The counter guy was great. Took care of what my wife was looking for in a matter of seconds. And the product was so good I talked my wife into getting 3 more just to have back home in Florida. Hopefully, we can contact the manager soon and see if we can get that shipped to us in the future.

When i lived/worked at the yard in fontucky i came here and now come from south end of ONT (#ontarioranchsucks) and always come here when i on this side of town. good staff. people before profit

Very rude owner. I had asked a question to the cashier about why they make you purchase a flum pebble online and then they will give it to you in hand instead of just swiping my card. Cashier goes to the back and gets owner. Owner says with all do respect you can go to your local smoke shop. Very rude will not give this lady my money

Rude worker. Asked him which vape flavors were good, he suggested 3 of the worst flavors I’ve ever tried, then wouldn’t exchange them. Quite the rip off

Very clean, well stocked boutique type feel, not stuffy or dusty like some smoke shops may have the feeling even before stepping in. Love the location and storefront parking. (I recommend parking butt$ in), if you have the time browse a little and you may want to grab something a little more unexpected than the intentional grab and go. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, which is always the best for smoke shops, without the pressure to buy and leave confused about what you just purchased. They care about their business and the quality in which they consider to conduct it with the friend like feeling. Happy smoking peeps. (No the music is not intolerable, if it a bit high on the volume spectrum see who jamming their heart out before you jump to the wrong senses of the place.)

It’s probably a great place for glassware and things like that, but the Kratom selection is minimal. I spent $135 for a 1000 count of Bumble Bee “premium”, and there’s nothing premium about it. If you pinch the capsule you can tell how little powder is in each; the capsule also cracks, indicating that it’s probably been on the shelf a long time.It’s a pretty clean place and the attendant was friendly otherwise.

Probably would be better to call this place a glass smoke shop.Alot of overpriced items.Not much of a selection when it comes to overpriced wraps.

Why do I choose to drive 20 minutes to this smoke shop instead of just going to the one down the block? Cause the one down the block isnt the best smoke shop around! This place has a HUGE selection of glass, from bongs to bubblers and everything in between. Nector collectors (both glass AND silicon), grinders, torches, dabbing tools, WIDE variety of papers and wraps, great vaping options, not to mention a stellar selection of CBD products! They pretty much have anything you could want. But, none of this would matter if the staff wasnt so amazing. Louie is such a chill, down to earth guy. Always helpful and courteous and willing to walk you through any product they have. This is what every smoke shop should strive to be!

This place is awesome. Everyone is so knowledgeable and the prices and selection are good. This is my go to stop. Your in and out and happy.

Great place for kratom! And the customer service is excellent. Staff are friendly. My car died and Chris came out and helped me jump it. I recommend this place to anyone.

Super laid back owners and good prices on glass which is hard to find in the inland empire. They have nearly everything. Give them a call before hand and theyll gladly let you know whats in stock. This isnt some hole in the wall smoke shop you usually see and the prices are set for the working man, so you should definitely stop by!

Great customer service.

As I walked in I was greeted by Louie who was super nice and polite. Was only going in to buy some accessories but ended up buying a new rig and banger. They got a lot of dope things going on, I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for extra goodies Louie, I really appreciate the customer service and love 🤘🤘

The customer service is amazing here! It was a super fun experience looking for smoke toys and goodies. I would for sure recommend this place to anybody but esp ladies. They have a bunch of cute girly stuff!

Best vape shop weve found, in the country. Large selection, knowledgeable staff, quick and easy. One stop shop. Theres enough space to bobtail or park a tractor trailer on the side of the building.

Nice and clean head shop with pretty much all you think of when it comes to smoking tobacco or other substances. They have a great selection of rolling papers and cigars and wraps. They have plastic and glass water pipes and rigs as well. Prices for some products are a little high in my opinion. Overall good smoke shop.

Both places were great. People there were very helpful and friendly. Good variety of different vape flavors. Loved that the cbd shop had a wide variety in cbd. I highly recommend both places.

This might be the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. They have an amazing selectionOf the highest quality products.And the girl who works there was absolutely gorgeous.

Used to go regularly. They wouldn’t exchange the bad leaf they gave me and claimed it was a “New order”. If that was a new order then I don’t believe I’ll be trusting this shop any longer.

Pretty Good shop first time buying Wild Hemp Cigarettes & CBD they through in the Raw Box Mini Matches. He Answered all my questions.

Run in here by accident, did not purchase anything but asked for directions, and this very kind lady told us where to go, thank you, will come back for some vape.

Stopped by 2x to try to make a purchase but they were closed every time I stopped by, even tho they claimed to be open. Super inconsistent, must not like money.
