Amazing customer service and such sweet staff, everyone there is always so nice and friendly! One of the only places that actually ID’s you though so please make sure to always have it on hand! Because they will ALWAYS make sure to let you know you need it

Was in there a couple weeks ago and watched some dude go nuclear because an employee was following the law. The manager has been in violation apparently by not asking for this mans id. The employee kept a cool head when dealing with the situation, I think it was John or something simple. Maybe Jim? Idk.. The customer was unnecessarily rude to him. Again, its required by law to ask for Id in the United States. I really hope that the manager gets caught by a secrete shopper if he really is just handing out product to people who could be underage. Kinda gross not gonna lie. Good job on the employee for holding his ground. He really is manager material imo.

Very pleasant staff working here, they have anything and everything for any customer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Selection was disappointing. I expected more based on the size of the store. I was clear about what I wanted and they didn’t have any of it. Ended up with something more expensive that after using for a few days I don’t really like. Prices are also high. Found the same kit I bought for $15 less online.

At the peak of opening, upstanding customer service. A solid 2 stars, horrible experience customer service oriented by the manager directly. As I will clarify, I respect laws and abide, I had broken a bone, so after a month being bedbound goes by I happen to decide to go back to purchase products from this location. Upon doing so my Facebook forgotten as I had to come up another number just like the rest of the stores in the area therefore placing along the line of corporate level terrible customer service spectrum, given had been there numerous times, and unfortunately I hadn’t been using a car having a broken ankle. After the many times of stopping there prior to my injury, I was no longer asked for my ID after the 2nd to 3rd time of being a “regular”. There was a solid 3-4 months I was NOT ID’d by the manager. After stopping in and mentioning after checking all my pockets with the instant feeling of shoot I lost my wallet, I mentioned I could check in my car, all the while being on two crutches the manager enjoyed every moment as he sat behind the counter enjoying watching one struggle opening the door, propping it open with the crutch to hobble my way out to my car, after returning back indoors, I was turned away. With all that being the biggest problem and the biggest point here I’d like to bring to attention to anyone who sees this I find it very biased that I hadn’t been able to physically make it myself too that location to make any purchases however all I was going there as a regular, I wasn’t id’d. Being a few moments from closing he was beyond ready to leave. He then there watched as I headed back out of the store a second time watching as I struggled holding the door open for myself to leave, the cherry on top of it all, it was plenty of time for the manager to make it to the door to lock it before I even made it inside my car but hasn’t a single care to assist a disabled. Will not be returning after a half a year of my service. 0 stars for the employee. Terrible experience, highly encourage a cheaper alternative.

I went here with a friend after work and I was very overwhelmed by the size and where everything was. Some things it was clear others not so much. Pricing is noticeable on somethings and others I had to ask the staff whom were friendly enough with us. We both were asked if were rewards members at checkout and we said no and nothing more was addressed about it. After about 20 minutes of roaming and feeling like I’d found what I was looking for I was able to spend less than my normal places in the surrounding Millard area. Will I go back yes, hopeful for better signage and navigation as to what’s what.

I was able to find a vape that most smoke shops don’t have in stock. The vibe is super chill and the store manager Aaron is great! Highly recommend.

Excellent location, excellent selection, and excellent staff! Only place in town that I can find that still carries Solace brand juice, so if youre on the hunt this is your spot! If you get lucky and meet the owner, he is a skilled 3D printer so if youre in the hobby hes a very interesting guy to talk to as well! Wonderful place that is my new go-to for vaping supplies.

Poor customer service. I bought a handful of disposable e-cigarettes from here. Went home To try the flavors and realized maybe 2 or 3 of the 15 or so that I bought didn’t work. Just completely out of the packaging did not function. I returned the same day hoping to trade them out for functioning devices. I never received a receipt but I came back literally hours later to the same cashier.Cashier refused to switch them out for me for functioning products stating I should have tried them in the storeI explained to the cashier I didn’t realize the store was selling faulty products and that I would need to test them right then and thereHe shrugged his shoulders told me “it’s the rules” and refused to help me any further.Moral of the story is: shop at reputable smoke shops that will actually give you a receipt for your transaction and doesn’t offer faulty products.Buyers beware of the merchandise you purchase from chasing clouds! This shop cares only for taking your money and not for taking care of customers and keep them coming back. I live down the street but will opt to drive to a different smoke shop than chasing clouds

They are always willing to help me find the right item even when they don’t have it they would help me find it somewhere or something that they have in stock. Their selection is huge and always changing. The GM and Assistant manager help me directly and are very knowledgeable.

The staff is amazing and the products are awesome. Cheaper by far then most of the other shops around. You want good prices for the same stuff just go in and ask Ben, he won’t steer ya wrong.

I’m so glad I found this spot! I’m new to the area and this will be my go to place from now on! They have a great rewards program and the place is HUGE!! It has the biggest selection of any vape shop I have been to. Furthermore I have to say the staff goes above and beyond!! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!

The manager knows his product and makes great recommendations. My fiancee has migraines and gets rebound migraines from some CBD products. He was able to source us good product that gave her some relief and no rebounds!

Showed up wanting to buy vapes at 9:40 20 minutes before they closed the lady behind the counter watched me pull on the door and waved. She saw me pull out my phone and call inside I could hear it ringing she ducked down underneath the counter acted like no one was there.
