Club Orlando

Very poor communication here.Asked for a 6 month membership. Got it. Asked about Military discounts..no reply. They asked if I wanted a room with or without tv, no price was offered. But at the end I was charged 88 dollars. No break down of what the charges were. I put my signature on a membership card( found out at the end). Got a towel and room key. I went back to deck to as about membership card, they said they had it, NOT YOU WILL GET IT WHEN YOU LEAVE. At the end of my stay, I went to check out, that asked my to get my sheets and pillow case, no problem, was not told ahead of time to turn them in, I brought everything back,, then got rolling eyes cause I brought mattress cover, again no communication to what I needed to provide for this organization. I said that out loud and everyone behind desk gave me a go to hell look. Hey, it is your business. Not sure how I fell about this business, shop around before going. 50/50 you will be treated right here.

This Club is amazing and facilities as well but doesn’t have showers for disabled people.People at the front desk are super kind, kisses to the handsome guy with lenses there. I will be back always for sure.👍🏾

Had a great time today (Tuesday afternoon). Hit the gym, played with some sexy guys in the man cave, relaxed in the sauna for a bit, showered and left. Super awesome place, lots of hot guys, buying a 6-month card tomorrow.

Trans people beware - Was told this place was trans inclusive, but got denied at the door because my boyfriend, who has been medically transitioning on hormones a year, has F labeled on his ID - Something that Florida does not allow trans people to change on their identification. Man at the counter said Doesnt matter, Men only. Nice.

Recently visited on a Thursday evening and the crowd was outstanding. Great mix of guys and everyone was extremely friendly. The facilities are really nice and very clean. It was obvious the team takes a great deal of time keeping the facility maintained. The staff is really cool and I instantly felt at ease. I will be back for sure.

After visiting my first time there is way better than the other bathhouse. This facility is clean and only 1 level. Thats all you really need. Staff very friendly and the best part the guys that go there are actually cute or hot. And I went on a Thursday night and the crowd was manageable

This place exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff were and I felt very safe during my visit. Visitors are completely anonymous to the other patrons. High quality facilities. Heated swimming pool. Gym. Jacuzzi. Dark rooms. A lounge. And even a hidden little walkway outside where you can rest and get some fresh air. This is a must visit in Orlando for any men that interested!

Without a doubt this is the best “athletic venue” in town. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean, the other patrons are always high in number and very respectful. If you’re looking for a great night with good company and no questions asked, look no further. Just go. You won’t regret it.

This place has come a long way. They got rid of the nasty people, the new staff are much nicer. Everything is super clean, theres sexy new people coming in all the time and new events happening. Im so happy about the pup and jock nights. Theyre on their way to becoming the best club in the country.

Club Orlando has spacious facilities like a steam room, sauna, and a heated outdoor pool plus hot tub - many outdoor seating areas and beautiful landscaping with live plants, plus outdoor and indoor showers. The under-utilized workout gym has a vast variety of exercise equipment and many dumbbells.

The place is amazing …starting with the staff ….friendly….attentive…respectful…. The facility itself is very clean…. Only dissapontment was the steam room been closed up…. And the hours…. I’ve been to the other clubs from the chain and are all back 24 hrs 7 days a week…specially in Orlando that the places to attend are very limited…it be smart for them to get back to 24 hrs business running.

Great experience here a little pricey for 8 hours its 37$ including taxes. But I enjoyed it, it wasnt a super busy Friday night but it was fun

Visited here on 29 Dec 2023 and had a blast. The staff are very friendly, especially the mature, slim guy. . Good vibes and diverse patrons. Some guys dont take rejection well, but my experience was quite good. Ill definitely return. Hopefully the steam room would be open soon.

Club Orlando is very well maintained and the amenities are very good for the price...Ive been to several gay saunas throughout the eastern United States and Club Orlando is absolutely one of the better ones. Im not sure what the critics expect when they complain about staff, pricing, etc? The front desk people have always been civil to me and check in is quick and easy. I actually dont think its appropriate to need to ask questions or to be clueless about the membership fees and rental rates or amenities. Do your homework! Once youre checked in, figure out the vibe and create your own experience. That isnt the staffs responsibility. The Club is always very clean when I visit. Ive always been able to relax and enjoy myself because I regard anything that happens beyond the use of the facilities as a bonus, not an expectation. Of course, I am also receptive to anyone with good manners and hygiene. I dont give attitude to anyone who treats me with courtesy. Theres usually a lot of cool guys hanging out, relaxing and having fun. Its what you make of it and Club Orlando management and staff facilitate that experience in my opinion.By the way...please stop commenting on the broken steam room! Its a Covid thing...bone up on your microbiology folks! With a viral pandemic you really dont want to hang out in a warm, humid environment!

A good place to relax. However steamroom continually shutdown. Nothing posted regarding any shutdown areas. You pay the ever growing charges and hope for the best. Food days on history. Eight hour max stays are history. Increase charges you can count on. Owners will do everything possible to drain your wallet. No happy ending people.

I visited Club Orlando twice this week. It was pretty good both times. There’s something there for everyone, especially if you like guys with a little more experience. I went on a Saturday afternoon and on a Sunday afternoon. The crowd was a little better on Saturday afternoon, and there was even a line when I left around 530pm. I really appreciated the teamwork everyone showed to help me have a good time. :)

Coming from the NYC area. This is hands down a great place. If you’re looking for a good time in a safe space this is it. This can be a lot of some people at first but if you’re willing to have fun and let go of your own insecurities. This place can really let you live out some wild fantasy! Check it out if you can def an experience you have to have as a gay man.

The facilities are okay. Not very big. Decent pool. They have a deceiving set up to imply people are actually there. Parking lot full of cars, and a min number of people in the waiting room to “look” like a line. I arrived and maybe 3 other people were there.

Visited in February after traveling to visit friends. Very clean facility, pool, hot tubs, shower, sauna.

Not sure why there are bad reviews or complaints about facilities when we all know why we visit.Great bathhouse, with an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, showers, sauna, and inside lounge area with couches and TV.Rooms are simple yet clean and comfortable. It’s standard practice for bathhouses to require at minimum locker rental, don’t get the complaints about that.Being honest, this is one of the better bathhouses out there. Gotta learn the crowd patterns as it varies day to day, and time of year.

This place is great, clean and well maintained except for the steam room that been out of service for years. Either fix it or own up to it and walk it off, but a steam room would be greatly appreciated. And maybe a liquor license lol

I am from SC and was visiting Orlando so figured I would try the place out. I called less than 10min before I got there and asked were rooms available and how much was the total I would need to pay for membership and room. I was told it would be $48.00 total with tax. I get there and then everything is different. All of a sudden there were no rooms and it was going to be way more expensive. So I asked why cant I pay the $14 for one time membership and the room then the price went down but was still $54. Had I known no room was available I wouldnt have came. I am a big guy and I think people they deem attractive are treated differently bc I seen it. Crazy bc money is money shouldnt matter how someone looks. I wont be back also wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Fun experience and clean facilities! They have most of what you need there to have a good time. Venture there to play or just watch. There is plenty to do, but I feel its more fun if you go with someone you know and trust. I would suggest getting a room if possible so you have a place to recoup. I will be back again!

Where to even start! A lot of the reviews talk about rude staff, not one did I feel not welcomed by the staff. I felt at home, and they were so friendly and kind to me. Went today for the very first time and had a blast. Had to go around when they opened because of my time frame I was free. So I would definitely recommend going later in the day. The faculty was so nice and clean. So many rooms to explore! If this is something you’ve been wanting to do, you have to give it a visit

If your not drunk or high the experience is not that great. The prices only keep going up. Id be ok for monthly membership versus paying for a six month membership then every time you walk through the door. They have a gym that rarely ever gets used. The grease fitting on the machines dont get as much lube as they sell at the front desk XD.Go to a gym and find more attractive people that are sober to take home.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful for my second time. First time the 2 bears were very friendly and welcoming. These 3 loudly talked about their pay and negative comments against the paying customers. How they were treated in the service industry. Said they would be closing at 10pm, checkout was at 9:45. Started running customers off at 9pm, then derogatory comments “Cmon Hurry up I’m ready to go “ made dirty looks like they didn’t want you there. The door was closed at 9:30. Paying customers pays their paycheck. If they don’t want to work or be there. It’s probably in the best interest they find another job! You have to remember Barcodes and Hanks is free to get in with one drink minimum for the same atmosphere.

This place it’s fun but the stuff sucks. I was there 2 days ago… before I got in the black guy searched my belongings for drugs (I didn’t have any) and i was the only one searched. When I was there I got drugged… the stuff looking at me going in and out of consciousness …instead of asking and helping kicked me out and embarrassed me in-front of the whole place … I was all drugged up not knowing where I was. Terrible service.

2 of us went to come in this place at 3am. The man at reception was nice but wanted to charge us both 19 for a locker each ( which we could have shared) and 12 each to get in.I get the entry fee but we couldnt share a locker is ridiculous.When I said thats too much and taking the piss, all 3 in reception laughed really smugly.Didnt end up going in and from the guys in there talking on the apps said it wasnt worth it anyway ad it was quiet.Maybe look at running deals or teaching staff to not be so arrogant and rude.Wont try this place again.

Nice place and the pool area was nice and clean The only thing I think they should change is that the pool area have different music or no music at all. It’s hard to relax by the pool when there is loud club music playing and I wasn’t the only one one who felt the same. Please make the pool area a more relaxing place and I believe you will get more return guests.

Wondering why bad reviews. Im a very fat man. The counter men were very polite. I came in to showers to make sure I am clean. Then proceeded to jacuzzi. Love how low the jets works. I walked around a bit to check out. A little cooler inside but not much. I found a hole in the wall spot. Another guy helped me out and put something there. Then, I sat in video viewing area for 10 min. Eventually I got a guy to stop. A lot of fun then. Then went to touching room, very dark, hard to see. I just sat and waited again. An older man came over. More fun. Then many watched us. Hard to believe as big body type I am, and I had so much fun. Truly a great place to visit.

Love the new GM Collin the facility is so huge and kept really clean! Would give 6 stars if I could.

PATRONS BEWARE!MANAGEMENT WILL ENTER YOUR ROOM UNANNOUNCED OR WHEN YOUR NOT IN IT.They will go through your bags and i know several people who have had things taken, party favors, etc.. even a wallet!! IF this happens to you DONT BOTHER reporting it or even filling out a comment card... the manager IS the CROOKED ONE!

First off, the staff are not rude. They are constantly dealing with differing attitudes from different people. If they deliver you attitude, it is only because you started with your own attitude. Second off, yes, the facilities could be margalizingly better... in a perfect world, they would have a Tiki bar where they serve fruity cocktails and jello shots, but this is the real world, where that requires a six figure Florida liquor license and even with a cover charge to enter property, they would need a license for this endeavor, besides the fact they are open 24 hours a day. Third, the cover charge... yes, have it. For other competing venues like Hanks and Barcodes, where liquor is sold, if someone wishes to be in Club Orlando, they will pay for the privilege, this keeps the riff raff out that wishes to cause problems. No one will bring their attitude if they have to be somewhere. Fourth, stop complaining about the price, I have seen you guys spend more for a latte and a sandwich at Panera Bread.... seriously. They are a business, not a charity. Finally, to be clear, there are worse places in Orlando. Yes, as much as this place could be better, this place can be much worse and it isnt. You come to this for a few reasons.... my reason is the hot tub and swimming pool and others come for many other reasons, which is fine, but dont come there for the staffs 5 star customer service or some other lofty expectation.

Great place to play, work out, swim, lay out in the sun, hang out in the hot tub or sauna/steam room, regardless of age. The staff are all really great guys. You will leave a satisfied customer in more ways than one.

Went on a Tuesday for half price night. Place was already starting to get full by 6pm. Very surprised at the number of in shape, guys in their 20s and 30s. Rooms were clean. Liked that the hot tub is outside. Didnt even realize there was a theater type room til at the end of my stay. Definitely worth going to.

The staff doesn’t know why they are no longer affiliated. They just have a notice behind the desk telling them that none of the other Clubs’ memberships are honored anymore. They did credit our daily pass fee toward a 6--month membership (4 visits gives you a full ROI).Curiously, their membership cards still use The Clubs logo and they still have TheClubs.com website on their homepage, even though they are no longer part of it.They are in need of some website cleanup.

Watch your wallets!On a less than 20 dollar locker rental fee listed on their webpage…I was charged 25.When I called..Ed called me a liar in the background on the phone..& Arthur was very disrespectful over the phone as well.Had no clue what to do or even b apologetic. So hanging up was the better option for him rather than answer my question about when a manager would b in.I stopped back in to show them what I was charged Ed played stupid to my bringing up his comment over the phone..as I showed him the larger transaction on my phone..and Arthur just acted dimwitted and was no help!No thx on ever going back their..steer clear!I work too hard to give any more money to these arrogant cheats!!Don’t do business here…& if you do..def watch your banking apps to make sure they aren’t ripping you off!

This is the best bathhouse Ive been to in the Southeast. It reminds me of Crew Club in DC but with a much more Florida feel (obviously). The staff are helpful and attentive to cleanliness. The clientele has a good range of age, shape and color. Go on Thursday or Friday around 2030-2100 and stay a while.

Place is nice but no use if its empty or filled with non attractive people. Also very ridiculous to ask my husband and I to each independently get our own expensive locker when 1 locker was more than enough for both of us.While not directly their fault who comes, they can have better offers and incentives for younger guys. We literally had to go on Grindr and call hot guys to the sauna cause there wasnt anyone cute in there.

Went at 1am on Sunday 2/19. The place was very busy, but honestly with all the dudes there, I was surprised at how very little action there was. A lot of walking around, circling, sitting in sauna, but no real action. Disappointment.

Just got back to Tampa from club orlando. Had a great time there! really hot time! I was there from 3-1045 Went a bit over cause I was having such a good time. When I left it was getting even busier .Rooms ,gym ,man cave (my fave room) , bathrooms, showers. hell, all of it was very clean! Staff were friendly .My hats off to the place ...went beyond my best expectations. Cant wait to go back!

We went for the first time, and the front desk person was so rude. He had a bad attitude the entire time that he spoke with us, and kept saying he couldnt hear us, and we were pretty much shouting to try to get information on the pricing. We highly recommend switching someone else more customer service oriented and with a nicer attitude.

Rude, Rude, RUDE! I went there with friends, and the person in the front desk was so rude, he didnt want to give us information, and when he did he had a really bad attitude the entire time. The place was so bad and dead. The prices are ridiculous, and they force you to get a locker even if you dont need it. A friend only brought a swimsuit, and he was require to get a locker. Every person has to have their own locker just to force you their extra fees. We just turned around and left. Do not go there, it is a complete waste of money and time.

Bruno silva if anyone is stupid it’s you not to mention rude and disrespectful just a disclaimer I’m not the Michael he is referring too there are about four Michael’s who work at club Orlando but the Michael you are referring to simply tried to tell you not to park in the parking spot with cones blocking it because it is reserved for the manager to which you slammed on your gas pedal and almost hit him with your car then came to check in window with a stank attitude thinking you would be let in the club uhm no!! Please treat people how you would like be treated.

Nice relaxin place overall. But it could be better like better costumer service, have all areas open, have events more often, offer discounts, let people share lockers, maybe even open a little bar inside😅

The staff is absolutely rude theyre extremely transphobic and they wont allow trans men in, I was told that I was not allowed or welcomed there, I was very embarrassed and offended. I would never recommend this place for anyone its always dirty anyhow.

I havent been a member at The Club for a while, but I was for several years. I would buy a year Gym membership, and I loved going for my workouts and then the steam and the pool.There was a rule that that gym members couldnt just walk in and go to the sauna, steam or pool .... and I honored that agreement, then they stopped offering the gym membership.I understand that some people were taking advantage of the membership, because if was cheaper than the daily fee, but I didnt take advantage, and many other were dedicated gym members followed the rules.From time to time, I come back to the site to see if gym memberships are being offered again, but apparently this is permanent. Im really really sorry for this. I enjoyed the friends I made, and it was a place I felt safe and comfortable being gay, and I was in t terrific shape .... and if I could afford a locker 5 times a week, Id still being going.Im still happy there is a place like The Club but I do miss the gym memberships and I wish they would reconsider.larry

Last night was my very first time and I must say I had a lot of fun, the staff was very friendly helpful and super clean not sure if it was due to the pandemic never the less I will be back management and crew members keep up the good work .

This is a great place. Always clean, well maintained, and very secure. Lots of well lit free parking in front. The staff is friendly and helpful. We always have a nice time when we are there.

Decent place. Used to be a bit stuck-up and restrictive but now it is much more friendly. Detwiler in a previous review seemed to be mistaking this place for a Westgate timeshare resort. Dont know how he made that mistake--maybe it was 3 am and.... I like the lack of drugs. I dont like Orlando and I usually go to Tampa but the Tampa baths are filthy drug dens and one pretentious and overpriced joke so I make the two-hour hike but I wish a clean one like this could open in Tampa.

Had a great time the staff was a little rude but I wasn’t there for the staff anyways, overall wonderful experience, my wife throughly enjoyed watching me try new things and spice our marriage up a little and it has never been stronger, thank you club O

(6/2/18)Called in advance to see if I can bring all my things I was moving back to Fla and I just wanted my last day to relaxed...Well I spoke with Chip and he and the staff made no big deal about my belongings being there I even stayed 12 hrs and was offered another 6hrs so that I didnt have to be out and about with my things the staff here are very efficient and customer friendly I should have asked for a job😞....Great establishment...Also there was a helpful gentlemen glasses mixed beard bald head he had just came in at my departure

This place is great.

There, something very bad happened there due to the use of drugs. A boy soon dies and does not fully understand life in his time. Karma does not keep anything from anyone in that place, they use a lot of drugs and they have no guard. at the entrance or inside to verify and they do not protect or take care of the elderly for their safety.

I have been to this place and the steam has been closed for a long time, I dont know whats going on, plus the facility has lost popularity, they should give it a touch-up, I hope they improve, the place is very clean.

Can someone tell me if Sundays are 24 hours? Since it runs 24 hours a week? The place is very good, they should fix the steam chamber since it hasnt been fixed for a long time and the club should have all its facilities working.
