My experience with Melody was AMAZING. I couldnt have been paired with a better provider! Melody did a wonderful job with the massage as well as making me feel comfortable in the environment. We had a great conversation, and she made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back again!

Melody is fantastic!! I’ve been having chronic migraines for weeks and she was not only able to help relive the one I went in with, she gave me lots of tips on how to help prevent them. She was very kind and helpful, I will definitely be back to see her in the future

Darell is fantastic for deep pressure! He makes sure to communicate well and made me feel like it was worth the money spent. I left with a lot of relief in my upper back. He knows what he’s doing in his field; highly recommend him!

Taylor is an awesome therapist. She provided a comfortable environment and focused on the areas that give me more difficulty. She also pointed out what I need to work on and made recommendations for enhancements I need to try to make my experience even better!

Will 100% NEVER go to a massage envy EVER again. Had to reschedule because something came up with my toddler and they charged me 50% to reschedule. We just cancelled because that’s bad business. Things come up and I shouldn’t be penalized for something out of my control. Will absolutely never be back.

Very disappointing experience. First, I make an online appointment for a deep tissue massage. I show up and they do not have me scheduled and the one masseuse that can do deep tissue massage is with another customer. I accepted another masseuse who was kind and gave a good massage, but the room had no music and no aroma to build a typical serene mood for a massage. I also paid extra to have a foot scrub, but it shortened my massage time though I still had to pay for the full price for the massage. It was not a good experience. These guys need to work on the details.

Julio is amazing! I leave every time feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and alleviated of aches and pains. I always have a phenomenal experience with Julio.

My experience was not great. It was not relaxing and it felt very rushed. It felt like I just had an elbow rubbed into the whole time. I am very sore and bruised the next day.

Scheduled online intentionally with a female for my wife after a long trip . Wife was told at the desk only a male was available and something to the effect that you can still choose masseuses despite i had already intentionally done that . No other option available and frankly ruining the intended stress relief of the massage . Utterly ridiculous

The massage was absolutely amazing! Brad did such a good job and had it not been for my experience with the front desk after the service it would have been 5 stars. After my service was over and I was checking out the staff member helping me began talking to me about the membership program (which I gladly listened to because I was curious about it and hadn’t made my mind up on if I was going to continue). After hearing about all the benefits of the membership, I decided that I didn’t think it would be doable for me financially due to personal circumstances and so I politely declined. This is when the experience for me turned bad. In no way was the staff member rude or hostile but he would not take no for an answer. I declined the membership three times but he kept insisting on different ways trying to get me to enroll, (including signing up now for a month and then canceling if I decided I wanted to spend the money on groceries instead which I found very insensitive). Finally he brought up the option for me to do a month by month membership that I could cancel within three days and only lose out on $25 instead of $70. It was clear to me that I wasn’t going to be able to get out of there until I agreed to the membership so I did and I’m just going to take the $25 loss. I honestly would have considered joining the membership later on once my financial situation was less hectic but the experience honestly ruined the massage for me, I came out feeling relaxed and great thanks to Brad and then was made to feel trapped and pressured to agree to a membership I had already declined for 45 minutes in the waiting room. After I got home and talked it over with my significant other we both agreed that I should not have been pressured into joining so I called the location and canceled my membership, spoke to the same staff member on the phone and they sounded judgmental and cold, which was a completely different personality than when I was there in person. I understand that getting people to sign up is their job but I had said no and given them a reason as to why but they kept pushing and now I probably won’t return.

Taylor was incredible throughout my massage consultation, the actual massage, AND follow up. Booked with her again!

Daryl is an absolute Godsend. He has been able to work on my areas that are targets for my fibromyalgia. He’s a keeper!

Brad is an expert masseuse! I feel like a million bucks when I leave ME. And a HUGE THANK YOU to the ladies at the front desk for finding my phone and sticking around near closing until I came back to retrieve it.

The whole clinic was so nice. Dayna was super amazing! I was there for a medical condition with my neck and she asked enough questions to find out exactly what I was hoping for with massage therapy. Sasha was great, she paid close attention to tension stress spots in my back. She cares about people feeling better after their massage and getting the kinks out. Much needed thank you, I feel a thousand times better. The place was clean and everyone was friendly.

I have been a Massage Envy member for about 4 years and receive consistently good treatment. The facility is clean and comfortable and all staff are helpful and positive. High marks also for Cody, who has been my massage therapist for about a year. He always asks what areas need special attention and makes adjustments as needed. I get the best night of sleep after a 90-min session.

Over 3 months ago, I accidentally booked an appointment online with this Olathe location and showed up to the Olathe Pointe location where I thought I had booked originally. The assistant manager at Olathe Pointe assured me it was no problem and booked me an appointment at the same time at their location. When I was done with my massage, I had 3 missed calls from this Olathe location and was informed I was considered a “no call no show” and would be charged a $100 fee. I immediately told the assistant manager who assured me it would be sorted out in a couple days. After weeks and countless phone calls to this location, that the manager claimed to have never received and only took my call once, the $100 has still never been refunded to me. The manager explained to me that Massage Envy policy states employees are required to call the correct location of booking and ask if they are allowed to book me instead. I understand that I made a mistake, but I don’t understand why I am required to pay a $100 fee when I was unable to answer my phone because I was physically incapacitated in a massage with the same company who uses the same booking system to track their clients. This is a fraudulent charge since I was not a no call no show customer, and I tried fighting the $100 fee with my credit card. They fought back with this claim. Since both Olathe locations are franchised, the $100 fee and my proof of massage purchase came from different franchises, so, they fought that the fee was technically not fraudulent since it was not a double charge at the same location, and my credit card agreed. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disheartening, all while finding out I was pregnant and dealing with rough first trimester systems. Needless to say, I don’t have much hope in getting my money back, but I am hoping to help save someone from this same situation. Beware that the manager at this location will not return your calls nor help work on your behalf to return your money if you are caught in the same situation.

Had a WONDERFUL massage. Lisa is amazingly skilled. HOWEVER, I couldn’t feel at peace and relaxed with Lisa smelling like cigarettes. If you don’t have a problem with the strong smell of cigarettes, I would definitely definitely recommend her!

Im going to start by saying my complaint is not all of their fault. BUT I would still like to warn those who schedule well in advance to NOT forget about your appointment or forget to cancel ahead of time. I scheduled my appointment at the beginning of this year for the morning after my wedding, which was 9/24. I completely forgot that I had scheduled it & since they dont confirm until the DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, they blew my phone up on my wedding day. I did not have my phone all day & didnt see it. & even though I didnt go, they charged 100% of the cost. I hold myself accountable for forgetting the appointment, but 100% of cost for a no-show is beyond ridiculous. Confirming an appointment with a policy like that the DAY before is also beyond ridiculous. I hope my review changes their policy of just a day in advance to confirm because $120 an hour for a missed appointment deserves a weeks notice. & it was a couples massage... so $240 for nothing.

Michelle was amazing, she hit every spot that has been hurting me during my pregnancy and did the absolute best job ever she is the reason I’ll most definitely be back and of course the front desk ladies they were so sweet and funny

My wife and I decided to make a visit today for our first massage sessions. She saw Sasha and I saw Rosa. I will break this down from 0/1010 being service that went above and beyond a 5 being good but not great and 0 being worst service everStaff friendliness- 10 (informative, listened, and allowed time for questions)Cleanliness- 10 everything was spotless as a male the mens bathroom was very clean.Masseuse Pressure- 10 (Pressure will vary to what you can handle BUT they adjusted as needed for my wife. For her Sasha started off gently when she asked for more pressure Sasha listened and found the perfect amount of deep tissue pressure for her) (myself I’m thick, I lift weights and I’m heavy set I told Rosa it was my first massage but would prefer deep tissue pressure. She had me in that incredible kind of pain that is so sweet and relaxing afterward. She also checked in when she found certain spots that I was not in too much pain and that helped a lot.)Likelihood to come back- 10 (at the end of the session I cried a little. As someone whose lived with some chronic neck and shoulder pain from prior injuries I couldn’t believe it. Near the end I was laying on the table still being massaged and I noticed for the first time in 4 years the pain and tension I had was gone. I’ve been in physical therapy, had cortisone injections, and am currently working with an orthopedic surgeon for my shoulder and neck issues. So to lay there and have NO pain NONE. I cried. When I saw my wife she had a similar experience. We are now members and will always recommend this location and Sasha and Rosa.The membership is a good deal and value from my perspective and self care is needed. We are in our upper 20s and I have to say this was eye opening and much needed.Should you go YES. Do yourself a favor if you’re anxious, suffer from stress, hard labor etc or if you’re like us and are new parents invest in yourself.

Brad C is amazing. Not only does he have the pressure needed for deep tissue massage, but he also consistently finds knots I didnt even know I had. The guy really knows his craft. I leave each session feeling like a million bucks.

Dayna was very sweet and comfortable. She has a gentle firm touch. And it works well together. How she helped the knots in my traps, shoulders, and neck were wonderful.

I have been going to Massage Envy for almost 2 years now. I love how clean the facility is, the friendliness of the staff and the great communication. I have referred several friends and family members to Dayna. Dayna is an awesome masseuse and really takes time to help you with problem areas. I love how she listens and helps you feel 10x better than when you went in! She is outstanding!

All I can say is WOW! MY daughters all loved their masseuse and slept like babies! The stress in this world is too much sometimes! We purchased membership, I highly recommend it!

Dayna is AMAZING. I work in dentistry as a dental hygienist, so my upper body is incredibly tight and full of knots. Dayna was so knowledgeable and meticulous when giving me my massage. I feel like it was truly a custom one that fit my needs. I felt amazing leaving and will definitely be booking with her again.

My massage therapist, Michelle, has been there for at least three years. She knows my body and works on the spots that help with my pain. She’s well educated in what she is doing and I trust her completely. I always feel like she’s gives me her best.PLUS Jasmine at the desk is the sweetest, caring person. 5+ Stars for BOTH!

Never had a bad experience. I havent been able to stick with any certain masseuse due to my schedule, so Ive tried out quite a few! Everybody is amazing. I always leave feeling so relaxed and healthier.Update: still love going and Dayna is the best.

Best massage I’ve ever had.

Ive had a membership here for about a year and a half now. It took a few massages with different massage therapist to find the right fit, but totally happy with Jordon! The front staff are always friendly, kind, and helpful.

Nancy is extremely professional & knowledgeable. She communicates what she’s doing & why she’s doing it. We discuss what her plan is for my skin so we keep progressing & see continual improvement.I am concerned about the recent significant price increase in services.they have almost doubled in price It doesn’t seem there is any benefit to being a member. I pay a monthly fee & get a discount for the first service of the month; all other monthly services cost the same as a non-member would pay. The monthly service fee + the cost of the discount service = non- member price. I don’t see any cost savings to being a member

Dana did a great job with my 90 minute massage. I have chronic lower back pain and I was pain free after my session. She knew the prefect amount of pressure to use and I definitely felt like I got my moneys worth.

The store was incredibly clean? guest services representatives were friendly and knew who I was. When I inquired about additional skin care procedures and products, Nancy and the staff took the time to explain each of them, the procedure and results.

Dana is one of the best massage therapists in this establishment! I have come to her 3 or 4x now and never had a subpar experience. She knows how to straddle professionalism and being personable as well, which I really like as it helps with my time for relaxation. She worked on my knots with ease and really helped relieve the stress on my neck and lower back. As soon as my session start, I hope and wish that time would slow down because I didnt want the session to end!

I went for an acne facial and ended up for neck/shoulder massage! My acne is the same (not all clean) with one bleeding. After stopping in the middle of cleaning my acne, she put a mask and went to massage my hands. I told her not worry about massages, but she said that she ran out of time. I’m sorry but I don’t recommend.

I am a member, I have fibromyalgia and have had several visits. I have found the manager and her staff of therapists and schedulers to be top notch and no where else have I seen such a true focus on the customer experience. 5 stars everyday in my opinion. Great therapists who listen and understand medical needs and limits.

Everything went very well until my wife tried to cancel her membership. They made her do a lot of run-around to cancel her membership, including having to write a written letter to cancel. When she cancelled her membership, she only had 2 months to use her credits before they expired. She ended up losing hundreds of dollars of credits because she couldnt use them in time. When we called to ask to transfer her credits to me so I could help use them they got very snarky and would not let her transfer the credits and had to do another 12-month contract in order to renew her membership.

The stretch session was incredible. SO effective, she was skilled, very knowledgeable and professional—a real expert!

Everyone was very professional and the location is very well kept. I requested a MT for a firm or deep massage and feel that Dayna is more of a light to medium therapist.

I have seen dayna twice now and I have to say she does any amazing deep massage I have been struggling with a lot of stress in my shoulders and neck and she focuses on that every time! I will continue to get my massages with her and she also suggest great stretching exercises to do at home!

I reached out to this place as a husband for my wife and scheduled a massage for her. It was a very nice thing I was trying to do for her to help her to relax and to reward her for all the work that she does as a mother. I had to take work off, she had to rush there to get the massage. The massage therapist was 15 minutes late and we come to find out that they couldn’t do the massage because my wife uses a medicated cream on her face. Very disappointed that they could not accommodate her or that we were not educated or told by the scheduler that this was going to happen. We now have wasted an evening and I go home to a very sad wife.

Michelle is awesome -the best at finding the knot and releasing it gently. The tranquility room and hallways were super noisy this visit.

I made an appointment for this location and accidentally went to a different location. When I realized my mistake I called and they told me to come in anyway. When I was a block away they called and told me I had to reschedule. I told them it wasnt an option because I was leaving town that evening. Then I found out they charged my card for part of the fee. I was never informed that there was a possibility of being charged any of the three times I spoke with them. When I called and talked to the manager she said the lady at the office has a different story and that I wasnt willing to reschedule and she do anything for me. I feel like I should have been given all the information on my options and they should have been clearer on their policy.

Words cannot properly express how much this experience meant to me. Last night, I booked an appointment (pretty last minute) with Arlando. I was hesitant to have my first legitimate massage be by a man, even though I consider myself open-minded. But ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you that I will continue to go to Arlando as long as he will allow!He does phenomenal work on your sore, tight, muscles. He has an incredibly soothing voice and makes you feel like your visiting with an old friend. He gives a strong massage, and TRULY listens to you and your body with respects to its limits. Ive already booked my appointment for next month! He was incredibly professional and sincere. He truly flipped my world upside down and put things back into perspective. Absolutely great for men and women.

Therapist is allergic to Biofreeze so I could not use that. 2 hour massage completed entirely face down. Did not flip during massage like every other therapist has done previously.

Excellent massage! Both my daughter and I were completely pampered head to toe! Love this place!! All the therapists I have had are excellent and I have been getting massages for over 20 years for health reasons!

I came in for a 90 minute massage and Brad was awesome! I would highly recommend if you are looking for stress relief, relaxation or even muscle tension.

Cody took time to ask for areas of pain or concern. He took the time to work on those specific areas. I was handed a cup of water when I left the room. Very thoughtful.

I went in to get a prenatal massage and they let me know when I got there that they cancelled my appt because they did not have a phone number or cc on file. Which is odd because they called me to make the appt and get my cc. Very frustrating to drive to a place and show up on time only to have it cancelled due to their error. I will not be back.
