Taryn always gives me amazing massages. She really can feel the stress areas and knows exactly what I need even when I do not. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and really engages with what my body needs for recovery through message. Hands down one of the best at Massage Envy!!

Noemi was amazing. She listened to my areas of concern and focused on them-not in a painful way but very therapeutic. She is by far one of the best masseuses I have been to and I highly recommend her.

I gave her 4 star, I like how the firmness of the massage Noemi did. But I wish she would be more a people person. After the massage she was in a hurry to leave. And I dont think I got my 60 minutes. I didnt see her after. I just left my tips to the reception.

Nadia gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She hit all points and shared her knowledge. On top of everything she was very respectful to my disabilities and assisted me where ever possibleThank you

If you end up going to massage Envy, book your appointment with Nadia. She is the best and also very knowledgeable. She gives the best massages and stetches. I go in tense, stiff, and stressed. After I get a stretch and massage from Nadia I come out feeling great, loose, and no longer stressed. Nadia is great and the only reason why Im still a member at massage envy. Even though I have had problems with them about them charging me when they never notified me about my appointments.

Michele really took the time to get to know my needs. I had the deep tissue massage, concentrating on my shoulders and lower back. My knots are gone this morning! I’ve suffered with major tension in my shoulders my whole life but today I’m feeling much better! Much aloha for the service she provided!!

PREDATORY!!!I had two gift cards totaling $300 to Massage Envy. Two weeks ago I booked both a 90 minute facial and a 90 minute massage, BOTH at the introductory price (because who is paying $225 for a massage at massage envy?!) I had my facial last week (that didn’t even last close to the 90 mins) and thought maybe they would redeem themselves for the massage… WRONG.I get a text today that my massage therapist has moved locations and my massage that is now 2 days away is canceled. The same person is now booking 2 weeks out and they also won’t honor the original pricing. I guess my gift card will have to sit unused.You can find better quality and way better amenities for the same price, which is what I will be doing from here on out.

The experience was ok. I wish my therapist would have put a little more pressure when massaging. I requested for a medium pressure but it was very light. I might have to do a deep tissue next time.

Whether you need to unwind from stress, find relief from muscle aches, or simply treat yourself, I cannot recommend Ranis services highly enough. Her massages are masterful and transporting. Im already looking forward to my next appointment with this supremely talented therapist.

The owners are crazy with the way they do business. The app and the store have different prices , but they don’t honor the app.When you book travel online it is often cheaper to have a different price since there is no one to talk to … I figured it was odd for them but acceptable.Then the staff said that was not the case, it is the higher price.Plus I am just visiting CA and they refused to honor my membership price since it was lower in Chicago - $75, they said I had to pay the extra $15 plus the tipMessage Envy in San Diego is a very different experience than the rest of the country … and not for the better

I scheduled my appointment for a chemical skin peel with Toni. I was extremely satisfied with the service from front desk, to meeting Toni. Toni was extremely informative and was gentle and kind, and kept me at ease since I never had this done before. My skin needed a reboot, being 46 years old, it was time to go a little deeper, something I absolutely could not do on my own regardless the skin products I pocess . My end results, right away was absolutely beautiful, bright, and flawless skin. I am post 2 days from the treatment, and still looking good. The flaws I use to see with my x-ray mirror :) is no longer visible. Thank you so much Toni, and will see you for all my skin needs.

I had a massage with Taryn today. She was wonderful, and I am very picky with my massage therapist. She paid attention to the areas that I specified and helped my neck and back pain tremendously. Can’t wait to get back!

I have been having Michelle work on me for years. She is AMAZING! She is very strong and provides an amazing massage. You can tell Rosalinda truly loves what she does. She always says what she’s going to do before she does it, educates on why she does it, and makes you feel so comfortable while she’s doing it. Incredibly kind!

Felisha is AMAZING; getting into the areas in which need massaging the most & also finding what hinders the muscles from performing correctly. I will say that the Front Desk Staff needssome work; such as: Better empathy, more conduciveness to what they don’t know. For example, yesterday: The Front Desk Staff Representative gave all the days a masseuse was not available but after I recommended the app; it seemed like she was humiliated in front of the 3 of us; so she asked me for my I.D. WHICH I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED THIS. It was such an insult! And, for another example: It was my first time getting a massage in a long time, just moved to the area, lost someone to death, and the Front Desk Staff twice; told me what I had to do (with her head tucked down, as if I knew where I was going and how to get there-The Tranquillity Room & that I had to go to my Home Location to resolving billing issues). The knowledge was correct, just not the mannerisms. Thank you.

Maria was very knowledgeable and was able to shape the entire massage to my liking, and she was very respectful and understanding. She took time to ask me about any areas with injuries and pressure points and was able to adapt. Overall she was the best masseuse I ever had did an amazing massage.

Zero stars. Massage Envy is a total rip-off. I was charged $145 for a 40 minute facial with someone clearly brand new. I will never go back and I want my friends to know to boycat Massage Envy. Waste of a lot of money. Very negative customer experience. Rude staff

Have been trying to cancel my account since last year and they just keep charging me. Management does not care about you or helping you at all they just want to keep taking your money forever. I thought a membership would be good for my stress and self care but it has done nothing but make me anxious, upset, and exhausted. Months of emailing, calling, texting the front office just to get another form sent off to management who refuses to assist me. If you are okay with getting robbed, ignored, and lied to then sign up otherwise steer clear of this company/branch.

Lucy is absolutely amazing!Update- Unfortunately, Lucy is no longer with them. Neither is the other massage therapist that was knowledgeable about massage. This location seems to really struggle with good therapists, as I’ve tried three others and I’ve left disappointed. The Escondido location seems to be more consistent-perhaps more follow through on the staffs performance is happening?

I tried a new therapist for my last visit and was SUPER happy with the recommendation! Julia does deep pressure and was exactly what I needed. It won’t be the last time I schedule with her!

I very much enjoyed my experience with Sari. She understands deep tissue and she goes in. She really worked my neck and shoulders out. I had so many knots and she took a good amount of time on my back. My only regret is not having a 90 minute with her.

Rosalindas recommendations are spot-on. The experience is comfortable and relaxing and my skin always feels fabulous when I leave!

I had a stretching session and a 90-minute massage with Julia. The best back massage I’ve ever had. She also was extremely good stretching me so that the massage was even more effective. As I checked out at the counter, I immediately made another similar appointment with her. Just great !

Ellen was nice but my massage was only OK. I first had the 30 min rapid release treatment but I don’t think she knows how to use it. I was hoping after that along with an hour massager I would walk out feeling so relaxed. I went ahead and got the membership and hopefully will find someone good that I can recommend to family and friends

The massage was great. But since I’m a member I’ve been paying the monthly fee for years and have lots of credits. So I was shocked that since I have ‘packages’ in credits that were less than the current package I had to pay out of pocket for the difference (this was the first location that I had to pay out of pocket). Moral of the story it does not pay to be a member at massage envy unless you faithfully use the credit every month. The policies are definitely consumer beware if not illegal. When told that I had to pay an additional $30, I said I wanted to cancel. The response was that I was outside the cancellation window so still had to pay🤨. Went ahead with the massage and it was excellent. Just their ‘Corporate policies’ that rate this a 3. If it was for just the policies it would be lower.

Had a gift card - booked 90min facial and purchased some products - Rosalinda was lovely and the facial was top notch. Sadly I didnt catch the name of the woman at the front desk, she was a huge help, super friendly and made great product recommendations.

I was seriously considering canceling my membership. Yesterday I had a cancelation from one of the therapists and was put in with another one named Sari. Talk about luck! She is a wonderful and I will be continuing my membership with Massage Envy because of her.

Charmaine was professional and wonderful who really focused on my requests & problem areas! She was very courteous and I felt comfortable with her! Her voice was so soothing as well as her touch that I nodded off a bit which is a compliment to her! Thanks Chachi for the positive experience on my first massage!!

I made an appointment for a time I was available and got very lucky to have had Sari. Great hands and helped loosen up my tight muscles and I went in with low back pain and didn’t have any when I left.

How much I look forward to my treatments with masseuse Julia & aesthetician Rosalinda, can’t be understated. These visits are the highlight of my month. A chance to relax and care for myself. Thank you, ladies, for always making me feel pampered, relaxed and refreshed!

Rosalinda is very knowledgeable and makes good recommendations for ongoing skin care. Treatments are professional and yet personal, for an overall relaxed experience.

Amanda begins each session by asking what areas need attention, and she listens well. She then addreses those areas into the session. I feel a LOT better when the massage is done.

Noemi is still great! She’s consistent and balanced. What she does on one side she does on the other. She doesn’t waste massage time fussing with sheets. She spends her time on therapy and uses strength in her hands and fingers working problem areas if needed. She has warm hands which is nice in this cold rooms.she’s one of the best! I’ve had lots of therapist.

By far Amanda is one of the best massage therapist I’ve every worked with. She’s attentive, mindful and her work is therapeutic with a nurturing touch. This is exactly what I look for when I get body work! Too many therapist just want to blast knots and over work them but she has found the balance. If you haven’t booked with her you’re missing out!

If I could give a zero I would! This was the 2nd time since I’ve joined ( 4 months ago) that my apt was cancelled the day of the apt, and this week when I was already at the studio in the waiting area.I was with my husband as we both scheduled treatments at the same time, & drove together. No accommodations were given ( no concessions were given because of the inconvenience) just a half hearted apology from the schedulers, maybe this was a normal occurrence? I expect them to honor their no show or cancellation-fee as I would have had to if I cancelled last minute with them, and am disappointed they didn’t offer it to me. I’d rather pay 150.00 per massage at a resort spa that has credibility than to pay 80.00 a month to be cancelled on twice & have a hard time making apts.

Naomi is personable, knowledgeable and gifted and I give her 5 stars!

Giselle is a super nice person. Yesterday was my 2nd subpar massage with her. Here are the reasons why:1. She doesn’t use enough lubricant (lotion or oil) causing heat friction on my skin;2. She spends too much time on a spot (neck below the ears; foot arch, etc.).Again, she is a sweet person but this is the 2nd massage that wasn’t that good.

Everyone is very pleasant and professional and the space is very clean and comfortable. This was the first time for my masseuse, Ellen, who did an amazing job of providing a pleasant, relaxing massage as I had asked.

Very friendly and welcoming staff-including the gentleman who checked me out. My therapist Lucy was great. She did my facial and massage back to back to accommodate my work schedule .

My massage was great; Oakye is fantastic!! Shes excellent at deep tissue work and Ive rebooked with her until Ive used up my prepays. I emphasize that I have several PREPAYS on the books due to a long illness when I was unable to use them.But the new pricing structure is prohibitive; I ended up paying almost half again what I had already paid for a prepaid service Id had carried over from some time ago. This seems unethical and definitely not conducive to my wanting to continue my long-term membership!

I scheduled my massage weeks in advanced. 30 minutes before my scheduled massage the called me saying there was an error in booking and they couldnt accommodate me at that date and time. We found an alternative date and time that I made work. The massage was lovely, Maria was excellent. I will say that my hour long massage wasnt quite an hour long but I decided to overlook that detail. When I went to pay they told me the price was $10 more than what I was told the price would be online. I mentioned this to them and they brushed me off and insisted on the price. Overall my expectations for Massage Envy were not high but the massage itself certainly exceeded my expectations. What disappointed me was the customer service. I cannot recommend this Massage Envy and I think your business is better appreciated elsewhere.

I always love a massage by Sari! She’s been my masseuse for several years and always takes my specific needs into account at each visit. Alex on front desk was instrumental in getting me in quickly , as I had called to say I was running late. ❤️

My first time at this location and had an excellent experience with massage therapist Jake. He tailored the pressure specifically to my needs and when I asked him to focus more on my head/face area due to jaw clenching (my first time asking for this) he was able to do so. I left feeling much more relaxed in that area, will definitely book with him again!

I always enjoy my experience at Massage Envy. Front desk is always kind, prompt, and welcoming. I have had massage sessions from multiple of their staff and all made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. I havent received any other services just yet, but I dont doubt that they would be just as good. I have a membership and enjoy the rewards point system. It does add up and comes in handy for massages.

Had a 90 minute massage. I wanted a relaxing massage and got just that. My massage therapist was, Taron (Sp?). She did a great job!

I had the facial last minute due to provider being sick. I understand things come up and was not upset about that, but after my massage I waited in the tranquility room for over 15 min before I had to go to front desk to ask what was happening. That was when I was told I had to reschedule.

This was my 1st time having a facial at Massage Envy in Carlsbad. Rosalinda was the best explaining everything she was doing. She also took great care about my skin sensitivity and Rosacea .

Toni did an amazing job! Two sessions with her and my skin is smoother, less noticeable pores, and my make up is going on so easily. I’m even using less make up!

Taryn was a great therapist. Spent a great amount of time on legs and feet. I don’t think I’ve ever had that before - very enjoyable

Brad at the Oceanside location exceeded my expectations as a massage provider - his skillful hands worked wonders on my troublesome PCL issue, helping me regain mobility and buy me another week of pain-free movement. He was also a respectful and great conversationalist. Undoubtedly, Ill be returning to Brad for his expert massages, as he has proven himself to be a true asset in helping me maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

I love my facials here but the one time I try to use my service for a massage and it got completely messed up. I took a day off from work to have a prenatal massage done and was so looking forward to this. When I got there I wasn’t on the schedule - it seems they accidentally booked me for the following month. The first guy receptionist I spoke to was no help and basically had a “not my problem” attitude. When I asked to talk to a manager the woman sitting next to him at least apologized for the inconvenience and said they would offer me a free enhancement which I think is only worth like $10 for my next appt. I tried calling back later to speak to a manager and they said they didn’t know the next time a manager would be in??? GREAT customer service guys, keep up the good work! Especially to your members who pay monthly for this service!

Horrible customer service here - been trying to cancel my membership for the better part of two weeks and keep getting the run around. AVOID this location.

I am a big guy. It is hard finding a new massage place after you move to a new area. I look for actual deep tissue therapeutic massage versus relaxation massages. Massage Envy has more than one person who can actually do therapeutic massage on a big guy. I got lucky by taking a chance on massage envy. Now, I wont go anywhere else

Before going to Noemi. I had 2 other masseuses, and then had a recommendation to try Noemi. Will not use another masseuse. Noemi is amazing!

Giselle was awesome. I had her do a stretch followed with a massage. The stretch was amazing. My massage was the exact pressure I needed. Great service. Will request her again!!

I moved here from NC. The staff assisted me greatly in transferring my membership. Rosalinda is a angel she takes care of my skin. I like her because not only she does an amazing job but she goes the extra mile to educate me.

I will never do business with this company again. My boyfriend purchased me a gift card online. While he has the confirmation number he was not given the gift card number from the company. The store would not take the confirmation number they insisted I have the card number that we were never provided. I booked an appointment for Tuesday. Then they called me and hour and a half before my appointment to cancel because the therapist I was seeing called out. I rescheduled for Wednesday. When I spoke with the receptionist rescheduling my appointment I explained the situation with the gift card and he assured me that the company would get back to me by my appointment with the card number. They did not. Infact I have received no reply from them. I called the receptionist the day of my appointment and he informed me that unless he could get someone to take the appointment they would be charging my card for the visit regardless because of the cancelation policy. When I ask if there was a manager to speak with as I would have never rebook for the next day unless I had been assured the company would get back with me I was told he could submit ro be contacted by management but it would take 3 to 5 business days. So first my boyfriend is scammed for $100 for a gift card he never received. And now I am to be scammed for $50 for trying to use said gift card. I will never do business with this company again. Infact I hope they go under for the way they scam people out of money. A massage is suppose to be relaxing not a stressful scam.

First time with Oakye, I was impressed with her knowledge and techniques. She also gave me advice for stretching of my hip flexors that can help me in between massages. I am also a big fan of Sari. She is my long time favorite.

I trust Sari to find tight spots I wasn’t even aware of - she knows what she is doing! I don’t give her a lot of feedback because she DOES know what she’s doing, but she is very open to feedback. Don’t know what I would do without her.

Taryn is the best in the business and I’ve been having massages regularly for over 30 years. Give her a raise! Her hands are incredibly intuitive and she knows exactly where to go to work on or knots with Grace.

I’d highly recommend getting a massage from Chachi. She was professional, attentive, and so easy to talk to, that it felt as relaxing as the music playing. The staff was all friendly and recommended other great deals and services. Great location!

I went to this location for two years. You really need to read the fine print on a subscription, I never had a need to cancel so I haven’t run into those problems. Except that I’ve now changed locations and have to pay a higher monthly fee which doesn’t make much sense to me if I’m not living in CA anymore.In terms of this location, the front desk staff are adequate although could be more friendly or engaging. Its crucial to know what massage therapist uses what pressure to meet your needs. If you like deep, firm pressure then Sari or Julia are your ladies. Sari is dedicated to finding relief and a healthy back for you. These two ladies deliver and I’m grateful for their time and energy!

Chill atmosphere and great staff. Never had an issue, everyone has been super polite and easy to talk to. Regular massage here has done a lot for my back pain, thanks to the great massuses... massuses.. massuseses? Thanks to the staff. Scheduling can be a little difficult sometimes but the business seems to be doing really good so thats a non issue for me, so long as they can stick around.

This locations service is absolutely HORRENDOUS, as you can also tell from many of the comments here. I waited 3 weeks for a massage they booked and confirmed, only to drive there and have them tell me they didn’t see it and they gave the slot away. They told me they’d book another appointment in 2 weeks and help me out when I got there. I waited 2 weeks and when I got there they did NOTHING for me and told me they couldn’t do anything. I can’t believe their management, super rude.I do want to say Sari did an amazing massage and she deserves to be at a better location. However, I’m never going to this place again, there’s a much better massage place in Carlsbad!

Amanda is wonderful. Her skills and personality are a plus for Massage Envy. I enjoy every session I have with her and I always leave feeling better.

This location is currently screwing me out of a session by trying to tell me they need 24 hours of advanced notice to cancel, despite the cancellation being entirely on their inability to provide the service I have paid for after forcing me to reschedule an appointment three weeks later because their masseuse decided to change their schedule the DAY BEFORE my appointment, AND my home location telling me policy is that an appointment can be cancelled as long as it is the day before, not some asinine 24 actual hour policy. When calling to get this figured out, the manager was extremely unhelpful and carried a tone that she was unwilling to help get this taken care of and just wanted me to get off the phone and stop bothering her. Dont expect the people at this location to do their job or have your best interests at heart. Seems like a lot of people have had disappointing experiences here.

Ive had numerous massages and two facial services at this location. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The massage therapists and estheticians are professionals and provide excellent care. I highly recommend Corrin for facials (saw her twice). She is outstanding, and the 90-minute facial is a relaxing indulgence.

I have been going here for a little over a year and so far the experience has been mostly good. For facials I recommend Juliana, a lovely Brazilian girl who does a terrific job. This place is very clean and I always feel safe there. The also carry Murad products too so watch for the specials. Be careful if signing up for a year commitment, as they also have 6 month plans. A little more than the cheaper places but its very consistent which is important to me.New update, terrible storm here in Oceanside (I could not stand up in the wind and the freeway is a parking lot) and tried to cancel a facial. I am being charged for a same day cancellation because of this. As a consequence I will immediately cancel my membership here. Massage Envy is a chain with no heart and the incompetent young woman at the front desk who had scheduled me for a massage with Julie instead of a facial with Juliana (I found this out when I received a reminder yesterday) should be fired, and along with her fire the incompetent young woman I spoke to on the phone today. No manager available fyi, just another incompetent uneducated coworker who claimed to be in training as manager (like I believe that one). Goodbye Massage Envy, I dont envy anyone who signs up for your convoluted membership program. Corporate Greed and Incompetent poorly trained front desk staff if you can call these thoughtless young women staff.Juliana, by the way still gets my vote as an excellent person for a facial. To the owner, you lost a formerly loyal customer.

I had an appointment with this location. The therapist had an issue and had to cancel. But they didnt call my phone or text. They sent an email, less than 1 hour before my appointment!Of course I hadnt checked my email and showed up for my appointment, 10 min ahead of schedule, only to find out my appointment was cancelled!SLAP IN THE FACE!!! They sent me a text after my appointment was cancelled saying, that I had to cancel the appointment! Why couldnt they text me before? Dishonest! Nice try!I will never return here! Office staff NEEDS training!

Oakie was fantastic, as usual; however, I am very disappointed with the franchise location because they are now charging me an extra $30 per session. I have quit my membership as a result.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. It was the worse experience ever. Will never do business with this place ever again. Each month, Massage Envy would call to remind me about the new charge, which was a nice. When I knew my contract was coming to an end, I kept asking them do I need to do anything to cancel my membership as I do not want to renew. Each and every time the answer was no. To my surprise, I was getting charged after my membership was over and at a higher dollar amount. This place is a total scam. They continued to charge my credit card after my year end contract was over. Since I had about 4 unused massages I wanted to get a couples massage with my husband. I was told that it would cost me an additional 10.00, but actually they charged me 60.00 and of course they did not have any records on file for this charge.

Massage envy charged me while they were closed during a pandemic. After calling several times and leaving several voicemails and threatening to leave bad reviews a manager finally called me back. The manager told me my account was canceled and I was refunded.Of course 30 days later I was charged again. Upon calling the location I was told that I never canceled and that somebody would get back to me within 72 hours. When she was flippant I asked the employees name and she refused to give it to me. When I asked her managers name she refused to give it to me. When I asked for the district managers name she refused to give it to me. Same with the owners name.When I told her I was going to leave bad reviews if I wasn’t contacted within 24 hours she told me that she didn’t care that people still come in and that they are always fully booked.This is the kind of attitude and service you can expect if you deal with massage envy. Not only can they not get your account canceled but they are going to be rude, belligerent, and standoffish if you try to get your money back.On top of that who wants to get a massage during a pandemic? This is obviously just a blatant cash grab.

For the last 6 months I have had nothing but TERRIBLE experiences with Massage Envy, Oceanside CA. I canceled my membership and they continued to take money out of my account. Recently, I had a massage scheduled and confirmed for a Saturday. However later on the Friday that they called to confirm my appointment, I had a conflict. I called them and rescheduled my Saturday appointment for Friday night. Mind you, this was my last service on my cancelled membership. However, later the next week, I noticed that ME/Oceanside had charged an account that I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION to use, for $100. This charge was for the Saturday appointment which I rescheduled for the previous evening (Friday). I have gone back and forth with Samantha, the manager and she informed me last week that they have refused my request to reimburse me the $100. Two things are wrong with this, 1. I rescheduled my Saturday appointment to Friday evening; the front desk person obviously forgot to cancel the Saturday appointment. And.... who gets a massage two days in a roll??? #2. They used an account that I only used twice (maybe three times) to pay gratuity versus using the account that my membership was coming out of. I NEVER gave them permission to put this card on file for anything. I WILL NEVER go back to ME, Oceanside!! ....and yes, I have contacted a lawyer.

If you’re looking for a job at this location, DON’T. Their management was highly unprofessional, I applied and got a call back for an interview 2 days later and then did my in person interview. Mind you prior to enlisting into the military I was a Sales Associate and a Junior Clinic Administrator for this company on the east coast. (Loved that location/management) I just thought it was highly rude of the manager to never get back to me on updates if I was offered the part time job or not. As well to having prior experience with Massage Envy, you’d think I would’ve gotten it. But I called back a week later to check the status of my application and was told the manager was in a meeting and they’d leave a message to contact me back. Still haven’t heard back. Unprofessional.

The masseuses are good at their job and the location is comfortable, but Im not happy with their business practices.They didnt mention they charge for a month after you cancel, so I was charged for an extra month after my 6 month subscription. Which they didnt tell me renewed automatically. Then one front lady scheduled me for my final massage two weeks after my time ran out, so I lost that $60 massage. No recourse, sorry about that. They also didnt tell me up front that I can only pass one massage to another person once per person every six months, which was a pain.Good work on the massage front only goes so far. Wont be coming back, thats for sure.

I have been a member of Massge Envy for almost 10 years now. My membership is still at a different location because it took an act of Congress to get my membership moved to Oceanside. As a result I am technically a member of a different location and actually I am glad I am NOT a member of this location. The front desk and management has been a revolving door on roller skates. You could not keep up. When they finally had someone great they would end up leaving. It has been better the past few months but for a year..WOW..very high turnover. Also this location has absentee owners. I have never seen them and you can never contact them. Not good.Having said this there are two amazing people at this location. Suri is beyond amazing! I deal with the fiasco of the overall business to get a massage with her. She books way in advance so plan accordingly. Suri is personable and professional and gives the best massage in North County. Also Easton is an incredible facialist. Just one look at Easton’s glowy complexion and you know this is the person to touch your skin.10 stars each for Suri and Easton. 3 stars for the disorganized hassle at the front desk and lack of owner presence.

These reviews are so clearly from employees and their friends. This place is Horrible! Do not get stuck in a contract... they will never cancel it, continue to call you if you change your payment info. They verbally lie about the contract at the front desk (read the fine print) Dont get stuck in their SCAM. Most of their massage therapists are horrible. They talk to you through the whole 40 min. session (not an hour) Dont know how to deep tissue... there is nothing good about this place! Your better off getting a massage chair!

For Valentines Day I bought a couples massage for me and my girlfriend. The massage therapists were good but the room, beds and lotions were freezing and not enjoyable what so ever. This leads me to believe they werent ready to use the larger room even though I booked it and reserved it as a couples massage. The at the end the receptionist ask me how everything went. I told her. She didnt acknowledge my complaints she just tried to sell me a membership. Definitely will not go back.

I have young onset Parkinsons disease and deal with a lot of pain. For instance, the last three months I have been laid up recovering from brain surgery. All this during Covid so my wife couldnt even visit me in the hospital. I say this because I am more stressed out and frustrated because of Message Envy Oceanside than during brain surgery! They started up their payment engines and charged me while I recovered from brain surgery. I cant even get a message because of my medical device, yet they will not refund me the money.This business is taking advantage of people with disabilities.***Update***I sent the form the Owner sent me a few weeks ago and still nothing. Also, i tried to transfer my messages over to my wife and I cant even do that. They stole $350 from me.

I cancelled my membership a month ago and they still charge my card. It is impossible to speak to a manager there because “they don’t have a schedule for the manager” so they can’t tell you when one will be available. I spoke to a manager directly after 2 weeks of trying and was reassured my card would not be charged. And here we are.
