She came across very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to about what they offer. She is the kind of person I like to deal w/ when I enter a store. Educated on product/service and approachable! Hands down a wonderful experience and Ill be returning!

If you want to actually make money- your workers need to stay working. I came around 10:30 today when the worker was leaving and watched me pull up and proceed to leave and put a sign saying she’d be back in 30 mins so I waited the 30 mins for them to come back and still nobody there. This so unprofessional and I will never bring my business to this place ever again. There’s absolutely no reason for a worker to leave that early when she sees a customer trying to come in and shop… so disappointed and that worker should be talked to about when it’s right to leave and when it’s not… a sign doesn’t make a sale it loses a sale…not to mention the multiple other customers who came while she was gone

I have been coming to this location for almost a year now, and I can say this place is absolutely amazing. Alyssa, Kenny and Lakaydia are so kind and smart and most importantly knowledgeable in what theyre doing and they have taken great care of me!Thank you guys so much for what you do! I go to the natural life orange park location pretty often and they are always very kind and helping when ever i come in. They always go out of their way to provide the best service possible and the deals provided are some of the best you can find. The quality of their kratom and delta 8/9 products are great, the store is awesome.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything that I was recommended has been fantastic. I was in a car accident a few years ago and suffer from back pain as a result. The products here have made it more manageable, and I highly recommend them! Ive even told my mom who also deals with chronic pain about this place, and shes very excited to try the products.

First of all, this is hands down the best place to buy kratom in Jacksonville. It’s high quality, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Dakota, the store manager, is awesome. Really really great store Im glad I moved to Jacksonville!

Nehemiah was great help and more knowledgeable about kratom and kava than other shops I’ve been to. I wasn’t too pleased with my first purchase he recomended (not his fault), so when I went back to try a different product, he hooked me up for the inconvenience, which was unexpected and appreciated.

Nehemiah is extremely knowledgeable about the products that he offers. The shop was kept very clean and inviting. Overall a nice, clean, and friendly environment. I purchased some great goodies as well. I will be back.
