Long Life Foot Massage

Always overbooks appointments . I waited 20mins after a 1pm appointment. Very unprofessional and does not value the time or intelligence of customers. This is three times in a row that this has happened many other quality massage places locally that value their customers I will not be going back .

Would recommend for any foot massage even helped me with plantar fasciitis. We had an hour foot/leg massage, and it was so good. Ill be back for a regular massage next.

Rubbing someones feet briskly between your hands is not reflexology nor is it acupressure this place is a sham and a joke.Back Massage was just ok. The big issue is that afterwards when i tipped the masseuse she thought it wasnt enough, she actually had the nerve to write an extra zero to my $3 , and say i should tip $30!! I gave them zero for demanding a tip before they even massaged me.

Have been there many times. Very nice young lady, but was not excited about the foot massage. Did not understand English at all and just was not a good experience. Probably will not go back.

Made appt. Yesterday for 60 minute massage I went and business was not open I called and was told someone was on the way but they never showed !! I have been going there for years!! I tried doing local but sometimes these owners should not be in businesd!!!

I have always enjoyed this massage company. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I have gotten some of my best massages here. My go to is the 60 min reflexology foot massage that is a combo of foot massage and upper body. It’s also some of the best pricing I’ve found in the city for the quality of massage, which is high quality!!! I’ve been coming here since 2016 and love it everytime!!!

The Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 1 hour special for $28 is undoubtedly the best deal I have ever experienced for this high quality of a massage. I feel like a million bucks after every session, and I have brought many of my friends here. I highly recommend this place!

**Update 2/23/2021 ** Down to 1 star for me. I went back this weekend after almost a year. I really needed a good foot massage and lower back. Everything seemed ok when I got there. The foot massage was not the best. No pressure and just massaged 3 places over and over again. They did a hot stone massage for about 10 min after the foot massage and that was wonderful. However, when I went to pay, their prices went from $36 to $50 and their CC machine was broken. I never have cash so she took a pic of the front and back of my credit card and said shed run it Monday after the machine was fixed. My jaw literally hit the floor. I told her that I didnt feel comfortable with her having pics of my CC. She said its ok. Ill run it Monday. I got a little louder, stepped a little closer to her and necame more insistent that she immediately delete those pics and I would get her cash. Well she deleted it, I ran across the street to the ATM and brought back cash. I ordered a new credit card, just in case. I am completely flabbergasted that she thought it was ok to take a pic of my card. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Previous post from 11 months agoIve been a faithful customer since the doors opened. I have brought friends and family with me and they have all fallen in love with the foot massages. My husband gives me a gift certificate for Christmas every year. And I usually go about every 2 months on my own. What Im trying to say here is I have been a faithful customer for years. That is why when I went in to get my foot massage with the gift certificate from my husband, I was shocked when the masseuse demanded a 20% tip. I had put out a 15% tip because it wasnt as good as I usually get. I was shocked. Im not sure if they are under new owners or new management since some remodeling has been done. But demanding 20% is ridiculous. Its up to the customer to decide what to tip based on the service provided.I lowered my review to 3 stars because of this. And Im not sure if this was an anomaly or not but Im not sure Ill be back.

Went for first time with my wife. We love it just as good if not better than similar place in Westport. Staff very receptive to requests. I like extremely deep pressure they make sure you are enjoying massage and have a great experience. I called for appointments for both of us no problems making appt and they were waiting for us when we got there. Highly recommend!!!

Outstanding service and great massages!This place is a hidden gem that my wife and I enjoy when we feel like treating ourselves. Their unique style of Asian foot massage is very different from the so called reflexology treatments on the menu at the big chain spas - at Long Life they actually know what they are doing! And on top of the great foot work they also include head and neck massage - a steal at $40! Their body massages are very good also - so relaxing that you almost go into a trance.Hope this place is here for many years to come.

I went in for a foot massage since Im on my feet with patients all day and it was such a wonderful experience. My feet dont hurt today for the first time in a long time. She really knew what she was doing. Very sweet woman. Keep it up!

Going to this place is a big joke for a foot massage. First problem was the fact that she could not or did not understand English. Next, she knows nothing about finding sore spots in my feet. Certainly a waste of time and money!!!

Very unpleasant experience...male therapist(?) gave me the worst massage I have ever had. Rubbed my legs like kindling trying to spark a flame, left a nice abrasion. Yes, I have a hairy back...I did not come in for you to braid it, use some lotion!

Complete rip off - web page says $50.00 for hour, $80.00 for hour and half. Once your in there they charge $100.00 - for hour and half - and $60.00 for One hour. Typical Chinese twist - then they pretend not to understand you.Massage was touchy feely yet sold as deep massage. Wasted time, money and effort. Go anywhere but to this massage parlor.Try the Westport Chinese massage. Dirty room - but a great massage and they stick by what they say the price will be.

Please be aware to all consumers that this place is permanently closed. I have spent literal days trying to get a hold of someone there(to spend money on services) and they are not picking up the phone. I had another person in Olathe tell me that this place was closed and should be marked as so on Google.

Ive had massages at other places such as Massage Envy but by far, this was the best experience Ive ever had. It was my first time there but I will definitely be going back.

I love this place and go whenever I can. Monday and Wednesday they have a foot massage for 28.00, which also includes 15 minutes of back and neck massage. They also have a punch card. They have walk ins and take appointments. Terrific service!

Not sure how its supposed to work. I tried calling for an appointment but I didnt get an answer and no way to leave a message, just said mailbox is full. I saw others post that they had walked in so I go there and am told I need an appointment. I said I had tried calling and couldnt get an answer but I was just handed a card and told to call for an appointment. I was disappointed and feel like they need to be more accommodating as I dont know if I want to keep trying to call to get in. I just want a good, sanitary, affordable, convenient foot massage.

This place is a gem! It’s is clean, extremely relaxing and Emily was amazing!!!! I went in for a foot massage and it included my back, what a great surprise! I will be back and tell my friends!

Mon thur wed 28 dollar foot message. This include my feet my legs neck and back for an hour you cant beat it. And theres no funny stuff going on there.
