Allora Day Spa Thornton Park

I was traveling to Orlando for an over night stay. I found this spa on a google search before I left for the trip. Booked a facial and massage. Well, I showed up and realized I booked it at their other location which I would not have been able to make on time. I feel terrible about not knowing the front desk ladies name but she was so helpful to me and very understanding. I was able to get in for a facial and a tension next massage which both were wonderful. My experience was wonderful so thank you so much for a little rest and relaxation it was much needed!!

Exceptional staff and service! I have a monthly membership and it is my biggest self care investment. I saw Ali today for such an invigorating massage and Taura for a facial that always leaves me feeling so energized and fresh. It’s such a gem of a spa in the neighborhood and really leans into a luxurious environment (the robes and mimosas can do no wrong!). Thank you and see you next month!

I got my first facial here as a graduation gift with my mother, and after a very accommodating and short wait, we began our facials. Jaquana was incredibly kind and hospitable, and explained to me exactly what she was going to do before she began. She also did a great job on checking in on me during the facial and making sure that I was comfortable and relaxed, whilst also offering me some (highly appreciated!) tips on some skincare ingredients to look out for in order to better care for my skin. I walked out of Allora feeling great and looking even better. I cant recommend another day spa or specialist more.

Please be aware that although you are paying an hour massage they only do 50 minutes. I had a couples massage and was really excited to try this place because of the awesome reviews but to be honest I wasnt happy at all. It felt very rushed and my masseuse didn’t really take her time in the areas that I needed. Me and my boyfriend left the place super oily.

I love this place, the vibes are immaculate. I always go to Ali for my massages. She’s very intuitive and always finds what areas need work without me saying so. I also always feel really safe and comfortable with her. Highly recommend!

My wife and I got a couples massage here from Ali and Daniella. The massage was wonderful and the bamboo was a really novel experience. Ali and Daniella were very professional and seemed well trained and experienced. The reception was wonderful as well as the waiting area. This was all around an amazing experience. Thank you!

I had such a lovely experience. It was my first facial, and Carmen threw in a free jelly mask. Everyone here is so kind!! Speak to Carmen, she is the sweetest person I felt like I was her best friend for years lol. I searched so many places for affordable facials (I’m in college) and they are more than what I was looking for. The membership is SO worth it, you won’t find a place better in Orlando than here.

Love this place! Attention to detail, amazing customer service, well thought out recommendations that are not pushed on you. They actually take their time so you can fully relax. Great membership options as well as up front pricing with no hidden fees or gotchas. Very relaxing space to unwind and be pampered. This is my go to spot for a luxurious self care day after a long week.

Hubby surprised me with a couples massage. Everything was awesome, I had Yvette very friendly and did a great job with my massage. I will for sure be back.

I recently visited Allora Spa, and let me tell you, it was a five-star experience all the way!Keishla worked wonders with my facial, leaving my skin glowing and refreshed. And Kassie? Oh my goodness, she gave me the best massage Ive ever had! It was pure bliss from start to finish. Right when I walked in, instant calmness. Smell of the aroma, beautiful decor, it’s very nice and calming. They offer you drinks right when you walk in. Ladies are very welcoming. Got a massage, facial and a scalp massage. Laura did awesome and so did keisha. She was very informative with my facial.

This is my favorite massage place! I highly recommend the membership, which I think is decently priced for the location and the great massage therapists they have. Me and my husband got massages from Julia and Siming and they were both wonderful! Our backs feel so much better!

The staff is always incredibly welcoming and professional! Siming is my masseuse of choice! Everyone was super kind (especially the Spa Manager) and beautiful ambience. My husband and I were there for approx 5 hours (9-2) for the Deluxe Package . My only negative regarding the experience was the services seemed a little diluted for the price-(almost 1,000) and for deluxe package members they should offer light brunch options because we were starving . Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Ive been getting massages for over 10 years now, and the therapists at the spa are incredible. Kenton, in particular, gave me the best massage of my life. He really understood my joint issues and made me feel so comfortable. It was truly an out of body experience. You wont regret coming here, I promise!

This was an EXPERIENCE! It did start with a mixup with our appointment, but Shab fixed it and made it all come together. Allots spa is a relaxing and welcoming space. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. My friend and I did the deluxe package and it was a great selection of treatments for the price. I can not recommend this spa enough. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the Allora Spa. You won’t regret it.

Had a facial with Jazmyne and left feeling like a million bucks! She also took the time to sit with me after to make skin care recommendations for in between facials. I highly recommend her and the spa, they all created such a welcoming and relaxing environment!

I had the absolute best experience here! My facial was AMAZING. Jaquana was able to customize the facial for my skin and she is just amazing in general. The entire experience was peaceful and the entire staff was so friendly & loving! 10/10, 5 stars!!

I was at the spa with a friend for us both to receive massages, mine an hour and hers 90 minutes and we had a gift card. I was called back by Luz and when we walked into the room I was told to lay face down and she exited. When I got on the table I noticed the top blanket was slightly damp. After a few minutes into the massage she shared that she had just returned from vacation and she was worn out and they were trying to schedule her a lot of work. She asked me what areas I had problems with and I said my arms because of my job, my legs because I run and my neck periodically. She worked on the back very light and didn’t ask me how the pressure was and the flow was very random. My line of work was brought up and I told her I was also a massage therapist. After that was stated, I noticed her pressure increase slightly and her work became more attentive. She worked on my arms only while face down and briefly. The leg work was decent. Hot towels were used throughout, but left on for awhile. They became cold and were left on under the sheets and blankets so I assumed that’s why the top blanket was damp that I mentioned earlier. When I was face up she didn’t work on arms at all. Overall I was pretty disappointed. It was with a gift card so I went through the whole massage, but if I was going on my own and paying for it I would have ended the massage within the first 5 minutes. Even going in with the mindset of an individual who doesn’t know about massage therapy I would have been disappointed. Before she knew I was a therapist, it didn’t seem like much effort and like she didn’t want to be there.

Just received a 90 minute massage from Anthony and it was without a doubt the best massage I’ve ever had. The spa ambience was relaxing from start to finish and Shab at the front was an absolute delight. Will definitely be coming back.

Today was my first time getting a massage at Allora, after it was highly recommended. Amazing experience with Rachel! They had several options, and after a quick consultation I went with a deep tissue. Fantastic service, friendly people, and truly relaxing environment from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful couples massage here this week. We got in last minute on a cancelation and we were so lucky to. We also got our first ever facials which were also very enjoyable- if we lived in the area we would absolutely be back!

I usually spend a few hours pampering myself here and come out brand new. From the moment I walk in I feel so welcomed by front desk Shab’s joy is contagious I couldn’t stop smiling. She made sure all of my needs were met at the end of my day. Dave is amazing his massage was firm and very relaxing . I got a facial done by Crystal she was thorough, very well done . The entire staff is a gold mine of professionals who truly care about the guest and have perfected their craft. It’s very telling when you can hear other guests in awe . from the front desk to massage therapist to estis. even other technicians walking around are kind Those I’ve had the opportunity to book with in the past as well Vivian (MT) Trisha and Fransh (esti) I always leave extremely satisfied. Amazing Spa! I was immediately greeted by the staff which were very friendly, they have complementary beverages available while you wait in their lovely waiting room and my facial was amazing I left looking glowy and feeling very relaxed . I’ll definitely be back soon!!

Went in with a gift card with my friend, I had a 90 minute and she had a hour.The massage as a whole was very chaotic and did not flow well. She didn’t focus on the areas I needed more work on. She used hard pressure from one side of the back to the other doing deep work over the spine.

I got my first ever facial with Jaquana and I have to say that I am HOOKED. She is so knowledgeable on the products, what will help my skin, and the process of it all. It was a very peaceful and zen experience, while learning a lot about my skin at the same time. You can tell she genuinely wants whats best for you and your skin, not just trying to upsell random services. Her along with the entire staff are so kind. I will absolutely be making a habit of not only coming to this spa, but booking with Jaquana as well.

10/10 HIGHLY recommend!! I never been here before and I have keloid skin so I was nervous. Immediately when I walked in the ladies at the front desk were beyond welcoming and offered a drink of choice. Kayla the massage therapist was so caring, understanding and patient. Although I was afraid due to my keloid she reassured that she was ok with still servicing me regardless and that everything would be okay. Leeann the facial specialist was also beyond welcoming and was focused on how she could help improve my facial needs etc. To the manager of this location you have an awesome team. They need a raise lol.

On Valentines, I got a gift certificate to Allora Spa and booked the Anti-Aging Dermaplaning Lifting Facial with Crystal. I not only enjoyed how wonderful it felt to be pampered and how great my skin looked and felt after the facial, I also appreciated Crystal answering all my questions about skincare and what is best for me. Got myself an Allora membership too so myself & family can enjoy all their services. I’ll definitely be back to see Crystal! Thank you!

Beautiful experience from start to finish. Wine service before treatments, amazing therapist that were extremely skilled. Ive been through two major car accidents and that was some of the best massage action I have had in years. Helped with the pain and I was so relaxed I could have oozed out the front door.

Wow! Ali and Cassie were amazing! My boyfriend and I got the rose couples massage and we were blown away by how relaxing and welcoming the spa was. We thoroughly enjoyed our massage and loved the hot towels! Would definitely come again!

First time ever getting a facial done and it was wonderful! When you check in, they guide you to the waiting area where you get to meet your esthetician. Carmen, my esthetician, gave me 10/10 care. She prepared a comfy robe for me to put on and then made sure to explain everything. I laid in the warmest, comfiest blanket ever. Plus, the room had very minimal lighting and soft music to ensure you can close your eyes and relax. Carmen began her magic by cleaning my face. When she got to my nose, I felt a bit of pressure since that area is a bit sensitive, but it was doable (to be expected since my nose had quite the build up). She did an amazing job overall, she massaged my face and also performed a cold treatment (cant quite remember the name of it) that was quite soothing. And then I received a neck massage... it was great! I can definitely see myself falling asleep the next time I come! My skin felt fabulous, nice, and soft.Once again, 10/10 experience at Allora in downtown Orlando!

Did the mi amore package with my mom. Hour each massage and facial. I had Cassie for my massage and it was the best ever. Overall perfect experience. Everyone from the moment we walked in seemed so happy and took extra good care of us. Complimentary drinks and nice atmosphere. Friendly from the front desk to all of our therapists. Affordable for the quality and experience. Got a gift card and will go back for sure. Membership is also a great deal and highly considering it.

I’ve gotten hot stone massages here twice and both were so relaxing. The staff are very friendly and really calm which is nice. Ali was terrific. I will definitely be coming back.

My Saturday morning massages at Allora are the highlight of my month. Ive been a member for about 6 months after frequent visits with my mom and girlfriends. I cannot believe I waited so long to make Allora part of my monthly routine. Kiara is the absolute best. The front desk ladies are welcoming and the spa is beautifully maintained. Being greeted by name and a glass of wine is a great touch. 10/10!

I always have a great massage here! Definitely worth the monthly membership, as you can roll-over your services month-to-month if you cannot make an appointment for 1+ months. It also is awesome that you can bring someone to use an extra service that you may have accrued.The massage tables are usually warmed (your preference) and each room has very relaxing soft music playing while you receive your massage. I have had multiple different masseuses/masseurs, and each one has been fantastic.The staff is super friendly and nice!! I have not met one person at this spa who did not make me feel welcomed or excited to be there. They offer you complimentary wine or tea at check-in with services, and complimentary water/biscuits/mints while waiting for your appointment.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Allora. Booking the massage was easy online. My massage therapist, Hector, gave me the best massage! It was so relaxing and he targeted the areas that I asked him to focus on. They gave us free wine too! We definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Had a couple massage with Alexis and Lilly for our anniversary. Very welcoming establishment and well designed. Greeted warmly and offered wine and snacks. They even placed rose petals around the room for us. We had a really nice relaxing time.

My partner and I have been going to Allora Day Spa in Thornton Park for about 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. We have used a range of services from massages to body treatments to facials. We cannot speak highly enough of this location and all of the service providers. But its not just the service providers - the front desk is amazing! They know us as soon as we walk in and always have a smile. The facilities are amazing - a true place of zen and relaxation. Recently we have Yvette and Crystal for our massages and Fransh and Kiara who were all amazing. However, when we booked, because we are members we had extra credits and were recommended a facial. OMG - the facial was AMAZING. I highly recommend, it may be my new favorite service! All of the services are quite excellent - but this was a whole new level! 10s across the board!

My friend told me of this place and I couldn’t resist checking myself if its that good. And guys, it is🔝. I am going to buy membership now, cuz I feel like that hour I was reborn with a new back. The massage itself was super relaxing and pleasant and the atmosphere in there deeps you into this special mood only you step in.

I am from a California and came to this amazing place today with my girlfriends for a fun trip. Ed booked a five hour pamper treatment full of facials, Massages, mud wrap, head massage, hand and foot massage. This place is very professional as well as very friendly. They catered to our every need and our services were in time and handled by the most amazing professional employees. I would guarantee booking any service here. We will be back for sure.

I became a member about 6 months ago. Best money I spend each month! The ambiance is very relaxing, all the staff is friendly and provide extra comfort when needed and I’ve never had a bad massage here. Vivian is top notch for therapeutic massage. I’ve been a member at some of their top competitors but Allora is head and (very relaxed) shoulders above them all!

I love Allora Day Spa. I have been a member for over 5 years. The whole team is wonderful. I have consistently been going to Vivian for 3 years now. She has changed my life with her deep tissue massages. She has helped with my sciatica, lower back and overall tightness in my body. I always do the hour and half session. I highly recommend Vivian and the rest of the Massage therapists! And the membership rate is a deal!

So I wanted to do something really personal for Christmas for my daughter in Orlando and thought she could benefit from a facial. So I searched in her area and found Allora Day Spa near Lake Eola (Thornton Park). They were very reasonably priced, offering a first time special, and were in a posh area of town. So I thought why not, this would be perfect, and I made an appointment for myself as well. Our first visit was in January 2023 and upon checking out we both decided to become members as we loved it so much! Neither of us were into self-love and this was definitely that! We have been going each month and trying different services based on our current needs. They also have great products (and advice) that are discounted for members. So not only is giving self-love to yourself once a month beneficial both physically and mentally but it has made us aware to care for our skin between visits too. And last but not least, the personnel here are just so kind. Shout out to Shab, Carmen, Crystal, and Patricia, and all the others I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet. And yes, they do serve you wine or drink of your choice before and after your service in a relaxing atmosphere. Cheers!

Allora Day Spa is beautiful, all the employees are friendly and took great care of us. When we arrived, the SHAB manager was very friendly and explained everything to us. She asked us if we wanted to drink something. The experience was excellent... thank you Allora.

Really cute spot on the outskirts of downtown. Beautiful inside and the service is professional. Front staff always polite and friendly. Therapist always provide great service with the massages. They are consistent and I appreciate that. #1 recommendation for a relaxing experience.

Nice atmosphere, great service & conversation. The only suggestion I have for anyone getting a salt scrub, is to lay face down, so that they concentrate on your back. I was surprised that I wasnt told to turn over, just sit up for a brief moment. The back of my legs never got scrubbed and afterwards the plastic wrap was embedded into my skin from laying on it without moving, for so long. It was like pulling off a giant bandaid. I specifically went there to get my back scrubbed really good, but they concentrated more on the front instead, which I could do myself. I wish I was more vocal, but in the moment I just trusted their instructions. It was pleasant, nice smelling, etc... but defeated my actual purpose/goal.

Best experience. Brenden was amazing, very respectful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my massage. This is my second time visiting Allora Day Spa and signed up for their membership, which is a great rate and has many perks. Thank you for making my birthday a great experience.

Patricia was fantastic...very strong but using the right technique so that the massage was relaxing and I felt amazing at the end of the session. Music and lighting matters and they had both of them set up perfectly.My wife and I had a 90 min Swedish Couples Massage and it was one of the best Ive had in the last 20 years from various countries around the world including living in Shanghai years. She was very thorough, professional, and on point regarding the technical parts of the massage.A really impressive place that was also relaxing with a glass of wine prior and some snacks. Great vibe and energy from Allora...well done and well be back!

I originally visited Allora TP for a mental health spa day. It had good reviews, great package deals, and checked all my boxes: a smaller, quiet, non-touristy spa that provided a wide range of services. It was supposed to be a one time thing to help me relax and reset.That was two years ago.So, why did it take me so long to write a review?Halfway through my first massage with Kiki, I knew I had found my new therapist after almost a decade of failed searches for “the one” in Orlando. She has limited availability and I selfishly didn’t want to share her BUT she deserves for people to know how talented she is!

Today was my first time going to this spa & I absolutely loved it. I did the MioSpa package with Sarah & she was just amazing. Very nice, sweet, respectful & professional. I had brought my makeup bag to reapply after my facial & I actually left without any skin makeup on. My hot stone massage was incredible but after my facial, I looked in the mirror & still felt beautiful. Will definitely book with Sarah again in a couple weeks ❤️ The ladies up front were also very polite! Spa was clean, tidy & designed pretty!

Today I spent a wonderful day at the Allora Day Spa! It was amazing. I had a relaxing aroma massage from Liz, she was fantastic! The rest of the services were performed by Jazmyn. She did everything: a scalp massage, a mud wrap, a facial and a hand/foot treatment. In between services snacks and drinks were provided and the atmosphere was calming and comfortable. It was a much-needed experience. Thanks to the entire Allora team.

I typically dont write reviews, but Lily and Jasmine went above and beyond.First off, the vibe was amazing. As soon as I walked in, the staff was very warm and greeted me gently. The whole place was very tranquil. I got the hug me package, which was a full facial massage as well as full body. What I wasnt expecting was that they offered two glasses of complimentary wine, which was such a nice touch and really added to the relaxation.When I went into my massage room, my masseuse, Jasmine, was so accommodating. I had never done this before, and she made me feel so comfortable. She asked me a few questions, and then she gave me the best massage I ever had. She hit all the right spots, all in the right way. She even did hot towels! I have had a lot going on between projects, schools, and my brands, and this was definitely needed. If you would like a full body massage, please request her! She is such a gem!After this, I was to put on a fluffy bath robe and was led into the second room, where I was greeted by a warm smile. Lily did such an exceptional job, and was so kind through the whole thing. Her facial techniques were so great- not only did she massage, but she exfoliated, made use of cold and hot to send wonderful chills down the spine, and even removed every single one of my blackheads. That is not something typical, it was such a delightful bonus. This facial was a few days ago and my face still feels softer than its felt in years!Such great service, such wonderful staff. I was very happy to find Allora! My sister and mother told me about their positive experiences, so I tried a massage myself. I have been a member for about 1-2 years now. The staff is wonderful, all of my therapists to date have been amazing, from facials to massages. Isaiah was my therapist today for a massage, and highly recommend him. Very professional, thorough and skilled. Membership is well worth it. Very happy to have this spa in our community.

Probably the best experience I have ever had getting a massage (and I’ve had a lot of massages) the service was exceptional from the receptionist to the masseuse herself. So good I bought a monthly membership do yourself a favor and go!

During a bachelorette trip to Orlando my group and I spent the afternoon at the Allora Day Spa. The team at Allora did such a great job at creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing space. Lilah took great care of my skin during my facial. She was very thorough and I left glowing. 10/10 recommend!!!

Just had my first prenatal massage and facial and it was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in everyone was so kind, and the assortment of snacks and drinks while waiting was a nice touch. Sarah was very personable, she walked me through everything that would happen during a prenatal and facial and made it the most relaxing experience for me! 10/10 recommended and already booked another prenatal massage!

My husband got me a day at Allora day spa for Valentines day. It was awesome. I started with a facial, and mud wrap then finished with a massage. So very relaxing. The staff was very nice.

What a wonderful surprise at this spa, so peaceful and beautiful, the staff ( Shab ) and my esthetician ( Liz ) were amazing and helpful, the glass of wine was a sweet and needed surprise. Great option outside of the typical chain store options. I was looking for a membership to something more local and personalized than just the typical chain massage stores and this place is the spot! The employees and managers really care about your experience and you enjoy your time from when you enter to when you leave. The membership includes either a facial, massage, or body treatment. And if you miss a month you can schedule different options back to back for a full spa experience! At this location Shelly is my favorite masseuse 🙂

Such an amazing experience! The ladies at the welcome desk were so nice and welcoming. The moment I walked in I new it would be a good time. Then I met my masseuse, Ashley…and WOW…she was amazing! Ive been a member of Allora Day SPA since 2017, and its always great day whenI get to visit a SPA for a good deep tissue massage.Brenden is my go to massage therapist. The combination of his massage techniques, use of aroma oils or cups (for an additional cost) makes your body feels like brand new! I always get deep tissue for more results.

I visited Allora on 10/11/22 for massage and facial. My first encounter at check-in was pleasant. Shab was extremely kind and the spa itself was welcoming and calm. My massage by AhLexus was wonderful. She could feel some areas that needed a little more attention and worked on those areas. She took her time and checked-in to confirm the tension was alright. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I went to sleep.I experienced my first facial here by Crystal. She took the time to review my allergy list and provided the best facial recommendations based on my needs. She educated me on how to ensure I care of my skin after the facial and the best products to use for me needs.Before leaving I was able to meet some of team members, whom I found to be pleasant as well. I will return.

Had an absolutely phenomenal session with Ash. Super attentive, a wealth of knowledge and experience and just genuine and easy to talk to. I dont think Ive ever felt as light and easy after a massage as I did during that session. The atmosphere of the spa even from check-in was such a calm vibe. Hoping to be back again soon.

I love Allora! I have a membership here and see Ash monthly. They are amazing - I always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. The spa also offers gift certificates which have made great gifts for holidays and birthdays.My only suggestion: I wish they had add-ons like Tiger Balm and other natural herbal lotions / remedies. Id pay extra to enjoy that. Same with adding unique massage styles like Ashiatsu! Thornton is such a unique area, I feel these additions would boom here.

Amazing service! Staff is very nice and friendly. I loved my massage one of the best ones Ive haver gotten. Though I have to say my facial was pretty much just a mask application and shoulder massage. I would definitely go back for a massage but would skip the facial. Also would be nice if they offered mimosas instead of just wines or tea for the early morning clients.

I scheduled a couples massage here for an anniversary surprise and it was nothing but pleasant from the moment we walked in, Greeted immediately and were offered wine while we waited for our appointment! The massage was amazing and very professional while focusing on your personal needs, time flys so I definitely recommend a 90 minute visit! This was my first time ever going to get a massage and I enjoyed it a bunch! I got a couples massage as a gift for my wife for our honeymoon. The staff was amazing! We have been going to Allora for the past several years utilizing their membership plan. It’s the best deal out there for massage therapy and Ash is one of the best Massage Therapist I have ever worked with. She has helped me maintain less tension in my neck and shoulders and as a result I have had less tension headaches. Life changing difference! I cannot recommend Ash and Allora enough!!!

This is now my second time visiting Allora Day Spa. To sum up my first visit, lets just say it was hard to enjoy during and after. Though I was skeptical in regards to coming back, between the aura and sweet ladies up front, I wouldnt have. Before coming back, I requested a different masseuse, and lighter pressure this time. I met with Ahlexus my second round and let her know about my first experience. She suggested the Swedish massage and I am forever grateful. That massage is in my top 3 favorites. SHE...WAS...AMAZING....i just had to tip her $20. Not only was she extremely gentle and comforting, I FELL ASLEEP. I was trying so hard to stay awake just in case but it was relaxing that my body just told me to rest. Anyway, long story shorter lol I cant wait to come back at the end of the month. I started coming to Allora about 6 months ago and I have an awesome experience every time! The place is really beautifully decorated and inviting and most importantly very peaceful! I do the monthly membership and it’s so great because they use the MindBody app so you can schedule whatever service you’d like whenever you like which I love. I have had three different masseuses over the months and they’re ALL fabulous! Very professional and super talented...I have yet to have a bad session. Today I had a deep tissue with Z and she was really awesome- it was super therapeutic. They also do manicures, pedicures and facials so it’d be a great place to do a spa day with your friends and it’s right in the heart of Thornton Park so there are plenty of places to eat for after!

What an amazing experience!When I first walked in through the door I was greeted by Chab , she was very welcoming offered me water, wine or tea .Then I proceeded to the locker to change into a robe and I was able to secure my things in the locker bathroom was very clean , waiting are was very relaxing. Then my massage therapist came to get me her name was Katie I belive , she was very friendly and the massage was amazing! After my massage Carmen did my facial , in which she recommended dermaplaning I said ok let’s do it ! Best decision ever my skin is glowing ! The facial was very relaxing she made sure I was comfortable the entire time . She also did my last service which was a mud body treatment I was skeptical at first about the service but I’m so glad I did it . My skin feels so smooth and is glowing!!!!I had such a great experience here I hope to come back very soon !

I recently got a membership to Allora Day Spa and I love it for a few reasons:1. I love it’s peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. I prefer a less clinical feeling spa and this space is beautiful.2. The beds have warmers3. I’ve had a couple of different massage therapists here and over all everyone is great and have yet to have a bad experience.Honorable Mention: KayleaDuring the massage, she was finding tension I hold naturally in areas that often get missed and focused on working them out. She was reading my body and adjusting to what it needed most, even using techniques no one ever has. I’ve never had a massage therapist that has a flow like that, she is very intuitive and very skilled. 👏🏽

This is my second time going to this absolutely INCREDIBLE spa. I always feel so relaxed when I am here. I love getting massages and facials. They take the time to listen to my concerns and make sure that the treatment I receive is catered to exactly what I need. I also love that they can accommodate a group of us at the same time. Each time I have gone we have had a girl’s spa day with 5-6 girls and the entire experience has been perfect. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to spoil yourself!

Today was my first time at Allora with my mom and I was so excited to get a massage and facial! However, I must say I am a bit disappointed with one thing. My massage started excellent and I was enjoying it until I heard the loud music from the kickboxing gym next door. I usually do not like to complain but it was rather annoying to hear the constant loud music while I was trying to relax. Besides that issue all was great. The owner is incredibly sweet and I appreciate her great customer service!

I came here with my friend to have a spa day for our birthdays together. I’ve never had a massage before & my experience with Misty was great! She let me know that I could communicate whenever I needed to if I preferred different pressure. Afterwards I felt very relaxed and I would definitely come back. We did encounter an issue with what was booked and I think it was a communication issue over the phone when it was scheduled- but the receptionist fixed our issue promptly. This was a very professional place and overall I’m very pleased with the experience!

I just had had my first service here and am now a member! Hands down one of my best experiences at a spa. Fernanda was absolutely amazing and made sure I was comfortable during my whole facial. Very minimal pain during extractions and the glycolic peel, she genuinely cared about my skin! I left feeling so refreshed and my skin so healthy. Will definitely be returning once a month and trying the other services!

I have experienced excellent customer service here as well as expert massage and other services. I came initially for a massage and subsequently became a member because of it. I am a woman in her 60s and have had significant spinal issues in the past 5 years. The massage treatments I have had helped immensely. Each staff person with whom I have interacted has been helpful and caring beyond expectation. Additionally the prices are very reasonable. Recently I had a pedicure as well - it was lovely.

Allora is a such a lovely relaxing place to get a massage! Coming from NYC, we didn’t know what to expect but we felt so pampered and comfortable. We got a couples bamboo massage and it was the best way to end our long weekend in Orlando, after a cold weekend at Universal. We’re looking forward to our next trip to make another visit!

This place is amazing. My spouse and I went together 2 months ago. They had a mud body wrap and I had a 60 minute massage. Fransh, Kaylea, and Ali are amazing at what they do. The atmosphere is overall positive and very relaxing. I love this place and my spouse and I became members after the first session. The membership price is fantastic and includes 60 minutes of service per month, in addition to discounts on anything over 60 minutes. Thank you, Allora!

My man and I had Misty and Tatianna as massage therapist and both were amazing. Tatiana spirit radiates and Misty’s him our kept us allured. They took there time and went above and beyond, with both conversation and technique. The Spa Itself was welcoming and warm. I called to schedule an appointment for Valentine’s Day and a woman with a very heavy accent answered the phone. She was beyond rude in the end I ended up not scheduling due to the way I was treated. She sounded almost agitated when I would ask a question like she was busy and trying to rush me off the phone. I’ve seen great reviews at both locations. But this one being downtown was closer to the hotel I was staying in. Save your money and book somewhere that actually appreciates your business.

Finally was able to book an appointment with Ashley after reading all the rave reviews and now I see what all the hype is about! It was a great massage, exactly curated to my preferences. Can’t wait for my next visit!

First time here and we really enjoyed our time. Everything was great, I had a massage and the lady was amazing I will definitely be a returning customer. My wife received a facial and she was very satisfied with the service. The only negative was the cheap 🍷 it gave me a headache, but 2 advil and I was back to normal.

The spa is beautiful. Parking is easy if you park in the garage on pine St. The ladies at the front desk are nice but they need some help taking calls and greeting/checking guests out. I booked an aromatherapy massage and all the therapist did was rub lavender on his hand and say to take a deep breath. Im used to them placing a diffuser under the head rest so you can smell it while you are being massaged. The scalp massage was ok but not worth an additional $30. The therapist didnt massage my feet but I didnt mark it off to not have it done? Im willing to try a different massage here because they have great reviews. I also found it odd that the lady at the front desk didnt try to book another massage but like I said they need someone else to help because they are busy.

Crystal gave me a facial and derma-planing during our session, and Im excited to visit again soon! From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. She did a great job, left my face feeling smooth and skin feeling refreshed.

Ive gone twice for a massage. One time I was scheduled with Derek then the other time with Leah. Both have different styles however amazing sessions. If youre an active person I recommend this place. Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful as well. I will go again.

I live above Allora and that was my initial impetus to try it out, but I must say I have been so pleased with the service and treatment I became a member. I was a long time member of Massage Envy which was always very clinical, so when they increased their prices I moved to Allora. Allora makes the experience special with warm towels, and aromatherapy. There is always tea and wine available. These little perks make a difference. Not to mention the environment is very calming and soothing.My therapist is awesome look for Zoraliz

I’ve been here numerous times for different services, mostly for a deep tissue massage or a couples massage with my wife. No matter who we get our services from, it’s always incredible. The spa atmosphere in particular, is exactly what you would want to stay relaxed and the customer service is definitely five star treatment! Oh and plus you get free wine ;) highly recommend.

It was my first time at this spa and had an overall great experience. I had an amazing massage with Vivian, and wonderful facial with Ashley! FYI, they are a bit loosey goosey with Covid precautions. I say this because only some of the staff wore masks while others didn’t, and I didn’t see any signs asking guests to wear masks in common areas, nor did I hear them ask anyone to do so. As a healthcare worker this made me a bit uneasy, but I’m vaccinated and wore my mask so I stayed for the services I had scheduled.

I do not go to a spa very often. My sweet husband got me a full day package as a gift, so I really got to enjoy the full experience, so Ill do my best to describe each person and service I got to try. I hope I get the names right!Gita- at the front desk and on the phone, was extremely kind and helpful!Donnee- one of their male masseuses. He was amazing! It had been at least a year since Id had massage. So my back was full of knots, and he really did a great job of working everything out. The aromatherapy aspect of it was very nice too. He was very respectful and the whole experience was relaxing and wonderful!Sapphire- the nail technician who gave me a hand massage and food massage, which included masks. She was so sweet and really gentle! My feet are super sensitive and she was really careful and even helped trim up my toe nails a little bit, which I didnt ask for, she was just being helpful.Vina- technician who did my full body mud wrap! She was so sweet. I laid down the wrong way on the table, but she had a good sense of humor about it so I didnt feel embarrassed. Did a great job and helped me feel relaxed! (This was my first time ever doing a mud wrap. I personally dont think Id do the mud wrap again just because I didnt like the feel of the plastic on my skin. But I did really enjoy the warm blanket, and my skin felt nourished!)Hassna- technician who did my facial. She did a good job in general, but the blackhead extraction was extremely painful. I get though that because I dont do this very often, my skin isnt in the best shape, and I also just need to be better at my own home skincare. So this experience inspired me to do that! (This service included an LED treatment, which if you have any trouble with strobing, I wouldnt recommend. I could see the strobing through my closed eyelids and it started to bother me right before the end.)The environment here was really nice. They have water and snacks, and a comfortable waiting room. They gave me a robe and a locker as well. The whole experience was really lovely and I highly recommend them!

My family and I went for a Halloween spa day and our experience was far from spooky. They amazingly accommodated 3 massages, 1 facial and 4 pedicures in only a few hours. The facilities are over the top luxurious and we all felt wonderfully relaxed and pampered. The spa itself is gorgeous and has a very calming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and they have a lovely room to relax and sip wine before your service. Ive come in for massages and facials and both have been amazing. Treat yourself to the deep tissue with Z, shes fantastic.

Allora Day Spa has enhanced my quality of living so much! I have recommended this place to everyone I know and couldnt be happier with ever service Ive ever received. Having such an amazing location so close to me has encouraged me to pamper myself on a more regular basis - and with their amazing membership options this is now possible! My mother and I went for the full package. Massage was first and wonderful. Facial was good but she kept trying to upsell me. Pedicures were fair, manicures were bad. The girls let us know it was past 5 when theyre shift ended and rushed thru...I came out with jagged fingernails. Wont return.

I love this Gem! The owner Gita and her amazing manager Shab are truly great ladies. They truly add value to our Thornton park neighborhood. I’ve had the best Facials from Hassnae and my massages from Rebecca they totally are so incredible and are excellent at making you feel pampered. I would definitely recommend to try this gem out. Thank you wonderful ladies for the outstanding services and beautiful energy, I experience each time I visit.

I like that a massage parlor can give you a good deal and a quality clean experience with a little bit of wine on the side. Ive been to plenty of massage parlors where the cheap ones are a little too dim for my liking and the expensive ones have too much pretention in the air. Allora is different, they put that work in for their money. Their 60 minute is the price of others 30 minute. The day before I went I had reserved my time I was already getting text message reminders (which I like). Once my wife and I walked all it took was a glass of wine and a questionare to get us massaged. I recommend the hot stone and, if you can take the heat, tell them to go slow. Youll end up bein relaxed to sleep before the end of the session.

Heidi was fantastic. She listened to what I needed & made sure the amount of pressure was comfortable. The atmosphere was very inviting & everyone was very welcoming. Best massage I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

This spa has nothing but 5 stars for a reason. We had an amazing 5 hour couples experience! The unlimited bellinis were a great touch. Most places only give one glass but this spa was shoving bellinis on us all day! Our glasses were never empty! The massages were PHENOMENAL. My husband was completing snoring the whole time lol. The mud wraps and facials were amazing too! The staff was so kind and accommodating. We definitely will be making our way back here for another perfect relaxing spa day. The parking was a bit of an issue at first but one of the spa members physically came outside, walked around the corner and made the parking attendant find us a parking spot. Top notch customer service

Felt the zen as soon as I walked in. Yeisa was amazing and made my skin feel NEW. Definitely was glowing on my way out.Staff was courteous and professional. The location is amazing too, parking was EASY.We stopped by to celebrate my sisters birthday and will now make this a regular spot to get facials, massages, pedis and everything else.

Amazing day spa to take care of yourself or that special someone in your life that deserves some relaxation time. The management team is always very friendly and since the company is locally owned and operated so you get that Personal Touch while also supporting local. They always have great specials running that Vary depending on the time of year.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a spa! We arrived straight from the airport with bags & everything, and an hour early for our reservations. We walked in and were immediately treated like royalty. Greasy plane hair, traveling clothes... we did NOT look like the average spa customers! The owner was there & helped us lock away our baggage in a locker and gave us the most delicious bellinis! I only had to ask for a refill once! We were able to relax in their tea room with calming scents and sounds while we waited for our scheduled appointment.Now... the sacylic acid & glycolic acid facials were AMAZING!!! The mani & pedis were the same as any five star salon I’ve been to.I was stressed at first about completing our spa day in time to check in to Hard Rock but the owner went above and beyond and made our vacation perfect.I plan on coming back every time we visit Orlando (1-2 times a year) and starting every vacation this way!!

I have a lot of issues with my back due to my job and having to lean over patients all day. The massage therapists I’ve had at Allora Day Spa have been so knowledgable and professional. Im on the chair for Make-a-Wishs annual Casino Night and without hesitation Allora Day Spa ALWAYS donates to help raise funds for this charity event. When you go to this spa, you forget all your worries. They pamper you with the best service and make you feel like a queen. The staff is so friendly. I went with expectation and optimism on Saturday, February13, 2021. My spa treatments were part of a celebration to honor a recent promotion I received.After entering, getting my temperature checked and using the restroom, I began to observe that the business was not observing COVID-19 precautions in parts of the establishment.One employee had no mask on while going into a room to set up a service. He continued to walk around with no mask on as he talked to other employees who were wearing masks.The waiting area I was directed to sit in while I filled out my waiver form was packed with people, 6 to 8, who were drinking complimentary wine and bellinis. The room was like the size of a small bathroom. There were no seats available for me to sit at. But I felt uncomfortable back there because no social distance observations were happening in that waiting area at that time. No 6 feet of distance between clients. And because people were drinking they also had their masks off as they talked and drank.I asked to sit in another area that wasnt as packed. The only spot was a hallway with a ottoman chair for seating. This hallway is the main traffic area where people have to walk by to get to rooms and the front door.I sat for some minutes, observing more and seeing more clients in the business walking around; I thought there was a lower amount allowed at a time. I felt uncomfortable and decided it would be best for me to ask to reschedule my services.I went to the front and told the manager/person booking appointments that I would like to reschedule, didnt feel safe with the amount of people inside the small location.The manager responded, telling me to my face that she was going to lose money having to pay the people who would have done my treatments and that me booking time for those treatments meant she had to say no to other people on her waiting list, which cost her money. Told me these things to my face. As a customer who was about to pay for three treatments at her spa.When I told her one employee didnt have a mask on she ignored that and didnt address it. Instead, she impatiently asked me what day did I wanted to reschedule the massage. It felt like she just want to get me out of the spa and put me on another date as fast as she could.My experience of the manager/appointment setter is her focus is booking as many people as possible to make as much money as possible for the spa. When I shared my concern about the number of people in the place and feeling more comfortable rescheduling she responded with agitation that she would still have to pay the people who were going to do my service and she was condescending to me. I felt that in her voice, her tone as she looked at me.She told me that its Valentines weekend and they are busy and they are going to have more people here and other stuff that made it clear to me I was not her priority. My safety was not her priority. My business was not her priority. Making money was the priority.I decided that afternoon after leaving to cancel the rescheduled appointment and not patronize this business.My desire to go to this business is that I trusted, based on their website info about COVID-19 precautions that I would feel safe as a client in the midst of this pandemic.What I experienced at Allora Day Spa Saturday was disappointing, hurtful, unprofessional customer service, and took away my confidence as a paying customer that I would be safe and kept safe at this business. It should not matter if its a holiday weekend like Valentines or a slow business morning. Protocols about COVID-19 must be followed across the board for businesses who are advertising that they will provide and follow these guidelines.My request in posting this review about Allora: Please require all employees to wear masks while working and figure out a better option for your waiting area that minimizes the space clients are sitting next to each other especially while not wearing masks in a closed space. Allora is a beautiful place; just disappointing what I encountered there.

Beautiful spa and very friendly staff. I originally came here for a deep tissue massage at the recommendation of a friend and became a member immediately afterward. Ive had multiple therapists who have all been amazing. I would highly recommend this spa!

This is a beautiful spa! I went here for a massage and pedicure, and I am so happy I did! It is gorgeous inside, and the services and staff were fantastic. They make you feel completely welcomed and relaxed; it is a great place to escape to.

Great service, very tranquil and relaxing. They have amazing membership packages and great first time client prices. A simple pedicure was a worthwhile experience. Had Tasha as a technician and she was a delight!

This is my second time and I keep loving it! First time it was a facial, today Pedi and massage. I believe her name was erica, but for sure they call her Ariel. Her tone of voice, she truly genuine, you can have any conversation with her. The massage was AMAZING! The foot massage OMG! I truly recommend it. Its worth it.

This spa is such an amazing experience, unlike any other spa I’ve been to. Destiny is the best esthetician I’ve had work on me, i won’t go to anyone else after coming into contact with her hands! I had a facial from Jazmyne and was very happy with my results. My skin has never looked better, and I received many compliments on how good my skin looked from others as well. Cant wait to return!

It really wasn’t worth it. The place was nice and it appeared clean. The nail salon looked cute and aesthetically pleasing. The service overall wasn’t impressing. My friend and I wanted to have a cute spa day and we were looking forwards it all week. I speak for both of us in this review. We weren’t t satisfied at all with the massage or the treatment. Stephanie was the woman that took care of me. It felt very low effort. Slight attitude towards everything. It didn’t feel welcoming. I really wish it was better. I paid for something truly wanting it to be good. It was super rushed. We finished 20 minutes earlier than expected. We were definitely cut short from the time we paid for. We did body scrub with mud treatment also and it was a headache. It felt so sloppy, at the end we still had mud all over our bodies we had to take a tissue and clean ourselves while they where rushing us to finish up to leave the room. Also they knocked and opened the door with out waiting for a response from us that we’re ready after knocking. I really hoped it would be better but I was very disappointed. I’ll pay good for quality service but this was really bad.

Love this spa! Really beautiful facility, friendly professional staff and perfect location. Nothing better than coming home after a long day and I4 traffic and treating myself to a massage. Hours are perfect since they’re open till 8pm and front desk ladies are so nice and accommodating :)

Joe is great! The best massage Ive gotten by far. Great place & friendly. Will be back.
