Every time I’ve ever stopped in here; its been a great experience.I just had to make a last minute stop; and I couldn’t have been luckier than to run into Heather; who helped answer all my questions.Not only is she a complete doll; she made good recommendations; and I look forward to seeing her and her team again! :)

Probably the worst vape shop Ive visited in the KC area. Completely different experience than the store off of K7 highway. They didnt greet me. And when they did they did not have a juice menu. How is anyone supposed to shop for new juice without a menu? The young man helping me had zero knowledge of vapes, or juice, or even how to quote me a price for the juice that I was trying to buy. He was just staring at me as I tried to read the tiny labels from the counter. The prices werent marked accurately I noticed so I had to ask for the price of everything separately. Both of the gentlemen working that day were in a rush to get me to choose something and leave.Then, they forgot to let me type in my phone number for their points system upon checkout. I asked more than once if the juice I was buying was 6mg...but I was given a 3mg bottle by the other young man on duty and didnt realize it until I left.The prices are amongst the highest in the area as well. The clearance juice was expired and should not even be sold to the general public.Hopefully the K7 location is still as good as I reviewed it a year ago, because this one led me straight to Vapor Maven down the street. I imagine plenty of people will feel the same way once theyve shopped around for a better experience elsewhere.

Went in to buy a reusable for the first time and Abigail was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, very satisfied with her recommendations great customer service.

I frequent this shop and I am a rewards member. I had a problem with a recent purchase and they were super helpful when I went back. This is the best vape shop around!! Customer service is awesome and they have a nice selection of products. I wont go anywhere else:)*I wanted to add what an outstanding employee ROBERT is. He is a pro at his job! Im always so thankful when I walk in and he is there. He knows his stuff! Ive been coming here for years and I wont go anywhere else. :)**One more shout out! I just went in and HEATHER was working. She is wonderful and really knows her stuff. Today she had a line of people - it was super busy. But HEATHER didnt let it show. She still had a smile on her face and treated each customer with care. Used to be a great shop, apparently they changed who does the ordering and since then they will have at most 1 bottle of the juice I usually get, I used to buy 2-3 at a time regularly because I dont want to come to the shop more frequently than necessary but since they apparently dont want to provide what I want Ill be going to another shop from now on. Sad. The staff are super friendly but management doesnt seem to know how a business works.

SmokTokZ is my GO2 store for anything Vape related! They always have good recommendations and always end up making me spend more money and never Ive never regretted it! Good collection of glass pipes and unique water pipes. The very intricate ones can run pricey but its worth a look because theres always something new. They generally have every kind of coil and other little pieces you might need. Its like an emporium

This is my favorite shop for vape products and other things! They are always well stocked thanks to Robert and all the employees. They carry a large variety of products for vaping and other misc items including kratom. I highly recommend!

Not too happy with this place. I bought whip it cartridges for my canister and these cartridges do not fit in a normal sized canister. I cant even use the product and the store wont even allow me to exchange for similar product. 35$ down the drain. Nowhere on the packaging does it say its a different cartridge size. Im really disappointed in the owner of this store, clearly he doesnt like customers who would spend hundreds of dollars at their store. I will be driving to OP Vapes and More from now on. They told me they would have swapped the item out no problem.The employees were not the problem. The owner is. Learn some customer service. Returning customers are important and it seems you lose a lot of returning customers. I will not shop here

Ive been using vapes for a while and they always seem to have issues, either with charging, keeping flavor, or they just stop working too quickly overall. After I came into SmokeTokz, however, I was helped to find a really good brand that has no issues like this by a nice young lady named Abigail. She is very knowledgeable about the product she sells and the store has an excellent variety covering all bases for what you may need or want. Highly recommend SmokeTokz over any other vape store chain.

Went there to get a battery for a cart. Battery wasn’t blinking or vibrating. I’m very nice & quite. Dude with glasses tried to tell me I was wrong when I came back to return the battery. Almost didn’t give me my refund until I proved him wrong that it wasn’t just my cart. Literally had to show him how the product works. He had an attitude & didn’t speak. What happened to friendly service? Would’ve gotten one star if it wasn’t for the refund. Customer service needs an upgrade. 10/10 will not be coming back.

The taller guy with blonde hair and glasses is incredibly rude and condescending. If you don’t give your phone number for rewards, he’ll guilt trip you? I eventually gave my phone number because I felt pressured (after telling me he wants to give me his Venmo for next time I have money to “waste” since that’s what’s happening when I don’t use their rewards system) and I should have gotten $20 in rewards due to spending $200. The next time I go, there aren’t even any available rewards….I called to ask if they had a product in stock and when I got there, I asked for said product. The response I was given was “why are you asking if you already know the answer?” I avoid this location when he’s working as he always makes it an incredibly uncomfortable experience.

So I just went to this store for the third time. I found a vape there that last a really really long time for a amazing price. It was recommended to me the first time I visited by Robert the sales associate on duty. I live in Missouri but have returned here twice because I like this vape so much.At first glance some of their prices for vapes or glass pieces are a tad bit high but if you look around and ask some questions like I did you can find some pretty good deals. I used to be a regular before posting this. Literally thousands of my dollars have been invested to this place on all types of products. I went in for a carb cap and was denied service because my OLDER brother did not have his wallet on him. He wasnt making any purchases, the business transaction was between me and the business, I kindly offered to go drop his a** off at home and come back and was told it doesnt work that way man.. thanks for that....This has never been a problem anywhere....So youre telling me if I go in with my child you will deny me service because he has no id?Its really disappointing to receive this type of treatment when you show a business loyalty....Told the two working tonight, big build girl with glasses, big build dude with a scruffy beard, Saturday May 14th, 2022, that Id be taking my business elsewhere, yall arent getting anymore of my money..... Hello. I bought a vape in June. Now it is kinda hitting weird so i went to the store to find out if i could get a copy of my receipt. Sure enough they were able to get my receipt so i could use my warranty card. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Bigger dude with the beard behind the counter is extremely rude. Definitely never coming back. Find employees that treat people with respect. I came in there friendly as can be and he was rude and cold the entire time.

Good customer service, I usually come here- but wish they had a recycling incentive like vape attic does- so if you recycled your vapes/juice bottles you get alittle off your purchases.

Amazing vape shop, I drive 15 minutes bypassing a ton of other shops just to come here. Huge juice selection, plenty of sub-ohm coils of just about any type you need. Solid hardware selection if youre looking to get started or pick up a new kit. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Every time I walk into this shop I leave happy, would highly recommend you stop by.

Love the varieties they have. Its a boon for an avid vape user like me. Lots of selection for vapes and flavors. Apart from vapes they have a lot of other niche products which you should check out. Though recently launched, the staff over there is exceptionally professional and well trained. I particularly liked the service of Hanna. I have never received such a mind blowing customer service from anyone else. She just elevated the customer experience. I would love to shop from this place again.

I was really shocked by the prices when I stopped by, and now I will never go anywhere else! They have the cheapest, and WIDEST variety of different Kratoms, & SOOOO many CBD choices, (even some for my dogs 😍) I fell in love.

Very nice up and coming vape shop. They have a lot of selections for different products. They were out of a few things that they have listed in their book on counter, but the girl working was able to point out similar items and she even signed us up for the online star rewards points.

Stopped in here to find a new vape pen, I like the uno mas vapes but they dont last as long as I would like. Wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me out, he told me all about the new Vibez vape pens they got in, so I got one in strawberry Boba tea, he even helped me prime it! Got a Yocan Armor vaporizer a week ago and it already stopped working. Tried explaining it to the guy at the store and he acted like I was dumb. He told me to buy new cartridges and after spending another $20 it still doesnt work. Dont go to this place just buy online. Yo kratom sells 2.5 pounds of green mang da for $50

They have a very great selection of kratom at low prices. Very good quality. Also a massive selection of vape juice. The rewards and program they have with 5 star app is very convenient and will help you get a discount or some free stuff. Every dollar you spend equals 1 point in their program unlike other places where it takes $10 to get 1 point. I love smoketokz in Olathe. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable!

The brand of liquid I usually buy runs for $25 a bottle at the brand’s official website. Other websites offer it cheaper, but you’re paying the difference in “shipping and handling”. In the summer, shipped out juice also just flat out melts in a UPS truck all day.The staff here is chill, knowledgeable, and (because I have a crippling nicotine addiction) I get discounts here ALL the time.Dope spot over all 👍

Bought my first disposable vape from this store today, after a few hits it’s stops working. Was told I had to come back today to get a refund, when I have other important plans than to waste my gas for something that’s supposed to work. Dumb. What a waste of money and time.

In case anyone cares about a business actually standing behind theyre product, this place does not. I bought a Smok Novo 2 there, which FYI they sell for 3 times as much as Amazon does. I had it for about 2.5 weeks before the battery started going bad. I fill the pod and plug the unit into my computer to charge, and in the morning, after about an hour of light use, maybe vaping 10% of the capacity of the pod, the unit gives the red low battery indicator. I brought it back to the store with my receipt and explained what was happening and was told theres nothing they can (AKA nothing they will) do as far as warranting the product. If I want to do anything about it, I have to contact and mail it to Smok myself.Maybe all retail vape shops are like this. Make a killing off impulse purchases and then after they have your money the customer service ends.

My Geek Vape Aegis Legend had a broken Smok vape liquid bowl and I needed a new TFV16 Triple mesh coil. The gentleman working was super helpful, and went above and beyond to help explain how to fill it and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. I am a life long customer here now because of the service.

I just randomly quit smoking cigarettes and I am trying to stick with it. I wanted a disposable e-cig so I dont have to mess with mod vapes and filling tanks, replacing coils, buying juice etc. I wanted quick, easy access and that is exactly what Olathe Vape Shop gave me. I was in and out in 5 minutes with all the information I needed. I bought a few different types and flavors as they were cheap enough for me to figure out what I like.

Bought my tank here and absolutely love it for my Vape E-Cig. The coils however are not so great, I had to go somewhere else to get coils and change mine out just a couple days after getting my tank.
