Carolyn gave me a medium, 60 hour massage and it was worth every penny! She was very kind, respectful, and always told me to speak up if it was too much or too little pressure! I will always choose to go back to Massage Envy for a massage! I also would recommend Carolyn!

I booked a massage with Holli for my birthday and it was PHENOMENAL!!! When booking, the lady on the phone was also very informative.Holli worked with me to make sure I had the best experience possible and I am very appreciative for that. Thank you so so much for an amazing birthday massage, I will definitely be back!TO NOTE*When visiting this specific location, please note that the entrance is weird, all the signs are hard to read and the maps takes you to the back. Youll want to go to the store front side of the building. There is a door located between the Ramen place and the Health store (youll see a small sign on the door). Once youre inside, youll see another small sign, this one next to the stairs. Go up those stairs and turn left. Massage Envy will be that first door on your left.Massage Envy, Please get better directions on maps (it takes you to the utility entrance) AND better signs! We dont know where to go!

Phil @ massage envy is fabulous-deep tissue massage is his specialty & it’s great for me.In addition he exudes a very pleasant personality & so knowledgeable about muscles, etc. will continue going to Phil. Thx

My massage was pretty good, but the room was extremely cold with the air conditioner blowing straight down on me. And my masseuse’s hands and the oil she used were cold when she applied it to my body. I was never able to relax or enjoy it because I was freezing the entire time. I did tell her I was so cold, but she said that air conditioner was regulated for the entire building. I mentioned it at the front desk when I left and they said that was not true. I probably will not go back to this location due to this.

Im almost afraid to say how good Al was, for fear of him getting booked up and not getting him again. I have deep and stubborn knots that need a lot of pressure. Al was able to release some knots in my shoulders and back and gave me back range of motion I had been without for over a year. Thanks Alfred.

Ceola is an Expert! Her schedule fills up quick, and for good reason. I like massages with deep pressure and Ceola really knows how to deliver.When she briefly was not working at M.E. I tried a few other therapists, and they were fine, but i no longer thought it was worth continuing my membership anymore. Luckily, just before I canceled I noticed she returned. Hopefully they are able to keep her around!

Amber was the best masseuse Ive ever had at Massage Envy. She really paid attention to my problem areas and used the perfect amount of pressure. I felt very comfortable with her. She has a great personality!

I had a great massage with Carolyn yesterday. She was mindful, focused, and thoughtful to what I needed and what would make me most comfortable. I was carrying around a lot of tension that she helped my body release. Great therapeutic massage therapist!

I have been going to this Massage Envy for several years. Great staff, who really focus on the problem areas. Phil is awesome at deep tissue. Although, Ive never had a bad massage with any of the massage therapists.Ceola has magic hands...pretty sure I was drooling half way thru my 90 minute massage.

My massage was GREAT!! Remember ask for Hollie if soft to medium is your cup of tea, because she blends it perfectly.

Liz was amazing! She was able to relive me of so much pain and tension with a firm massage. The pressure was incredibly on point for my needs and I left feeling like a million bucks!

Ceola was the most fantastic masseuse, I’ve ever had! She listened and went right to work on my problem areas. She uses just the right amount of pressure and focuses in on tight sore muscles leaving them, unknotted and relaxed. I highly recommend Ceola J “CC”!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!!

This was my second facial with Shmarra and it was just as great as the first! She is so gentle and relaxing, will definitely be back again to see her.

I had called and set up 10 massage appointments and pre paid. I ended up having an unexpected trip to Chicago, the Massage Envy location there was helpful and assisted me in 3 massages!I come in for my appointment and was pulled back by my VERY RUDE masseuse; she claimed they don’t do “that type of massage”. I was booked wrong and I needed to leave because that was not her fault the receptionist booked wrong. She knew it was booked wrong and told the front end and said they messed up.She walked be back up to the front to find out they all of a sudden canceled my remaining 7 massages WITHOUT notice. They scheduled me for an appointment that I had NOT agreed upon.I was told and given information to book somewhere else that does the lymph massages. That is not with Massage Envy, this was not disclosed when I spent a half hour booking 10 appointments. I told them just to cancel everything and I’ll go somewhere else, since that was my only choice.I was given ONE free massage for their mix up. I was not able to get in anywhere to get a massage that I needed for months thar affected my healing processes. And had to have follow up care with my PCP….Now I’m months later, ready to use this one free massage they gave me. I CANT USE IT!!! since THEY canceled my massages that they lied about being able to do, costing me great financial issues. I need to buy a new membership to use their complimentary massage. SCAM.I ended up booking a private massage therapist from google sear Phenix Massage ! Look them up and book them. They care for their patients. They also don’t have tacky tip sheets all over the office asking for tips. Their work alone has you tipping.

Phil is one of the best deep tissue massage therapists Ive been to. He is thorough and always does a great job.

Jack is great at working out all the kinks and aches monthly. He listens to where I am having troubled areas and spends extra time there.

Phil knew exactly where to apply pressure to relieve pain in the muscles. He was consciousness of my cues if the pressure was too much, checked in frequently and lightened up when I asked.

The front desk people were very nice and so was the massage therapist. The reason I’m giving this rating though is because my therapist was sick and was coughing, sneezing, and gasping for air the entire 90 mins I was in there where I actually had to ask him multiple times if he needed to stop. He apologized that I had to listen to him but here is the thing. I wanted a massage to relax and most people do. That isn’t relaxing at all. I also have a very compromised immune system so now I’m worried that I might get sick. The other thing is I explained to him that I didn’t want a deep tissue massage because I have had two failed back surgeries and also because my skin is very sensitive. I got only deep tissue massage (I left feeling worse than when I arrived) I asked him to work on my lower back which is what hurts the most, he actually stopped right above the area I asked him to work on, so I asked him and he said he would come back to it which he did but when he did he did it on top of the sheets which didn’t feel great and again it was deep tissue which I didn’t want and had to keep asking him to not press so hard.I am not the type to complain or ever leave a poor review so I don’t like doing this but for the cost of the massage I wish I would have been offered either another massage with a different therapist or that one for free. What I was offered was to have a manager call me and the excuse that they didn’t know he was sick (although while talking to them you could hear him coughing in the back the entire time and the fact he said he’s been sick for three weeks) I’m not sure how they didn’t know.I will say however, I do feel that my experience would have been very different if two things would have happened. 1. He wasn’t sick because I can tell he is a good massage therapist. 2. That he would have really listened to what I wanted because it was clear to me he didn’t really listen to my answers to the questions he asked me before we started.

Everyone was very pleasant Phil ask me questions about my massage and the pressure I prefer and he nailed it on it. I definitely rebooked with him!

I have been going to this location for a few months now and I am loving it! Meghan is absolutely amazing at facials! Super knowledgeable and I always feel great after a session with her. I’ve done the regular facial and also the Microderm with the light add on. I highly recommend! It was the first time my lips were also done in a Microderm session. I loved it!Al is the massage therapist I love. I have a knee problem and he is a wizard! It is a massage and physical therapy all in one. I felt so much better after a session with him. I am looking forward to my next one!

Sara Monohan has healing hands and she seems to find the exact spots where the knots are. She’s fantastic.The membership is great IIFFF you use it every month. If not, you need to read all the fine print. As long as you read it carefully and are good with it, it’s wonderful because you can always get an appointment.The front desk provides excellent service, always have a friendly attitude, and respond promptly.

Cynthia was great! She addressed my needs as the massage went on, and the best part is I didn’t even need to tell her. She found the areas that needed work, and put just enough pressure to release and relax the muscle without causing me pain. I will be going back to see her for sure!

Sometimes you just have a feeling that certain people are placed in your life for a reason. Due to health issues, it had been several months since my last massage, and yesterday I was in need of much healing. I feel that Amber, who did my massage, and Autumn, who has been so kind and compassionate in helping me get my account back on track (how wonderful that the massages purchased never expire! I’ll bet it’s not like that everywhere) are 2 such people. First of all, everybody at the front desk is so nice and helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t get names. Amber knew I needed gentle pressure, and that’s exactly what she gave me. I connected with her, and definitely will be sticking with her as my Massage therapist.Next time I want to try the foot exfoliation scrubbing!Yesterday was much needed, and all around a wonderful experience.Let the healing continue!

AL is amazing! The way he does the deep tissue massage and walks you through what he is doing and what he feels gives a better understanding of what’s going on with you body. He also is a magician and finds all the trigger points.

Cece is my favorite therapist at Massage Envy! Her pressure is perfect for me (medium to firm) and she is of course happy to adjust as you go along if you prefer a lighter touch. She’s professional, kind, and fun. I always love the day I get to come see her!

I had my first massage with Massage Envy this week. It was a prenatal massage my husband gifted me. The ladies at the front desk were lovely in greeting me and congratulating me on our first baby. My massage with Cynthia was wonderful. Most relaxed I had felt in months. Cynthia was very calming and had a great sense of what need to be firm or more gentle. Definitely will be back.

Shmarra is fantastic in her craft! Whether its getting a facial or having your brows and/or face waxed, you will always have an amazing experience with her!

I was in pain after weeks of traveling for work and I still had another 2 weeks to travel before home. I was a bit reluctant to go to a chain massage business. I go to a family owned massage business when I am home in PA. Well, I was amazed at how wonderful the massage was. Ceola was incredible. I would not have made it through this week without her. As soon as I am confirmed to travel back to Omaha, I am booking another massage with Ceola. I highly recommend her!!!

Sherri is my absolute go-to lady for pain in my neck and jaw. The techniques she uses get the knots out every time. I feel like a new person whenever I leave a session with her! I love this location as well! The beds seem more comfortable than other locations and when they’re heated, it is next level relaxing!

Update: The manager did call, emailed me the itemized receipt, and was helpful in explaining reimbursement documentation. A written policy is not available which is frustrating and she did listen to my suggestion to post signage or notify clients. Still very frustrated but they were trying their best to support me in the reimbursement process. Aside from the FSA problem, this would have been a 3-4 star review. I am leaving the review up for other FSA users.I have been using ME’s services for 3+ years and needed to use some of my FSA by the end of the year. I booked through the app and it didn’t say anywhere in the booking process or pre-appointment reminders that this location does not process FSA transactions on site. I arrived and checked in with my FSA card on file and went in for my back to back massage and facial.I told my MT my preferences and that deep pressure often leaves me sore. We agreed we would start medium-firm and check in throughout. The MT was putting a lot of weight into my massage and it was painful. I was anxious during to speak up but he did not stop to ask me about the pressure at all. That’s on both of us. I felt bruised after.The facial I had was nice. The esthetician Is as knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. She didn’t do any extractions. At the end, she recommended my next session for one of the pricier facials they offer. Then, she spent 5-10 min trying to sell me a $46 cleanser, which she said was “very cheap.” I know she is just doing her job but I hate feeling pressured to buy the products at spas. She said she wanted to see a before and after of how my skin looks using this product at our next session. I felt really uncomfortable by how pushy the sales pitch was. Totally ruined my relaxation from the afternoon.Back to the FSA/HSA: At the register, the receptionists try to get me to buy the membership. Been there, it’s not a good deal if you don’t get services regularly. It’s really hard to cancel. She asks me how much I want to tip while my esthetician is standing right there at the counter, very awkward. I still left a 20% tip, the providers were very nice.I ask the receptionist to charge the card on file (my FSA/HSA) but I had put in the expiration date wrong by mistake when booking, so I had to use the physical card. I let her know twice it was an FSA and accidentally hit debit instead of credit and asked her to set it back up. She stopped to clarify it was an FSA, then proceeds to tell me they don’t accept them at the register and it has to be reimbursed by my insurance with the receipt. I’ve never had that happen at a Massage Envy and I have been to 4-5 different locations in 2 other states.I asked if it was specific to Nebraska and they couldn’t give me a straight answer in- clinic why this location was different than any other location I’ve used my FSA card at. With tip, the services were $300 which was charged to my personal debit card. I left, but this didn’t sit right, so I went back in to ask for a manager to clarify this policy.She explained it was a franchise owner/operator decision made a few months ago to avoid opening the second register drawer to process FSA cards, due to a Nebraska billing code. They CAN process it but “do not have a high enough need” which forces people to charge the services to their debit or credit card and then go through the lengthy reimbursement process. There is no signage or warning at the reception desk about this “new policy.” I emailed to formally request the policy in writing. See updates above.

Cynthia was very into knowing just the right amount of pressure to work the spot she was working on and when to let up in other areas. Afterwords I felt so relaxed and loose I felt alot younger.....shes super at her job.

The pricing and membership is very predatory and buyer beware. Massage Envy only cares about extracting every last dollar from you as they can. We had to cancel our membership due to pregnancy and cost but because it only 9 days away from our next planned debit, they said they had to charge us again. Im sure it has nothing to do with providers and personnel working, but is a corporate policy that only cares about taking your money. They were also misleading about the membership and ability to let other people use your credit. Would not recommend!

So happy I finally decided to try Massage Envy! Alfred (Al) always does such an amazing job of focusing on areas that I mention feel tight or painful. He explains techniques, stretches and always ensures I leave feeling better than when I came in! I cant recommend him enough. The entire front desk staff is friendly and personable as well!

I have been going to the Aksarben Massage Envy for a little over a year for chronic neck and back pain. Their Therapists are amazing and I feel better than ever! My only regret is not going sooner. Amber J, Tammy, and Cynthia are amazing!

I have had it with this location. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months. It was to renew in November, so when I arrived at my last appointment (which they booked the wrong service), I signed the cancellation forms needed. I specifically stated that “there would be no further charges deducted for my checking account, correct?” Guess who just deducted $75. This has been the most frustrating cancelation I have ever experienced. I have literally been telling them for 3 months I am not renewing, and I signed the cancellation paperwork before November.

I enjoyed every minute, much needed massage. I will be back - thanks Anita

Phil was very good about checking and making sure I was comfortable. He was also good at identifying/working on the muscles that were giving me issues.

I visited with Mary for my first chemical peel, and I was not disappointed! She was professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me understand my skin better and how to care for it. Ashe also was very informative with all of the products being used in season.

Liz is amazing! I have been going to her for almost a year. She is insightful and kind. I was suffering from tension headaches and sinus issues. She has helped me keep my headaches to a minimum. I highly recommend Liz if you have questions about your muscles may be impacting you.

Cynthia has been a Godsend. She does an excellent job working on my most tense areas and she has a knack for massaging with a soothing yet firm tone that is unique and unbeatable! She’s awesome 👏🏾.

Sherri is without a doubt the most skilled therapist I have experienced. She asks me what I want and I leave it up to her. Why? Because she can find issues and trouble points that I am not aware of (but certainly am once she finds them!). Additional comment from 4/24/23. Yesterday I had a lot of the usual back and neck issues plus I had issues with my left knee from exercise. I was difficult to put weight on it. I thought,Great! Im probably going to have to see an orthopedic dr. I told Sherri thinking she would want to know to avoid it. Instead she worked on it, my hip and leg. Not only did feel better but this morning Im out of pain ad sensitivity feeling and 90- 95% normal! Didnt expect that!! TY Sheri!!!Latest trip: Yesterdays visit, 6/24/23, Iwas thinking that I needed the usual from sitting at the computer, neck, back. Then she discovered my ribcage. Wow! Had no idea how sore I was, but she found it without a word spoken. Good thing because I was to close to being asleep to advise her. LOL. TY Sheri!10/22/23. Definitely 5. Once again she found issues that I had not told her about, this time with my left knee of all things and improved the condition. TY Sheri.

Sara was amazing she asked what part of my body needed more attention , I stated my back and she took off from there, her hands are miracle workers .I felt so relaxed and better. My husband and I signed up for their monthly subscription so we could have a couples massage each month. However, they never had availability for couples. We tried multiple locations and states. When we tried to cancel, they said we could sit and watch each other get a massage one at a time. Talk about killing the relaxation part of a massage. So now weve ended up paying for many months are are unable to use them. When I asked if we could just have money back, I got told no. However, we did get the option to PAY to freeze our account. We could also gift one a month to a friend if we PAID a transfer fee. I wish we would have never signed up for the service. We paid and they did not deliver their side and didnt do anything to try to make it right, except to offer to let us pay more.

The therapist didnt do what I asked for. Instead of feeling relaxed after massage I felt very sore and my husband too. We had the massage back to back. After massage I tried to explain to the front desk but the two ladies were very rude to myself and my husband. Husband didnt want to continue with his massage due to my unsatisfactory experience but front desk ladies didnt offer any solution options. Customer service was very disappointing. Therapist was nice guy but not as experience as I was told when we first scheduled our appointment. I feel like we spend $150 for nothing. It’s only fair to get a refund for that unsatisfactory experience.Update, I received a call from manager Heather a couple days later and she was very unprofessional and pretty much said she could not do anything with this matter. That there was no manager on duty that day and it was basically our bad luck otherwise maybe something could have been done. Like if it’s our fault as costumes that that place is understaffed and with no manager on duty. Very disappointing and will not use massage envy ever again anywhere. Their level of costumes service is horrible..

Attempted to book an online appointment through the app. Upon checking the app for the appointment the following day did not see any confirmation of the appointment nor received any confirmation email. Therefore I rescheduled an earlier appointment at a different location where all app related services worked accordingly. Was called by the Aksarben Omaha location 10 minutes into the appointment they never confirmed on the app & was informed by the manager that she was not responsible for problems with the app & proceeded to charge me for my unconfirmed appointment. As a multi year member I certainly expect better treatment. Somewhere along the lines the manager at the Aksarben location has lost the ability to think independently & in the best interest of long term accounts even going as far to to tell me I phoned in the appointment when that certainly wasn’t the case. Hiding behind membership policies & faulty technology is no way to treat long term customers. Save yourself the hassle & do not trust the app & if you value the money you earn keep it a long ways away from the Aksarben location manager.#StolenFrom

The service was great but when it was time to pay I felt as if the front desk receptionist didn’t explain the membership program from the beginning very well. After signing she then explained to me that I would be locked in for 12months in a contract and I wasn’t to pleased about that. Being that was my first time and I felt that wasn’t right because everyone doesn’t want to be locked into something because financial things can happen especially the way the world is today.

Sara is absolutely amazing!! She knows the pressure that is needed for the tense and stressed muscles during the massage.

Update: another major failure. The therapist thought I had travelled internationally. I travelled domestically and drove from FL to NE. I barely got out of the car. Regardless, the therapist didnt want to proceed with the session. There were no questions about travelling domestically. Even after the manager clarified this with the therapist, the therapist was “spooked” and did not want to continue with the session.This place is hit or miss. I’ve great experiences here with professional therapists and on multiple occasions my therapist was “sick” to me later finding out they actually quit. The locations never have floaters who have availability and this when my appointment is cancelled, I can’t get another one for that day. My schedule is tight and finding another time is difficult and it’s s major let down when this occurs. This doesn’t discount the work the therapists are doing is anything less than great. But cancellations are common. These locations have a hard time retaining staff and have a hard time keeping to their appointments. It’s majorly disappointing. I will be cancelling my membership with them.

I booked a couple’s massage for a birthday gift. I chose Massage Envy because I felt that by being a chain would allow greater flexibility and higher standards. During my initial phone call to schedule the staff member provided me a time for my massage and then later had to cancel my morning time and adjust to an afternoon time because they did not have therapist available for a couple’s massage. Prior to our appointment our couple’s massage had to be cancelled by Massage Envy because one of the therapists called in the day prior to our massage. The staff called and informed me that only one of us would be able to receive a massage on our scheduled date. I understand that things happen in life and people get sick, etc., and are unable to make it to work. However, I felt as though massage envy did very little on their part to assist me. Massage Envy expressed to me prior to scheduling the need to cancel within a certain amount of time or else they would charge me the full rate. I feel as though they should also have to abide by such standards for their paying customers in regards to cancellation. All in all it was a very poor experience from a customer service perspective and I will only use local massage clinics in the future.

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and signed up for a membership. The massages were great, however, when we signed up we were told we could cancel at any time. We tried to cancel a couple months into our memberships due to financial reasons and we’re told to send an email to another website and they would cancel for us. I emailed them 5-6 times without any response. Come to find out we can’t cancel them until we’re a year into our memberships, however we weren’t told this when we signed up. We were told we could cancel anytime, which is why we signed up in the first place. So we’re now stuck in a contract we weren’t even told about. So basically, don’t sign up for this unless you’re ready to be lied to and charged for a year.

Dissatisfied with the service of this facility. I pay for the yearly membership and I have called multiple times, leaving messages and a call back number to schedule my appointment. I try calling at different times during the day and throughout the week hoping to get a response. I missed last month because no one returned my calls, about to miss out again this month. That is $65 out of pocket that I pay each month to NOT get a massage.

Went there as a birthday grift from my friend while I was in town for my holiday. First time ever and I loved it. The therapist was very good and very knowledgeable as I lead them to believe I had no knowledge in the area and was impressed with his knowledge. Which made me feel comfortable enough to return, in fact I joined the membership that same day.. I was treated as it was a billionaire spa. A+ service. Note a soreness is normal, that why it also very important to let them know what medical conditions you suffer from so the can appropriately adjust your session as not to hurt you.

Nice setting and great staff. Be cautious for the membership hard sell. They dont state its a one year lock until the 2nd to last contract page and even then the fact is rushed past.7/9/19 Update - I did contact this location about my concern and was told the contract is thouroughly reviewed with customers. I am not saying the process is intentionally deceptive but the contract duration was very much glossed over by the staff member I worked with.

I had one massage and it was amazing. After the appointment, however, a very pushy employee offered their $60/mo membership to me, but did not emphasize the 12 month commitment. After looking at the paper she insisted I sign for the membership, I saw that the contract was a 12 month commitment at $60/mo. At that point I realized they must get a lot of people to sign this contract without realizing they are spending $720 instead of $60. I declined and did not sign the paper, but at the employees suggestion took it with me to think about it. Now, two months later I just realized that even though I didnt sign the contract, they have been charging my credit card $60 each month unauthorized. After contacting the manager, they were able to verify through their video recordings that I didnt sign the contract and are refunding the extra charges. It is worrisome that they have a camera specifically for their contracts as if the strict contract isnt enough. Dont be rushed into this contract unless you are sure you want it for 12 months.
