Crystal Body Revision Massage & Ozone Therapy

This was my 1st time booking here and I was a little apprehensive scheduling with a student. I have a regular place where I get massages monthly but I’m not from here and will be here for a few months so I decided to give it a try. Marche did not disappoint, she was very professional and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire massage, she applied just the right amount of pressure and focused on the spots that I told her were bothering me. If I didn’t know it already, I would never have guessed that she was a student.Also good to note that students can only accept cash tips, so come prepared!

I had a great massage from Jose here. I have very very bad back muscle tension, and he listened to what I needed to have done and he was very receptive and as a consequence I had a really great Massage. I would definitely recommend him as a massage therapist.

I had the most amazing experience at this locally owned business. From the welcoming vibe to the absolute FANTASTIC massage from Trisha. I was shocked at the level of expertise she had, considering she is a student, especially. It was the quality of a high end salon experience. I HIGHLY SUGGEST getting in and treating yourself to be worked on by Trisha BEFORE June, as she will be graduating and starting her own business. Which, no doubt, will be successful. She listened to me and my intent of the massage better than ever. Thank you so much for making me feel incredible and making me feel so important! Crystal, the owner, stood and spoke with me and also made me feel so appreciated and like she truly values not only her clients, but I had the pleasure of witnessing her attitude towards her staff and that alone was great to see. People are quick to complain about retention issues as owners.... but the real question is how do you treat them and whats the incentive to coming back? There is clearly a comradery between them all. I had terrible hip pain and went to Crystal for help. At each session she worked on so many areas that were part of the problem. I am amazed at her expertise and knowledge. I’m one very grateful woman who can walk again.

Trisha, a student, does a fantastic massage. I went for relief from joint pain and not so much for relaxation. She focused on the areas I requested, and using deep pressure and stretching made a big improvement in my mobility. Consistent treatments with Trisha has allowed me to be more active and to do the yard work and gardening I had been avoiding.

Jose is amazing at what he does! I would highly recommend getting a massage from him. I am a bundle of knots and I felt great after 1 massage with him.

I had been going to Crystal Body Revision for quite some time and loved going to both locations, but they moved their Ralston location and the building looks run down and the inside looks like they took no time to renovate, clean and look appealing. I was worried to be barefoot in the room because the carpet looks old and gross. I loved their old location because it looked clean and more relaxing compared to the new one. The West Omaha location is way nicer than the Ralston location, so I would recommend that. I was bummed to see what the new location in Ralston was like because I always referred people but I can no longer do that.

I had Ben as my therapist for deep tissue and had an amazing experience. Ben is really great at listening to his clients’ needs when it comes to applying pressure and which areas are in pain. I will definitely be coming back to him again! I also had Crystal help me with some back pain and I feel relief that I have never felt before!! Thank you both!

I was visiting from out of town and had a terrible issue with my neck. I had a 90 minute deep tissue session with Ben and loved it! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Highly recommend and will return next time I’m in town.

Horrible trying to get someone to answer the phone. Have tried to book with Dina for 2 months. Have been put on waitlist online and still no call. Gonna try to get in with someone that can actually return a call and wants to work and not pick and choose who they will call. Terrible.

Ariana is compassionate and a phenomenal gem at her specialty: deep tissue massage and pain point management. I love her technique and attention to detail! I went in for a deep tissue massage with Dina earlier last month. I’ve been struggling with lower back pain for the last 4+ months, Dina did an amazing job and made sure to address the problem spots. Since the massage I’ve noticed a considerable difference and pain has been more than manageable. I have another appointment scheduled in 2 weeks to continue therapy.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage from Markina, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From start to finish, Markinas skills as a massage therapist were apparent.Firstly, she took the time to ask me about any areas of tension or pain that I was experiencing, and listened carefully to my responses. She was also very attentive to my preferences in terms of pressure and technique.Once the massage began, I was immediately impressed by Markinas ability to apply just the right amount of pressure to the areas that needed it most. I first found Crystal back in 2015 when I was preparing for my first bodybuilding competiton. As a competitive bodybuilder, I always have a lot of adhesions and tissue damage that needs to be addressed and her reputation for working with competitors is what got my attention.After one session with her, I found out that it is not just another deep tissue massage, but a therapeutic experience done by an expert that knows the human anatomy like the back of her hand. She is an artist that can work out any and all adhesions, increase the blood flow to the tissue and get the muscles “firing” correctly. The result is healthier tissue, better muscle function and increased range of motion. She also is awesome not at just massage work, but also incorporating techniques such as cupping, graston, ozone therapy, etc. that makes for a very thorough and unique approach to helping you feel better, recover faster and overall stay healthier.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to feel more mobile, needs imbalances corrected, wants to perform or pose better or just simply wants the best massage work possible.I live in Florida now but if I take a trip to Nebraska, no matter how short of a trip it is I always make sure that I make a session with Crystal to get work done because I have yet to find a massage therapist that is as good as her. Me and my fiancee went for a couples massage and it was also our first massage ever. Was expecting just a normal massage experience but was pleasantly surprised with the detail and overall care they showed with each muscle area. Jasmine is awesome. I had my first massage with her today, she’s the only massage therapist who has ever done a head/face massage on me and that was amazing. I have issues with my L5 because it’s shaped odd so it gives me low back issues, she focused on that without me having to even tell her it’s a problem area. 10/10 I recommend her, she’s so sweet and incredible!

I’ve been getting massages from Crystal for a few years now and have recommended her to many others. I mostly get massages for relaxation but if I have a specific need, such as lower back, TMJ, sciatica, etc., Crystal addresses that fully at the visit. I truly believe she is magic. All the people I have interacted with there are friendly and knowledgeable, amazingly so. Yesterday I was in town unexpectedly and was lucky to meet Danielle, one of the newer therapists. It was a wonderful massage! She has great strength in her hands and she used different pressures to enhance the overall massage, exceeding my expectations. Crystal popped in for part of the time and worked with Danielle on some of my ongoing problems. How great to have TWO pros treating you! I cannot recommend Crystal Body Revision strongly enough!!!!!

Crystal Body Revision is my favorite place in town to get a deep tissue massage! Scheduling is a breeze online, over the phone or in person. The services are high quality and the staff is super friendly. I know that my stress headaches and migraines have improved with regular massages and I am so thankful to Crystals team of amazing massage therapists! I also really enjoy the Ozone therapy. It feels great to sweat out the toxins and it especially feels good in the cold Nebraska winters! You should definitely give them a try!

I have severe scoliosis and I recently was introduced to Crystal and Crystal Body Revision Massage. Crystal has a genius that cant be described in words - you just have to experience her. Her intuition ab is second to none. I walk out of her room feeling straighter and my chiropractor told me he can see a difference and get more done thanks to her work. She just opened up a new location which is awesome because hopefully more people can get into her!

Ben is fantastic. This is the first time I have been all over pain free in years. If you need someone with strong hands, totally recommend Ben!

Updated: I just received a massage from Jenny today with cupping and she fixed so many issues I was dealing with. Also, this past fall I injured my leg severely and I went from not being able to walk to almost walking normal by the time I was out. - all thanks to Jose! I have been using Crystal and Regina since January on a regular basis, starting with multiple structural issues and now those issues are no longer. A year of massage envy membership (which I had at one point) doesnt even compare to ONE massage with Crystal and her team! If you need healed in some way, then this is the place for you!!

Jasmine and Jose are absolutely incredible! I carry a lot of stress and pain in my head/neck as well as upper body, and Jasmine does a fabulous job in those areas. My husband is an exercise enthusiast, and Jose works wonders with his deep tissue massages for my husband’s whole body. The atmosphere is peaceful, serene, and truly revitalizing. We feel fortunate to have found them both, and highly recommend them!

Environment was very relaxing and the massage therapist that I had (Josh) made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He was very professional and took the time to explain things to me. Booking online was a breeze and the front desk staff was very welcoming. José was my therapist and I cannot say enough good things. I’ve been to many massage therapists, but Crystal’s Body Revisions outperforms them all hands down. I always choose Danielle - mostly because she has learned my body and knows exactly the places to work and the right amount of pressure to apply (basically makes me cry...in a hurts but feels good kinda way). She also is attentive to my current pain points and is always trying to get me back to the health and quality of life I want.

If you suffer from any kind of muscle pain, for nearly any reason, stop wasting your money anywhere else. Crystal and her team of massage therapists are incredible! I was lucky enough to have found her when she was at a massage chain several years ago, and I havent been to anyone other than her or her team since. Ive had two back surgeries and surgery on my foot, and I am telling you, if youre sore, Crystal Body Revision will give you relief. 2 things to note:1. A massage that actually helps sore muscles typically isnt going to feel good at the time, unless you enjoy a little pain. Crystal and Erin are both very good at riding the line between a good hurt and sheer pain.2. You get what you pay for....You can absolutely find cheaper massage therapists. What you wont find is anyone, anywhere near the quality of this team for the money.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and Josh did a fantastic job. I have had some great massages throughout top spas in the country and this was arguably one of the best if not the best. I had been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for two weeks and he helped me so much. I highly recommend Crystal Body Revision!

I am an avid weight lifter, but wear and tear has done a number on my body. Im so thankful to have recently made appointments with Danielle. She is extremely strong and has succeeded in loosening up my most troubled areas. But theres many more reasons why she should be recommended. I was so impressed during my last session this past weekend. She apparently hurt her hand while working on me and needed treatment following my appointment. However, she never complained and just kept going. I had no idea she was hurt until I went into the lobby afterwards. Also during my session, she worked on my left arm, which had been giving me some trouble of late. I never told her that I had pain in that arm, yet she knew exactly where to work on it. Making my experiences all the better, Danielle is very personable and she communicates well in her initial attempt to get to know what troubles you. Just a terrific all-around person. I eagerly await my next appointment this week.

First time being here, Ben did a great job on deep tissue, was really able to help with my shoulder, hip and knee pain. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Crystal Body Revision for their support with post race recovery for the Race Omaha triathletes. They impressed me so much that I made time to get oxygen treatment and a post race massage the next day. I can not recommend this place enough to anyone! I got my first massage can honestly say this was one of the best, if not THE best, massages I have ever gotten. I have chronic headaches and got a deep tissue massage with Jasmine--she released so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Update!Ive been going to Jose for deep tissue massage for over a year now and he does an amazing job! He always asks what parts are we working on but I think he already knows! LOL. Literally night and day difference before and after his massage. Not gonna lie, it hurts a bit, but good hurt!! Unbelievable pain relief afterwards! I highly recommend you go see him!As a first time client, I was so unbelievably thankful and happy Crystal was able to fit me in last minute for a deep tissue massage with Jose! His technique was excellent, he hit all the hot spots and relieved a lot of pain and tension I was having. I left feeling SO much better! Fantastic staff and a great experience! Will definitely be back!

I’m a professional dancer out of LA. While on tour I was in deep need of a last minute message. Mind you the day before a performance because I just arrived in town. Crystal answered my call about an hour before closing. I let her know my situation, and she made a way out of no way. She took the time to make a call just to call me back to let me know she asked a therapist named José who wasn’t even scheduled to come in! He met me shortly after closing and let me say if I lived in Omaha this place is where I would be weekly. I feel so grateful for Crystal and José for the ULTIMATE customer service I have ever had. I feel so relaxed and ready for the show. LASTLY Crystal followed up with an amazing recommendation for some stretching I could do after the massage. I’m forever grateful for them both!

After struggling with an injury for several months, and I felt much better after a session with Crystal. I came in to see one of their specialist today. My calf was hurting so bad that I couldnt really train that well or at least that explosive. After 90 minutes my calf feels like jelly!! Great experience and even better massage. If you havent tried Crystals Body Revision then you havent lived. I wouldnt still be able to train at this level if it wasnt for this place. Crystal did a great job loosening up spots with high tensions and telling me through the process of what and why we are doing things. A high attention to detail and great knowledge of the muscle, she was able to work out a lot of different areas of concern and immediately relieved a lot of stress and tension in the upper body. Okay, so here is the thing people… and I mean everyone… I am a United States Disabled Veteran from the Army. I jumped out of perfectly good planes and injured my back and knees as well as my right shoulder and my ankles. I am a pretty broken individual. Lately I fell and completely detached one of my hamstring muscles in my left leg…. I know ouch right?! Well I have been seeing Crystal and some of her other therapists @ Crystal Body Revisions for some time now, 6 months or so. I am no stranger to massage mind you, I even attended massage school, have had hundreds of professional massages, but nothing has ever really helped me until I started seeing Crystal and some of her therapists. I get massages for pain relief and management. Up until I became a regular here I had a very difficult time walking and even standing for long periods of time, and the best thing a massage did for me was give me an hour or so of extra sleep, not really addressing my issues. So I am a regular now…Here is the thing, Crystal is Amazing!!! Her therapists are Amazing!!!! This place is Awesome and it has a secret… Her name is Star! She is an up and coming Therapist going through massage school and is now in her clinical studies. I know I know what most of you are thinking… She’s new, she is inexperienced… I don’t want her learning on me… Wrong people, just flat wrong!!!I just had an AMAZING session with Star!!! She listens to the body and pinpoints each trigger area and releases with precision and grace. She is very adept with the human body and your muscle structure and how to release your stuck and blocked built up acid in the muscles! This is the time people, this is your dip in the market so to speak!!! If you’re not going to take advantage of the sale in the market, I will!!! What I mean EVERYONE is that she will do wonders for you, and she is at a very inexpensive rate do to her being in school, but that is just a benefit that you get! She has her mother’s years of experience growing up with massage and her mother running this establishment. Honestly, and I hope no one takes any offense to this, but you’re a fool if you do not take advantage of this opportunity and Book with Star Immediately!!! Her spots are filling up fast and if you’re not quick they will be gone!!!

Oh my goodness-Erin is FANTASTIC! As an athlete I frequently abuse and overuse my muscles and ligaments, and had put off addressing it for so long that my arms were going numb. One, wonderfully brutal session with Erin, and my range of motion is vastly improved. She spent so much time working through some of my crazy muscle issues; I can already tell I’m going to start feeling better soon. She is super knowledgeable and truly a wonderful therapist!UPDATE: So I just had lymphatic drainage done, and my goodness if you are an athlete, run, dont walk to get this done. Amanda is a wizard. Truly, this has absolutely changed how my skin sits upon my muscles, and the definition is insane. Plus, its the most relaxing thing to ever experience. Go see Amanda ASAP, especially if you are a physique athlete!

This is the ONLY place I will ever go for massages again! Very comfortable and friendly environment, and ozone therapy is very nice (especially in the cold winter months)! Ive received deep tissue massages from Crystal and Regina-both very talented therapists. Would recommend to anyone who wants a massage thats worth your time.

If I could give this `0 stars I would! Crystal works miracles during her massages! The atmosphere was inviting and calming and Crystal walks you through every single part of the massage. Getting the Ozone before the massage made the world of difference and allowed for areas to really get worked on hard without feeling any pain. Absolutely amazing!!

OMG! If you have been waiting to try this place, try it now! I had one of the most relaxing massages in my life. The Lomi Lomi massage was the most excellent way to end my stressful week. The staff are all very kind and treat you like family. Katie was an expert in her skills and made me feel incredibly comfortable the entire time. Outstanding staff! They all have a fantastic working knowledge of the musculature in your body and how an area being tight can affect something you may not have thought about. Not to mention the pressure they can apply is phenomenal! If you usually have to tell massage therapists more pressure please, that wont be the case for you here! Crystal and her crew (ha) have amazing customer service, family atmosphere, and a small business mindset even though they are oft quite busy. They’ve been actually one of my first massages because I work out quite a bit, and will honesty never go anyplace else!

I believe Crystal is the miracle I’ve been looking for. I suffer from fatigue, body ache’s, and severe stiffness of my joints and connective tissue. This situation has drastically reduced my quality of life at home and work.Crystal has suggested the use of ozone therapy and deep tissue massage to detoxify my body, super-charge my immune system, and release my muscular system. After one session, my muscles felt remarkabley relaxed and after the deep tissue massage, Crystal was able to release deep layers of tightened muscle that neither yoga, chiropractic, or massage (without ozone therapy) had done for previously.Crystal is a God-based business woman who cares deeply for those in pain. As someone with significant health issues, I can tell you that massage at Crystal Body Revision is far beyond your typical massage. This was by far the best experience and massage . Crystal and Amanda were amazing and they treated you like family and they changed my life for my bodybuilding composition ! They are well knowledgeable and like I said treat you like family. It is now my second home . I have more work on my body to do and know they will fix and help me ! There are not words to describe how amazing the staff is here. I have been struggling with a lingering illness, and frankly was at my wits end. I reached out to the office and they were able to get me in with in a week. I received an OZONE Treatment and then Massage (also Gua Sha). IT was AMAZING!!!!!! I had a massage from Amanda, it was just ok...she explained a lot about what she was doing step by step which in a way was kinda cool but also sorta distracting. i was hoping to just relax and not have to think too much i wanted to just lay there an decompress. her technique is pretty intense she does some deep tissue work, it was bordering on uncomfortable because she was using a lot of pressure but my back is a mess with a lot of tension so i did get some relief from her work...and was hoping for a full body massage she seemed to just focus on my shoulder area the entire time...so i would give her a C...otherwise not a bad experience overall, friendly staff..clean office etc etc

I have been receiving Lomi Lomi massages from Kate and I recommend her to anyone dealing with headaches or anxiety. I usually go in for the 90 min Lomi Lomi session and come out feeling like a completely new me, balanced and relaxed. She is truly gifted at her healing art. Thanks Kate!

I love going there and just love Sabrinas personality and attentiveness. I gave 4 stars because I havent experienced all services yet, just the ozone stream sauna therapy and I love it to death. When I try the other services, I will update my review.

They had a couple of tables open at The Omaha Marathon finish line. After running a PR in the half, Josh took care of my feet and calves. Usually by now I feel stuff and have difficulty getting going, but after the work they did in 10 short minutes, my feet and legs feel incredible. I wish we could have had more time in town to get a full body massage (especially the legs).

Absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and curtious, they educate you on what not to do with posture and how to better correct muscle use for the long term. I’ve battled sports injuries and lifting injuries for years and for the first time in over a decade I can actually feel my muscles working again my lower back has flexibility again. Truly has opened the door to so many more physical opportunities.

Crystal Body Revision helped my legs to feel like new after running a half marathon! If she can work magic like she did on my legs after 15 minutes, I could only imagine what being a regular client could do! Its too bad Im from out of town. Thanks Crystal!
