Smokers Heaven Olathe Smoke and Vape Shop

Dont shop here they over charge you! I used to come here often because its close to my house. They stopped restocking the brand I buy but I decided to start coming again and try something new to save some time. The pack clearly says 2 for $.99 but yet they charge $1.29. When I asked the person about it they were nice but said they cant change it and that it was just how the owners set it up in the system. Dont sell it if you cant adhere to the price clearly displayed for the item.

Sold me a vape and it was burnt withing 5 hours. Refused to give me a refund or even a trade in dont recommend this spot or any other stores owned by them.

I’m pretty new to smoking and the experience at a lot of other shops can be really overwhelming. Although they had a large selection Abigail was super awesome and helped me make the best decision for what I needed. Definitely coming back.

Eva is wonderful in service, super nice and cheerful. They always have the flavors I want and then some!! Shout-out to this team for their great customer service and choices on what they sell.

The name of the store is slightly confusing because you would think that they sell cigarettes or cigars, which they do not at all. They have a large selection of vape juices, tanks, and mods(the battery part). The other half of the store says smoke so it has smoking accessories like rolling papers, pipes, hookahs, etc. The staff, Eva, was super helpful. I needed a tank and an extra coil. she looked at every single one till she was sure they didnt have the one I needed :( I felt bad because she looked for like 10 minutes. So i bought a pair of batteries. Not the cheapest but they were there right now and I didnt have to pay for shipping, just tax.

Came in here instead of my usual place because they are more convenient but they did not have my juice so I tried something else that was way more expensive than what I usually pay and it’s gross. I’ve been in here three or four times and every time it’s more expensive than my regular place. Nope.

Bough brass knuckles vape pen, broken within 2 weeks. Also purchased hemp wraps. Extremely dry. Wouldnt recommend. No return policy

I only use one type of juice and it has been extremely difficult to track down but Eva helped me find it here! Will definitely come here from now on, thank you Eva!

They sell faulty vapes that go bad after a day and wont even let you exchange it after you show them proof of your purchase and whats wrong with it..
