They are most Amazing! I go for therapy. I am a nurse and work long hard hours. If I miss a session I feel it. They always work with me on my schedule so I can function. Jordan, Gloria and Jordan are just a few of the therapist that do a wonderful job. My massage is always personalized to what my needs are that day. I always leave feeling like a new person. All the staff are friendly take the time to get to know you and very helpful. I have been with the same therapists for over 2 yrs. This is a sign that they have a good culture for their employees. I would highly recommend trying them. Everyone needs a few hours a month of self care. My only regret is that I can’t go 3x a week. Because I would if I didn’t have to work.

The first massage I had here with Tyler was exceptional. I was ready to sign up for a membership at my next visit. Unfortunately, at my second massage, I got a 7 minute massage… my massage therapist had to leave. She said it was too hot there and that she was getting lightheaded. Super disappointing, good luck at your appointment!

Ive loved this location!Front desk ladies are SO ontop of everything and nice. I would get regular massages from Maria who is fantastic and great at what she does. Its so easy to book with Elements and they have great transparency with their services/memberships.

The therapist was very good. Friendly, professional, strong, and skilled. However, only just under 70 minutes of a 90 minute massage were utilized for massage (despite being told that she was giving me an additional 5 minutes. Would have have meant she was prepared to do 65/90 minutes?). I arrived at 5:30 for a 5:45 massage. 5 min were used for pre-consultation and changing (normal), but 15+ min post-consultation (and room prep) is way too much. I was checking out with the front desk by 7:00 with 15 minutes STILL on the clock. Massages of similar quality and price are often 80+/90 minutes. I was very tight and really could have used those 10 minutes that I paid for.

Such professionals at this establishment! I had Maria G and she knows her craft so well. She knew several side effectsI’ve been experiencing within the first few minutes of the massage.

I have been happy with how the front desk people listen to what I need and assign the right masseuse. They are on time- listen to your requests-make recommendations without pressure (no pun intended) I highly recommend! However- they do book up quickly, so give yourself time!!

My wife and I were visiting from out of town and came for a couples massage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable but the way my neck rested on the pillow was a bit uncomfortable. It made me choke a little. I tried readjusting but it didn’t help.The individual giving my massage was very attentive, checked if I was ok, and even redid a few spots that needed more pressure. In the end, it didn’t feel like I got much benefit from the massage and it was very expensive.My wife said her massage was ok overall but it felt rushed at the end. We had very different experiences. She felt that it made a big difference.

The front desk staff on Friday afternoon was very friendly and accommodating when I first visited while driving by, which made me book an appointment right away. My therapist Emily was more than excellent. She made sure to listen to all of my needs and took great care of me, while leaving recommendations after the session. I made a follow up appointment on that same day and came back to gift a massage to a friend as well. Give them a try!

Full disclosure, this was my first massage ever, in my life. I went in with an open mind ready to trust the massage therapist professional. Gloria is kind, patient, professional, and obviously compassionate. She answered all questions I had, and prepared me for what to expect. I cant imagine my first massage experience going any better.

My son treated me to a lovely massage at this place. My first time here and I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. The spa is very clean and smells really nice. My masseuse was wonderful and genuinely cared if she was applying too much pressure or not enough. When I left, I was the most relaxed I’ve felt in months. I booked my appointment with Hailey, sorry if the name is misspelt, she was very nice and called just a few minutes after making my reservation to make sure I could come in 15 min prior, to fill out paperwork. The masseuse Alejandro was great I liked his technique, nice guy. For the quality of the service i think the price is ok and i would suggest having bottled water in the rooms for your clients for when their massage is complete. My score reflects the fact that I had to ask for water after i was done instead of the staff being mindful about it.

Emilee was great! I have chronic pain from stress and knots throughout my neck and back. She really treated my pain, recommended some stretches to help with my tense shoulders, and made feel very comfortable. Other therapist just send me on my way but she took the time to educate me afterwards.

All of the staff are polite and engaging. The massage therapists are skilled and knowledgeable. They take the time to discuss our health, areas of focus and describe things we can do between massages to extend the benefits of the massage. Very professional and thorough!

I’ve been a member of Elements Massage for quite some time. They’re very accommodating and work with me to get the right treatment at the right time. I have a lot of physical activity in my day to day, lots of driving, computer work, walking dogs, gardening, etc…so, massage therapy is a definite must. Elements Oceanside has a great team and they take great care of me.

Jeremiah was great, he knew EXACTLY how to get out all of those hard-to-get-rid-of knots. So great that I had to sign up for the membership right then and there. The membership has the best features Ive seen (compared to other massage spot memberships).

I really enjoyed my experience at Elements Massage - it was my first time at this place, although Ive had many massages in the past. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Massage therapist Paige gave me an excellent 90-minute, deep tissue massage which was MUCH NEEDED. It was very soothing and helpful, and I wound up becoming a monthly member!

Elements is a wonderful place to get a massage or to be a facet of your injury healing and prevention protocols. The best massages Ive ever gotten. Tyler is phenomenal. Tip well, he is world class. Would highly recommend for healing or relaxation.

Walked in because I was excited a massage business was open (during a pandemic) I am new to the area. Super stressed out and wanted to sign up. 2 receptionists inside. Not social distanced. I am not greeted, I am asked what my name is... I stated my name and asked hers because she didnt introduce herself. The second receptionist caught on that the first receptionist was being rude and tried to make up for it but was helping someone else. So I stated I wanted a massage and pricing info. (Its a massage place afterall) then I am forced to be helped by the rude receptionist, so awkward. And mid pricing speech, I do not want to support a business whose receptionist is not welcoming. Worried about a form more than being personable. And I should support a business who hires more personable staff instead of this one.

I had the best experience here! I came in for a massage and everyone was super friendly but one person who stuck out was Adriana. She had the best customer service and make everything great from the time she took my call & when she checked me out! Highly recommend.

This place is great! Super clean, electric massage tables, large rooms, and everyone is really friendly. My husband and I went for a couples massage. So far weve had Jessica, Kelsey, and Jordan.. all have been absolutely amazing. We get deep tissue/trigger points and they are excellent.

Maria is a Life Saver. The repetitive motion problems I have due to my work are very painful. Maria is an excellent Massage Therapist and has helped immensely. The entire staff at Elements are wonderful as well.

I have been going now for about 3 months. I see Oscar every time and I have to say he is very good at his job. I always feel relaxed and comfortable. The Ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and ready to answer any questions you may have. I am so glad I signed up for their membership.

I have never left a review. When I was pregnant, I went here a few times before birth. One a few days prior to delivery. Amazing staff! Im so uncomfortable in this atmosphere (other places around here gave me the creeps). So personable and welcoming. If I was still working...Id prob do it every day.

Therapist CATEY K .is absolutely phenomenal, super nice,funny,and professional. She’s attentive to what I ask for and satisfies my back after a hard week installing floors.Deep tissue or light pressure she knows what she’s doing, I highly recommend her you won’t be disappointed. The Owner, Michael was rude to me and the Massage Therapist, Lindsay talked excessively about her boyfriend issues, kept asking me for advice the whole time she was giving me a massage. Awkward and Unprofessional. Here is the first email I recieved the day after my terrible massage. Furthermore I arrived ten minutes early to my massage and was promised a full hour but I didnt get the full hour even though I was promised that I would get it. The massage therapist took forever which was over five minutes after I had arrived to check in and when she took me back to the massage room I told her I was worried about getting my one hour massage because it was already 10 minutes after and she said not to worry I will give you your full one-hour massage however she stopped right at the 45 minute mark. I understand there is a cushion from when you arrive and a cushion when youre done so that the massage therapist has time to prep for the next customer but thats ridiculous the whole 15 minutes I lost. Not to mention being bullied and harassed by the owner for payment due to a misunderstanding and billing my medical insurance. Since the owner Michael was not willing to Bill my medical insurance I went ahead and paid the payment today. But it took some teeth pulling because he wanted to charge me full price for $99 when I was offered $59 as a first-time customer even though I came in over 2 years ago during their grand opening for a complimentary massage. I do have to say when I did come in for the grand opening and had that complimentary massage the massage therapist was excellent and I walked out of there feeling amazing and the service the customer service was great I dont know what has happened over the course of these years but the way I have been treated has been extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Since Im already dealing with anxiety and stress due to the accident the way Ive been treated has made it worse.Regarding the complimentary massage he offered me for the terrible massage, UHM NO THANK YOU. NAH ILL TAKE MYSELF SOMEWHERE ELSE. Take the free massage and shove it where the Sun dont shine. Im good. Ugh!!!

Working with Tara for my prenatal massage was incredible! Being over 41 weeks pregnant I was so pleased at how accommodating and knowledgeable Tara was. The massage was exactly what I needed to relax and help me finish out the end of my pregnancy.

The front desk asked if they could store my card on file, and take my entire debit card number and expiration date.. which I know isnt illegal but isnt highly recommended in a business because do I really know if they are writing down that information in the computer? No. It isnt safe to keep records of that, because I dont know if they could get a data breach and my information gets stolen too. I guess they dont take that into consideration.. Massage was fine, excpet I asked for a face massage, and they didnt provide that. And it felt like they just wanted me to fork over more of my hard earned money, because they kept bombarding me with questions about making my next appointment. If I wanted a next appointment I would make it happen myself. So no Im not getting a next appointment. Thank you!

Cole is my Oncology Massage Therapist and she is absolutely wonderful! She offers warm towels and a bottle of water afterwards. The environment is completely safe, warm, and relaxing. They are courteous with their appointment reminders, because lets face it - life happens!
