The best in Omaha. Ive been a customer since I stumbled across the store almost 10 years ago. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that is never pushy and genuinely wants to help you. The prices are totally reasonable. The location is perfect. The selection of products is big enough, without being overwhelming. The quality of their house brand kratom is easily on par with the most reputable online vendors, and the reason I still buy here after moving from Omaha (They offer shipping!). Seriously, check this place out if youve never been!

Ordered 2 lookah replacement caps and they arrived like LIGHTENING! It literally was on my porch in less than 48 hours from the time I placed the order. Packing was great too. Business is awesome. have ordered about 4-5 times now. latest time i did get the wrong packaged but was for 35mg juice instead of 55mg, package looks exactly the same so honest mistake. was a tad bit hard to get a hold of customer service to fix but once i called and got a hold they shipped out the correct order suuuuper fast. in general their shipping is always incredibly quick. love supporting my local shop but when they are out this is always my go to, definitely a a favorite and highly recommend.

Entered thinking it was a coffee shop(i cant read good), realized its a head shop old stoner term for bodega, bought what i was told is a prerolled fairy wand but pretty sure that was code for orange cream thcA dank nug joint cuz i was jammin mahn. Left with an orange fanta. Overall a great soda shop.

Cool little shop, has all the papers I need and solid selection of glass and vapes. Great management, I had a failed battery that I use for cartridges, and the manager Eric was quickly able to reach out and verify my purchase to allow for an exchange. Cant say enough on how big this is compared to prior experiences with other shops on willingness to take care of the customer.

I started vaping nicotine last October because I started smoking too frequently. I tried a friend’s vape and instantly knew it was the right choice for me. I was recommended the Leavenworth Coughy Inc. I let the staff know that I was an amateur. Even though they were busy, I was given chill, no pressure one-on-one customer service. They helped me select a vape juice that had ‘ice’ in it that mimicked the same effect of a cigarette. Additionally, they helped me find a pen and gave me advice to ensure I didn’t burn the coil, which I would have done without their knowledge. Since then, I’ve been in several times for e-juice, and they’ve welcomed me to go behind the side counter anytime I’d like to select a new flavor. I also use their customer rewards program and earned a free e-juice just tonight. I’ve been to other vape shops, including a local one that had great reviews. However, they were talking about me when I took a long time to select a juice. I didn’t even request help, but the guy seemed annoyed at me. I left. This is NOT the case with Leavenworth Coughy. Please keep up the great job. I’ll never look anywhere else. One suggestion would be to carry SMOK RPM 3 filters. It’d be awesome not to have to go online every month and pay for shipping to an out-of-state vendor. Thanks again!

Been shopping here for a few years now. Mostly go there for CBD products and have always enjoyed them. Prices are good but the real thing that keeps me coming back again and again is the rewards program. I love being rewarded for loyalty. I have saved SO much money just by being a regular customer. I usually use my points on free vape juice or even CBD flower sometimes. Staff is always great, friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue Ive ever had with the store is sometimes they dont have any of the coils I need for my vape device but they make up for it with local delivery service. I have never really paid much attention to the glass for sale there but it all looks like a good range of quality from low to really nice artistic stuff. Plus they have candles, incense, socks, t shirts, mugs, flavored popcorn, snacks, backpacks and some really good CBD drinks. All sorts of stuff! For sure worth your time and money. Stopped in by chance one day and now it’s my go to place. I found that it’s the cheapest place for whip chargers and has quality Kratom.Staff is always friendly and answers whatever questions I have. Clean building with a large selection.Highly recommend to anyone for all their recreational needs!!

Nice and friendly staff, but terrible products and prices. They are trying to sell this R&M brand disposable vape boxs for over $30. Thing lasted me not even two days. Total rip off and trash brand. They carry bad vape selection and overpriced. Never going back.

As a local kratom reviewer, I had heard about this place while researching local sources to review on Herbal Headventures. I didnt actually go there until I made a delivery for their staff. It was well times as I needed kratom, and Ive been returning fairly regularly to try their strains ever since.The price per ounce of kratom is definitely one of the best if not the best in town. The fact that the product is solid was almost a surprise considering the price point. The product is smoothly ground and easy to enjoy. I enjoy having new plant strains and preps to try, so Im glad I went in! Im still a little too shy to make daily stops though lolSince they are in the neighborhood, I have dropped hints that Id be happy to help staff and give people breaks.. the staff never changes, which is fine because they are nice, but I do wish I could help out!Ive been wanting get settled into a regular kratom place for a while... I thought I found it before, but the old place just doesnt match up in price. I prefer going elsewhere for CBD simply because the high potency caramels I like are only in one shop... But its definitely hard to justify going anywhere else for your kratom needs here in Omaha.

If you are a kratom or CBD user in the Omaha are and you are buying from other shops, you are paying two and three times more than what Leavenworth Coughy has to offer without sacrificing an ounce of quality or variety. The store is new and clean and the staff is amazing. Ive done my research and have been to every shop in the Omaha area. If you are going anywhere else, you are wasting a lot of money for no reason.

First time here the other day, mostly stopped because of the good reviews. Not sure if the guy that helped me was new but he was not knowledge or that polite. I was glad I knew what I was looking for, because he wasnt much help and also called strains flavors and coming from a recreational state it was a bit disheartening.

Have spent 250 dollars in the last month there on new vaping gear. Last night I went in to get the usual juice and could not remember what the name was but told them the guy had set me up with one that was sweet and had a tobacco flavor.. they just kept pushing the new tobacco product saying it came in that day and when I pointed out the one I though it was they said no you want this tobacco one and got it out of the case. Turns out the one I thought it was was right one and the one they got out of the case was not just more expensive but also taste awful. Questioning going back now and I really liked this place :/

Went in for CBD needs. Staff was helpful without making you feel dumb if youre not as knowledgeable. Mike M responded to some of my questions outside of his work hours to help me find what I need. Plan on going back, would highly recommend.

I was in town from San Diego ca.. Went to multiple head shops trying to find a new piece... This shop had it all and the best prices compared to everywhere else around... The dudes inside were super chill and the guy Mike was super helpful.. I would suggest this place to anyone that wants a good deal.

Do yourself a favor skip the garbage and go to a store that values its employees and doesnt bs. Almost half this stores inventory is either a chinese knockoff or bought from another headshop around the corner. I purchased a dab tool, It instantly melted in a torch. I bought a torch that literally broke the first time lit. Most stores would stand behind their product and have some sort of pride in what they do. This store does not. I suggest simply avoid this place and go to the larger superior store this place sources allot of product from. That would be just a few blocks away off 41st and dodge its basically across from subway on 41st.. Seriously its where every oil burner and allot of the other products come from.

Thought the name was catchy so I just stopped in to grab some papers. I ended up walking out with a new vape pen, nail, and rig. Quality selection and a knowledgable staff. Check it out if you like to smoke and want quality glass.
