Absolutely love my time with Erin. The amount of care and expertise she puts into bringing your vision to life is amazing! She truly is an artist and her team of assistants makes the whole process run so smoothly! I will forever commute to Erin because she’s worth it! The salon remodeling is absolutely to die for. The quiet room where you get your hair washed, the HEATED toilet seat, and the accommodations for snacks and drinks is phenomenal!!

Our stylist, Devon, was amazing. My daughter is so happy with the results of her hair treatment and the whole experience! The salon is beautiful inside with lots of thoughtful touches. Devons care, generosity, attention to detail and skill was so appreciated. Well definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE my cut! This was my first time at Thairapy and my first cut with Jessie. Finding a new stylist is hard and scary, especially when you have short hair. But Jessie took such great care to listen and really understand what I wanted and what areas bothered me. It turned out perfect! I will definitely be back to see Jessie and will be sending my family for cuts as well!!

First my stylist gave me an amaaaaazing scalp massage while shampooing, something no stylist has ever done before. Second, her tapering skills are on POINT. She carefully sectioned off my long hair (most girls just start chopping away at it), and the whole time was so easy to talk to and very comfortable to be around! She has a genuine heart and an amazing talent with hair ❤️

Bri J. has been doing my hair consistently for almost a year now. We have gone long to short. We have played with reds and violets. Most recently I have been chocolatey brunette. I have curly hair and she has been extremely thoughtful about and in turn I love my curls even more. I found Bri not long after she graduated from hair school. It has been so much fun to see her confidence grow over the last year.Bri makes sure you feel so comfortable. You absolutely love your hair before you leave her chair.She is a hilarious and you everything you want in a personal hair stylist. I have referred others to her. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Today was fabulous! Boogie was able to take my concept and turn my hair into art! It turned out even better than the reference we started from. The purple ombre over blonde is striking and sophisticated and I love it! Will definitely be back.

Bri is down right magical!With Bri, my hair always turns heads and gets compliments (and she lets me know if something wont be flattering), my husband who wont see anybody else, and my tween son gets excited to have Bri work her magic.Bethany did my gel nails before a business trip. 3 weeks, 6 airports, 6 fancy dinners, beaches, lugging luggage, and everything else... not a single chip in the polish and no broken nails!This salon is the most amazing combination of upscale and down to earth with personalized service by a warm and professional staff.

I always leave extremely happy with my hair after I leave even when its just trim, it feels brand new! Ive never really enjoyed going to salons and I was cutting my own hair for years until I started going to them and now I get my regular trims I am supposed to get! Theyre always down to try the new things that I want done to my head and it is always exactly what I want. Best experience with a stylist Ive had. Jessie is the best.

I had my first appointment with Misti at Thairpy yesterday. I am so pleased! Misti did a fabulous job. She listened to my concerns and totally delivered! The entire experience was fun and relaxing.I already have my next appointment scheduled!!🙂

Charlie was great, and very thorough. He took his time to listen and worked out as much as he felt. He is genuinely concerned about making you feel better, I will be returning! Its nice to find someone that knows what he is doing!

I got my haircut done by Jessie and it was the best haircut I have ever gotten! She has the most gentle hands and a lot of skill. I will definitely be booking another appointment with her when its time for another touch up! She also did my moms haircut and sooo pretty as well. Over all I loved the experience and atmosphere!

I went in for a male haircut. I asked for one thing: leave the length in the front so I can keep up with hiding the thinning areas. What did they do? Quite the opposite. I’ve not worn a hat since now awaiting for my hair to regrow to its desired length. Their hair products are extremely overpriced and if you miss an appointment, they treat you like you’re a bad guy. If you miss an appointment here, I recommend not to answer the phone when they call. Is they are nasty when you don’t show. I’m a business owner. I want business of the year for the US in 2019 actually. This behavior when somebody doesn’t show up not recommended in my field or any field at that, because norm there’s a pretty good reason if somebody doesn’t show up to their appointment. I don’t remember making an appointment because this thing was auto created as a month follow up. I didn’t know about the appointment. Why would somebody make an appointment a month in advance? I don’t know. But despite the negativity that resulted in me never coming back here, It’s a clean place. Can’t take that away from them. I know that they are open late. Other than that, I would not trade off for the disrespectful tone should you even deserve it.

Bri C was fantastic and helped me turn a rough day around. Love their dark, quiet hair washing area. She listened to what I wanted going from long hair to a shorter, layered cut and helped get me some lasting curls for a night out. They have some great holiday sets on sale now. Will definitely be back for more hair services and facials!

I love this salon and spa, it really does feel relaxing from the moment you step in. Mary does my hair and it always ends up beautiful and even with bleaching, my hair hasn’t gotten that dry and damaged feel. You can tell it’s quality products by the way it leaves your hair feeling healthy. Clarissa is also so wonderful, I got a lash lift and tint and struggled with my eyes watering as a contact wearer. She was so gracious about it and was patient, she was very personable and I would go back again for either of these wonderful ladies services

I had a makeup and hair trial 3 weeks prior to my wedding with Bailey and Mary at Thairapy Salon; Both so caring, patient, and professional in their jobs! They listened to every little detail I asked them and made sure I am happy about everything.On the wedding day, everything was beyond PERFECT! First, their mannerism was so gentle, something that every bride needs on the wedding day. Then, the updo and makeup was even better than the pictures I had shown them. I couldnt be happier with how I looked.Thank you Mary and Bailey. You turned my wedding into a memorable one! You guys are rockstars!!!

One of the best salon experiences Ive ever had. I did a pretty dramatic transformation with my hair, and my stylist Jess did such an amazing job. I have definitely found my new go to place for my hair!

Love this place! Ashley is a fantastic stylist, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, and they are open on a Sunday - when most salons are closed. Only problem now is that my husband and I now have to fly to OKC from Boston to get our hair done!

Stephanie is a Hair God. I was nervous trying a new place as I recently moved to OK... But Im so thankful I found this place online! Stephanie was funny, smart and very skilled. We ended up taking 15 inches off my hair!! I Will continue to come to this salon to see Stephanie!!!

Being a licensed and former stylist, I’ve colored my own hair since age 18 (60 now), however I wanted a change that more fits my age. I was too blonde! I walked in to Thairapy. Bri C. listened and created the natural color exactly as I imagined! Great salon, talented staff and wonderful experience! Bri is my colorist now!

The experience that I had here was unlike any salon experience I have ever had before. My hair was so damaged and needed a cut so badly, it started to make me feel terrible about myself. My hair is long and Ive been growing it out for years, I am very picky when it comes to getting it cut. But My Stylist Bethany listened to my concerns, and she did exactly as I asked, and she asked me before she did anything if it was okay. My hair looks so beautiful and healthy now, I feel like I can be me again. Thairapy Salon is so relaxing and inviting, and every employee went above and beyond with every customer, even if the client was not theirs. I am so grateful for the kindness that each employee had bestowed upon me, I truly felt special the whole time I was there. ☺️ I give 20/10 stars ⭐

Ashley cut my 2 little girls’ hair today. She did an awesome job AND she was so good to them, making sure they were comfortable and happy. We showed her a photo and she made it happen. Baylee is the brow queen! She has tinted and waxed me to the best brows of my life! Charlie does the best massages I have ever experienced. A true treatment - relaxation and physical therapy. Mysti is an educator and has a solution for my every concern and request. I trust her and always leave excited about my hair. The entire team is made of some of the best in the industry.

Make sure to get an appointment before you do. The store is quite easy to locate. I went in for a hair treatment. Bri had assisted me for the day. She was walked me through each step and spend a good amount of time and energy to get my hair blow dried straight. I had a great amount of shedding during my visit so I had asked her to shampoo gently. She took good care of my hair and advised me on the types of shampoo to use and how to manage my hair.

Love, love LOVE this place. My twin teens love Boogie as much as I do! High recommend her!

Jessie was so helpful! She really helped me get an idea of how to help take care of my hair at its new length and was super informative about everything she was doing through the entire process! The products she recommended me that I have been using for 8+ months truly are good for my complex skin type in different environments, and they are way better than anything else Ive used in my 15+ years of using skincare. They also have great hair softening products!I love the heated toilet seats too! So relaxing.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and have found my hair girl for life. Tara is so talented. Tara has spent the last year taking me from a burgundy to a platinum blonde and it has been a PROCESS but she has done it! She explains what she thinks is best, walks me through the process and even educates me on what we’re doing, what we can do to maintain my hair and always makes sure we follow up with treatments. This review has been long overdue but she deserves all the credit. There has never been anyone I trust more than her with my hair in OKC. I highly recommend this salon and of course Tara to anyone who needs an amazing recommendation.

The amount of time and consideration she has taken with me to go over my skin type, products I’ve been using and teaching me about acne has helped tremendously in my skincare. Her facials are on another level of detail and quality- a complete spa experience every single time!

After reading about each team member on the website, I chose Ashley because she was very experienced with creating beautiful shades of blonde. Oh man did she deliver! She takes the time to really get to know your skin and has helped me create a customized skincare routine to use at home to maximize my results between visits. I appreciate all of the care and attention she puts into her work and cannot recommend her enough!

Let me tell you, Ashley is your go to girl for hair. I wanted to do something new, so I decided on a balayage, and I have dark brown hair, so I knew it wouldn’t be easy to get super light right away. However, she was honest and upfront about the price, the products, and what I should expect when she was done with my hair before she even started. I was in love with the aftermath, and the color is perfect! She recommended me the products she used on my hair, and while they are pricey, it was worth every penny. I styled my hair for the first time, 5 days after my appointment, and I was amazed at how much of a difference I felt in my hair that I never felt before! I rarely write reviews unless my experience was beyond expectations, and she exceeded them tremendously. I’m so happy I found her!

Sorry but a BIG NO. Had Ashley cut my hair in July and really liked it. Scheduled a 5-week repeat cut appointment while there. Week before appointment she called and said they were doing building remodeling on the date we originally scheduled, so she moved it up 4 days. I was fine with that, and even asked if she could cut my 8 year old granddaughters hair too. She agreed.Our appointment was 10:00 on Monday. We both arrived on time. The place was a wreck. Drills going. Saws going. Sawdust everywhere. Cords and wires everywhere. Our stylist Ashley apologized and sat me in the chair. After about 10 minutes she said lets go wash. The wash room was also a mess, and even had wet paint on the walls and a very strong smell of paint and sawdust. I told her I had changed my mind and we werent getting our hair cut after all. She said it would be complimentary but it obviously was not the conditions I wanted to be in.Id driven 12 miles there to get our hair cut, and 12 miles home. Obviously 24 miles worth of gas isnt that much, but I also wasted about an hour. Also our original appointment was rescheduled to this date because of remodeling, but why??It would have been nice had they called before our appointment and canceled. They knew the conditions were terrible. I felt the salon showed a total lack of professionalism and empathy. With hundreds of other places to go in OKC, who needs one that acts like this???

Stacy was so friendly and very helpful when I asked for her ideas on my hair. She knows her stuff and I love how my hair turned out! Would recommend 100%

I have tried several hair salons in the past and never loved their work until I started coming to Thairapy lounge! I always leave happier than when I walked in. I’ve always had brown or blonde hair which they do so great here but recently I’ve stepped away and tried colors. When I say Bethany blew me away with her vivid colors and hand painted colors I mean it! I have never been this happy and always love my hair even when it’s something I didn’t know was even possible for me! The atmosphere here is wonderful and the staff are all fantastic! Mary colors my hair just right every time. I have gray and silver hair that I’m not ready to embrace :) so Mary blends it perfectly with the color of my youth: so, it looks very natural as it grows out. I get a lot of compliments!

This establishment is very organized and text reminders for your appointment which is very helpful. Every person in the salon is busy doing something vs sitting around. Im done think I will be receiving other services but its nice to know they offer so many different options for skin and hair. It would be nice to have the option for just a cut and not Style but I understand the need to fill an hour appointment.

While my makeup artist was nice and super sweet, honestly i was not pleased with my makeup. I am already dark and i has told I don’t want to look darker than my akin color with counturing and blush but after everything waa done i looked really dark which could be seen looking at neck. While the makeup itself looked nice but the color match wasn’t good. I hate complaining so i just said ok and also waa in a time crunch so i had to take it. And for hair i did curls and it was all gone by 6pm. I basically just wasted my money on hair because i could have done better curling myself and using a spray that would hold the curls. I showed the pics of that i want which was full curls. When she was done, i had curls just on the bottom Part of my hair and when i said I wanted something like the pics, she added few curls on top. I still tipped 20% but i was really not happy with my service specially hair service.

I called and she took me in even though it was a little late. I was super shocked they were open. I havent been able to trust anyone with my long layers in a long time. And Stacy nailed it I will go back to her time and time again as long as shes there!!!! thank you so much Stacy! My curls are back and my layers are awesome 😎

Just, WOW!I highlight my hair once a year or two; I like to add some blonde highlights to lighten up the color, but will look natural and grow out nicely since I do not maintain them consistently. I had met Megan earlier in the year through social circles, and even though I was happy with my regular stylist, I booked an appointment with her to support my new friend.Megan was methodical, precise and a true professional. My highlights came out looking WOW! She sent me off with some samples for products specific for maintaining and maximizing my color and I will be stopping by the salon this week to purchase the full bottles. I want to hold on to this look as long as possible.I have never been happier with a color service and my hair. It is perfect for the summer and I feel like a blond(er) goddess every morning when I leave my house.Thank you so so much Megan!

I booked with the hairstylist Estrolita , my service was Natural hair care and a Massage. Her spirit was very pleasant and so was her work. I left with a nice silk press, trimmed middle part and very relaxed. Her Massage put me to sleep, I HIGHLY recommend.

Mysti did a fantastic job. I had 12 inches cut off and had it bleached. Gratefully, she did not over process my hair. I love my hair and so does my husband (most important)

Went in for a bleach retouch and it came out better than I expected, usually it takes about 2 trips to get my roots as platinum as the rest but Cat worked her magic and made it look like it had all been bleached together. She made sure to ask multiple times if the bleach was irritating my scalp and just made sure I was comfortable while I was there. Would definitely recommend this place its well priced and a very friendly atmosphere.

This review is specifically for Charles Shaffer, Thairapys massage therapist. I cannot recommend Charlie highly enough. He is easily one of the most talented and knowledgeable therapists I have ever had the privilege to work with. Charlie has been my go-to massage therapist for several months now, and no matter what muscle pain/knots I come in with, I leave without. He is thorough, informative, and communicative about staying within a clients pain tolerance when doing deeper work. Five stars is not enough.
