Luxury smoke shop

I have literally came here 3 times today to try to get a pen and was turned away everytime as Kaylor decided that she doesn’t want to come to work and they can’t sell pens without 2 workers. Was told by the other lady “oh she’ll be in at X time.” So I came back, just to find out that she’s not there and they won’t sell me what I needed. Don’t come here. Awful customer service and their employees don’t show up for their shifts.

Great shop only bad thing I have to say is I came here today and says they are open lights are on and open sigh is in and no one is there and door locked. Other then that great.

Fairly certain the worker and owner are the same guy.. so when the the owner is rude and doesnt feel like dealing with people he just blames the worker. Shameful. I can also confirm calling restrictions but only after yesterday when I was calling to get in touch after his worker screwed up and couldnt tell the diff between 45° and 90° or so he explained.

Love this place! It’s my new go to spot! The owner is the absolute best and is always so helpful! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Got a brand new rig that was visually stunning only to find out that it was defective and this place doesn’t do returns……………. I will be back in Rochester New York on Monday. I will bring the piece and exchange it. Thank you.

Gone there 3 times in the last week and each time they opened late or closed early

I cant give more than one star because I have now tried to stop by over 5 times and every single time it says open but the doors are locked I call the phone number the cell phone and no one ever answers.

My first visit was great ! The place is first class. I was told to come back again anytime 9am-9pm. I returned as promised at 8:50 pm another day , The open sign was lit up someone was at the desk and when they knew I was coming rather than being professional and saying they were closed 10 minutes soon they went in the back room. Doors were locked and I was disappointed I wasted a trip , time , and fuel to be denied like a criminal.Thank you again ! First class 👌🏻

Didnt know exactly what I wanted and the worker was as patient and helpful as can be. Also the rewards system is a cool feature that helps get discounts for being a loyal customer. My new favorite shop!!

One of the best shops Ive been to!!! The variety of product and all legit I love the customer service always a great time in the shop!! If you need a good laugh go down to the shop I promise youll walk out with a smile!!

I’m here almost everyday sometimes a couple times per day actually, the owner is very friendly always happy to answer all my questions his prices on vapes and everything it’s the lowest around but everything is great quality! If you haven’t yet you should stop In For yourself, bet you’ll leave with something u didn’t know u wanted
