Great selection great staff. Been to every place in Omaha and their hospitality is top notch...to add on to my previous review these guys go above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience I bought a disposable vape left opened it and it was burnt beyond burnt brought it back showed the worker and he replaced it without questions and the new one was great just got a bad apple and it happens no other shop would do this... highly recommend my girlfriend constantly switches vapes and they are always there to help her find something new. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Today was my first visit AND I needed some extra attention. Even when it got busy, the staff was extremely attentive to everyone in the shop! Started coming here s little over a month ago and I just love the selection and most importantly the customer service you get from the time you walk in to the time you walk out they have a a good point system to where I have saved 10 on a few purchases I bought a bad disposable vape and they took care of it with no questions asked they are very good and very amazing people this is my only place to go to buy vapes

Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful. Any time I go in, no matter how vague my idea for a juice I want, they always have a good idea of what Id like and I never leave feeling like Ive been pressure into buying something. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products as well which is a plus for a vape newbie like me. Definitely will continue to go to these guys while Im still in omaha.

Was not able to find the type of CBD i needed around my rural small town. Was in Omaha and looked up a CBD store near me. call them to see if they carry the type I needed and they didnt but referred me to one of their other stores and Im so glad they did! I got exactly what I needed and learned a few things! Their store is very clean,easy to get to and parking is easy. Prices are right on and the employees were super helpful, knowledgeable and so nice! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much Brad and Scott! 😊

Wish I didnt have to give any stars,have been going there for six years. They recently changed the name and staff. This new place sucks. The general manager is rude as hell has no customer service skills. And they no longer honor their sales return policy. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE AFTER SIX YEARS... WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMIES LET ALONE ANY FRIENDS.

Best stores and specifically this one! The staff is over the top. They truly care about your vaping experience. I love going in there and its never a bland visit. Great selection of juice, replacement glass, coils, and anything you could need. Their house blends get a bad rep on others commercials but they are on point! I always suggest this location to anyone who asks. I wish I could more stars.

Alohma has always my place to go, brought a friend here as a first time buyer and PATRICK was fantastic. Wonderful representative. Very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and got him set with exactly what he wanted for cheaper than what we expected.Wonderful experience!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Went in looking for some juice and coils, started talking about CBD and Delta 8. Left with some amazing Tranquil Earth brand Delta 8 candies that work better than any other Delta 8 candies I have tried from other places! I wont shop anywhere else!!

Just went to this location to get a new coil. Once installed, I was getting a bad burnt taste when firing. I went back to see if they could help and they were just gonna give me a new one at no cost. Instead I asked about upgrading since the one I had was giving me some trouble after being dropped. They were amazing in helping me choose a new kit with everything I was looking for and well within my budget. Love my new kit and would definitely recommend this location!

Had to drive to Ralston to get coils though I normally shop on 50th and dodge. I bought my tank at Alohma, so anticipated coils wouldnt be an issue to find, but, limited supply could be covid related I guess? I also called the store in advance to make sure they had what I needed. Phone rang more than 10 times with no answer. I prefer them over the competition however and feel they sell the best products for vapers.

They have my delta 8 disposable here and I absolutely love it. It helps me with my anxiety and it helps me get through the day when I start out not having a good one. I recommend 10/10 the Blue Dream Higher Society rechargeable disposable. Great taste and it doesnt make me feel like Im dying from coughing.

Great staff, amazing store. Love it. These guys and gals really know whats up in the cape nation. Always freindly and greet you as you walk in the door. Feel comfortable coming in here even if you are a newbie. They will talk to you in a way that you will understand and with a no pressure approach. Very cool people.Wide selection of capes, tanks juice and accessories. Give them a call or visit. Lots of goodies here. They even have a Keurig!!!!!

Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Unlike the normal sales tactic of suggesting an unnecessary upgrade the guys actually pointed me to a superior product that better suited my needs, and it was one of the cheaper things They had. I can only give five stars because there are not 10 available. And the fact that it is a local non corporate spot was icing on the cake.

E-juices dont really taste right in my opinion. Ive had better at other places, my issue was with the lack of knowledge the girl they have working there has. I purchased a new tank got home filled it up put it on my mod and it wouldnt work I fiddle with it re-read the instructions to make sure Im not missing anything and in very fine print on the back it says not for mechanical mods. 35$ well spent... the thing that gets me is I asked the girl at the counter if the tank was any good mind you I was holding my mod vaping the whole time. Her response was oh yeah its really good. Perfect for you. No where on the package does it say anything about not being able to use on mods. If youre going to sell something you should know your product in and out. It prevents these issues. Atleast organize sections so your employees know what theyre selling to their customers... Now I have to take time out of my day to drive back there with hopes that they give me my money back for this thing I cannot use.. :/ Not something as a 3rd shifter wants to be doing...

These guys know how to do their jobs. The variety in staff allows customers to feel comfortable with the person working with them , and that person will always be knowledgeable and kind so they can help you with exactly what you need. Not to mention the killer atmosphere.

The staff make this store a 5 but the prices are high and even with the sales, you can get way cheaper elsewhere. If you dont mind paying a lot more then come here and meet the great people. They will get you fixed up with whatever vape related things you need.

Alohma is a great Vape shop. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are helpful and have so many flavors of vape juice that you can try before you buy. Im happy I came to Alohma and I plan on returning in the future.

This is a very nice location that is right off dodge and easy to get in and out of. They have a larger sitting area so you can take your time to test the many flavors they have for sell. The staff was friendly too and made me feel welcome despite being a novice with vaping

SUPER helpful staff. Everyone is nice and friendly and willing to help you figure out what you need or what works best with you. When you walk in theres a pleasant cloud of vapor, which youre welcome to add to. Ive yet to have an experience that Id describe as anything but excellent. Open and friendly environment, a couch to chill on and a large selection of juices to try out to see what types you like most. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always available to answer questions about vape mods, parts, vaping tips and to repair a vape that you bring in. Its always a pleasant time here

Finally getting back to my e-cig usage and getting away from cigarettes and I gotta say: Michael, Jade + the whole Alohma staff couldnt be more helpful to and welcoming of us vaping noobs.Having been in sales as long I have, its really refreshing to walk into a business knowing very little about a product but leaving feeling confident in my purchase due to these guys not only educating me on the dos/donts, concepts, and expectations but also their humble professionalism, friendliness, know-how, and the honest, no pressure/only buy what you need atmosphere they create.Quitting cigarettes is a hard thing to do for most (definitely for me) but these guys will show you its actually not so difficult if you have the right knowledge/tools + good people backing you up.Edit: forgot to mention the super consistent discounts and specials on their juice and devices as well as the awesome attentiveness from the staff - even when theyre busy, everyone is treated with the same amount patience and advice.

Bought a tank yesterday for my smok mod and it leaked like hell.Called Patrick and Shaun telling them im a otr truck driver leaving for LA tmw morning and cant just pull into a vape shop with a tractor trailer ( I live in Omaha ) and this has to be right .Came back in this morning and they didnt screw around , they put a new tank on and no leaks since .Good people ! ..aAAA plus .

My wife bought a mod here and it broke within warranty time. Had a wear spot on it from her ring and was told it looked to be droped because of that spot and could not help her. Was told by another shop they would have taking care of me. In the same situation with them now. Had a friend say he likes this place so give, as a x-vaper, a 4 star. I cant afford a new mod every couple months on top of juice, coils, batteries, cotton, and all that goes with it. If the mods lasted or were replaced under warranty, at the least, i would vape all the way.

Employees very helpful and actually know what they are talking about when it comes to vape products. Tons of juice flavors. They also have a vape bar to try all the flavors they sell overall great service. They dont sell coils for rba tanks and no 810 drip tips

What can I say about Alohma? These guys are the most helpful people you can find at any vape shop in town. If youre looking to stop smoking, or just for a new place to pick up juice, this is where you want to go.

So lets be real. This is not the least expensive vape shop in town BUT it does have the best customer service. The staff knows their stuff and they go above and beyond to help out. Ive never had a single issue that the staff has not completely resolved.

Been going to Alohmas for my vaping needs for a few years now. The staff is always knowledgeable and offer all sorts of helpful tips. They have the most recently released products available for all levels of vaper, from beginner to the obnoxious guy that wants to be a human fog machine at your house party. I recommend anyone who wants to stop smoking to step into alohma to get setup with a new vape. After being a smoker for over ten years I have my slips, but I always feel better with the vape and alohma is there to help. Did I mention they have their own juice blends in house?

Been here a few times, only issue Ive had is that they gave me the wrong coil for my vape after saying it was correct. Overall still pretty great
