Spa at Genesis - Olathe Ridgeview

This is by far the best facial I have ever had...The atmosphere was relaxing..Wow! A truly extraordinary experience! Loved every minute of it. The clinic is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I loved how Olivia explained everything that she was doing as my facial was being completed. Olivia (the name of my attendant) was amazing! This is THE PLACE TO GET YOUR facials! I highly recommend!Will be telling all my friends about it!

I had a lymphatic massage done by Caty this week and she did an amazing job. It was my first time so she was sure to give me plenty of information and made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt like a new man.Thank you Caty!!

I love this location and I drive past another location just to go to this one. No one has ever seemed bothered that I work out with my tiny human strapped to me instead of using the day care. The equipment is always clean, and they never run out of towels. The walking track is probably my favorite feature that other locations dont have, and the heated pool is great for stretching out.

I received a body scrub this morning from the Ridgeview spa. What a wonderful experience! Every moment was enjoyable and I left feeling like a new woman❤️ a moment for yourself is priceless.

I have reported numerous times over the last several months that the sound when trying to watch TV channels (time to catch up on news) on the elliptical machines all produce horrible static anytime a commercial comes on that has much white as the background - the screen turns to all static lines and you get blasted with static noise over the ear buds (even if listening at a low level), at times the static noise is so severe it even overrides the volume protection and mutes the channel so that you have to reset to get the sound back.Have also reported a loose tread on one of the elliptical machines for several weeks - with no repair resulting.To their credit, after several months of no towels being available for workout, (at first it was a dryer was out of service, then for a while it was a washer was out of service) -- but lately towels have been available.Had hoped maintenance would improve once Genesis bought out Ridgeview Health .... but it seems not....12-18-2018 -- Update, Its been 2 months since this post and several more reports to mangers.... The elipticals still blast static during commercials, the tread is still loose on the same eliptical, and the only difference is that they have posted a large sign advising it is cold and flu season so please wipe down equipment after use -- now if they only reliably had towels available Im sure people would do it!

Massage services are great. You should check them out they have a great male massage therapist there that is excellent.

Had a very negative experience with the spa. Spoke to manager and she was rude.

This is a fantastic gym with excellent amenities.
