Everyone that works there is so amazing. They really take care of their customers. It really is a joy to come in every time especially they remember you. They have great products and their juices are wonderful. My favorite is the Prime-Trap Sauce. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice, clean store with friendly staff. They have a very good selection of vape juice and coils, however the staff at this Kure location seemed a bit lacking in the knowledge of their products. Though, it is possible they were fairly new employees with a lack of training.

This place has a great selection and great prices too! The hours that they are open are really convenient as well, a lot of places around here close earlier than they do. And the biggest bonus is Kelsey who works there! I just moved here from California and I am new to Delta 8. She really takes her time to go over the details of the products and provides great advice. You can tell she really enjoys her job! This is the only place I will go to now.

Walked into this store about 9:30 am and told Jessie that I was on a budget and this is what I can afford and she recommended the blueberries and strawberry smoothie juice that was half off. When I got home I tried it and it tasted amazing. Jessie was friendly and respectful. Will definitely keep going to this store.Update: 9/10/2022Brad was super knowledgeable about what I was buying and super friendly. Will definitely be going here for now on.

Very knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to spend time getting you what you need. As most popular shops, try and hit them up during non-peak hours though. I went in and there were a lot of customers. I didnt mind waiting, there are plenty of things to look at and friendly customers to chitchat with. Once its your turn, the staff will give you as much time as needed to inform and sell you what you need.

Went in to get some coils and some juice. Bought the house juice (green apple) its pretty good. Not a whole lot of flavor but still decent. Very friendly staff and very good price. Ill definitely be going back to keep trying their juices.

I visited Plumes for the first time today. The assistant manager took a full 45 minutes out off his day to explain things to me! You do not find customer service like that anywhere anymore. I will definitely be back.

Ive been to most of the alohma stores, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. This store blew me away. I had a very specific problem, one I have been trying to get corrected for months and the knowledge and customer service of the staff at this store worked the problem over and came up with a solution that has solved my problem and they never charge anything extra for their tech support and consultations. Its very easy to see why this chain is number 1.

This is definitely the best vape shop Ive ever been in. Its like they actually give a sht about helping me quit smoking. They were cheering me on and I cant wait to go back and celebrate my first month smoke free! Yay kure family!

I was so confused when I tried to order refills online. I went to Plumes and Leah helped me find accessories that fit my device, help recommend flavors, and sample flavors before I purchased them.The prices are good and they have military discounts. Ill never buy online again

Pricey when it comes to juice, but I found a cheap but good quality vape to hold me over until I could find the coil for my regular one. This shop didnt sell them so I have to go back to the old one for a replacement. Might not need it now though! These guys took care of me! And were a lot of fun. :)

Patrick at the West store CARES so much. He goes so above and beyond it is a breath of fresh air. He is looking for something that cant be bought anywhere. He is great. I am a long time vaper & I went to the same place that wld make every wild excuse for everything that went wrong. Having the right tank & tools is so unique & subjective that they will make sure that you find what you need. I will only buy homemade in America juices so I know what is going into my body. The technology they have is amazing. Needing a little of one juice, to another that can mix what you need! Cant say enough & thank you Patrick! You deserve an award!! You truly are a gem & I hope they see that.

I went in the other day because I wanted to start vaping and stop smoking. Very helpful staff, especially since I am new to the scene. They are very knowledgable and let me try out different models to help me pick out the right one. After that, they let me sample some of the different flavors that they had and helped to find the right nicotine level and showed me everything I needed to know about the device. I kind of feel bad that I was in a little rush at the end of my visit to make it to work on time, but they handled it perfectly.Ever since my visit, I havent felt any cigarette cravings or withdrawals. I will definitely be back.

I walk in the door and I instantly get 3-4 employees smiling and saying Hello! and waving. Its usually the best part of my day, Other vape stores dont even come close to Alohma. Anytime Ive had my tank turned on to tight or a problem I could not fix they know exactly what to do and take care of it for me. When I buy a new product they will put it together for me right in front of me and give a detailed instruction on how to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, 100% costumer satisfaction here!!! :)

Ive stopped going to Alohma in the past few months, but not because I didnt like them. I stepped down on nicotine over many months and just dont find a need to do it anymore.They were friendly people, excited to talk about vaping and vaping accessories. The staff here is absolutely amazing. My wife Michelle and myself decided to quit smoking and switch to vaping on my 36th Birthday. We had no idea what we were doing as this was a first for us in the vape world, Tony alone spent 3 hours with us going over detail after detail and answering question after question as well as going through several different mods, tanks, ect to make sure we both got EXACTLY what we wanted and needed. The other staff members Jenn, Jade, Michael, and Landon also through in little tidbits here and there as well which also helped a ton. We have gone back in a couple times since our original big purchase to buy juices and every time they have made us feel like a family member walking in. We have and will continue to recommend Alohma to everyone, this is the BEST vape shop hands down.

Great shop. Ive been to a few of these as I typically make it a point to stop by local shops when I travel for work.What I liked:Juice. Their sample area is nice with a wide selection of flavors. I didnt count them but it seemed to be at least 70-80, if not more. Once you select what you want, I got the feeling that they mixed it on the spot to order. They have something for everyone.Inventory. A decent selection of devices and hardware. Egos, clearos, some mechanical mods, VV, drip tips. I picked up an octopus rda. Again, something for everyone.Pricing. I typically understand that shopping at a local shop means Im paying a bit more for the products. I usually accept it as Im getting in person service, can usually sample what Im buying, dont pay shipping (especially if purchasing just 1 or 2 items), and am supporting a local business in an American city. At Plumes, I was kind of surprised that their pricing was pretty much matched to what you can get online. Their juice pricing is exceptional, 50ml of juice for around what you can get 30ml elsewhere.Staff. I walked in and was greeted pretty much immediately. I talked to the manager(owner?) and was pointed to the sampling area and started trying out their juices. I was impressed by the staff as I eavesdropped in on a conversation between the staff and a customer who walked in, smelling of smoke, and asking questions about how it worked. He was knowledgeable on the options the customer had questions on. While I know a few websites you can order directly from China from for quite a bit less (on the starter kits anyway), the fit and finish on the direct from China stuff isnt nearly as good as the exports and Ive found that I need to use an adapter to even get my atomizer to fire.Overall, Plumes gets an A++ from me. If you are starting off, you will have probably the most helpful staff you can find. The only thing I find myself wondering is if they could have helped when I first found myself trying to tinker with rebuildable atomizers. As far as I can tell, this business wants your business from the start and wants to maintain it by earning your business by excellent service, selection, and pricing.

Absolutely the best customer service experience Ive had with a vape store. I just moved to Omaha and recently started vaping. I know very little about the process and Jen walked right up with a smile on her face and spent almost a half hour helping me out with a problem that other local vape stores were unable to solve! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for an above and beyond vape shop. Great selection, great prices, and great customer service!

Ever move to a place where you were an outsider? I have now living in a rural community. Ever been to a retailer or food chain where you felt like another number? Growing up in Kansas City Ive been down that road many times but today I visited Alohma in the midtown Omaha location. I was no outsider, not just another number, and as I walked in still a vape newbie I felt very satisfied walking out of the store. Michael was very personable, has great guest service skills. I dont live close enough to visit regularly so Michael explained their shipping procedures so I could order and get my juices sent home without having to wait til I could drive 3 hours. If youre a vaper and in the Omaha area I really recommend stopping and talking to Michael at 4652 Dodge or Eric who I had the pleasure of talking to via phone at 725 N 120th (120th & Dodge) if I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

It wasnt till I visited other Vape stores here in Omaha that I realized just how great of Vape shop Alohma is.They actually LISTEN to what youre looking for instead of literally showing you the newest gadget you didnt even ask about...They actually have organized stock ON HAND..... I just left a vape store where they were out of the RDA I wanted so they tried to sell me the display model that had NO post screws in it and had no original box... When I asked if they could possibly find the box I was told they would give me the clone items box with the clone screws because they couldnt find the original box and hardware kit. PassIve learned my lesson.... Ill be visiting Alohma Vape from here on out.

Dont go to this location. They will not fill your vape bottle all the way. I bought 120 ml bottle and there was enough missing to fill a 30ml bottle.
