Very friendly customer service lots of options to choose from. Very good prices on glass pieces. They have all your essentials needs. I would recommend coming here if you want the best bang for your buck.

Great selection, great prices and the service I received was second to none. I’m always on the look out for a smoke shop I can call my own, Glass Roots is it. It’s a one stop shop. I usually grab papers and tips every couple weeks but on 4/20 there was a sale going on so I picked up a new rig. Hardest part was picking one out because there are so many quaintly pieces to choose from. I wanted to get a nice one I would still be into in a couple months ya’ know. Gotta find the one that jumps out at you, kinda like a “it chooses you” type of thing. Well after about 15 minutes of looking around methodically…I found it! They wrapped it up really carefully, covering every component in bubble wrap, the downstream, bowl and whole piece itself were all individually wrapped and made ready for transport. I had a Great experience on 4/20. I came to grab some raw papers and left with some papers, a heavy hitting clean piece , and a Wonka bar ; )Thanks Guy’s, you’re awesome!!!

One of the managers there Amanda is the nicest always goes above and beyond to help the whole staff here is more than great friendly attentive and full of knowledge its refreshing to see a team that really takes pride in what they do. They always treat everyone equally with respect. A special thanks to Brian that helped me out with a special glass piece thats not easy to come by again went above and beyond. Thanks guys.

It says it was open at 11 oclock. I just left there. Its 1128 and there was sign on the door saying. Be there in 10 minutes. So I never got inside if it says open at 11 oclock. My expectations are. Im not sitting in the parking lot for 21 minutes. And then I have to leave so to me. Its a bad business if youre gonna open at 11 and open at 11.

I love it here, Gilbert made my visit extremely great and was very informative. He also informed me about his riverside store which had a larger variety of accessories. There is way to much to choose from, however I will be going to Riverside too.

OPEN TIL 10PM This shop has a lot of different glass products as well as vape cannabis and tobacco products. Cat was extremely helpful and friendly. Keep up the fantastic service! 💚 This place has the most extensive selection of vaping and cannabis products that I have seen.🤍

This is by far, my favorite smoke shop that I have ever visited! The aesthetics of the place are impressive and theres always a good vibe there. The customer service is fantastic and the crew are always happy to help me with any questions or concerns that I have. All their prices are great and they always have what I need for a great price! Quincy helped me out and picked out two vapes that he uses. I tested them out after I used them and they both were phenomenal. He was chill and asked me about my day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when coming into a smoke shop

Usually they’re pretty reliable but once every week at least .. they proved to be fallible here it is 816 and I literally stood outside because they had to be back sign at 8:10 even though it says 240 in real life … which ultimately aggravating me because like they have all my go to my honey, backwoods, my special cigarettes, etc. ugh

Wow after going to 3 other piped stores around the area I couldnt believe I finally found a golden egg. Gigi was great help and helped me with my purchase and they will always get my business

This is the BEST smoke shop I’ve been to by far! The customer service was GREAT Gilbert was very patient with me and took the time to show me the different varieties of smoking utensils and was very knowledgeable about the different products they had so we were able to find the perfect one for me I will definitely be back and looking forward to getting his opinion on future purchases!

Saw it on the way home and stopped by the other day for the first time and my experience was amazing. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to get but with a given description of kinda what I was looking for; Gilbert was able to help me with the knowledge he has and I got just what I was looking for. After having quite a few bad experiences from a smoke shop across the street I decided to give Glass Roots a try and from day one meeting Brian and the amount of help and the quality of customer service I received has won me over to where I travel from another city in which I live just to shop here. Brian truly makes the difference! The store itself is bright and a joy to be in. Like candy stores from back in the day!

Very nice looking place. The guy behind the counter tried his best but really didnt know much about what he was selling. He told me they didnt carry something and I ended up finding it on display as I was leaving.Lots of product but not much that I ended up wanting to buy. Would rather go across the street.

The shop is extremely clean and beautiful only to be matched by the incredible staff that work here. The shop is well lit and has a large showroom so no need to squeeze by other patrons. The staff is well knowledged about all thier goods and meet you with a smile. Theyre also so nice and willing to go the extra mile.

I just want to share my evening looking for a bong the would fit my piece in it that already had stuff melt in and didn’t want to reheated and melt it back into another piece that was made for the bong with an arch. Long story short, I’m just tweeking and want to make something simple more difficult than it was and Geo, number one employee there in my eyes was patient enough to help me to the best of his ability to make something obviously nonsense, seem respectfuly normal. Went here today to try and view their “huge” selection, however, even I don’t have THAT much patience.There was a sign on the door that read “Be back in 5 minutes” and door was locked. I waited 30 minutes total, getting out of my car 3x to check door. Finally I gave up and went to the Smoke Shop across the street.When I came out of that store, I saw 2 other poor people standing outside the door (they must’ve believed the sign also).

This location is a ripoff they will charge you more because the people they have working in there are working off of sales as well not only hourly. Youll notice most of the items dont have price tags and they even charge 110% more when it comes to buying single cartridges for vape pens.

The service was great. I think the prices are reasonable. I like their CBD selection. Ill go back there again when Ill need to re-stock on tobacco and CBD.
