Massage Envy

I got the worst massage I have ever gotten in my life at this location. I never thought I could get hurt during a massage, but I was wrong. Three weeks ago, I went in for my regular massage. I had been going to Roy for my massages for over a year. He asked me if I wanted the same thing, and I said yes. He did not do the same thing. He literally put his elbow on my spine and pushed down very hard. I flinched, and he pushed down harder, then released. The injury really set in the next day, when I had trouble getting out of bed. I’ve been in severe pain the last three weeks. I took a trip to the ER, spent six hours there, and spent another five hours at urgent care, and they couldn’t do much for me but tell me to take something for pain and prescribe muscle relaxers. Besides being in pain and discomfort, I’m upset that I haven’t been able to do my regular exercise routine. I tried to call the corporation, but they wouldn’t return my calls. The manager at the location offered to refund my session fee, which is the least of my worries. I care about the fact I got hurt, and it’s affecting my daily activities. I canceled my membership and all my future appointments. I’m done with this company. I see why this company gets an F with the Better Business Bureau. I’ll never let a male massage therapist massage me again. My doctors and chiropractor are telling me it may take 4–8 weeks to heal. I’m hoping it will be in that amount of time. This is a good portion of my year that has been taken away from me. Im sharing my experience so that hopefully this doesnt happen to someone else.

Melody has been doing my prenatal massages my entire pregnancy and she is PHENOMENAL! She customizes everything based on how my body is feeling- foot/leg swelling, back soreness, neck pain, etc. I leave every appointment feeling sooo amazing!!She is beyond talented and also gives the right amount of pressure (some massages I have gotten are so pointless- I feel like I’m being tickled and not given an actual massage).Melody’s hands are magic! And to top it off, she is so incredibly sweet and friendly! Thank you Melody for always taking care of me! Cant wait to be back soon enough!

Russell was fantastic. The pressure was great and he loosened up some deep knots without painful digging. I highly recommend a visit!

Ruby did an amazing job, I think I’ve found my new regular massage therapist. I started working out again and overdid it. Ruby effectively targeted the troublesome spots that have always plagued me, glutes and IT bands. She’s an excellent massage therapist.

I booked an appt with Cy. I met him before at another location and he was really good at addressing the neck and shoulder muscles. It really helped my range of motion. He has a perfect balance of stretch and massage so I can walk away with better movement.

Larissa gives one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life! Her pressure is firm to deep and she takes time to work out every little knot. She finds knots I didn’t even realize I had and massages those out too! I’m so grateful that she does her best to bring me the relief I need! Thanks Larissa!

Alexandra ensured my massage was everything it needed to be. She very intuitively found my tightest muscles and knots and worked through them, always checking in to make sure it was the right pressure for me. I was very pleased.

Massage Envy at Orange Hills provides not only great customer service, but the massage therapists and aesthetician are very skilled and competent. I have been going Karin for my Facials and love the end results. My skin looks better and stay that way until my next visit. I highly recommend the Orange Hills location. Try Karin for a wonderful fa ial. Shell recommend the right treatment for your skin at your appointment. You are sure to love the results.

My session was too short. Went by too fast. Cy worked on the legs and behind the head where Ive been having spasms. Helped relief tension. If your looking for a good therapist I recommend Cy

Ezzie was great! I had a full body massage with lavender aroma oil! She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was feeling well the entire massage! Will definitely be back for Ezzie

I needed to change my appointment so they told me I would lose my introductory rate. My massage would cost $50. More because of a $40 fee for cancellation. So if I kept appointment same day I didn’t lose it. They push for the longer time. A good deal of time at beginning and end of massage was spent on my scalp too much time. The massage was fine but felt incomplete. She said next time get the 90 minute. This place is way over priced even for the reduced introductory rate

Melody is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She is so knowledgeable about the body, always adapting to what I need for the day, working with my arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have recommended her to friends

Ezzie is the absolute best massage therapist Ive ever had. She can maintain firm consistent pressure and intuitively knows what areas need the most work. Always ask for Ezzie.

Cyerra always does an amazing job. The last couple of times she made me so relaxed I fell asleep haha. The clinic also always looks clean, and everyone at the front desk is always helpful

I bought a 90 minute massage but the therapist only did about 75 minutes. I also added on a foot treat but but the therapist forgot to do it. The massage was just ok, she did more pressing down on top of my sheet rather than actual massage.

Ive been going massage envy for more than 15 years. The Orange Hills location is the best in the franchise. I drive from Corona to see their therapists. Mauricio and Ezzy are phenomenal.

I had to cancel my year long massage appointment with orange hill because the receptionists who were there on the night of 4/26 told me they’ll call to remind me about my appointment if they have time. If I’m paying for my service and you don’t have time to pick up the phone and remind me of my appointment then I am not a valued client.The Main Street parlor will al always call if they don’t see you after 5 minutes and I can’t go to Main Street either because both of my favorite masseurs were moved to orange hill.I may have to find somewhere else to go to with my husband every two weeks.

Summer is very good at what she does and her outgoing personality makes the experience so much better! I always enjoy my visits with he4!

Jessica asked if I wanted a head massage. I said no. She proceeded to do so anyways. I asked her to concentrate on my neck/shoulder because I couldn’t turn my head, she didn’t even touch that area. I reminded her during the massage to work on my neck muscle. She didn’t. I was disappointed and left without feeling any better.

Summer was awesome! The massage was excellent however, beyond that, Summer did a great job explaining to me where she felt I was most tight/tense, recommended how I can focus on stretching and self care at home. When the massage was done, Summer told me what she recommends I focus on the next time I get a massage. I will absolutely be going back to Summer!

Cy is hands down the best therapist I have ever had any where. He asks the right questions, is true to his word, and is an amazing therapist.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years now and I’ve really enjoyed all of the therapist I have seen. Ruby has been my go to, and now that I require prenatal massages, I have been seeing Melody. Melody has changed the game from my prenatal well-being! The front desk rotates through associates and most have been rough around the edges, I havent enjoyed my time checking in / out with them. Although there is one gal who I believe has been there about a year or so, she is so kind and professional! She recognizes me as I walk in and automatically checks me in. She’s so soft-spoken, and always has a warm and welcome demeanor. Exactly what a massage front desk should emulate. Overall, I have recommended many friends and colleagues to this location.

Larissa is the finest MT Ive found and as an experienced connoisseur with over 300 massages in my lifetime - no one is better if you like deep, legs, back, shoulders, and an amazing ability to make the neck relaxed - shes a primo provider!

Alexandra did a great job loosening up the tight muscles in my neck that cause headaches.

My massage with Ruby was so amazing! Highly recommend her. After she asked me what areas I wanted to focus on, I remembered that my mid back and the muscles near my spine were sore, so I made a mental note to mention it to her as I got on the table. She was so incredibly intuitive and could feel what my body needed that she honed in on that area right away and it was a fantastic massage.

I totally enjoyed my massage from Daniel. He focused on my problems areas and had me feeling so relaxed! I will be coming back as much as I could. Thank you

I had a massage With Cy (Cyril).He always does an amazing, amazing job as well as a pleasant person to be around. I highly recommend him and he is my professional person of choice.

My 60 minute at 1:45 ended at 2:36. The massage was average.

Tanner is a wonderful massage therapist. He has a gentle and relaxing approach, but he can use firm pressure very effectively, if that’s what you would like. I’ve caught myself falling asleep because his technique is so relaxing. The pain in my legs has subsided, and I plan to book another session with him soon.

The highlight of my week is an hour spent with Karin and Danielle. Both Karin and Danielle are great but I see Karin more often as our schedules workout that way. Karin answers all my questions and suggests the best regimen to improve my skin without pressure. She has changed my life. Everyone at Massage Envy of Orange is always friendly and understanding (I’m always rescheduling and the girls are always so helpful and patient). Love this place!

Melody was wonderful. She asked specific questions to make sure my problem areas were met, the pressure she used on my back was wonderful and she was very kind! I’m so blessed to have left so relaxed!

Esmeralda is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered.

We paid for an hour fullbody massage, I came out 10 mins early. I asked the front deck why? And the answer was that there was a 5-10 mins consultation before massage, and the massage usually ends up 5-10 mins early. (Then it should called 50 mins massage!)We were being told to go there early to fill out some forms (the consultation), so this is not considered as the 60 mins massage. It was different compared to what I was being told after.I was very surprised to see my husband was finished, when I came out. So he was out even earlier than me. I asked him why did you end earlier than me. The front desk answered for my husband that he started 15 mins early. We did set up a different time, but we stared the massage at the same time. Maybe they think we have a bad short memory, also my husband unable to answer my question?After this short conversation, I feel treated like we are stupid and can be fooled. Because one girl immediately asked if we want to book another session.We are not going back for sure, and don’t recommend it at all.

The therapist that I have been working with is wonderful. She has really helped me with some things that have been painful for some time now. This has given me great hope that they can be resolved. I see Tanner monthly and he is so incredibly nice and gentle. I appreciate how each time he checks in about how I’m doing personally and physically. He makes quick adjustments on the spot and is extremely open to feedback. When I travel abroad I get massages and no one competes with Tanner, I always look forward to coming back to my home massager. He books fast (because he’s so good) so plan ahead!

Ezzie is AMAZING! I’ve been going to her for a year and she never fails to do her magic! She gives great deep tissue massages and adjusts pressure as needed for more tender areas. Added bonus, Calypso her seeing eye dog, is such a joy to see. I look forward to seeing her every time!

I felt like the massage therapist did not have a good understanding of human anatomy and did not use basic human anatomy to do the massage. At one point she spent a long time massaging the tendons where my hamstrings attach to my knee. I’m not sure why. At no point did she actually massage the small muscles that make up the shoulders. Lat massage was not in the actual directions of the lats. Etc. Hand massage focused more on fingers than on palms. It was like getting a massage from your high school boyfriend. Fine I guess. But disappointing when you’ve paid over $100 and assume the person went to school.

The massage therapist was great however the front desk was not. I stated my daughters age of 15 when I made the appointment and specifically asked if I needed to be in the room. They told me “no, just complete authorization paperwork ahead of time.”We arrive 20 min before the appointment, I had made plans to meet with someone for dinner during her appointment but then at 6:02 pm I learned that I needed to be in the room the entire time. So this was extremely inconvenient for myself and my guest and my entire evening was blown up. 100% the front desk fault. And they were rude and not even apologize or own their mistake. I understand the therapist was following the law, not at all her fault. Educate your front desk.

10/10 experience with Tram for my massage today. I’ve been around the world and experienced massages from Asia to Mexico and she far surpassed my expectations. I’d highly recommend and plan on getting a massage monthly with her. Thanks Tram!

After giving them my updated credit card info they continued to bill that old account. After several phone calls and being promised by Melanie the manager she would fix it, its still not done. They do not respond to emails and Melanie does not call back. Horrible service. I would go elsewhere.

Lovely place. Excellent service. I prefer a deep muscle Massage to loosen up all over. I want to feel the knots being broken up and relaxing. Schedule one at the end of the night and then have a great nights sleep. You will feel sore the next day, yet a good stretch will help keep the muscles from tightening back up.
