This is an edit of a bad review, but Helen invited me back and redid my nails and wow they are so so so beautiful. I am beyond happy with how they turned out. Not to mention she is one of the most kind and accommodating people ever. She was so fast and did everything so precisely. This will definitely be my new go to salon. If you’re seeing this, thank you Helen!I also saw Sally and she was amazing… the nails are so perfect and she is so detail oriented. She is also super nice!

My husband and I came here for a pedicure and gel manicure/pedicure, respectively. Linda and Kristine did an excellent job! Linda was gentle and very meticulous with my nails. She repeatedly checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what was done. Kristine gave my husband a volcanic pedicure which made his feet as smooth as a babys bottom. Everyone was kind and welcoming from beginning to end which is something I havent experienced in other salons. I will definitely return!

Kristine did my nails today for the first time, and she did an amazing job. She was efficient and paid close attention to detail. I love the shape and color. She made sure I was getting what I needed as a customer and that I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend her as your nail tech and this beautiful, clean salon!Sally did my nails the second time! Great job, I needed to go shorter. I love them and the color. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend either ladies, you won’t be disappointed!

Helen typically does my nails and she does a wonderful job. They were super busy today and Kristine was able to fit me in instead and she also did amazing! Everyone here is very efficient and pays close attention to detail, always making sure you’re happy with your nails throughout. Tony did an amazing job!! The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. He was extremely detailed oriented and my nails literally turned out perfect. He was also very friendly and made sure I liked the shape and color. Highly recommend booking with him, he is a true professional!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Either Helen or Hana do my nails and they are absolutely stunning each and every time! They take great care of clients, fantastic nail art and are always willing to go above and beyond! I had a trip to Disney World and Helen gave me the nails of my dreams!10/10 recommend this place!

Edit 8/2024: I have branched out over the past 7 months. Helen and Hanna are fantastic. They always have the best colors and are attentive to all of their customers. Tony is not called the King of Pedicures for nothing. He wheels around on that stool making every pair of feet feel pampered without judgment, cause lets face it, he sees some feet! Sally is my personal hidden gem. I am not sure where they have been hiding her but, WOW. Her lines are perfect. The most recent picture is her work. 😍 I refer anyone who will listen to ANS. Everyone there is incredible. The vibe is exactly what you are looking for. It is clean, cozy, modern, affordable. You will never be disappointed.12/2023: TAP hybrid gel nails 😍Perfection. I have gone to various other nail salons for many years. I found American Nails through a friend. Hands down the BEST nail salon experience I have ever had! The staff are the friendliest, kindest and best customer service out there. I look forward to going every two weeks. I refer people all the time and are happy as well. I am also very picky about my eye brow waxing but Kelly is the best. She is a perfectionist. I am proudly giving this 5 star review today for the entire staff and business they run!!💞

I recently visited the American Nail Salon in Norwood, MA, and had a fantastic experience. The technician who did my pedicure was Kelly, and she was excellent. She was very polite and took her time to ensure my pedicure was perfect. Unlike many other salons Ive been to, Kelly paid great attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the color I chose. The range of services offered is also impressive. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for Kelly. She is wonderful!

Love this place very clean I get my nails done by Helen. She is amazing very quick. I have shellac done. And it literally lasts for three weeks Best I’ve ever had highly recommend

Horrible I went during my lunch to get my nails done. They try to charge me for every little service to cut down. I asked how much it would be for a refill. They told me it was $50 with the gel but they advertise it to be 40 dollarsPlus the month of August they have 10% off so I feel like I was profiled. I would not never go back to this establishment and the owner her name is Christine told me she didn’t have money to update her flyer again taken advantage

From Middleboro and could not find a good salon. Someone recommended American Nails. It’s about a 1/2 hour with no traffic.. WORTH IT! Helen did an amazing job on acrylic set. Provided photo and she matched it perfectly. Can’t wait to try more of their services.

I have been going to the hidden gem for years now. Tony is by far my favorite and he makes sure I am comfortable every time I come in. I recommend the Volcano Pedicure it is well worth the investment. I also get other services, nails and brows and they always come out great. This is our go to spot for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. We’ve been over a dozen times and it’s always fantastic. Tony and Selena took great care of us today (regular pedicure service). Would absolutely rate them more than 5 stars and will definitely be back!

I got my manicure and pedicure done by Sally and it was amazing! I got exactly what I asked for, and my nails last until my next visit, no breaking and no chipping. She takes her time and makes sure that you like your nails. I always leave her happy and satisfied!

Ive been coming to American Nails for a little while now and every time I get my nails done they are perfect. Great quality for a great price. Christine did my nails today and she did a fab job, so nice and fast with my nails. Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

If I can give them 20 stars I would. The service was great the place very clean and awesome atmosphere. Tony is the go to for pedicures and Helen is the goat for your nails. I’ve always had a good experience here. most recently, Lisa gave me a great pedicure. the regular pedicure is similar in cost to other local salons but is a better experience and you’re able to pick the scent for salt soak, lotion, mask, etc.

I love getting my nails done here. I can only speak on pedicures since I have yet to come in for a mani, but its CLEAN and I love the serene aesthetic and the instagrammable flower wall. I treated myself to a Volcano Pedicure today, and Ive never splurged on anything more than a basic pedicure. But this time I trusted that it was worth it, and it was!Nancy was thorough, professional and did a great job. Ill be requesting her for next time!

Ive been a regular costumer here for over a year now getting dip manicures. The main person who was doing my nails Mol left when I went to get a new set of dip nails done and they told me someone else would do my nails. They gave me a newbie who didnt know what she was doing and my nails came out horrible. They started breaking a couple days after getting them done. Flash forward, I go back on June 16, 2024 to get a new set and I tell the manager/owner that the last set was horrible and I only wanted her to do my nails. She starts popping my nails off like they were press-ons (which if a dip is done well, you should not be able to do) once my nails were off, on my ring finger, I notice a green stain (as shown in the photo attached). Obviously, Im visibly upset because what in the world is that?! Ive NEVER had that happen to me before. She proceeds to try to convince me to not get the dip and to do gel X over the nail. Im not a nail tech but I dont think its wise to just cover up a nail that looks like that. This happened because of improper application and probably unsanitary conditions. I will NEVER be going back ever again and I probably will never go get my nails done again as well.

I have come here multiple times and they never failed me. The best nail salon in town. Sally is the best. Will come again 😊

This was my first time coming and I definitely will be coming back! I have been to a lot of different spots, but I never left completely satisfied with my nails. The atmosphere and place was cute overall. Today, I went in for French tips with a design and Helen far exceeded my expectations. She was kind and paid close attention to every detail. All the other places I’ve been to hasn’t been able to do designs or they’ve done the bare minimum. But Helen did them perfectly and exactly how I wanted! I showed her the nails I wanted and look at how cute it turned out! Definitely worth to check out and I will be making this my go-to place from now on.

American Nails Spa has the best service!!! Kelly has been doing my nails. She is fantastic! I bring my own polish because my favorite nail polish is Dazzle Dry. It takes a little longer to apply but it lasts longer....up to 2 weeks. Kelly has been so accommodating! Ive been to many nail spas in the area, but this is the best!

This was my first time visiting, but I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with my services(pedicure)! I had a completely different experience at another place which left me unsure of where to go next. This was only my second pedicure ever, but I already know Ill be back again as a routine customer. Ive been to quite a few nail salons, but this one has easily become one if my favorites! Went in for simple mani/pedi, and left looking and feeling absolutely perfect. I am a bride getting married soon and Nancy was able to do my nails perfectly! I got a pedicure which was so relaxing along with a dip set. Many of my bridesmaids came here too and we all had a great experience!

Great nail salon, I’ve been coming since they first opened. They go out of their way to provide exceptional service and my nails always come out great. In addition, the services are very fairly priced, definitely the highest value I’ve found in Norwood. I highly recommend Tony and Hanna!

I got a gel manicure massage by Tony fantastic job. I have really really bad. he always does a really great job in removing them with little to no pain. This place is professionally run. everyone here is fantastic but my preferred pedicure tech is Tony, he rocks!

Update: Ive now gotten my nails done quite a few times and each time has been amazing. Ive moved to hybrid gel and the application is quick and tidy. Helen has been able to do any design I bring. Making appts is easy and the shop is still clean and calm.*****************This was my first time getting my nails done here. Shop is nice and clean. Everyone was super nice. I received a greeting as soon as I answered and they took my name and let me know it would be a few minutes. I booked an appt with Helen and she was super nice. I had hard gel that needed to be removed and was looking to get my first set of gel-x. There was another nail tech there (I didnt get his name) but he was also extremely helpful in letting me know all about gel-x. Helen was super quick and super meticulous when it came to the application. I didnt really have any idea of what I wanted so decided to get some chrome for a bit of pop. So far its been 6 days and I my nails still look great and I keep getting lots of compliments.

Met my girlfriend here after taking some time at CarMax up the street and ended up getting a pedicure by Linda. I just walked in and didn’t have an appointment but Linda was very detailed and thorough in her process and gave and did an amazing job! Not really a pedicure person but I think I just became one !

I was a walk-in with a broken nail, and they fit me in. Sally was my nail tech. She took care of my manicure and was able to fit me in for a pedicure the same day. It was a very clean and respectful environment!

Every time I come here I always have horrible experience. The first time I came here, I asked for square acrylic nails. It was horrendous, the nails were uneven, I asked for square and it came out almost round. I felt like they were in a rush for me to leave, I had to go to another nail salon to get the shape fixed which is more wastes money! But I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and came back for a second time. Second time I came, AGAIN I FELT RUSHED! This time I did it with Helen because I heard good reviews, but it seemed she was in a rush and I didn’t feel my nails were well taken care of. I felt like they just didn’t care they just want the money. I will never come back now.

Tony is the best!!! I only go to him for my pedicures! You will feel so pampered by the end! He really takes his time and does an excellent job!

Helen and Tony were absolutely amazing! They are both very attentive to detail. My nails have never looked better. I got a gel x full set and they lasted me 3 weeks before having to go back. This was my first time going and they gave me a 10% discount because it was my first time which was very kind of them. Best set I’ve gotten hands down. I started working at the gym next door to this Salon and was hoping they did a decent job since it’s so convenient for me. I was so happy I switched salons and started going here. They always take their time shaping and painting my nails. I’m allergic to a lot of types of nail tips- I’m so happy they offer Gel x here! Helen did my nails today with a cool airbrush tool and I’m obsessed.

I have been a regular client at All American Nail Salon, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I asked for a dip manicure, but the newbie assigned to me insisted that my long and strong nails had some kind of gel x on them. Despite my explanation, she decided to add the same product to even out my nails.Throughout the process, she kept speaking to her colleagues in her language, which felt unprofessional. When the manager, Helen, came to check my nails, I had to explain my request again. Both of them showed frustration and then started roughly removing my gel nail polish with a nail drill, which damaged and weakened my nails.At that point, I decided to stop the service, informing them that I would not continue with the manicure. To make matters worse, they overcharged me $15 for removing the gel x they had added and charged my card twice for my pedi and incomplete mani ($55 and $45). I had to call the salon afterwards to get reimbursed.When I mentioned that I would write a review about my experience, they agreed to refund the $15. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE!

Tony and Helen are the best ! I always leave so happy and they both do the best job . Only place my 2 daughters and I will go .We will never go anywhere else :)

I’ve gotten my eyelashes (lift and tinted) a handful of times and I can’t recommend enough, I also got a dip manicure and they do such a great job. Every service you get they go above and beyond!

I absolutely loved my experience at American Nails. I used to get acrylics all the time but I looked into getting Gel-X and this place popped up, and its pretty close to me too! Im in love with the results!Everyone was so welcoming and my nail tech, Helen, was absolutely amazing. She gave me recommendations when I wasnt too sure what I should do with my nails. Shes the best! I love my nails but the people who work there also are so very kind and care about what they do. I will definitely come back and tell people to come here too!

Tony pays so much attention to detail, is attentive and has a great personality! I would definitely recommend for pedicure and manicures.

A traditional natural, old-school manicure seems to be a dying art now that everything is gel and dip and powder and acrylic. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. I wanted a natural manicure and had a photo reference, but was told I’d need to do gel to get the look I wanted. I was disappointed that they don’t carry Essie polish, only OPI and a few brands I never heard of. A woman helped me choose a couple colors that could work and a gentleman did my mani pedi. Overall, I was really pleased with how they turned out and got pretty much the desired look. However, hours later, one nail had already chipped - the following day, another chipped- and with close inspection, you can see the color isn’t totally evenly applied.I guess, like most salons these days, dips and powder designs are where they really shine. But definitely a clean, friendly environment with great staff.

I would give this place 5 stars because I am usually happy with my experience and service. But not this time. I have spent my money here 5 times. All rounding up to about $400. Today I went in for an appointment with the same person I always go to because he does a great job. He wasn’t happy with the length I chose for (MY) nails and he ended up being very rude towards the end of my appointment for whatever reason. I am very polite to people all the time until I am disrespected. I refuse to give my hard earned money to these people if they don’t want my business. I still gave this man a tip. I don’t even want to go back. Do I need to pull the race card?

I had a wonderful experience here getting a Mani pedi with Nancy and a wax with Sally before my bachelorette! I highly recommend!

The salon was clean and the staff were friendly, but I will not be returning. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The tech took their time on my pedicure, you could select the scent of your foot soak which is nice, but my nails were still a bit too long (not a big deal). My manicure was really the negative experience. I came in with a slightly irritated cuticle on my right ring finger. In my experience, most techs would just leave it but unfortunately, my tech pushed at it and caused me to bleed. I also had a couple crooked nails and I didn’t realize until I got home. I started coming here at the recommendation of a co-worker and Im so glad she suggested it to me! I see Helen, but all of the employees are friendly and talented. The salon is clean, quiet, and relaxing. They have every nail polish color you could think of so theres plenty of options! My nails look fresh, perfectly-shaped, and I get tons of compliments on them.

I love this place! They have amazing pedicures with the full treatment including hot stones and an options to add extra massage time. Every pedicure has been amazing and my daughters love it as well. I had an excellent pedicure from Tony today and he stayed late to ensure I didn’t feel rushed even though I came within a half hour of closing time. They also just renovated the space so it is very pleasant, bright and comfortable inside. Highly recommend!

Great services and courteous staff/owner Helen. I’m always pleased with the outcome of services with Toni one of the nail technician. Toni is efficient and caring when it comes to his work. He’s about customers satisfaction. He puts his heart into his work. You’ll never be disappointed. I highly recommend him as I’ve been going to him for a year. This is not to say the other staff aren’t just as good. My nails may I add last a very long time. I’ve been a customer for over three years now. Always a positive visit. Even without an appointment they will accommodate you as best as they can. Five stars work at this place.

First time experience with the salon. I was out of town and was on a tight schedule. This place was close to our hotel and open on a Sunday. They definitely exceeded expectations. I got a regular pedicure with a design and a fill with a design on my nails. They did a very thorough job and were super detailed. Everything was really clean and individually packaged. They did not rush anything ,they took their time to satisfy the customer. I was totally impressed and wish I could take them back to Michigan with me. Five star salon bar!!!
