Inner world used to be a core memory place for my dad and i as a child before they did the renovation where they had all the souvenirs and band merch and such, and now that i’m older i’ve been a regular and don’t go anywhere else ! definitely a store worth going to , they have a great selection of quite literally everything , workers are all super dope and definitely so helpful with any questions you have ! thx inner world !

Yall be hiring anybody now. This emo chick at your store has her red underwear visible for everyone to see…. Soo disgusting. Is it that hard to wear clothes that actually fit? Not suprised tho… this place has always been known for selling anything to minors. This store has no standards, like the females that work there.

This is the only place i get my vapes from because of pricing. but ive gotten a prime bar the tropical punch one it is pink two different times from here an both times two days later it catches fire. caught fire at work yesterday started backfiring then fire. ive never had any problems with any of the other flavors or anything just that specific flavor twice you guys should look into that otherwise you are a great smoke shop and i will be in later to get a new vape since mine caught fire.

Great selection of glass and a bunch of other stuff that I wish I could afford . It was pretty busy today, and they lost a sale. I went to another place and made a purchase

Horrible establishment, they will sell any product to under age any age children, they never ,never, never ever card. They will never check I.D. if you have a stolen credit card go there you can use it they wont check trust me.

This place has been in business since the early 70s. We used to call them head shops. Still has the cool vibe!

They have such kind people that work there and is a trustworthy place for all your smoke shop needs!

The smoke shop has good quality products but its not one of my favorites because they have their stuff priced quite a bit higher than a lot of other smoke shops and its not due to quality is simply just more tired. But it is convenient so if you need some glass or some torches or butane and you have money then yeah come check it out. But theres better smoke shops that was in walking distance.

Best smoke shop in town hands down whatever you need they have it. Top brands great glass. All there vape stuff actually works no knockoffs. Family owned business. Thank you guys for my ever growing collection Ive got all from you.

So I use to be a regular, up until i all of the sudden got promoted at my job and transferred to San Diego and moved to Hillcrest. I was up in North County and InnerWorld was a place of interest for me to pickup today bc i need a vape but unfortunately i wasnt able to make it in. I STILL DECIDED TO SUBMIT A REVIEW BECAUSE THE OCEANSIDE POPULATION NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT INNERWORLD!!! I use to spend $34-$36 PER vape, @ INNERWORLD , THEIR PRICES ARE UNREAL REASONSBLE (in regards to their disposables. Thats what the whole review is centered around is their disposables). They offer 20 for 1, and either its $30 or $35 FOR TWO. I just spent $100 dollars in this place and the guys working are like bored or just don’t want to be there. Not going in there ever again, sure they have a nice variety of stuff but the staff sucks. No thank you, no nice words whatsoever. I felt as if ineeded to apologize for asking them to do their job! Dang. If you are unhappy where you work go somewhere else …… I Wish i hadnt bought anything there :(

I love this place! I stumbled on it with a friend a few weeks ago and was amazed by the amount of great band shirts and other memorabilia there. Theyve got albums on vinyl and CD, as well as concert DVDs for several bands ranging from classic rock to punk and metal.Im new to north county, and Id always been a fan of The Black in Ocean Beach. This store is just like it and Im really glad I found such a cool place up here!

Great selection at great prices! The staff is welcoming and friendly as well! Alyssa, the person waiting on me, took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and never made me feel rushed. Definitely recommend coming here for glass!

Great selection jus a little inconsistent on prices also the last flum float I bought (red bang) tgat was defective. Little more expensive than syndicate and sometimes they charge tax depends on who rings u up.

Dude charged me over $14 for Marlboro 72s, and when I asked about the price he said that the prices have gone up. Like really?! Its the only place in town selling them for that price.

This was absolutely the WORST service i’ve ever encountered. I purchased a rig as a christmas present. Right when I get home I placed it on my carpet floor (that I was sitting on) ((NO HEIGHT FOR IT TO FALL AND BREAK) and all of a sudden I hear things clinking around and it broke IN THE BUBBLE WRAP. I called asking if they can do an exchange or a refund and they had me drive all the way back to check it out just for one of the associates to yell in my face telling me that it HAD to of been dropped, and they couldn’t help me... instead that I buy something with a big discount. Then proceeded to tell me that sales are final and when I asked where it says that, they said on the receipt (THAT I DIDNT EVEN GET WITH MY PURCHASE) I’ve been a customer with this shop for years and i’ve never been treated with such disrespect. (Mind you i’m 20 and they’ve never carded me once, so that’s a double wammy of how unorganized this business is.) Never shopping here again.

This business practice of not discussing prices over the phone is such an antiquated one in the smartphone age. Consumers will just call competitors that will tell the price and go there. Time value says that its not worth risking going to you because the time and the potential that ur cost is not cheaper makes it not worth. Its absolutely better to goto a competitor with a reasonable price ur willing to pay then go out of ur way to someone who is likely more expensive. Much easier to get customers by under cutting the market then not telling customers cus u charge to much or cus u think itll make them come in. Owners/manager might benefit from a marketing psychology course or textbook.

Service is absolutely terrible. If the staff dont think you fit their scene, be prepared to wait ridiculous amounts of time as they try to impress the only chick in the store. Great selection if youre into gimmicks and paying exorbitant amounts of money. Better smoke shops all throughout north county. This spot is only worth going to if youre a masochist.

A must visit spot when walking around (Coast HWY) Hill Street. I used to spend hours in here reading all the posters and t-shirts on the walls. I bought a very nice quality knife in here back in the day and still have it today.

Great customer service, super friendly staff. I walk ina nd get helped right away! Its the best place with the best prices, especially for disposable vapes, other places usually charge $30 for one and here its 2 for $30. Never have any complaints and its my favorite place to go for vapes and Hookah supplies!

I just called the store because I had 2 Quick questions about what time they closed with Covid restrictions and if they had a particular pipe and he hung up on me before I could even ask him the 2nd question. Total lack of customer service and his attitude was terrible.

Love all of the workers, very helpful ,very kind, but the new owner ruined it. Ive gone there almost every month for the past year... And the prices have only risen with a lot less selection of items besides tobacco pipes

Dont buy from this store.They do not back obvious defective items. After buying a pipe that had a bowl with a undersized hole to draw thru and using it once, John said he wouldnt warranty it. Instead he insisted that I buy another BOWL not the original style that came with the pipe.VERY poor customer service, too bad I will not be referring people to this place in the future!

I asked for 30mg juice and bought 2 juices. When I got in my car realized they where 50mg so I went back inside and they refused to exchange them or offer a solution. The first and the last time I come here.

Remember being a kid coming here with my brother n uncle. That visit started many stops here from the time I got my license, on until recently. I remember such a cool selections of shirts n artifacts n all kinds of music; punk, metal, death metal, hardcore, classic rock, black metal, reggae etc. So many live shows of al kinds on dvd. Posters, shirts n posts cards, funny gags, incense, patches, knives....freekn everthing even pipes n weed this n that. I got my first quality, expensive, favorite, Jimi Hendrix hoodie here. Also got tons of cds n dvds, and al kinds of gifts when family n friends had a celebration. Buuuut noooww, damn.....just a wide open space with pipes n bubblers n weed this and weed that. I know the economy called for change but kinda bumbs me out. Still have shirts n posters n post cards, n the cool dude with the black shirt n cami shorts. Just not the same Inner World I remember. Glad still around though

The staff here is not helpful and you immediately feel like you are bothering them. The prices are way out of line when compared to other shops selling the same things.

I get my disposable vape pens here for about 5 dollars less then I was paying. My only complaint is i tend to go in there everytime where only one person is working and its busy so a little wait sometimes but is a great shop and tons of variety

Shop sold me a vaporizer and never been dropped sold me a defected product. I owned for 40 mins and realized something was wrong and called in and he refused to exchange it for a new one. I would never shop there again poor customer service
