Ive been to Salt 5 or 6 times for massages and a facial and every experience has been excellent. The spa is welcoming, calm, clean, and has great aesthetics, including the beautiful beaded jewelry on display. I really appreciate how slick their online reservation system is for booking treatments. I highly recommend!

Words cant describe how amazing I feel right now. My husband bought me a package. 60 min massage, 60 min detox sugar scrub wrap and 60 min ultimate facial. You guys I can not rant enough about the ladies I had today. I was taken care of so well. After the detox sugar scrub I was even able to shower! If you havent been, youre missing out. This is also the first business in Nebraska that has the most eye catching salt room. (Very beneficial) Pictures dont do it justice. From when you walk in the door to services... just wow!! Yesenia the owner. I felt like I knew her my whole life, beyond welcoming. We even hugged before I left.Book your appointment now. I promise you... you will not be disappointed.P.s. The mini store has so many goodies and beautiful handmade bracelets. I had to buy one. Also, I believe they are from El Salvador. Absolutely stunning. I wanted to buy them all.

Was given a gift card, set up for a healthy glow facial and dermaplane add on. She literally just cleaned my skin, thorough dermaplaned, put a cooling mask for 5 min and maybe finished with serum. I figured maybe it was just a dermaplane and they forgot facial so I asked..no. That consisted of the entire facial. $120 and I’ve WAY experienced better facials at the hair school for 1/3 of the price. I honestly left thinking there was no facial, I could have done a mask at home. Never again.

I went for salt therapy. The room was beautiful with a lit salt wall, comfortable chairs and pleasant music. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. The reception/gift shop area is full of eye candy. The receptionist was friendly, informative and accommodating. Really great experience. Highly recommended.

Was able to book a somewhat last minute spa package with them for my birthday and they did not disappoint. They have done a good job with creating a relaxing atmosphere in every room I was in. The employees were so friendly and they did good work. For reference, I got the spa package that included a massage, salt scrub and a facial. I was so close to falling asleep more than once. I would definitely get the membership if I was staying in the area longer.

My visit was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Salt & Spa to a family member or a friend. First appointment was 30 min, but so will be returning for a full 60 min.

The therapist tried to be engaging but this was one of the worst reflexology massages I have ever had. The therapist was wearing street clothes, unlike the other staff, and was sipping on a soda. He did not use massage oil on my feet or hands and I left more tense than when I walked in. His massage was more grabby and jerky than actual massage and he let me in on the fact that his full time job is selling insurance. The room smelled like something was on fire, and the entire atmophere was unfriendly. Overall, very disappointing in this spa and will not be returning.

I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure and reflexology…I almost fell asleep. The atmosphere is very zen and comfortable. Staff is sweet and generous. I even snuck in an additional service request which Yessenia was able to accommodate. I will be back! ¡Mucho gracious!

Just had a facial with Olivia Felix at Salt & Spa…she is a miracle-worker! So relaxing and comfortable…simply AWESOME! I highly recommend Olivia; her expertise is evident👍

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage (which in and of itself was great) but..When we called to make the appointment; we requested a male and a female. The person at the front desk confirmed that would be the case.When we arrived; it was 2 men.We didn’t have an issue with that (we just wanted massages).It was more so we were advised it would be a male and a female, and that was not the case.I would assume (and I may be wrong), based on my name, they thought I was a male and just gave me a male masseuse.I had Travis and he was great!The complaint is more so on the front desk lady who assured it would be a male and female, and it not be the case.I would still 10/10 recommend these guys. May just want to double check they schedule you how you asked

Weve been here 3 times for couples hot stone massage and have always left feeling relaxed and content. Staff are friendly and welcoming, atmosphere is calm and relaxing, masseuses are attentive and very good. They make sure youre comfortable and put in extra work on the areas you request on your paperwork. We will be back!

I had a spa membership here for a year and loved it. I think I saw every massage therapist there, and they all do a good job. I would still be going there for a monthly massage but moved far away! Thank you for giving me a year of less pain and more mobility. I also enjoyed getting facials there from time to time. I feel like I made friends here and I will miss you all. Great experience every time. I’ve been here a few times by myself, and a few more times with my wife for a couples massage and it’s always been top notch. Very relaxing environment. The therapists are very professional and give great massages.

I received a facial and it was the worst/ most aggressive facials I’ve ever had. My face was literally rubbed raw… the owner was the person who did my facial and she was super nice, just super rough. Her nails were extremely sharp so the scalp massage and hand massage didn’t feel good at all. The massage consisted of her just jerking my fingers and hands so hard my entire body was moving. The facial itself was very uncomfortable and painful. The towels she wrapped on my were extremely rough and way too hot so when she scrubbed my face, it felt like sandpaper… honestly by the end of the facial I was so upset I just rushed out of there… 😔I’ve had over 50 facials in my life and never has one compared to this. My face is raw, red and has blood spots as in writing this (8 hours later).

Love the color changing salt wall... its beautiful and relaxing! The salt blowing through the ventilation really helps open up airways after dealing with bronchitis and asthma. Wish we had one in my city...

First We had our appt. Moved & calls/messages asking if we can change the time was frustrating! (busy life styles) I had high hopes for my much needed “spa” experience, the massages were mediocre-however the rushed dismissive timing was stressful, sadly you you don’t feel a spa atmosphere as it’s very dark seems old/dated & the room I was in felt uncomfortable with a stale smell. Wife wanted a facial but I guess no Esthetician is available for her to get one. Excited to explore other locations.

All I can say is WOW. Ive had one massage before at a different establishment and it was just okay, but I received a gift card here so I made an appointment with Yesenia and it was AMAZING. I felt so relaxed the entire time and my muscles have no tension!

My reflexology appointment was amazing! I have a bone spur in my foot that is painful and the day after I have little to no pain whatsoever walking. I will definitely be back.

The facility was nice and clean. I came with a friend and we had the same services. I was charged more than her for the exact same thing. I had paid cash previous to our arrival and the cashier put me on the spot asking about a tip, when I had already been overcharged. Ive had several deep tissue massages and it has never been painful. The entire massage was painful and it was basically an hour of torture. The masseuse (Kristi) never asked about the amount of pressure, although I was flinching and moving the entire time because of the pain. The woman who did my reflexology was very nice and professional, but I didnt feel like she used any pressure. Im not sure if thats because of the painful massage making it seem like this was very little pressure or if she really needed to apply more pressure. I was embarrassed because my friend was here from out of town and the experience was awful. She specifically asked Kristi to lessen the pressure during her massage and Kristi told her she signed up for a deep tissue and continued to use the same amount of painful pressure. What was supposed to be a fun girls day out was ruined.In reply to the response, we both had deep tissue massages and reflexology. The exact same services. I booked the appointments and everything was exactly the same for both. Yet I was charged more.

This is my go-to place for self care. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and the pricing is great!

Love Salt & Spa! This place is wonderful. I love the atmosphere. As soon as I walk in, Im greeted by Brenda who gets me checked in for my appointment. Waited only a minute or two before my massage therapist came out to get me. If you are wanting a massage, I HIGHLY recommend booking with Yesenia. She is fabulous! I feel like she worked on my problem areas and I was SO relaxed. She i truly a master of her craft. I wish I had booked a longer massage! Love that all the products she uses are vegan and cruelty free. I will be booking with her again! Definitely want to try out their other services in the future. Thank you Brenda and Yesenia for such a great relaxing experience!

Horrible. was counting the mins to be over the massage was literally the worst i’ve ever had. i see why they only charge 125$ for a 90 min massage 🤣 never will be back

We came as a big group for our friends party, we had made the spa aware that we had 2 pregnant ladies months in advance and we did not get the best experience because instead they scheduled us for Swedish massages and they were scrambling to find correct people for the correction. Because of the correction our massages were not a full 60 mins and even counting the 10 mins to get dressed and ready I still only got about a 40 min massage as well as my other friends. I personally was rubbed down by lotion not oil and it was not the best experience. I am very sadden and disappointed that we didn’t get the experience we were expecting based on how much we paid. We paid $700 total and for the amount of money we were not very happy. 3 out of 10 recommend.

Kristie is always great. Her deep tissue massage is very therapeutic and she creates a space that I can choose the dynamic. been going here for a year, monthly, and it’s the best massage!!

We went to salt and spa yesterday and the ladies did an AMAZING job on giving us a massage! My husband and I did the couple massage, and we both almost passed out! We felt like we were in a different body afterwards because of how relaxed we felt! We will definitely be going back in the future!!

Went here for my wifes birthday and we got a couples massage! Was so relaxing and the ladies did an amazing job! Cant remember their names but they were awesome! Checked in frequently to make sure they werent applying to much pressure. I even fell asleep I was so relaxed for a few! Would recommend and we will for sure come back!

The ear candling at Salt & Spa did not disappoint. The heated bed and head scratch throughout the entire appointment made for such a relaxing experience.

I went here for the first time yesterday. It was a simply amazing experience! I first had a wonderful brightening facial with Dana that left me glowing, taut-faced. and wonderfully relaxed; my skin has never looked better. Next I had a deep tissue massage with Jessey. I had experienced a horrific migraine a few days prior and my neck, shoulders, and back were still tense. Jessey determinedly went after every last knot and worked them into submission. She had excellent technique and really gave me a lot of muscle release. To finish up, I sat in the salt room for 45 minutes. I had it to myself and it was a wonderfully relaxing, healing experience. I could feel the benefits seep into my pores and lungs. I was so wonderfully relaxed, refreshed, and refocused when I left. The customer service was wonderful: friendly, warm and caring. The entire spa was full of glowing salt lamps, dim light, soothing music, and such an incredibly restful, healing vibe. I will definitely be a regular! I had purchased gift certificates for my parents and am excited for them to use them. My mom is a cancer patient and I am thrilled to know Salt and Spa offers oncology massage. I know this will be a place of healing for her.

Honestly, I felt as though the website is very deceiving. I was looking for a more luxury experience for a girls weekend and this spa did not deliver that experience. I felt as though the staff was very naive about what an upscale spa experience should be.One employee said Darn when an upsale was declined for an additional $11. The waiting area between services was in direct line with the door.... which meant essentially sitting nude with only a robe between services, 20 or 30 ft from the door.While showing after the body scrub/wrap, the employee re-entered the room to clean up.The restroom was not located within the facility, you had to leave, walk through a business common area with windows open to the public/outside on either side of the hallway, in nothing but a robe to use the restroom. There were no slippers available to wear between services. My belongings/clothing were placed in a plastic container that I had to tote around with me between services and hold on my lap in my robe, instead of having a secure locker area.Upon check out, we paid and left, only to be called again in the parking lot and told that the card had not cleared... while holding a receipt that stated approval. We returned inside to rerun the card, only to find out the next day that both attemps at charges cleared our credit card.Ive visited both high end and everyday institutions such as massage envy. I feel that for the prices, I could have gone literally anywhere else .Typically for the amounts paid/ length of time of services, there would be an offering of a snack or juice. There would be services of slippers or booties for moving between services, instead of barefoot. There should be secure lockers so that you dont have to tote your belongings with you.Just generally very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and luxury. We wont be returning. Very disappointed. Very Unprofessional.

My husband made us an appointment for a couples massage as a Christmas gift to us this past Saturday. I was excited to try a new place. Please know I am not trying to be mean here what so ever just truth. The room was freezing so I was tense the entire time, I could not relax because i was so cold. The gal that did my massage smelled horrible so that was lovely. The table was so uncomfortable and the pillow that they put under your legs was totally flat by the time i flipped to lay on my back that when I left my back hurt so bad. This was an awful experience. I replied to the text I got asking how my experience was and I heard nothing from that. Totally not worth the money my husband spent. BTW he said his massage was great!

Brianna and Anna did absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I went and got a couples massage right before our wedding and it was 100% needed! Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a massage location to come here!

I visited for my first massage and my therapist (Joseline) was VERY rough. Not only did she massage too rough by making the whole massage table move instead of being gentle, she made remarks about my acne in which triggered my anxiety by exposing my skin with her. She put on WAY too much oil leaving my hair, arms, and legs feeling dirty. I felt very uncomfortable, verbally assaulted, and disappointed to say the least. I am not prone to reviews but I would never recommend this spa to my worst enemy.

First time trying this place, ive had hot stone massages before and get massages about every 2-3 weeks currently as I have pretty steady pain and muscles that tighten up so massages help keep that at bay. Everyone was nice so no complaints there, but something of great concern when I returned home after the massage noticed a pain in my upper right shoulder and when I went to take a look I had two lines of burn blisters where one of the stones was placed 🥴. Obviously had I felt any pain to a degree of being burnt I would have said something during. Sent an email but waiting for reply.Edit: I’ve sent 3 emails now and still no response.

This was my first visit to Salt and Spa, but I will definitely be going back for more massage from Travis. I had a specific issue that I was wanting to focus on in addition to just getting a fully body massage and Travis not only really got after my problem area, he provided advice and suggestions for things I could do on my own to help get more relief. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The decor was comfortable and welcoming. The woman who checked me in and rang me up was also polite and professional.

I really enjoyed my three hour experience here. I received a wonderful salt scrub. Id never had one before but now Ill recommend them. Salt is rubbed on your body, then a steam dome is placed over your body so your head isnt exposed. You steam and afterward step into the shower located in the same room that your massage therapist starts for you. Top ten showers of my life. Post scrub it felt incredible.Next I had an hour long massage that was fantastic and afterward I robed up and walked down to get an hour long facial. I even asked for eyebrow maintenance last minute and the wax was warmed up to fit it in.Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

I cannot begin to tell you all how amazing this was. I had the hot stone massage, salt scrub, and scalp massage. If you haven’t tried it out, you must do it! Thank you to all the staff at Salt & Spa! I’ll be back hopefully monthly!

This place is amazing love doing the yoga classes with Kali and Yoyo when she subs for Kali. The minute you walk in you are always welcomed and the receptionist is always friendly and keeps me up to date on my account. The Salt room is awesome always recharging and love being there. Highly recommend it checking it out!

It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. I have never felt anything like this before. I did reiki healing on myself during the visit. It intensified the healing and meditation. I will definitely come back again!

Ive been an esthetician for a while now, and finally decided I have someone treat me. Bre did a seaweed wrap and Racheal did a facial. These women did a great job. The product was quality. My skin feels great and Im so relaxed. If you can, you should treat yourself to some skin treatments!

Beautiful place, knowledge massage therapists, no weird new age ritual stuff. Also the front desk lady was very honest about their products and how they worked. We appreciated the honesty instead of just pushing to make a sale. It makes us want to return for sure!

First time get a massage ever. I got there 10 minutes early like they asked but was still delay for our couple massage. It was cold in the room well to me cause my fiance thought it was fine. Also when didnt get a whole hour. When I asked the receptionist she couldnt give me a reason why. The massage was ok.

We arrived ten minutes early for our 1000 appointment and were told not only that the massage therapist was not in the building, but that they gave away ALL four of our appointments we had made for 1000 and 1100. Receptionist said she “called”, but there is no record of it. Receptionist was rude and argued with us until we ended up leaving. Will NEVER make an appointment here again. Customer service was terrible.

I have gone to Yese for a long time for massage where she is truly a miracle worker! And now the salt therapy is just more miracles! After only one session I saw amazing results!!! I had had fluid or popping in one ear for about six months and after one 45 minute session it was gone! Looking forward to my next session.

They made a great team and were very funny, as well as ridiculously good at there job.It was very relaxing, clean, and quiet. Perfect for a get away.

Ive had psoriasis my entire life. After 3 salt therapy sessions, my skin was noticeably better and felt a lot less itchy. The salt room itself is amazing looking! I will continue to use salt therapy 2-times a week to keep my psoriasis under control.Fantastic place that I recommend to anyone in need of salt and spa therapy. Beautiful decor and an excellent staff.

I went in for the ear candleing because I had some wax build up! It was amazing! Relaxing, easy, and I can hear so much better!! And the little head massage while your candles are going, was a wonderful bonus. I normally do the candles myself but this is my new home for candleing and I can not wait to try the other services! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! 😊

We went here for part of a bachelorette weekend and it was so lovely! The massages and facials were perfection and the salt room was so relaxing and restorative. Definitely want to come back!

Went w/ my adult children. Very aesthetic atmosphere. The sign in form was not updated (2017), words spelled wrong soars v. sores, attendant didnt give any instructions as what to do. The room was beautiful, and very spacious. No water in the decanter but did have complimentary chocolate kisses

I recently woke up with pain on my neck to the point I couldnt even turn my head. My neck muscles were very sore until I went in for a massage to Salt and Spa. I walked out like new and went back to work. We live a busy and stressful life & we forget the importance of taking care of ourselves. I definitely encourage everyone to try/visit Salt and Therapy - great service, awesome environment & amazing people.Thank you Yesenia.

Arrived early for our “couples massage” sat in the waiting room and watched a client receive a tube feeding and g-tube cares right there in the lobby .... no treatment room offered, the receptionist also seemed to be a family member. I am nurse and was pretty grossed out to see cares done in a public place without gloves and then watch the caregiver use the same ungloved hands to get water from the spa “water” jug .... infection control soo gross 🤮 the we got to the massage..... dry rubbed down by someone who def was not a massage therapist and used her elbow the entire time. The Aromatherapy foot treatment was dry salt scrub with cool damn towels wrapped around my feet .... I left with salt still stuck between my toes . Don’t believe their reviews on their website they are obviously edited or fictional .... terrible experience.

This spa was AMAZING. They were able to accommodate a hastily arranged spa outing for my office. I chose the anti inflammation facial and it was perfection. The aesthetician was super friendly and competent and the facial itself was transformative. They were also very excited about and accommodating of my service dog. I also highly recommend the Halotherapy salt room. What a great experience, super affordable, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I visited the spa today for the True Love package. This was our first time getting a massage and the staff was extremely accommodating. They even gave us a recommendation for dinner because we are from out of town and loved that too. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area! Thank you!!

We went to this spa to purchase a Christmas present for my mother-n-law for a hot stone massage. We didnt know the cost and just asked for.a gift certificate for one. They charged us $115. When she went to get it, they took $80 off her gift card, meaning they overcharged us $35. We feel duped and cheated. Although she enjoyed the massage, they shouldnt have overcharged us so much.

This was a fantastic experience for me. I was getting an upper respiratory infection that I seem to get every Spring when I went in for a Salt treatment. After the treatment I was able to expel the mucus I could not cough out before the session. Within hours I felt 1,000 percent better.I was amazed that by the next morning the congestion was totally gone. Thank you Salt and Spa for helping me avoid what in the past had turned into pneumonia. I wont wait the next time I feel this coming on, rather I will call for an appointment immediately.

FDA and the Canadian health regulatory agency Health Canada have acted against manufacturers of ear candles. These actions have included import alerts, seizures, injunctions, and warning lettersAnd yet this business not only offers ear candling, they also make illegal claims about the benefits.This is deceitful and dangerous. I would not trust this business.

I have been here many times and their service is always great. I feel refreshed and relaxed after leaving everytime.
