My massage was glorious! The therapist knew all of the spots. I didnt want to miss a thing! It was indeed a pleasure to leave all of the stress on the table. Thank you Massage Envy. Hubby was not as pleased. He needed the support of the leg pillow but was never offered it.

I have been a member for many years. It was hard finding someone who is consistent. Kelly is fantastic! She is so friendly and great at deep tissue massages.I leave feeling relieved & relaxed. I appreciate her thoroughness and this is why I have been coming to see her almost each week. She deserves some recognition. Thank you!

Had an enjoyable relaxing massage at Massage Envy Orange yesterday! Everyone at this location is always so friendly and attentive. Veronica my masseuse was wonderful. Also my daughter had a facial and Rosa was the absolute best! She explained everything and checked to ensure my daughter was comfortable along the way. I highly recommend this location 😊

So far Im mostly happy. Trish was absolutely great but I have had another service provider here who wasnt. Definitely worth speaking up and explaining what you need from the massage.

Ha did an amazing job with my massage. She listens and made adjustments due to my pain level and comfort. It was my first here and I ended up getting a membership because I plan to come back every month. The service is awesome under the membership (monthly massage or facial) and great price.

I really enjoyed my massage with Cristina. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. However the only reason for not giving 5 stars was the customer service at the front desk. I just kinda felt like the girl who checked me in and out was bothered to be there.

Mildred is amazing and always takes her time to understand my pain points and focus on these areas to provide the most relief with my chronic neck and shoulder pain. She gets my stubborn knots out every single time and explains to me how I can prevent these knots from building up tension over time. I go to her only once a month religiously because she’s that good!! If you’re looking for someone as patient, kind, and with strong hands (good medium to firm pressure) than I highly recommend seeing Mildred next time!

Rosa is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always come out from the different types of facials I get feeling my skin has been taken care of and my skin glowing! So happy with every session I’ve had ❤️💯

Miranda was Amazing. I live in Colorado and was out in California on vacation and I’m a member of massage envy so I decided to find a location that was 6mins away from my hotel and it was the best. My massage was at 9pm so you would think that by being so late that it wouldn’t be as much or better then an earlier rule and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely refer Miranda she was Amazing definitely 10 stars because 5 isn’t enough for her. I will definitely be back visiting this location and of course I’m asking for Miranda. This was my second time in this place, the lady told me her name was Kelly, my only recomendation for you, is make sure about the time I was there on time, supposedly for an hour and when we start the lady told me twice massage for 50 min I asked her for how long, and she responded again 50 min, I dont know why she rested 10 min. Besides that the massage was very good, she tried my painful areas gentle, Hopefully next time is the full hour, If you want to go, ask for her for a good experience. They have individual rooms.The place is clean and neat, no voices, just relaxing music, a good relaxation guarantee. I highly recommend this place 👌

Got a massage from Ashley and she was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable and she worked on my knots and released some tension I’ve been dealing with. I booked another appointment with her before leaving!

After sitting half an hour in the waiting room, I returned to the front desk to ask about the delay. They said that the masseuse must have gotten confused, but didn’t really elaborate. She then guided me to the room, having me take the lead, and after a series of directions asked me to open a door which already had a massage in progress. The massage itself was mediocre, but a massage nonetheless. Unprofessional actions overall from Massage Envy- do not recommend.

Rosa did a great job. She explained what each product was for and recommended products to help me maintain my skin health. I left with my skin feeling hydrated and healthy! I also loved the massage while products were absorbing. Really relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been a Massage Envy client for years, dating back to at least 2012. The services have always been ok. I’ve never really been that big on getting massages, but it was a nice self care bonus from time to time . HOWEVER, my experience changed last week when I saw Kelly. Kelly gave me THE BEST, 5 star massage/stretch/relaxation session of my life! I have NEVER felt so relaxed and euphoric , yes, euphoric! This was the only time i had fell asleep during a massage, even my body fell asleep - i didn’t want to leave! Now THIS is the kind of massage I’ve been missing. Had i known massages like this existed, I’d be here weekly! I’m scheduling another session with her ASAP because i can’t stop thinking about that experience . Whatever you are doing Kelly, keep on doing it girl! Your technique is one of a kind! Thank you!

Kimberly was great! She asked me how I was doing, and I told her, everything was the same as last time, but I had to go somewhere after the massage so I brought a cap for my hair so the lotion didn’t get in. She said she would rinse her hands before she touched my hair. Great massage, and my hair still looked good!

Rosa was great! She explained every product and I even went home with some. She explained how I was performing the basics and that I should start incorporating other products to get the best results!

Wen was nice but not a good masseuse. That was the worst massage Ive had. I told her to focus on my back, chest, arms and hips. She only got to my back and hips before the hour was up. I told her my right upper back was very tight, but she didnt get any of the knots. Extremely unsatisfied.

I really don’t understand how this place has received such a high rating. I booked a 90-minute session but arrived 7 minutes late. The masseuse, Alexandria, informed me that she could only offer 70 minutes. I was confused; why was my session cut short by 20 minutes when I was only 7 minutes late? The massage started off okay, but she spent 30 minutes on the same spot on my neck, forcing me to ask her to move to a different area. After 50 minutes, she kept pressing the audio reminder every 2 minutes, ending the session right on the dot. I found this extremely annoying and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Throughout the massage, all she did was try to convince me to join a membership. I was charged $158 for a 70-minute massage and still had to pay a 15% tip. I complained to the front desk but received no apology. I left feeling ripped off.

Mildred was amazing with my body massage, felt so relaxed went straight home to take a nap.

I called in the day before my appointment. I requested for a post-surgery lymphatic drainage. Came in on the day of service 15 mins earlier, filled out some forms (they use digital forms on ipad) found out that my name was written wrong. Okay, nbd.Walked in to the massage room, was greeted by Kelly (or so I was told), my masseuse looked confused when I called her by that. She asked what I wanted to do that day. I explained that I needed a soft massage for lymphatic drainage, and she looked at me funny again. Told me to undress. When she began her message, it was more of a DEEP tissue massage. And when I requested to have a softer massage, she said that I have a “BABY BODY”.After the session end, I went home. And I started to have headaches, vomiting endlessly, and everything hurts. My body was hurt to touch worst than before I came in.This goes without saying, I will not come back nor will I recommend anyone to come to this establishment.

Veronica’s massages are wonderful and yesterday’s was amazing. She is always caring and patient with any areas that may need extra care. I highly recommend her.

Prices have gone up dramatically, my 45 minute massage was only 30 minutes,I was asked to fill out a questionnaire as to what areas need work on my body. I’m sure no one read it because they did not work on my neck and back as requested. Also most of the massage was done with a sheet between me and the masseuse.Also quite a language barrier. I am afraid that Covid has taken its toll on what used to be a pretty good massage parlor.

After couple years not visiting a massage envy, we had high hopes. Took my mother in for a massage for her birthday and it was very disappointing. She remembered this place was good from couple years ago, but today it definitely could have gone better.Moms therapist was very light and did a full body only when she asked for shoulders and mainly legs on light-medium pressure. I asked for shoulders, arms and neck and got a full body. The flow of massage was off as my therapist continued to move to different areas and didnt warm up the area before applying pressure. The bed was slightly warm but her hands were beyond freezing I couldnt focus on anything else. To say the least it was unpleasant experience for both of us. Also, therapist stopped 15 minutes prior to massage time, so I didnt get my moneys worth.

Veronica Stayton was very good at her massage methods and met my expectations ten fold. As soon as the massage started, the experience was like the stars and planets aligned for the 1.5 hours. The Blissful waves of her hand usage when she began and the warm setting clashing together and synchronized to an angelic yet harmonious experience .

Microderm and enhancement added made my face feel clean and fresh and youthful. Thank you Rosa you are amazing 😻

Long-time member, first time at this location. Veronica was wonderful and I felt so relaxed. Clean facility, friendly staff, attentive therapists.

Good experience! Relaxing massage.I went for a 60 minute massage with aromatherapy add on and a foot exfoliation. I had received a gift card as a birthday present.Definitely think it’s best to get a 90 minute massage rather than 60 minutes especially if you add on enhancements for specific things as that takes up part of the overall time of the massage.(ex.foot exfoliation 15 mins)There’s also about 5-10 minutes of consulting and undressing that also takes up part of the overall time (which they do warn you about). My chart didn’t mention my ad-ons so my masseuse also had to go to the back to grab everything extra.Time just flies no matter what but definitely need to take all of this into account.I would go back for a 90 minute massage without a foot exfoliation as I didn’t feel that it was that great and it took 15 mins from my normal massage . My masseuse was sweet and comforting

Flet rushed, message cut short (time wasted), not relaxing, she had a great personality and was very nice but could be more professional. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day and she needed to get home.

He always asks if there’s anything specific that needs worked on, and even if I don’t mention anything, if he stumbles upon something that needs extra attention, he always delivers. Roy really listens to you when you tell him your focus areas are at and take care of the pain. 10/10 the best! If you need a lot of focus and pressure I say go to Roy!

Do yourself a favor and get the 1 year membership. Nothing like looking forward to your monthly massage.. and if you decide you need 2 or 3 massages that month - you get it at a discounted price. Signing up for the membership is easy and pretty quick. They ask you questions on what you are looking for, any limitations you might have etc. The staff are very courteous.One concern I had *(from previous massages else where) - was the strength of the masseuse. My back/shoulder muscles get like rocks - so I require someone who can manage this. The staff there referred me to Roy. I know some women maybe uncomfortable with a male. I am not - but he is totally professional and knows how to work the sheets so that you are never exposed in any way. He listens to what you need/want.I highly recommend Roy - he is at the Santa Ana, CA. location.I had my wonderful massage today with him and am already booked for next month.Who knows - I may even treat myself to an extra massage this month.

Experienced at ME last Saturday was the worst. His hands was icy cold , room is cold I have to tell him to warm the bed at least. Instead of relaxing I was very tense and upset my whole session. I lost 20 mins of my session , he started 10 mins late and ended 10 mins early. . Been a member for a long time and planning to cancel membership if this will happen again next time I visit. I could mention a few of my favorites but don’t remember there names only lNick but he only work on Sunday and always booked .

Cy has been my therapist for a couple of years. He’s the best! I always come out of my sessions feeling great.

Do NOT start a membership, they will not cancel it. I requested for months to be taken off of the membership because I really wasnt using the services anymore, I think I had like 9 or 10 backed up. I didnt expect for any of my stuff to be honored or anything I just wanted the membership to be canceled, but they refused and said a manager is going to take call you back, then a manager never calls you. I paid them hundreds of dollars for no services rendered and they still get so defensive about canceling a membership that instead of just losing a membership, they lost a customer.

Cristal is awesome. She’s very knowledgeable and one of the most effective massage therapist I’ve been to over the years.

After 1 massage that was gifted to me, I bought a membership because it was so healing and relaxing. Crystal is my requested therapist, she is very professional and does consistently great body work. Getting monthly massage has improved my body, released tension in my neck and back and really allows me the space as a working mom of 2 kids to unwind and get that parasympathetic response that de-stresses me and fills my cup. Great value for the membership, and I’ve been really satisfied with this location.

DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIPThey wont cancel the monthly subscription.Erica, Ariana, and manager Melony are rude and unprofessional. They kept on telling me the manager would call back, but the manager never called me back.I got the monthly subscription and made sure I could cancel it anytime, but now they are giving me a tough time.I called several times, and they kept lying and charged my card again.

10/10 recommend. At first I didn’t see a change when I left but this morning I saw the difference and was worth it. Rosa was super friendly and walked me through the entire process.

I signed up at this location 2 years ago and will continue to be a member. The staff is amazing and the location is always clean, warm and welcoming. Over the years the manager Mandi has always provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service, shes very knowledgeable and really cares about her clients and staff. Every Massage Envy needs a manager like Mandi, thank you!

Well run, clean and very professional. My massage therapist gave me many helpful tips and always customized the massage to deal with any aches pains or stiffness I was experiencing. Im only disappointed that I am currently too busy to go there and cant wait to get back.
