My husband and I went in on Friday evening and could have never had a better experience! John and Oryan truly treated us like a family member of theirs just walked in. Lately customers service anywhere has not been up to par, but at Kure it was above and beyond! Thank you for truly leaving a lasting impression! Anyone who has these two young men as employees should be proud!!

Uhm- tips at a vape shop? I even paid in cash and I was told to punch in whether I wanted to leave a tip. I knew what I wanted and grabbed it. Tips are for services performed? I felt obligated to leave one and dude didnt even say thank you. Whats next a tip for going to the grocery store? Ill go elsewhere.

Ive been a customer now since they were first opened in Omaha. The customer service is usually very pleasant.

If they work, I will definitely buy some.

I love this place. Super helpful and enthusiastic staff every single time I go in. Also very knowledgeable in the subject matter. They always have fantastic deals and amazing return policies to ensure you are satisfied with each and every product you purchase there.

I lknew exactly what kind of product I needed but the staff went up and beyond explaining differences and the most effective for not only the bedding but price. I only go here and I live an hr and half . I love the atmosphere & also the werst question is the one not asked..so if youre at a loss as to the product or need advice or help & input on any of their products, please dont hesitate to ask . I love Alohma, but this Alohma in particular is the one I keep returning too. Why? The customer service is phenomenal! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly it is a smashing time! Great products and juice as well. Enough said. What are you waiting for? Absolutely GO check it out!

This is by far the best Alohma store. They have outstanding customer service and make you feel like a valued customer. I went in wanting a refund and was completely ready to go to another vapor store and they went above and beyond to help me any way they possibly could to keep me as a customer of their business. Thank you guys. I will never go to another Alohma or other vapor store. This location has earned my business for good.

Love them. If you dont know what its called, bring it in and theyll find or Google a replacement for you. Unfortunately, the government has placed horrible transit laws on their products so dont base this company off of their online forum. If you go, in person, they make everything right. Also, they have the best juice at such a lower cost than stores that just buy and resell. I trust these hard workers to give me the right amount of nicotine and not just sell me a flavor. Ive been vaping for as long as it was invented and havent found anywhere better.

These guys are the best! The customer service is outstanding. They are always willing to help when i have problems with equipment. No pushy sales garbage - just friendly people who treat you right and know what theyre talking about.

I had an experience with a rude employee. I decided to write about my experienceAlohma (LeeAnne) contacted me shortly after my encounter with the employee. I was very pleased to hear that the behavior of the.employee was not acceptable and that she and the store manager would like to have myself and my girlfriend back as a customer. This in my opinion is stand up hospitality. This email made me feel like I mattered. Thank you LeeAnne and Alohma for caring.

Update... a long time coming. This is what happens when you sell out....yes you Sam. These were great stores...times changed, as do regulations and laws.Your knowledge and helpful employees have all left. Yes, I have checked mutltiple stores in attempt to have a knowledgeable sales man/woman.Why do I have to explain a juice ratio to an employee? But... then again they are gone in a week. Sad, but true.Also, why change the juice names up to 4 times!? Pick one. Everyone is confused.... and even the little bit of what (name changed and so did the juice) 50/50 you HAD wasnt anymore.Unfortunately me and my husband have taken our business elsewhere.You might have made a lot of money. But, you cannot ever buy back respect.I just love Abby! She always helps me with my devices and juice. I wait for her just because she so patient with me. All the staff here has always been very friendly and nice. Kimmie always greets me kindly too. My hubby and I both prefer this location. Its nice, clean, and easy going. Some of the other shops feel like frat houses.If you are looking for a good vape shop thats not a bunch of young adults acting like idiots this place is for you.Keep up the good work guys!!!! Went in to do a trade with a guy from Facebook as Alohma is a safe place to do trades. Ended up meeting Christian. This guy is super knowledgeable with vapes and the current regulations. He made good juice recommendations and was super friendly. I ended up staying for 45min talking to him. Thanks Christian!

Mostly a head shop for glassware and things like that, but some variety of cbd, thc, delta etc products, decent prices, nice & friendly staff.

Great and knowledgeable shop! They showed me how to maintain my device, and didnt try to oversell me on anything. They gave me honest advice and great reccomendations for what I was wanting.

The people here are amazing and i have only been in two vape shops that are better(if Im being honest). I swear i want to go there just to hang out. I cant deiscribe to you how awesome the people, service, product, and enviroment is in words. Even if you just think you might want to try vaping i would recomend that you check it out, they dont act like a store they would rather imform you about the best mod for you and not just sell you everything they can. The minute you walk in patrick greets you like family and even if its busy will ask you to make yourself comfertable (wich isnt hard) and have a look around,and the second they are free they will help you in almost every way they can. If the bellvue location is closer that one is pretty much the same story.

Been visiting this location since I moved. My previous choice was the location off of 120th and Dodge. The staff here are always friendly and informative. If youve got questions, theyve got answers.

Im biased but to me, Alohma is the best place in town for all of your vaping needs. Whether youre just starting it a pro, they know what theyre talking about and have an extensive inventory.

Shopped at this location several times and there always seems to be a problem with finding where they stock the coil for my vape (not an uncommon vape coil) if no one is in the building that knows where they are stocked I am turned away and told there is none in stock which I know there is they just dont know where. Gave the store one last chance this morning on the way to the airport I needed juice got to the store at 9.20 and no one was there supposed to open at 9. Now on my way to a long flight with no juice!
