The owner is an amazing person! Kind and generous and always so welcoming. Their product is the reason I started going and won’t go anywhere else . The Bavarian cream is perfection, but the service is the true reason I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else

Absolutely love this place. Quit cigarettes one day, walked in this store with no vape knowledge, and left with a new vape pen (which I quickly upgraded later). Staff is always friendly and helpful. I just wish they still had a store in Yukon so I didnt have to drive so far for my juice.

This place used to be great. The staff was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. I dont vape, but I go there to purchase juice for my husband often. Today around 4:30, the whole atmosphere was different. The lady working ignored me when I walked in, as she was having a conversation with a guy that I believe worked there. I stood there and waited because I didnt want to be rude, but I finally had to interrupt. She treated me like I was bothering her for trying to buy something. Then she kept her chit chat with the man going, while trying to push me out of the store. My husband said it was the same way when he last went in. The whole atmosphere and customer service has changed.

The juice is great! The prices and specials are fantastic! I wish they had atomizers like they used to. Weve had to start going to a completely different store/company in town to get atomizers. Wed prefer to keep all of our business at OKC Vapes, but the other locations are too far/a hassle to get to for us.The main thing, though, that keeps us coming back to the OKC location of OKC Vapes and the reason I still give it 5 stars despite my complaint about the atomizers is the staff. We LOVE the staff here! They are so friendly and so knowledgeable and so helpful. They remember you and treat you like an old friend. Each of them is so personable. They always have a smile and are just obviously really wonderful people. You cant get better service than here!

This is a great place. The staff make you feel welcome, whether youre brand new or a regular. Theyve helped me with equipment I didnt even buy from them, given me excellent advice, excellent equipment and juices, and friendly customer service. Their house blend juices are excellent, too. Theyve got a happy, loyal customer in me.

This place is so helpful! Theyre so friendly & knowledgeable & always have great sales or discounts. One time u dug out some of my older mods & asked them if they had the parts to fit them & they did for some & said theyd research & find the rest! Theyre just so friendly; I pass 2 or 3 other vape stores just to go to them!

Love this vape store! Tuesday is 1/2 price 30ml house brand so you pay only $7.50. They have a discount on a salt nic this day too. Weve been going here almost 2 years. Caleb is always super nice & helpful. I was even able to quit smoking 🚭 cause he helped me pick out the vape that was just right for me. I am so happy to be spending $7.50 a week & not $7.50 a day!! 😁

Id never been in this location, and the employee was super helpful and attentive. Didnt love the juice but not anyones fault. I was also thrilled they were opened on memorial day.

My visit here was at a busy time of the day, but even tho my wait lasted a while, the service was good. While I was there, the feeling I got there, was I went back in time, they had a few mods that I would say are pretty modern, but the majority of there devices, in my opinion are out dated. The juices I purchased have great flavor, but Im not a fan of 50/50. I didnt spend a lot of time viewing there juice selection, tho I do plan on returning to spend more time, hoping to find a selection with a higher vg ratio. Again, A+ with the service, just mod and accessory selection can improve.

My has been and I am went to OKC babes about two years ago for quite some time and they had a lot wider variety a few years ago. But, I guess from what theyre saying the FDA with their testing is like $1000 so they couldnt afford to have all of the variety. Do wish they had a bit more of a selection. But, the staff for the most part seems very friendly and helpful! And we enjoy mixing some flavors my husband had done one wont say what it is but I wish they would put it on the shelves is very very good!

I have shopped at OKC Vapes for well over a year. I find the staff there very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have never had to wait very long to be served. They have a huge variety of juices and will mix anything you want, with any nicotine level you want. I tried other shops before I went to OKC Vapes and I am most satisfied with OKC Vapes. Very happy customer!

Lost my drip tip on my Nautilus on a flight. Stopped in to get a replacement. The manager (Leah?, I think) showed me some pro models that were out of my price range, some cheaper ones that didnt fit, then offered me a free plastic one (which I like even better than the $10 one I lost). While I was looking at them, there were some customers who were there to buy juice. They waited like 15 seconds before she apologized for them having to wait because they were a little short staffed. They had one employee at the juice bar, and another customer came in and she apologized to him for having to wait like 20 seconds. Anyways, although I didnt get to sample any of their juices, I was impressed by their attentiveness to the customer and being kind enough to give me a drip tip for free. Good people.

Well this is the place that got me started on vaping years and years ago when I put down my 2 pack a day cig habit of 17 yrs at the time. Ive been vaping now for about 8 almost 9 yrs now. The shop has very helpful staff ! I took off one star because the last time I was there which was about 9 months to a yr ago the shop seemed to focus more on carrying juices , vs carrying a variety of mods and coils like they used to.

They are very rude, and dont listen to anything youre saying and at one point Leah tried to tell me I just didnt understand anything about vaping. I used to love this vape shop but now i avoid it. They USED to have a great selection, which is now pretty much all gone. They are almost always out of something you need, and do not carry replacement parts that other vape shops sell. So if youre looking to argue with cocky, rude employees then this is the place to go.

We have been going to OKC Vapes pretty much since it opened. The staff is very knowlegable and they are very helpful in making sure that we have the right products and dont try to oversell us a bunch of things we dont need. They have awesome Tuesdays specials and rewards programs. We refuse to go anywhere else!

Love this place !! They are very friendly and know their products. Ive been to a few shops in Northwest Ok city and none had higher nicotine. OK City vape does so I drive across town. Check them out and they have lots of special and rewards cards.

OKC Vapes is the worst place to go in the City!! They have about 10 people working with two customers in the store and it still takes forever to get out of the place. First time I went I purchased a EGO Winder 1100 model, after a week it stopped working the light on the button would just keep flashing, so they talked me into buying the EGO 1300 model - it was a better battery - they never have problems with it, blah blah blah. Well I purchased this on 3/4/14 and on 3/16/14 the same problem happens again! I saved the receipt just incase it happened again. So I went in today to get a replacement, first they wanted to charge me $2.50 to test it out? So talked with the Manager he put the Tank on no charge.. lol and he unscrewed my tank to where it was hardly on the battery and told me it was working fine. I told the Manager I wanted it to work the way it was supposed to and he said he couldnt do anything for me that I could buy another one? There all about the money and there juice really isnt anything special, I go thru almost a five pack of wicks every two weeks because they make there juice so thin it floods from the bottom of your tank into your battery. They use water in there juice, a lot of other places dont. Dont waste your money here!! Go check out Vapor kings or Creative Vapor its worth the drive!!

Had exactly what I asked for, even better, it was a lot of double batteries and double tank(cheap but good for me), a charger and a little pouch. Pretty good deal for 10.84 Out the door. I approve. Guys were pleasant and cool as well. Happy vaping

I have shopped at several Vape shops in the Oklahoma City and Edmond area. This location is always knowledgeable, friendly, and usually has everything you could want in stock. I dont mind standing in line a little longer to get exactly what I came for, and ordering on line even makes it better once my questions about the products were answered. Great staff. The only Vape shop I would recommend to someone interested in quitting cigarettes.

Seriously the best vape store. I dont understand some of the negative reviews because this place is great. Friendly employees at least when Ive been there. Ive been going to Okc vapes for at least 2 years and have only had good experiences. And there the only store that makes the best cigarette flavor juice (American mix). Most of them have the worst aftertaste, but theres is so smooth. They have some other great flavors also, even there no flavor is good. And they have great prices and quality products. I have also ordered online and got great customer service. If u have a problem they fix it. So dont listen to the negative reviews, try them for yourself. I dont think u will be disappointed. Dont get me wrong Ive had a problem or 2 but they have always fixed it for me. But anywhere u go u will have problems at least once or more. Its what and how they handle it and fix it is whats important to me. Just my opinion. Just dont let the negative reviews stop u because they probably only went there once and didnt ask them for help. Again just my opinion lol. Keep vaping.

Used to be the only vape shop I used. But for the past year or so, they NEVER have anything in stock. They sell tanks that they never have filters for. I am constantly driving to the Yukon location for items I need. Needless to say, after tonight I wont be back. I will make sure I go to the Yukon store every Tuesday since they seem to know how to do proper inventory.

Disposable vape was defective. Would not take back even though I opened it while still in the store

This is a great electronic cigarette store, they are always very friendly and helpful. And they are very knowledgeable. And they have great prices, and products. I have tried a lot of different stores, but they have never been as good as this store.

They have barely any disposable vapes. Like what kind of vape shop has only 5 disposable vapes in the store?

I wish they would bring back the flavors they discontinued. But they still have a few I like. And you cant beat the price. If they had my favorite flavor still, Id give them 5 stars.

I have been here twice. I went in with little knowledge, pretending to have zero knowledge because I had to know if this was MY store. Im new at vaping, but I read everything I could get my hands on before going in to shop for equipment. I went in knowing enough to not get ripped off for sure, and having an idea of what I wanted. When I told her how much cash I had to spend, and that I had no idea what to buy (not ENTIRELY truthful, but I had to do it), she didnt try to spend every penny of the amount I told her that I could spend. In fact, she showed me something that was PERFECT for my needs (I needed a harder hit than what my freebie vape was giving me), and my new one can be charged while in use.I planned on spending $150, and instead my total order cost $87.00 (Before my $5.00 off). I got that $5.00 off for starting an account with them (thats free to do, I set it up on my first visit), so it only cost me $82.00 total. I got my Kanger Subvod, a Firefly kit (2 tanks, 2 batteries, and a usb charger) an EXTRA tank to go with it, 2 free a/c adapters to go with my kits (She offered me one when I picked what I wanted. I didnt mention buying my Mother one yet, but when Mom asked her if she could also have a free adapter, she immediately said yes, and grabbed her one as well), 2 free cases (ALSO offered BEFORE She knew we were buying more than 1 setup), a free t-shirt for their shop (its an amazing shirt design too. I wish I could show a picture), a 20 ml bottle of American Mix (A GREAT flavor for those trying to quit smoking, if you want one that tastes like a Marlboro, Timeless, or a Pall Mall), a bottle of Aka Manto (a WONDERFUL Berry mixture that isnt overwhelming, but has a great flavor - Its a Premium Flavor, so its a bit more expensive, but NOT AT ALL unreasonable!), and all of that with the most awesome customer service that you could ask for (Leah was one of them, and you cant miss her. She has bright blue hair, very pretty. I cant remember the other ones name thanks to my abysmal memory, but I think it started with a C like Chloe or Carlie). She was very pretty, short, had a scarf on her head - if you go, youll probably see her at some point).They were VERY knowledgeable, very friendly, didnt make me feel stupid even though I didnt know as much as most, and theyDID NOT try to get me to spend a small fortune like some places are prone to do, even though they could have. Considering how little I know about all of this, I KNOW she could have convinced me to buy almost anything, and she NEVER tried to take advantage of me. Plus, I am SO VERY HAPPY with my new setup. I needed the harder hit that it provides, and I didnt want to have to go up on my nicotine level. Its FANTASTIC!I have FOUND MY Vape store, for SURE! I hope that you make this YOUR vape store soon. This place is WORTH traveling to, even if you have to pass a few lesser shops on the way!

They always have someone who can answer any question I have, whether its for help or my curiosity. With a bar to try their many flavors varying many different strengths to a selection that always seems to grow, theyre my local top spot.

Great place but when i called to let them know i was on my way (15 min till close) i got there 3 min after and they turned me away everyone knows how it sucks to be without juice and it was a special order so just needed to pay and leave i do know it was one employee that did that to me but it was so rude i will not be back

I go out of my way to come back to this location. Ive yet to find a better place for its blends of flavors. If there is a better place I havent found it yet.

Not much hardware on display. Ive never found a vape flavor I like here. Its only a half mile from my house but I never stop by because it just doesnt have the vibe I like in a vape shop or any interesting and good vape juice flavors.

Weekly sales i have been in several times and their weekly sale is of one item, no multibles no color option . Its like if I go in and want to get and item I have to get this one particular item if I want it on sale and I can choose nothing else if I want a discount I have to get this particular item and I dont like that feeling.

Going to OKC vapes might have saved my life. I have smoked since i was 12. every time i would try to quite, i would end up smoking more. I hated having to wait tell i had a break to go outside and smoke a cigarette. my eCig allows me to smoke where I want and when I want. i havent had a cigarette in over a week and i feel good about that.
