Amazing shop. Above and beyond staff. Always willing to help. Had a day where I had to return an item and was given amazing service by the staff even when they had to see me 50 times in one hour. Always telling people to check out this shop due to prices and the friendly workers.

The owner Zack is great guy. He takes care of my girlfriend and I. Knows about the product and great conversation with him. He works hard. He is usually in there working. You should go see him!

Just went in for the first time. I would give this place above 5 stars if I could. I have never felt more welcomed in a business as a first timer than I did here. Beyond that the selection and prices are second to none.The guy there, who I presume is the manager Zack, welcomed me and called me boss right off the bat, asked me what he could do, and I told him what I was there for and let me be. I cant tell you how much I appreciate when someone can tell when you just want to browse on your own and he let me do that. As soon as I looked over to ask him a question he was already attentive and waiting for me.He also made sure I felt at home saying the place is mine and look and ask as much as I want.Not to mention the prices are on par, if not cheaper than other places. They have rewards. Products Ive never seen. And so much more.Not to mention they were burning incense and it just smelled so wonderful and made the place seem that much more chill.If I stayed any longer than I did I probably would have spent 3x as much as I intended from how much I wanted.Definitely going back.

As a female, & being so anxious I have a super hard time finding a vape shop that I truly feel calm at, that being said… Zack truly goes above & beyond to make you feel so very comfortable. Not only that, the shop itself is always clean & tidy, almost always in stock of basically any smoke shop item you could want, & if he doesn’t have it he will do all he can to get it for you! Having the punch card system is awesome. This shop in particular has some of the best, well rounded prices. Zack & his employees have always answered my many questions without making me feel like a bother. Just overall the best vape shop in town, prices, employees, atmosphere, & products!

Love this shop I use to go to the one in 72nd but the new guy there is rude and doesn’t know anything about their products and I was the very first customer at that shop. Now I come to the Midwest on 120th Blondo I get great service and products there’s way more to buy here I like working with Zak and Ace ! Come to this location they’ll get you right.

This smoke shop is better then dodge street, we had a punch card from this smoke shop and when going to dodge they threw it away and handed me theirs. Very disrespectful at the dodge location. I only to this day come to the 120th st Midwest. They’re more welcoming and have way better prices. I will never go to dodge st again for any of my product.

Very nice and easy going, for my first time going in as soon as i walked in i was welcomed like they already knew me. they let me do my thing and look at the products without hassling me to buy something unlike other smoke shops in the omaha area. and i can’t forget how cheap their prices are. if you’re in the area and are looking for a vape or a smoking accessory i recommend this place. i absolutely do not leave google reviews anywhere but i feel like since they took care of me so well this is the least i can do.

This is the best smoke shop in Omaha it’s worth the drive if your in Council Bluffs. Best customer service ever I’ve seen in any vape or smoke shop! They have the best selection of disposables, Juice, Salt mic, and glass.
