Loved Victoria! Had back and neck issues from traveling and driving for work - listened to needs and pressure is great!

Staff is friendly and professional. Reilly was my esthetician. She was knowledgeable and I received the best facial. I highly recommend Massage Envy of Oceanside.

I used to love Massage Envy but am writing this review because I am extremely frustrated with my Massage Envy membership. I am paying $80 a month and cannot utilize services. Four years ago, I moved to Rocky Point, NY away from Long Beach, NY where I was a member at the Oceanside, NY store. Starting in the end of 2021 it became almost impossible to book massages. I attempted to change my home location to the Lake Grove, NY location as I work somewhat nearby and the Rocky Point location never seems to be open during the hours I am home - this was to no avail. I have tried freeze plus and pausing my memberships only to return 3 months later and find services totally booked up. At this point Ive accrued close to $1000 in membership services I have no way of using. The Lake Grove location has since closed leaving only the Commack location, which is far from me and inconvenient from work, with the only available therapist being one I did not care for and the Rocky Point location which never has any openings - EVER. Ive addressed these concerns and complaints with the Oceanside store but they have no reasonable solutions for me. I am willing to take down this review if a reasonable solution can be reached, otherwise I want it to remain as a warning to all future members about what a circular scam a Massage Envy membership is.

After a snafu with the Merrick location of Massage Envy, I have to say my experience at this Oceanside location was so much better. Ashley at the front desk was AMAZING. She was courteous, friendly and welcoming. She made me feel like a guest of honour. I also was very happy with my facial treatment which was handled by Christine. Christine was super nice as well. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

I was greeted by a friendly face as soon as I walked in. The whole facility is clean and cozy. The massage therapist, Anthony, was welcoming and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. My body felt so relaxed and restored after. He will definitely be my go-to from now on. I didn’t have a chance to tell him I would like attention to my jaw which had been sore so I told him about halfway through and he was happy to work with me to fit it in to our allotted time since there was someone scheduled for right after me. So glad I happened to get my massage with him and that a friend gave me a gift card. Will be back soon :)

I have been coming to this location regularly for two years now and have to say not only is this location always super clean and quiet, their staff is awesome as well. Front desk girls are super sweet and accommodating and I have tried multiple therapists here- they’re all amazing! Special shout-out to Wayne!! The BEST! Mark, Elayne and Maria are fabulous too. 10/10 recommend Massage Envy Oceanside!

This was my first time coming to Massage Envy! And my experience was awesome. My masseuse was Ephraim and he definitely is good at what he does. Can’t wait to go back because he’s so bomb he was booked till almost the end of February. But I’ll gladly wait thanks again!

The receptionists are all welcoming and professionals. The Manager is exceptionally nice, very caring. The place is clean and comfortable, just as I like it.I had the pleasure to experience Anthonys techniques and he was great. I had a fall and wasnt feeling very well, I can tell you I felt healthy after his massage.Ive also had a massage from Wayne who used several techniques that help me with my lower back pain and body aches. I went in with so much pain and truthfully the pain subsided.Ketly who was very strong. They are all great!!I am feeling so much better thanks to all of them. I am trying some of them in order to find the one I will revisit throughout the year, but I must say it isnt easy to choose as they are all so good. I recommend Massage Envys massagers highly.

The staff at this location is awesome. I am a long time member and am recovering from surgery. I was so touched to receive a get-well card signed by the staff. Thats caring! Gina Marie was amazing! I had wanted deep tissue and she delivered. She was great with advice as well. Gave me some pointers of how I was gonig to feel later on as well as what I can do to eliminate tension on the body. Without hesitation I will gladly book another appointment specifically with her!

If you’re looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating and tension relieving massage look no further than Massage Envy. María at Massage Envy knows her stuff.Through the years I have had several health issues with my back, neck, shoulders and lower back due this several car accidents. I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2009. There have been several great therapists I have had work on me. Unfortunately, they have left and each time I’m left looking for a new therapist. Fast forward to August, 2022 I met María. I have to say each session is better than the last. She has different technics that she incorporates to find the perfect one for you. Each time I leave I’m no longer feeling like “Quasi Moto” as she would say. LolI highly recommend getting your next massage with Maria at Massage Envy in Oceanside, NY. She is amazing at what she does. She takes the time with her assessments and gets to the root of your problems. Her massages are amazing. Thank you Maria for helping me get back to a better me.

I had a hot stone massage with Maria. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. She used several techniques to increase my range of motion in areas that were painful and tight without me feeling the pressure of pain. I highly recommend Maria for a hot stone massage you will not regret it. Thank you, I left relaxed. My breathing was deeper because of how she incorporated different techniques for a full body well being

Maria was GREAT! I fell asleep twice! I think my snoring woke me up the 1st time. Best massage ever!Sabrina was great with her communication and was very accommodating…moving stuff around so my friend and I could have the same time.

Shaniela is an absolutely incredible therapist - super knowledgeable about physiology, muscle and joint interaction etc. She is extremely attentive to my needs/wants, and works hard to identify any points in need of extra attention. Shes also great at verbalizing what shes doing to address any specific issues Ive raised. Shes extremely thorough - nothing gets neglected and she has an extensive repertoire of techniques, which include both stretching and massage. Her hands are strong, too, which is exactly what I prefer. Shes also very pleasant and sweet! My all-time favorite therapist!

Wayne my therapist was amazing he took time and really spent the appropriate amount of time on the spots that were really in need of massaging. He has firm pressure and repeatedly asked if it was ok and I repeatedly said more please so he would give deeper pressure. This establishment always treats me great every time I go in.

The front desk and Gina Marie are very professional and accommodating. I didn’t realize my appointment was for 12, I showed up 20 mins late and instead of giving me just a half hour massage.. Gina Marie went out of her way to make sure I got my full massage another day, first thing in the morning. They were very nice, kind and definitely made me feel amazing after. Just an FYI, massage envy also gives discounts to healthcare workers for their membership!!

Check in was quick and easy. They had my history from before and Mary went over it with me prior to beginning to make any changes necessary. She focused on all the spots that needed to be focused on this day. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. She was very great on communication and advice. I will 100% be returning for her. Ten thumbs up.

The front desk staff was personable and professional, nice interaction. They took time to explain their specials and Im glad to say Im now a ME member. My massage therapist Anthony and facialist, Kerry, was also professional and personable. Kerry provided good tips for skin care and Anthony made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Now that Im a member I will surely return.

Best experience ever! Girls in the front are very attentive, nice and professional! Olga is my face guru, she is amazing, knowledgeable and was able to take care of my hormonal acne, inflammations and gave my face a glow that I haven’t seen in a while! I am very happy with the results and will definitely come again soon!

Massage Envy is such a great place! So professional, clean & overall a very peaceful experience/setting. Though I’m really hear to shout out to my girl Allie! She is absolutely phenomenal! As a person that works on my feet all day & constantly running around, I definitely have aches & pains. I know this sounds wild but stay with me, every visit with Allie is like a healing ritual. She is able to work out every knot I feel, every muscle that’s aching, she even showed me some stretching techniques to help as well. I couldn’t ask for a better, kinder & more professional therapist. 100/10 would recommend!

I was a member for many years and kept accumulating massages because I could never get an appointment. So I cancelled and was told if I don’t use them within 60 days I lose them. So they basically profit thousands from me and I got nothing for it! I felt like I was scammed!

I have not been disappointed yet with any of my massages here. I saw Maria for 2 prenatal massages when I was pregnant and have seen Wayne for a regular 60 min massage. Both were fantastic and I can’t wait to return for additional services!

I’ve been to ME for a few years now. The experiences are always good but my last session with Gina Marie was better than previous.I think she finds the knots and get them out. Very relaxing and truly worth it.

I have been coming to Olga for a couple of months now and she has been nothing less than amazing every single time! I’m willing to commute 25 miles just to see her! Every time I walk out of there I feel like a brand new person. If you are contemplating a facial you must book her NOW! :)

My therapist is Mark. Although they are all great in their technique, for me, Mark has been sent to me from heaven. I had an accident and suffered tremendously with pain And he has patiently worked on my issues. As a result, some areas have heel completely and other area I am 90% better. I will recommend him highly. He is not a five he is a 10.

It was a great experience. The therapist assigned to me, Mark, was friendly however most importantly he was great. I felt my body melting on the bed. He was so knowledgeable. He was able to suggest lifestyle adjust to assist with some of my experienced pains.

Janean is a talented masseuse who gave me the best massage I have had in a long time! I came in stiff and achy and left feeling relaxed and ache free. I highly recommend her!

Elayne is their best masseuse. She doesn’t talk while doing her job. She warms up your muscles before kneading them. She winds down with an excellent head massage. I recommend Elayne for anyone who wants a REAL massage.

This place is excellent. Customer service was friendly and attentive at the front desk and rates for a full body massage are very reasonable. They make sure whether youre first time or regular (I have a monthly membership now), that you are set up with a therapist who suits your needs. Approach is for healing and rooms are clean and Massage Therapists are professional and ask a lot of questions to make sure you are getting the most out of every visit. Diverse range of experienced professionals and options for gifts. Even the front area is very accommodating while you wait with tea and coffee and water plus other accoutrements. About waiting: do NOT be late. These are professionals and its bad for everyone if you waste time. Never had a problem with issues on my billing. Brought my sister here recently and shes considering joining in the new year because they have so many locations.

Had a great massage with Talata. Asked for deep tissue and that’s exactly what I got! Would definitely go back to her. The app is convenient but showed me the standard price so I was surprised when they told me it was only $70 since it was my first time there. I would definitely go back.

Had my facial done by Mike and it was great. He was friendly and attentive. He discussed problem areas on my face that I neglected and addressed them. He gave me some daily skincare and maintenance tips to follow. He also wasnt afraid to perform thorough extractions unlike other estheticians I have been to and with no discomfort. I absolutely love the Oceanside location. Two of the best healers work here and the front staff is friendly, helpful and caring. MARIA worked her magic healing hands and tools on my tight fascia. Medical massage is not something I even knew about. Im used to traditional massage but massage is a valuable tool for releasing connective tissue and fascia. This is the area on top of our muscles that hold toxins and limit postural alignment. Stretching does not target this area. I felt completely new and revitalized from her unique techniques! I am so grateful to have a healing team to alternate with MARIA and EPHRAM.Ephram is the best healer I have ever experienced. You can tell he knows intuitively what is needed to relax and release stuck muscles. Every time is worth every penny spent!As always the best massage. Healing hands and energy every time. I come as often as he is available!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEI came here with my sister which was a treat for my 25th birthday. Long story short we booked a hot stone massage but it was not available when I arrived instead I opted for 90 minute massage. I wasnt satisfied and before I could even leave they offered me a credit for next time. Thankfully my sister spoke to the manager and was able to get me complimentary massage since my experience didnt go as expected. Special thank you to Talata! Im 25 now but boy did she make me feel like I was 18 again! She was professional, kind, and a natural born-healer. She listened to my body and found tension where I didnt even know I had trouble at. The only downside is I dont live in NY and cant come here regularly.P.s dont forget to tip your masseuse or me and my friends will find you and publicly shame you!

W.O.W! I live in Oregon & came home b/c my mom was just dx w/ ALS. Took a chance to give my tight, achy muscles a massage & got an appt w/ Wayne. I hv been w/ ME since about 2014 & Wayne is hands down the most skilled, intuitive, firm & all around the best at his craft. There is more to a good firm body massage and he has that “it” factor. Very uncommon in many professions. Any time I am back in NY, I will be visiting Wayne. Thank you!

Ive been a customer for just over a year now. I had started coming to this location for some months but stopped as the therapist I was originally seeing had suddenly left. I then went to another location for much of the summer simply because it was closest to the gym I go to. Returning to Oceanside I started seeing Latasha. GREAT GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR TEAM AT OCEANSIDE . shes professional and seems to knowingly target the areas of your body that need work. Shes hands like velvet adding the necessary pressure when needed. Love your team , love Latasha Mcrimmon ,Ive seen her 3 times now and youll get me coming more than once a month now. Elayne is great therapist! She is knowledgeable and addresses my concerns. The staff is friendly and professional. The manager is helpful and informative.

The receptionist was quite nice but the wait time for my massage to begin was painful. I was the last person there and the massage therapist didnt come out until 10 mins into my massage time. I then told them the area I wanted worked on. For a 90 min massage, he focused on the problem area for maybe 5 mins. It was an extremely uncomfortable massage with multiple times of him stopping randomly for a minute or two and not doing anything. I wont be back and highly warn anyone to not get a massage with the bald massage therapist. If I knew his name, Id list it here. He should be fired and no one should have to endure his massages.

Olga gave me a great facial. She recognized what my skin needed and was very thorough. The facial massage was so relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards.

The therapist I had was not impressed. He didnt even think to turn off his phone. He was getting texts and calls the entire time. All I was hearing was the buzzing. Not relaxing. I paid for 60 minutes. I got about 40. Ive been to many other places that were just more professional.

My friend gave me a present a gift card from Massage Envy, cause I always do massages and she thought i would like it.... i really dont like to go to different massage therapist, cause I have some back aches....So when I booked and appointment they took all your info and credit card info as well , I didnt want to give them, but they said they would not make an appointment without my cc info.... well the massage was not even Swedish and I ask for deep tissue massage, and the time instead of 60 min it was 45min. Very disappointed.... thought I would find something close to me.

Stay away! Do not even go if you receive a gift certificate.I received a gift certificate in a raffle and went to receive my free introductory massage. After the massage, I was given a high-pressure sales pitch to sign up for a one-year membership that would cost $69.99/month. I declined the offer and did not sign the contract.Still, they have started billing my checking account, using the debit card number that they required in case I did not show up for my appointment without cancelling.Worst freebie I ever received.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. This would have been my first time coming because I was gifted a gift card for my birthday. I called because Im running late and the girl says its ok still come then 5 mins later she calls me back saying oh if you come you will only get the remainder of the time 🙄 so I say can I just reschedule then and she says yeah but we have to charge you $35. Needless to say I will never go here my gift card will collect dust. In this time of COVID19 and me being a health care worker if Im going to be late because I got held up at work you guys should be accommodating. Not a way to conduct business at all.

They post the massage time as being 50 minutes but every time I went the Therapist took me in way after the start of the hour and still ended at 10 minutes before the hour was up . So each time I only received a 40 minute massage . The massage therapists are mediocre .I tried calling a manager and never received a call backAlso don’t sign a contract with them it’s really hard to get out of and they keep billing your credit card

Bad experience! I booked & the called 3x to change my booking to a Sunday at 9am! The owner himself called & booked me for that 9am on a Sunday that doesnt exist! They dont open till 10am Sundays... waited an hour for open to find out they dont see my appointment! Very unprofessional & a waste of good time on my weekend. TERRIBLE!!!!
