The staff was awesome , he told me about there sale on juices. Also the base of my tank got stuck to the mod and he happily got it off for me. He also helped me choose a new flavor and the flavor that he suggested is my favorite that i have tried so far. Keep up the great work i look forward to making more purchases there!

Fantastic store. Some of the best people in the business. Wide array of juices in several genres (I seem to find that shops typically carry juices that kinda all taste similar) Its a must visit for all vape users. To top it off, the design of the store is super chic and inviting.

This place is great. Never been to the actual store, online customer from Louisiana. One of my friends turned me on to them. Love the captive creations juice. Strawberry milk is my favorite by far. Have tryed others strawberry milk and will never get mine from any other place from now own. Shipping is fast. The staff even write you a personal note on your order receipt every time, thanking you for your order!!

Great juices personable staff. I am a long haul trucker and sometimes have to find juice when I am on the road. All to often I have to settle for what I find, usually junk, but these guys have good quality juice, great prices and good service. The biggest bonus is they were close to my truck stop and easy to get to.

I’ve heard good things about this vape shop and based on the reviews on here, I decided to drive up from Norman to check it out.The inside doesn’t look like your typical vape store. It’s actually pretty cool and very well put together. However, in this case, it’s all flash and no substance. They have very little hardware selections and didn’t seem to have what I was looking for. The fancy shelves they have to hold their juice, lights up. I guess to distract you from the small amount of premium juice lines they have randomly scattered throughout the wall.The look and feel of this place just doesn’t match their product selection and that’s pretty disappointing to say the least.

Okay... So I went in to talk to them about juices and salt nic for my device. They were charging almost double as other places and I was just trying to explain I would just wait to go to my normal shop and the owner Matt came out and was extremely rude and very unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!! They need to learn how to treat people better. No wander it was dead in there.

Ive always liked this store but since Rob the new manager has taken over I really love this store. I used to drive to Roy to get good prices in juice but now they beat the price by quite a bit and customer service is amazing. Ill never shop for vapeing supplies anywhere else. Thank you youve won a life long customer !

I stopped by this beautiful vape shop while passing through OKC. Ive been ordering from them online for years and it was great to finally see the store. Obviously I love their juice and the staff is knowledgeable and personable. The iPad menus make it easy to make a selection.

I went in last Thursday and initially thought the place was great. I knew nothing about gaping and the woman that helped me was very knowledgeable. However when I purchased a device we went through 3 or 4 before we found one that would work. Or so I thought. The device I ended up with was not what I originally wanted, and found out 3 days later it wouldnt charge. My wife took the device back and told them I had it plugged in for over 2 hours and it still wont work. Of course they didnt believe I knew how to use a charger so they charged it for an additional 2.5-3 hours and got a couple puffs out of it and told her it works fine. Wrong again... in less than an hour it was dead again. So I charged it for 9 hours over night. It lasted all of 3 or 4 hits off it and was dead. So what are my options from them? Take this lower model and see if it works? No thanks I will be doing business elsewhere. A place that takes care of customers and provides the items asked for.

I stop in yesterday for the first time. That was a great experience. Great knowledgeable staff, huge selection of products, awesome discounts, and honest fair prices. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. On my list to return, for sure.

I wish I could remember the guys name. He answered my million questions, showed me how to prime my tank, and did so again when I had to buy a new mod. I got the chance to tell the manager one day over the phone but people gotta know how great these people are. Plus, their strawberry milk juice is to die for.

They had an amazing selection of juices and vapes. The guys working there really know their products and were able to make many great suggestions. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a really good store when I first started vaping I used to come here and prices were pretty legitimate. I dont know how the store is anymore but I could assume that theyre a little bit pricier than some of the other stores in the area but theyre in a great location for me close to my job and they offer really good deals on some of the things that they have for sale so I recommend this store.

Came here for the first time with my wife and a friend of mine just check out a new shop and see what they had. We get in and the working the counter asks for IDs which I understand me and my friend had ours but my wife didnt because she is not a vaper she just came with me. And all the worker said was you have to leave. No sorry those are the rules which I understand Ive been vaping for years. But no all we got was we have to leave. Very disappointing first and last time coming.

The staff here are extremely helpful. They helped me swap out coils and showed me the ins and outs on how to change them myself. I would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly and helpful service with any vape needs.

I walked in there with a buddy and we had gone there to buy rx200s and they were extremely disrespectful. When he asked to buy the rx200s they tried to sell him the rx200 and said that the only difference is the screen when me and my buddy both already have the rx200 IN OUR HANDS!. My buddy then asked of was already updated and they said they think so and proceeded to ask him if he really needed the extra 35 watts and he said yes. Then someone said well obviously no one taught you how to build. I then asked how much the rx200s was without batteries they told me they do not sell them with out batteries because they want to make sure they were married. That was insulting ive been vaping for about 3 years now. I already have a married set of batteries and i certainly didnt want to be forced to buy their pos batteries. So i decided not to buy from them to me it seemed pretty dumb to lose a sell over 3 batteries. The employees are very disrespectful and obviously very ignorant about their products. I will never come back to this buisness. I would rather go back to cigarettes than support a company that disrespects their customers and dont know their product and i certainly would advise to stay away from this buisness.

Went in here to check out their dispensary. Drew helped me Pick up some great product and his customer service was excellent! I will definitely be back.

If you buy Renova Zero pods go to Edmond vapes. They sell them for literally half the price. They dont carry the kits but they heard about the price gouging and decided to carry the pods
