a dress on and a towel in my car. You may have great smoke products and 4.6 stars, but it appears you dont have empathy for others.

This review is more about is Kelly than anything else. The store has a great selection of quality products and liquids. Its clean. The prices arent bad at all.... But my first trip there, I encountered a not so knowledgeable lump on a log member of the staff. Luckily, I had to return to the store and meet Kelly. If there is a vape guru... This is the guy. He takes the time to ask questions, he takes the time to listen, he understands people as much as the product he sells. What he says is accurate. What he sells is what you asked for or what you said you needed. Just friendly professional help... Thanks Kelly! I look forward to another 6 months of business together.

They sell products that they DO NOT stand behind! They sold me a burnt vape and not even an hour later would. It exchange it due because “unfortunately, you have to stay in the store and try them” well the vape burnt out after an hour! Not immediately! So basically they are willing to lose customers over $10.00! Good business model!

I stopped by VaVa for the first time today. I was having trouble with my mod not firing. The shopkeep by the name of Kelly was tending the shop. I spoke of my problems and before I finished, he had my mod working like a champ again. He didnt even charge me for fixing it. I will definitely be a loyal customer thanks to him.

Mr. Kelly has spare parts and fixed my tank for FREE! He is knowledgeable in all things vape, kind, considerate and knows me from being a customer from the very beginning. Went to vavavape. To get some juice and look at a new mod. The store have a great selection of juice, they have a test-rack. For just 1cent you will become lifetime member. So you can come in anytime and try the flavours. The employee that help me and the customer in front of me had a great knowledge about all the modes and was service minded of the customers need and wishes, his name was Kelly did a great job, so if you go here I would definitely ask for him! Emily is very knowledgeable about what they sell. Honest, straightforward, and treats you the same whether your a local or a tourist. While I was there a customer came in with a broken tank. She did all she could, offering ideas on how to repair temporarily. She could have just as easily dismissed the customer when they said the couldnt afford a new one till payday. Instead she offered options, which in my opinion will make that person a return customer. Nice to know I have a vape shop I can depend on when Im in town. I spent 30 minutes trying different flavors and they seemed happy to have me there as long as I needed. Never walked away except to help another customer. Showed me 4 different rdas and what she felt were the pros and cons of each. Nice, polite, and easy to talk to.What else could a person ask for?

I’m from MA so I’m not sure how much you guys are used to paying for 30ml but paying $17.95 for a 30ml is outrageous. The going rate is $10 for 30ml so to be almost double that is ridiculous. The juice I got which is the hard candy is decent, nothing great. Customer service was fine and nothing bad to say about that but just the pricing is outlandish.

OH MY GOD. I cannot explain how awesome of an experience I just had in VaCaVape. Kelly, the salesman, was hilarious and so informative! I was just going to buy juice and walked out with a new mod, several juices and coils. WOW- I wish every vapetender was an attentive as Kelly!

I have been going to vava vape for years and this weekend I decided to upgrade my vape this past Saturday which is hard for me to do when you get used to having 1. The sales guy seemed fairly new but I asked many questions about a vape that I wanted to purchase he didnt seem to know that much but 1 specific question I had asked about was the airflow was it adjustable showed him my other vape and he said yes. Got to the register before I knew it he had already rung up the vape I had handed him my card and then realized he had not asked me for my phone number for my rewards when I mentioned it he said there is nothing he could do about it so I wasnt able to use my points. Then I Got the vape home filled the vape and there was no way to control the air flow and I wasnt even able to get a hit. So now Im irritated because I didnt get to use my points and now I have a vape that I cant even use that cost me $60. So I went in with my vape that I had just bought less than 30 minutes prior told him the problem he said sorry theres nothing I can do. I said thats not going to work I just spent all this money on a vape I cant use so he called a manager He told the manager I was unhappy with my vape and I wanted to return it I said thats not true I was told there was adjustable air flow and it wasnt working the manager said sorry theres nothing we can do. I said you need to call the other manager she knows me Ive been coming in here for years so he did. Her name is Emily she saw me on camera immediately recognized me and told the employee yes we will accommodate her she has been a loyal customer for years. She then gave him some suggestions on a better fit for me on a vape which I did choose the one she suggested and it works great. It was very awesome that she was willing to help me and wasnt willing to lose me as a customer. Emily is the best she knows what shes talking about she knows everything about every vape at that shop and Im so happy that I was able to get a vape that actually worked. As far as that employee goes I think he needs some additional training and needs to ask people for rewards number before he runs their card. Thank you Emily I love my new vape.

I had a great experience at this shop! The employee that helped me goes by the name Jimmy but I kept calling him Jimbo for fun. I came in looking for a good flavor of e-liquid to start with. I examined the wall of flavors and felt a little anxious from all the variety. Jimbo (jimmy) noticed that I looked confused and came to help me. He showed me the juice sample area where I tried a bunch of different flavors and he was able to make suggestions so I could find the flavor that I preferred best. Great shop and great employee 10/10 would recommend!

Went there while I was on vacation hoping they could help with a new coil for my Smok Nord X and some cherry limeade vape juice made in house. The prices was great but the coil he sold me that I questioned before I left was not right, it was way to small and the cherry limeade juice tasted like Dawn dish liquid with a hint of nicotine. When I went back to see if they would do the right thing a make it right they said nothing they can do. Basically tough luck. Not very happy. But very clean and organized I will give them that.

It had went out on me the day before and tasted awful, and lord knows how bad that can be. I had been driving around all afternoon/night trying to find a new coil and none of the shops I had been to had one that one work. The most consistent, high quality, clean and friendly vape shop in the NMB area. Store hours are solid (a pet peeve of mine for other stores in the area) and juice is always flavorful with minimal oxidation. Prices are on the lower, i.e. fair, side. Staff is impeccable and have always provided a top notch experience. I will miss this place when I leave NMB.

Recommend the Sunshine Daydream. Nice smooth taste. Stopped in quick on vacation and kelly told us about each and every flavor, that they make themselves.

Ok experience, the clerk informed me of the multiple suorins they have stock of, but when it came to buying juice, he informed us that any vape juice other than the expensive 25mg nicotine salt based juice wouldnt work. This is actually untrue and I now feel misled and unsatisfied with my purchase.

Was vacationing in myrtle beach when I busted my tank. I went to all other supposedly vape shops around and the only one that I would consider a vape shop and have what I needed was vava vape. The man was very nice and helpful.

If there was a option for zero stars I would do it. Worst vape store ever. Visiting MB, lost battery, purchased new one, found lost battery, tried to return one hour later, refused return, management is super rude. NOT RECCOMENDED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
