THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I love getting massages, but I rarely get one done because when I realize I really need one, there is NEVER a place that has a “now” appointment- especially on a Sunday. Last Sunday, I called around and got nowhere on getting a same day appointment. Finally, though it was a 25 minute drive from home, I called A+ Massage. The phone was answered immediately, I asked if there was any chance I could get in that day and they asked ME when I would like to come in. 😊 I went in blind but to my surprise, they were SO respectful and kind. Nobody tried to hustle me into a freaking contract (like Massage Envy), no form to fill out- I just asked for a full body 90 minute relaxation massage, picked what essential oil I would like, and BAM- I’m in a cozy room with a warm table, dimmed lights, and relaxing music. It was 90 minutes of pure BLISS. There are no words to fully explain how the technique was perfect. And the price with tip was WAY less than most other places. I almost didn’t want even let other people know about this place! But they take walk-ins and they are open every day of the week and they deserve recognition for their ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE! 💕💕😊

Amy at the Cass street location is the best masseuse I have ever had. I have been an A+ Massage customer at the west location for over a year now and have always had a great experience there. I just recently met Amy. She is unbelievably good! I already scheduled my next appointment with her. She is their best masseuse by far!

We did a couples massage. We both had really good massages. My masseuse was great. She worked the knots in my shoulders out. Felt great afterwards. The only reason its not a 5 is the place is not fancy or posh. Its very simple. That isnt a problem for me. And the price was perfect $130 for an hour for 2 people. Will definitely be back.

My mom and I did a couples massage and it was the first time we both ever got massages. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience the staff was very friendly from when I made the appointment and throughout the massages, they were just great! I had a great experience I got the package cupping massage with essential oils. First booking the massage the receptionist was very thorough in explaining the massage and friendly. My masseuse was professional and patient with me through the whole process. Used just the right amount of pressure and very relaxing. When it was time to pay I took no offense to the letter that asks for a tip I left a $20 tip and the service I received was worth every penny. I will definitely be back.

Went with a handful of friends as part of a birthday outing and we had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was super relaxing, and the massage was really thorough. I experience chronic pain from a spinal injury, and the masseuse really went to town on it!

Booked online a couples massage as shown online $130 got charged $230 plus $20 tip they did not explain they would add on extra things, I never said we wanted a cupping service or essential oils never got any explanation of us not including oil since they just asked what oil i wanted from list not that it would be extra. The person that did my massage did not apply any pressure literally felt as if someone was just putting oil on when I asked for pressure she literally was hurting me left bruises on me, took forever to get hot stones, left door open a few times as they finish left the door open for a while as i go to pay the guy was so rude saying i ordered a special package i literally said since I got there i booked online a couples massage not anything extra, yes they did cupping but i thought it was included when i was in there they didnt ask if I wanted cupping they just brought it in. It was not a full body massage at all i even paid extra for them to do my legs and feet again. Worst experience ever to be honest for me my spouse did have a good experience but never returning i reccomend Phoenix massage they do a greay full body massage I always go there but wanted to give this place a try now I know never try a new place. Hope no one has such a bad experience as I did here at a plus on cass st.

Everyone here was very nice & accommodating! They made my first visit with my kids really easy by explaining all our options and they were very professional! I booked a couples massage for my husband and I online. I got a text reminder saying see you at our set time. And even an e mail saying see you at our time. I got a text the day of asking if I wanted to show up early. Then when my husband and I got there at our time, they had given our slot away. The people at the counter implied it was our fault that they gave our time slot away because we never confirmed. I never received anything to confirm. Everything I received said see you at our time slot. Unfortunately it made me not want to go there because I dont have faith that the same thing wouldnt happen again....that theyd give away my time.

Just returned home after a 90-minutes Swedish massage. Excellent and feel so good! Staff was professional, business is clean, easy to find an easy parking. I went to the business on Cass Street as its centrally located. Jennifer, the massage therapist, was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had a deep tissue massage at A+ massage with Winey and she gave an incredible massage. She knew just what my body needed. I am super appreciative of her work. I would recommend her.

Worst massage of my life. I regularly get massages but have never been treated like this before. I constantly felt the lady’s elbow and hand bones in my back and despite telling her many times it hurts she kept going. I was in extreme pain after. I went for relaxation but not a second did I feel relaxed. The masseuse left the massage room 3 times and would leave the door open when I’m on the table , when tending to a customer at the front door. I could not believe such non professionalism could actually happen. And then she actually had audacity to ask me for tip :)) I said no as you actually left the room so many times.

Seriously the best place in town. Every masseuse Ive had here does an excellent job of working out my back problems, and the staff is incredibly hospitable. Clean, warm, and inviting. I get the 90 minute deep tissue with hot stones, cupping, and lovely aromatherapy every month.

Overall my massage was great! This was my first ever massage. I had the deep tissue with essential oils and hot stones. The only reason I gave the stars I have was due to after paying. It was mothers day and I wasnt paying for myself and I was required to give a $10 tip of my own money. I felt cornered and gave them a $5 tip and was asked for more.

Excellent massage by Emmie. My massage was 90 minutes long and it was very relaxing. Nice music, use of oils, and hot stone. It was $135.00 which was expensive but for the quality, it was well worth it. Emmie was very kind and professional.

When you go to get a massage you go to be relaxed. Me and my significant other got a couple massage, and BOTH ladies talked the WHOLE ENTIRE hour of the massage!!!!!!! Horrible and VERY unprofessional!!!!When I arrived the lady tried to up-charge me and my significant other at least $60 from what it should be charged until I addressed it.This was definitely the worst massage place we have ever been. They dont massage, but they rub you.At the end, the lady asked my significant other will the tip be in cash!!! Which again VERY unprofessional.We both work on our feet 24/7 and came to feel relaxed and relieved: didnt get that.If you want a tip to be included attach gratuity to your pricing instead of expecting it to be given when it is not earned.Dont recommend even if ts the only place available.

I thought Mickey did a good job. I will be back. I see a lot of reviews saying they demanded a tip, they did not with me. The only bad part was that when you first walk in it is super hot in there, but much better in the room. Also, it is very loud in the hallways when people come and go.

I forgot my wallet at home but my son spent $110 on the gift certificate for me, and when I was going to leave, I couldn’t leave a tip because I had no wallet, and the owner insisted that I leave a tip, which I thought was very unprofessional, I understand we tip people but they’re not supposed to come and ask for a tip….

The best massage! My sister and I went together and we both got deep tissue with hot rocks. The massage itself was amazing and she really took her time getting all the knots out. They also were very accommodating when I asked the day of to change the massage time and also change it from a singles massage to the couples.I was floating when I left my body hasnt felt that relaxed in a long time. All I real can describe this place is WOW! Just like others have said, no frills like a soothing water feature (but I dont need them), but extremely clean, greeted immediately by staff, taken directly to my room and asked what areas were bothering me. The staff themselves were very sweet and pleasant. The massage was probably the best Ive had. She was really able to target my pain areas (sports related) and work them through. She checked multiple times to make sure the pressure was adequate. After the massage was done I was offered water and settled my payment. The prices are very reasonable. Immediately after I left I was recommending them to my friends. I will definitely be back.

I have been to this location on a few occasions and if today would have been my first experience, I would never return. My appointment was at noon. I arrived early and they apologized for the wait. No problem. The person before me was late, which they gave me free essential oils for the ten minutes past noon I had to wait. I appreciated the gesture. They asked if I prefered a male or female massage therapist, I told them I did not have a preference, and that was probably where things went wrong. They took me to the room the previous customer had walked out of without clearing his massage table and just had me on the one beside it. Not the end of the world. But then DURING MY MASSAGE the male massage therapist answered 5 phone calls and 3 text messages. Definitely not relaxing, I feel more tense now than before. I paid and tipped because a service was provided, but it was definitely NOT a good experience this time. The reason I gave 2 stars is because one of the females that work there does a phenomenal job and I will return to see her. Otherwise they wouldnt get any.

Let me give you a rundown:-i had a feeling the sheets werent cleaned the bed I was on. Not sure why I felt that way, I just did.-pretty sure the table was on an angle where my head was lower than my feet. I couldnt breathe well and had a headache-i dont think the person massaging me had any sort of certificate in massage therapy. It was by far the weirdest and worst massage by means of uneven pressure.-i went in because I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder. They didnt ask where I needed work, nor did they focus on my shoulders really at all.-the lady used sooo much massage oil that I feel beyond oily. I wore shorts and my leather seats in my car have an oily sheen to them now.-she told me I had too many piercings in my ear.-she pulled my underwear down past my butt which ive never had happen at a massage.-she was too comfortable going to the inside of my thighs, I honestly felt a little violated.-i tipped well ONLY because I had read reviews that they would tell you to tip more. I just wanted to run out of there as fast as possible.

After searching thru endless reviews for all massage parlors in the area, with great sadness I might add, I went with A+ and it was an A+ experience! 1 hr Deep tissue massage with Liya, including hot stone, reasonably priced, no forced tip, and she was ahhhhmazing! She only spoke a little, about 60 seconds of small talk until we were done, then she became very personable...I travel and live in Ohio but will be visiting A+ always when in Omaha! Go see Miss Liya at the one on Cass!Note: some of you people leaving reviews need to brush up on YOUR massage receiving etiquette and stop being so sensitive to every little thing...maybe thats why you didnt enjoy it...relax and let the Good Times roll!

My hubby and I just got a massage from here and he liked his deep tissue.They commented on our tattoos and said they were sinful.The lady that did me, I could tell she got upset I wanted a regular massage and she barely put any pressure. She lacked consistency on her technique.I just recently had a baby and she was playing with my belly and jiggling it around … which was very weird. I felt violated.I would recommend going somewhere else

Best Deep Tissue of my life! Ive been fortunate enough to have probably 25+ Deep Tissue massages in various cities and places, and this one was the best Ive ever had. I feel like my entire body and spirit have been realigned. They were great about focusing on my trouble spots (shoulders/neck) and I was able to book the night before! I had a great experience here, I came in without an appointment around 8:30pm, they werent too busy and I was able to get it right away. Initially, I had in mind only to to an hour but decided on a 90 minute one after how comparable their rates were. A very notable difference, right at the entrance their is a place for you to take your shoes off and put on a type of slipper that is quite comfortable to wear actually. The massage itself felt amazing and my massage therapist asked me a couple of times to make sure the pressure was just right. All in all, a fantastic experience and I will be sure to visit again sometime soon! Thank you!

I just got home from my massage with Amy and ran straight to Google. The feeling of absolute calm and deep relaxation was there throughout the whole 90 minutes. Today was extremely therapeutic. Me and my whole body cant thank her enough for making the pain go away. She is amazing!! A+++ in my eyes!

Called ahead and scheduled appointed for 3 massages. They came in half hour early to accommodate us. We were welcomed with all smiles and told to take a seat. They took our shoes and gave us slides to wear back to our room. I had Coco and my daughters had Sunshine and another wonderful lady. They were all fantastic. _I often leave disappointed, or wish they would have used more pressure. But they guys are FANTASTIC!! The prices are very reasonable. It isnt a fancy spa setting, but it is very clean and they do a hell of a job. Will definitely go back!

I bought this massage for my partner. Dropped him off and came back to pay. When I came back, I was on the phone with my job so i couldn’t go right in. The owner literally opened the blind and stared at me on the phone the entire time. When I eventually went in to pay, I tipped the masseuse 20%. He literally asked for more tip. My partner mentioned he commented on my car and asked how much it was so maybe he was expecting a bigger tip? Anyway, worst experience and will not be returning.

Went in yesterday for a couples massage. Started off very good but then the massage started to hurt . Now have pain and a bruise on one area. My partners massage was not good either. Plus, when done they demanded to be tipped . I tipped $10 because the massage was bad. I shouldnt have tipped at all, but the guy in the front demanded a bigger tip because the $123 was only for the massage and not for them. Not professional at all!! Will never go back. Worst massage ever. If you want a tip then actually do your job good and correctly. A tip shouldnt be demanded to the customer either. Learn how to do business.

Ami plays no games! She is beyond talented and I have never had someone put so much effort into targeting every knot in my back. She excepted the challenge and executed it with flying colors. I dont think the woman who attempted to massage me even knew how to give a massage. She was more interested in me buying upgrades and she kept telling me how big my muscles were. I didnt even stay the entire time and she wanted a cash tip. I had a migraine and she made it worse with her fake massage. Im not sure what they specialize in there but its not massage not with her anyway.

One of the worse massages Ive ever had. Such a rip off. I asked for a deep tissue and it was pretty much a back rub. They dont play any massage music and they dont have air conditioning with made it really hot being under the sheets.

No thats incorrect. You did not waive the fee. Heres the receipt to prove it. Also, when i stated that wasnt a deep tissue you said I shouldve requested the Super Deep Tissue which is something that not even on your massage menu and you thats $10 more. Once again it was the worst massage I ever had and if you massage therapist knew she couldnt do deep tissue on me she shouldve told me instead laughing every time I asked her to massage hard please.

I went with my bf to get a massage this pass weekend the lady that was doing my bf massage kept answering the telephone and was talking to customers while we were in the massage room (we heard the whole conversation a customer calling in to complain about the gift card she brought from the company but never got)she also stepped out of the room to help other people that were coming in the building so he did not really get his whole 45min massage due to the brakes she was taking we were ok with this until it was time to pay OMG I’ve never been to a business that was so unprofessional I wanted to split the bill to pay for the $100 massage on my card and I was going to do a cash tip! I told the woman at the counter take 100 off my card she swiped my card for 114 (after I said 100) and then kind of loudly said that my card was declined and kept asking me how I was gonna tip and telling me how I need to tip them I was going to tip them good because it was my birthday and I feel that the man that did my massage did good now the woman was way out of line and acted as if we were not going to tip for the service that was provided to us and for this reason I will not return or recommend this business to anyone and we were also supposed to get the same massage and we clearly did not his lower half like his legs calf’s ect were not done and mind were so this was not really that good of a experience for us and we will NOT be back after the way we were treated

I used to come here until one day they decided to up charge me an extra $30 and demand a tip which I did not give because they were up charging me and lying about the price.

The massage was very good and the service too, I chose to give 3 stars because both me and my husband changed the cost of the massage, we had chosen a basic massage and when we went to turn it off they told us that they had done a more intense massage and it cost more ,In addition to that, they demanded a tip from us, although we always do it, but this time we felt pressured and forced to give it.
