Hubby and I came for our anniversary and it was superrr relaxing. I really liked the vibes inside and our masseuses were professional, sweet, and very talented. My husband is always struggling with tension in his neck and worked at a medical office himself where he got tons of massages and he said that his masseuse today gave the best massage he’s ever received. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend.😋

Both masseuses made us feel comfortable. My only critic is that my masseuse didnt focus much on my problem area. Best the rest of the massage was worth the time and value. Would recommend.

I booked online same day. I was asked to come thirty minutes later than my time as they were running behind and then waiting another 20+ once I got there. The massage was excellent though. DJ is very knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend him and would definitely go back.

We went here for our Anniversary. Couples massage. Wife loves scalp massage, she got the peppermint scalp an said it was the best ever. I got pineapple foot scrub. It was great. I was so glad to find this place. Theres so many in the area to choose, its hard to know which one to go to. Its super clean and classy.

Essential spa is always a nice experience. I always leave feeling relaxed and intense. They are very professional very caring toward your needs and I will recommend this Spa to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage at this location! My masseuse was sure to ask me if I needed her to focus on any specific areas and told me to let her know if the warming table got too hot. (It did not!) I don’t remember her name unfortunately since it has been a few weeks, but she was an African American woman! Super kind and professional. Thank you!

I got a last minute appointment on Saturday, which is always amazing. The office staff even helped me fix a time issue. That wasn’t the best part though. My massage therapist was Mathew and he was so amazing. He did everything to make me comfortable and took his time to address all of my concerns and I left feeling 1000 times lighter. He provided such a relaxing atmosphere I definitely recommend going to him!

Friendly, professional and great service. My husband and I were visiting and got the couples massage. We also got a facial and I got a body wrap, all services were very relaxing and we will definitely visit again when we are in town.

I book a day spa for my wife birthday and I took advantage an did a facial as well. They were able to accommodate my facial right away. My wife stated that the massage was amazing as well as the facial. My facial was not the exception and was great as well. The only I regret is that I did not tip more, however, we will definitely comeback and I will take care of the extra tip. Extremely professional business.

Went today for valentines special, the initial call to set up appointment was easy and friendly. The place is clean, tranquil and professional. Had couples massage the room set up nice and clean with candles, rose petals nice ambiance and the massage therapists did a wonderful job. We will be back for more services

This is a perfect opportunity to not judge a book by its cover and go inside to enjoy one of the most relaxing and beautiful spa experiences avaliable in the state of Florida.My massage therapist, Matthew, was wonderful and delightful in every way. He spoke to me about what he was doing and helped me through some very hard leg pains.While the massage was hot stone with a 30 minute foot massage, Matthew saw the pain my legs were in and accommodated for what I really needed.While I came from put of town to visit with friends I will definitely be back for another amazing massage in the next few months.One of the best spas in Florida and I have tried quite a few... also the prices are very reasonable so it lends to being able to afford longer massages and more diversity in treatments.

Better customer service begins with your receptionists, they were very rude and not accomodating to our feedback and concerns. As soon as you walk in it’s loud and not relaxing at all. The “quiet zone” was not even close to quiet. i called stating we were going to be late and was never told our massage would be shortened. It was a shock when the massage was only 20 minutes. The lady said I got there at 12:17 even then it shouldnt be that short. Also the massuese had my feet bent into the air, is that necessary for a RELAXING foot massage? It was super rushed and Im still very tense. The music can barley be heard and the environment was not “zen” at all. Also we were not checked for our age before being handed glasses of wine, although we are over 21. The box of chocolate we received was from the dollar store. These are ESSENTIALS to quality customer service and good business practice. The lady at the desk also told me no one has ever complaint about that masseuse, completely dismissing my concerns. Im only receiving a $30 refund from the tip, I believe wayyy more should be refunded due to my experience when it cost me $189. I hope this place can work on their customer service, because any business is going to deal with complaints no matter how good they think they are and it should always be handled professionally. I should be walking away feeling like jelly and this ruined my valentines.

Came in with a bachelorette party of 9. It was such a great experience! For a lot of us, it was our first time getting a massage. Everyone’s verbiage and behavior was so polite and reassuring, so we felt comfortable through it all. Received some free knowledge from our massage therapist. Bride-to-be also left very relaxed which was the goal! The entire scheduling process was quick and easy due to the friendly, helpful front desk staff. Such a lovely experience! Thank you!

Caitlyn can move mountains with the type of pressure she has . Went for a deep tissue massage and she addressed every knot. Definitely recommend for those who can withstand serious pressure to release muscle tension. Will be booking again .

The price is very affordable but you lose none of the quality. Beautiful inside, looks high class. My 50 minute massage felt wit short after giving us 15 to simply under and lay down. Wish I would have watched the time. We arrived early to our reservation and still ended up waiting around 20 minutes to be seen. Still worth the price and will be returning.

Essentials Spa is a gem of an experience. The facilities are calming and clean. My facial from Adriana and massage from Shenita were of the highest of professional service. I came away feeling like a million bucks. I will be a repeat client.

Dont know who would if give this place 1 start they are amazing great people with always smile in their face and most important very professional they will respect you . From dim light , small fire place and from the aroma of essential oil and they fair price and a special thank to BARBARA she did a great job hope see her soon.

My healing oasis! I love, love, love Essentials Spa. I am so sad that I dont live walking distance to the spa any longer but it is definitely worth the voyage from downtown. I have had massages and a facials here and they were remarkable. I absolutely LOVE Tatiana the spa manager who is just a beautiful ray of sunshine every time I visit and always brightens my day. My 5 starts is for Egnis, she did great 👍🏻 with my deep tissue and relaxation massage. She might have communication barriers but when i asked her to massage a specific area, she did it! Kudos to you Egnis, definitely recommend the place and Egnis my masaage therapist👍🏻

I don’t recommend coming here ! First thing is they don’t give you your full hour massage and then they tell you it’s only 50 min we’ll they didn’t do that either they started at 5:10 and finished at 5:53 and also they massage very very light more like just rubbing your skin they also didn’t touch my head at all I went in for a couples massage they massage my bf head but not mine and her excuse was I’m pregnant? And I didn’t request it well my bf didn’t either how come he got one? I’ve gotten many massages and my head was always included, the pillows were cheap also, if you’re looking for a good massage don’t go here.

I visited the spa with family that was in town on vacation. Booking was made with a simple phone call and they were able to accommodate 4 of us for a ladies day out. We each had a one hour massages and a facial. We were all very impressed with the care we received and walk away with feeling we got an awesome experience for the little money we spent. This visit was my cousin and her 14yr old daughter’s first ever spa experience and they made them both feel very comfortable. I will definitely be booking future visits for myself and visiting family.

Facial awesome, massage good, pedicure/manicure not what Im use too. She seemed really inexperienced. Did not scrap the dead skin off my feet . Pretty much paid for a polish job. Prices reasonable. Make sure you ask if a certain service is an upgrade, or you will get sticker shock at the end. Wine and crackers a nice bonus at the end.

My masseuse was great and very skilled, however, I felt the choice of music was inadequate.. Like who picks Jazz music for a relaxing hot stone massage?? I was not able to relax all 90 minutes! Like I got transported to The green mill in Chicago and all I wanted to do was order a dry martini and dance away, which it could be fun, don’t get me wrong but that’s not the feeling you want to have when getting a massage. And like other customer pointed out, you can hear the staff talking in the lobby kind of loud and is distracting..

Each visit gets better and better.A great upsell idea... towards the end of the 60 minutes session, ask the customer if they would like to extend the service for another 30 minutes for an additional fee of course. I cannot imagine anyone saying no!

Had a great massage by Jermaine today! My first in 5 & 1/2 to 7 years! I have back issues and also have a bulging disk in my lower back on the left right now. I really needed this to bring down tension all around & help loosen that area. It was a great experience. I happened to use a Groupon (and tipped with card at their office) but their normal prices are so reasonable as well. Will definitely go back sometime!

I was shorted a few minutes of my massage, but Im still very happy. I arrived a few minutes early to ensure I could start on time. I was taken back 2 minutes before my appointment time, we discussed trouble spots on my body and then I got undressed.I was done, dressed, walked out, used the restroom, washed my hands and when I looked at the time it was 5 minutes before my massage shouldve ended.The place was clean, nicely decorated and looked professional. My masseuse was Kaitlyn (If I remember correctly) - she was excellent. Did a wonderful job applying pressure and heat, and focusing on the areas I requested extra attention for. Had a great experience overall.

I did the go and glow package. It was reasonably priced. I had Emily as my massage therapist and she was incredible! She got every knot out of my body! I also did the microdermabrasion with Lizzy. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and took her time. I will be definitely going back to see them while I’m here! 💕

I was able to book a same day prenatal massage and the therapist was super kind and she made sure I was extra comfortable, while still putting enough pressure. I left feeling very relaxed and will definitely be returning in a few months after having my baby!

This was my first time getting a massage at a spa and WOW. I will 100% make this a monthly thing because that was amazing. Got all the right spots that felt really sore. The ambiance was also very relaxing! From the heated bed, warm essential oils, the soft blankets and soothing music! She had to repeat herself a few times because I kept falling asleep haha I will 10/10 recommend anyone to book here!

I have been coming over here for about a year.The service is great. The place is clean . They have great massage therapists . The only thing I don’t like is the massage therapist rotation it looks like people doesn’t stay too long here .My last one was Egnis she was amazing strong hands I felt like she gave me a new body.Before her was Gregory with a great technique I had a low back pain at that time and after 90 min I was brand new no more pain after that.Please work on keep your staff they are the business

I got a deep tissue massage from Miss Caitlyn and she definitely has magic hands! Everyone there was super sweet and I enjoyed my time.

I bought the couples massage for my parents, it included a deep tissue massage with feet scrub and peppermint head massage for 50min. From what they told me, they enjoyed the experience. The massage was nice and strong, the head massage was good, and the foot scrub couldve been done a bit better. Overall they had a good time.

My experience here was amazing! My family and I were in the Orlando area this past weekend on vacation and my sister and I treated my mom to a massage. The staff was friendly and courteous. They communicated professionally with us and our therapist were wonderful. I personally explained to my therapist about an injury to my leg and she took care not to apply strong pressure to that area. I highly recommend this place for a massage or facial if you are in the Orlando area. Not to mention there rates are unbeaten. It was my husbands and my first time getting any professional massage and the atmosphere alone had us as ease. It was really well decorated and the staff were friendly/inviting. Our two ladies who worked on us were outstanding! So tentative to the areas we described. Well worth the price! I would definitely revisit their facility for more treatments.

It was our wedding anniversary and we wanted a couples message, one of the employees didnt show up for work which meant my wife wasnt able to have a message. She was very disappointed because she was looking forward to it. The manager gave a refund which was acceptable. The facials are great! Lizzy was very knowledgeable about what she is doing and friendly. We will probably go back again, there definitely was a difference in my skin after the facial.

Overall - customer service is HORRIBLE.I have used their services a few times. This time it was a week prior to my wedding.The facial service broke my skin and left me with some scabbing on my face. They took pictures. I tried to work with them and came to their office to see their aesthetician 2 days later. They scheduled me an appointment for the following day. I showed up to the appt and they said they had cancelled it. I offered to come in again the same day. They would not work with me despite my 3 attempts to work with them.I previously had a horrible wax experience here as well. I told the aesthetician how horrible the wax was and she said all her customers complain but the manager doesnt want to change it. He picks the cheapest option.That should have told me all I needed to know, but I decided to return since it was for a different service. As I said, the customer service is HORRIBLE - they are indifferent to your satisfaction as a customer at best. Who needs that from a spa.

I did a same day booking for 90 minute hot stone and it was so worth it. Affordable, too! Front desk clerk was chipper and lovely. Masseuse was warm and kind and made sure the pressure was what I wanted throughout the session. Their beds are warm, too! And you can ask to have the temperature raised if you want, which I loved. Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the building, the interior decor is warm and well done with an extra detail of wonderful aromas. So professional! Can’t wait to go back for the same service and also try a different service!

I finally convinced myself to book a massage and chose this location because of the Groupon special! I am so glad I did. My massage therapist was so friendly and put me at ease. I was so relaxed and she let me know everything she was doing and was incredible. Their normal prices are affordable as well, so I expect to become a regular!

Much needed day of relaxation. First time visiting Essentials and will definitely become a regular. Forgot to select Hot stones on my online booking but they were able to accommodate me anyway. Maeve was excellent! She focused on all my stressed areas and the pain I had in my hip is gone. She asked me constantly if the pressure was too intense, made sure the stones werent too hot. The whole experience was one of the best Ive had.

Did a couples massage with my girlfriend here. It was a very relaxing massage. Overall a good day. I asked the guy for deep tissue and it just wasn’t too deep. It was very relaxing don’t get me wrong, just didn’t really do much for me except relax me for an hour. But he did a great job

There’s no way people rated this place a4.5. The staff is terrible and very unprofessional. This was the worst massage I’ve had ever had. How someone has scheduled an appointment and she got there and she had to wait one hour to get the message because there’s no staff available? Horrible customer service.

Hands down best massage Ive ever had! Vallerie hit all my problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I did a package with an enzyme facial and am beyond impressed with Victorias skills & knowledge. The entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here regularly!

The massage therapist is great, but the headrest is a disaster. I couldnt fully relax and enjoy because the headrest was so hard, it was smashing my face. If it was fixed, then the experience would be great.

I will not recommend this place or be back.LMT did great in making sure I had my full time BUT I felt the session lacked fluidity & continuity.Not to mention I could hear talking in the hallway for like 20mins.All front desk could offer was 10% off an awful spa experience. Spent over $100 with tip for no relief. I specifically requested neck, back, shoulders, and glutes. My bilateral rotator cuffs specifically need a lil more manipulation bc of my occupation. Youre better going off to massage envy or hand and stone. Ive worked in the spa industry for 17 years. I expected to receive relief for the price I paid.

I had my first facial ever with Lixa and it was phenomenal. My skin felt and looked amazing. Definitely highly recommend. The Spa itself is very beautiful and clean. And the prices are affordable.

My wife and I came down to Orlando for a long weekend and wanted to find somewhere for a couples massage. I saw lots of positive reviews for Essentials Metro West, so we booked a 2 hour couples massage and we could not have been happier. We went with the combination massage which was a perfect balance of deep tissue and therapeutic. Both of our masseuses were amazing - perfect pressure, communicative and very detail oriented. We were both so relaxed that we both fell asleep at one point. The heated tables were very comfortable and the soft sheets added to the comfort. It was a very quiet private room with soothing music lightly playing in the background. I would highly recommend Essentials spa for anyone needing a good massage at a great value.

I had the best relaxing massage experience in the professional hands of Gladys! All the stress that I was carrying on my shoulders, neck and back disappeared, leaving me feeling as a new person: renewed, lighter and so relieved! Egnis is truly an amazing massage therapist. Ive seen her twice now and loved every minute. Tonight I got a deep tissue massage and she uses the perfect amount of pressure to help get into the muscles and fascia. I felt the benefits immediately afterwards as I had more range of motion through my hips and shoulders. Truly a wonderful myofascial release and much better than my foam roller. The location is convenient, relaxing, clean and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

Just enjoyed a deep tissue massage from Janelle. She was able to relieve much of my back pain that was caused by too much time in front of the computer. I highly recommend her.

They took their time and explained what was going to happen. It was my husbands first massage and he thoroughly enjoyed his. We used a Groupon and the value was great! I have only gotten a massage. The massage was not great. She was making a lot of noise moving around a chair and clearing her throat which made it distracting. I also told her a certain spot in my back felt weird so she did noy have to massage it. Yet she kept doing it. I treated my mom to a massage and thank goodness she had a different therapist and she did a great job. I booked a facial for another date. When I came for my appointment they put it in as a massage and said they were booked for facials and I couldnt get one that day. They didnt try and compensate me and acted as if they didnt care. I later made an appointment online, being hopeful. An hour before my appointment I get a call asking if I can come an hour later. At first I couldnt because I have young kids and my husband had to go to work. But he told me he would change his schedule because he knows I had been trying to get a facial. I told them Ill come an hour later than my scheduled appointment but then they said they couldnt get a hold of the Esthetician and advised I reschedule. This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Being in the beauty service myself I dont see how they let this happen twice. I hate to think its because Im African American but you just never know these days. Very disappointing.

First time ever getting a professional massage and I had an amazing experience here! My husband and I came here for the couples deep tissue massage which we both had a great time. The atmosphere was very relaxing and charming. As an added bonus the prices are very doable! My massage therapist Evan did such a fantastic job. He made me feel very comfortable and coached me through the process. My husband and I felt great at the end and we will definitely be coming back!

The young AA girl, I believe her name started with a B who massaged my boyfriend needs extensive training. She dropped one of the hot stones on his head, did not seem competent and skillful as the massage was mediocre at best and he did not enjoy his experience as much as I did which is disheartening. Also her body Odor and breath was a huge turn off and added to the unprofessionalism.However- Gladys was wonderful! She is so competent, intuitive, professional and kind! My boyfriend and I had a couples massage here this week and will return to see her only! The front desk staff were warm and helpful. 90 minute massage was perfect.

The front desk receptionist is super friendly and welcoming. I had an 80min deep tissue massage with Meave. She was super informative and friendly. I felt like she really catered to my needs and left me feeling relaxed and replenished. She helped alleviate neck and shoulder pain as well as loosen tension in my hamstrings. I have been to this spa before and have nothing but great things to say! I will be coming back for all future spa needs.

This was my first time at Essential Spa Metrowest. I truly enjoyed the experience and have already booked another appointment. The massage therapist that provided my services was named Gladys and she was awesome.I had a combination deep tissue and relaxation massage with hot stone enhancement. I definitely want to try some of the other combinations as I’m sure they should be just as beneficial/awesome.

So my mom passed away last year and she had a bunch of gift cards from her husband at a different Essentials. My step dad gifted the balance on her account to me that was approximately $400. So the spa she went to was very nice and they told me that I can use it at the Essentials in Orlando. In January I go to the Essentials in Orlando and they use my balance and there are no issues. For Valentines Day I returned and they tell me over the phone that all V-Day appointments must be paid in advance. Cool, no issues with that. So I give the lady the gift card numbers over the phone and she tells me she will process it that night.On the day of our service, after our massage, the lady at the front desk who says shes the owner tells me that they dont take gift cards there from other Essential spas. I tell her that I was LITERALLY there last month and was able to use them. She tells me shes sorry but theres nothing she can do about that.....yet shes the owner. I tell her that they should have told me that over the phone when they made me pay in advance cause I could have EASILY drove 45 min to the other Spa vs spending an unnecessary $250! She wasnt willing to come up with any other solution and didnt even care that they were wrong for not giving this info in advance. Needless to say....we wont be returning. Id rather go back to the Spa that my mom used to go to.

My husband and I had a great experience and we recommend this place to everybody! We went to our first couples massage and the experience was phenomenal! Amanda and Jermaine were very courteous and professional. They guide us through all the process and made sure we were feeling comfortable and satisfied with the massage. They are very kind and gentle! The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. We were received with a big warm smile! Definitely coming back!!!!

By far the best massage I’ve had. This place did more for the money than any other clinic I’ve been to. From the hot towels and stones to the pumice scrub. Just excellent. They ask you on a form at your check in what you’d like the masseuse to focus on and/or what to avoid. This is the only place that actually paid attention to what I wrote down. It was flawless. I had Jasmine as my masseuse for this trip, highly recommended.If you’re in the area and looking for a massage, do NOT pass this place up!! Got the worst massage ever today. 😩 The therapist I had act like she was scared to touch the body. First time getting a massage with the sheet on. I know thats not how its supposed to be done. When I informed the front about my service nothing was done. They charged me no sorry or nothing. So I called back and questioned the service that I got, I was told that they would call me back. Nothing!!! I am very disappointed with the service that I was given totally unacceptable.

First time here. Did the couples massage which included hot stones, aroma therapy, and pineapple foot scrub exfoliation. We had 2 male therapists. It was amazing. They were professional, considerate, patient, gentle and very very good at what they do. I love that they greet you promptly, start on time and give you your full hours worth of services. I really appreciate it when my time is respected. At the end they give you after care instructions and a cup of fresh cold water. My husband and I felt so pampered and happy. Their prices are super affordable. Also the front desk woman is a sweetheart!

I got there a little before my appointment was scheduled to begin. They took me to the back shortly after. Shenita greeted me & took me to the back & she asked if I had any specific focal points & I did. I told her my neck & shoulders had been tight the last few days.she focused on those areas SO well - by the time I left I couldn’t believe how good my body felt. I kept rolling my shoulders to make sure it was real lol. The ambiance was amazing as well; the soft music & dark room really helped. The overall massage was literally amazing. I didn’t know I needed that but I’m so glad I went.

I have been going to this place for 4 years now and they are AMAZING. Kaitlyn is the BEST. She has hard pressure, gets all my knots out and does an incredible job over all. I have never had massages from anyone else like I have with Kaitlyn. Always will be back.

Rachel did both my aunt’s and my facial and we were both extremely satisfied with her service. She was so friendly and she recommended what would be best for our skin types. I highly recommend !!!!

The massage wasn’t bad however it wasn’t 60 minutes long like I paid for and also extremely rude how the front desk asked me out loud if i wanted to tip the workers and how much. $159 for a couple massage isn’t cheap and pretty much felt forced to tip when asked that, and then right after i swiped my card, the machine asked me about the tip, so what’s the point of asking me out loud?

I booked an appointment for my mom this morning, she went there and she was satisfied after the massage. She says she feels relieved and relaxedYou did great job. Thank you to the team of essentials spa for taking good care of my mom.

It was absolutely wonderful my masseuses were attentive and I walked out of there feeling like a new person I am definitely definitely going back.So Ive been to this business now three different times. The first time was absolutely wonderful. The second time I was unbelievably disappointed my masseuse did nothing that I asked and now for the third time which I requested the same masseuse from the first time I told him what was hurting meand was highly let down he touched on maybe half of what was wrong. I enjoyed the relaxation massage this morning. The staff was professional and courteous. The massage therapist Jermaine was professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable. The room was dimmed, smelled good and the music was relaxing - the room was not too cold. He asked me some questions and lead me through the massage so I would know what to expect. I would recommend him for your next massage. I will be going back every month. Go visit the spa and see for yourself. Prices are affordable, especially the specials from Monday - Thursday. The first day I went in to check it out the receptionist gave me a full tour of the spa and I felt very comfortable with her and the staff.

My husband surprised my mom and I with an awesome massage package. It was great. Ask for Barbara and Alexis. They were really great. They did a good job of making us feel comfortable and focusing on our main pain points. Returned there a few days later for a facial.

Everyone in there was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL I came in and booked a deep tissue massage , because I got lipo few weeks prior and I told the owner that . When I came in to get my massage after it was booked the lady however wasn’t comfortable with giving me a massage because I had LIPO ! She told me I needed medical clearance but nothing needs to be medically cleared ! My incisions are closed and I wasn’t draining anymore and I just needed a regular massage but they did not want to work on me simply because they just didn’t know what they were doing or the lady wasn’t trained right! Very very unprofessional ! I left my house 20 minutes away and she didn’t even come back in the room to speak with me I had to call the manager and speak to her until i was aware that no one was going to do my massage ! 0 stars would not recommend , lack of communication ! And very poor staff

My husband and I had an amazing experience during our couples massage. Evan was very professional and so was the other staff. No upselling which I always have negative experiences with at other spas so I was really impressed. It made the experience super smooth to keep the relaxing atmosphere. This place is hit or miss. The employees are very nice but the quality varies depending on who you get. If you decide to go Katlyn is honestly the BEST massage therapist on there hands, shes awesome and the only reason Im giving 3 stars. I recently booked and had the worst facial Ive honestly ever had. It was not relaxing, it was rough. I left with residue on my face and didnt receive any steam. The Esthetician was rubbing in downward motion the entire facial (unacceptable)! My face has spots on my cheeks and chin as if I scratch it. My neck nor my delicate were touched. Honestly it was the worst facial Ive ever had. I called and no one ever got back to me so Ive decided to look elsewhere for my relaxing services. I would not recommend if youre expecting to walk out feeling like your service (as far as the quality of your massage or facial) was amazing.

My husband and i purchased the couples massage package special and a facial for each on groupon. The staff was very nice as well as the atmosphere. I had Germaine as my massage therapist and he was very professional and absolutely amazing. The reason why i am giving it a 4 star is because when i went to use the restroom, it was very dirty. This is something i think a spa should maintain clean and presentable. Other than that service was great by everyone.

This was my very 1st spa experience and I was super nervous about getting a massage, but Germain made me feel very comfortable. But more to the point, I purchased the couples massage at a great deal, the staff is super friendly and professional, the facility is nice and clean and the ambiance was so chill and relaxing. Germain was my massage therapist and his hands are magical, he gave the most wonderful massage, so needless to say, but yes I will definitely be going back and I cant wait to try the other services they offer as well.

My massage was with Jermaine and he was awesome! You could tell he was very experienced and knew what he was doing. Such a nice person, too. The dim lighting and essential oils made it even more relaxing. The front desk was very helpful in accommodating our large group and the waiting room in the back was perfect for us to be together between services. Beautifully decorated, and everyone we encountered was helpful and professional.

Did couples massages and they were great! Came to Orlando for my birthday weekend Oct 19th and left very relaxed. Ate my birthday dinner and went right to sleep 😂 if I ever come back I will use their services again

The have a nice and clean reception area. Receptionist was very informative and accommodating. Cant tell how clean the room was because lighting was dim. But the bathrooms were very clean so that says a lot about the cleanliness of the place.The massage was okay I guess. I was expecting harder or deep tissue as I indicated. I just had a round of golf that afternoon thats why I needed a stronger massage. Maybe next time I visit I should emphasize.But Ill be back next time I am in Orlando. All in all my experience was better than average. I highly recommend the experience.

Great experience the MT I had was awesome. I find this happens at nail salons as well..... When paying they ask you out loud do you want to leave a tip in front of everyone. I get it thou, people are to be paid for their services, but do it a little more discreetly. Establishment was clean, staff smiles and welcoming....Ill be back!!

Jermaine did a fantastic job! I really liked that he explained everything he was going to do before the massage began and asked me prior to working on my glutes if I was comfortable receiving work in that area. He checked in on pressure multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. He was able to fit in a full-body massage and foot scrub in an hour without it feeling rushed. I will definitely return my next trip to Orlando!

My spouse and I absolutely LOVE this place! Every time we visit Orlando we try to go here for a massage. The staff are professional, the facility is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and all the therapists weve encountered thus far have been amazing. We always leave relaxed, satisfied, and counting down the time until our next visit. I highly recommend their services!

Agnis provided the best life changing massage that I could of expected got 90 minutes for $100 and hot stones were great. Alleviated lower back pain along with soreness all over. I could care less about looks of place but it was very clean. Front staff was unprofessional talking about everything personal between them not focusing on customers. Agnis though is why this place is in business at least in my opinion.

I desperately needed a massage but with all the Covid cases, I was afraid to set up an appointment anywhere. A friend told me about Essentials Spa and I booked an appointment. I was impressed from the moment I pulled into the property. The paperwork was brought out to my car and they let me know when my massage therapist was ready for me. Everything was very clean and I felt very safe. The massage, 1/2 deep tissue 1/2 relaxation, with Faye was absolutely incredible and with every penny. I will be back and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Very nice setting inside. Aroma peaceful and relaxing and the front desk ladies were very helpful. I paid extra for a deep tissue Swedish massage and it was not deep tissue. There are about 7 people both male and female working and they have back to back clients. It felt impersonal and reminded me of herding cattle lol. I did not receive any massaging on my lower back which i needed and stated. She did work on my shoulders and neck as I had large knots. So my back still hurts as it got no attention. The ladies were nice but like I said it is very impersonal. I suggest knowing what you want them to work on before you get in there. They also spent time lightly rubbing my scalp? I wanted deep tissue and felt like i got mostly a light massage. I prefer the individual therapists that take their time and its not just a routine they do.

I just received a couples massage with my boyfriend. He had a wonderful experience with the man who massaged him, but I did not. We paid for the hour long massage with aroma therapy and the woman who massaged me, Kathleen, seemed to rush through the entire massage. I did not receive the aroma therapy and she hardly focused on my neck and shoulders which I asked her to focus on. My boyfriend said the man massaged his temples also and I would have really liked that, but Kathleen did not do this for me. She mainly focused on my legs which I did not like at all. She even left the room while my boyfriend was finishing up his massage. I’ve received a massage here before and had a wonderful experience. If I decide to come back I will be sure to not get Kathleen. I am very upset.

Loved this place! Four of us came down to Orlando for vacation and found this place on Groupon. They were able to accommodate all of us for massages at the same time. We were a little late due to traffic but they still did their best to give us the full experience which was very much appreciated. Seriously dont hesitate to book a service here!!

My first visit was amazing did MICRODERMABRASION TREATMENT for the first time felt relaxing mind blowing. The lady who did my treated made it feel relaxed quiet nice music playing. Was well informed on what she was doing while doing the treatment talked to me while it was getting it done. I will come back again, also was recommended so products professional products will see how this works for my skin. And the office was clean very friendly people in the front desk.

My boyfriend and I did the Valentines package for a couples massage, and it was amazing! It was a great experience from when you walk in the door until you leave. We went in a room together where they had rose petals on the floor and fake candles lit around the room. The tables we laid on were heated, and it felt like a nice weighted blanket was placed over you. My boyfriend actually passed out for the last 10 minutes. after the massage was over, we were placed in a room where we were able to relax for a few minutes, drink a glass of wine, and eat some chocolate! 10 out of 10 would recommend and do it again. :)

The front desk staff are not friendly or very professional. They don’t give eye contact and seem to have poor communication with the message therapist. I’m addition the wedbsite gives instructions for how to book a couples massage, book two hours and add a note in the comments that you are requesting a couples massage. I did this and then called the spa before the date of my appointment. The spa charge me for 2 hours for both people and I found out at the end. When I told the from desk , she dismissed my concerns as me failing to communicate clearly. We enjoyed our massage so we were happy to pay for the services rendered but felt misled by the website and unheard when we mentioned it to the front desk staff. Aside from this we felt our experience was very good.

I walked in with neck pain and left feeling like a million bucks.. like I had a new back and neck. 100 percent recommend Jermaine!

I went here for my two year anniversary with my husband, we bought the spa package for two which includes a facial, massage and a pineapple feet exfoliation.For my facial I highly recommend Oelena, she was absolutely a goddess! Very calming and my extraction did not hurt. I go regularly for facials and have never had one as good as the one that she provided to me. Will definitely be returning for her!Massages were also excellent. I am uncomfortable with men and they were quick and professional with the way they accommodated me by providing me with a female massage therapist.My husband also highly recommends both his massage therapist and facial esthetician, however he does not remember their names.Overall a 15/10 experience! Will be coming here again.

My sister in law and I took my mom for her birthday last week. We purchased the package through Groupon for the 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial. My masseuse was a little late due to miscommunication so my facial was only 25 minutes. I didn’t make a stink about it though because the day was all about my mom.21 years ago my mom had two strokes back to back and now suffers from bad vertigo. She is unable to lay flat on her back or stomach so she has only gotten massages in the chairs. Her masseuse was awesome and decided to give her a pregnancy massage (on her sides) and propped her up with some pillows. It was the first time she has gotten a full body massage since before her strokes.Seeing how happy my mom was after her visit left me very happy with deciding to go with essential spa and salon. She wound up booking her next appointment for her facial and wants to bring me back for some more massages.This will be my new spot to bring my friends for a girls day whenever I am back visiting in town. My masseuse was a man (I can’t remember his name) but he was amazing. I go for a massage once a month, since I have scoliosis and I work on my feet all day I’m always in pain, and I felt so much more relaxed and rejuvenated after this massage than any other.I highly recommend this place for their friendly staff, white glove clean establishment, and great prices.

I am very pleased with this facility. Very comfortable & relaxing. Had a fantastic massage & facial. I fell asleep twice during my facial. I was able to make a same day appointment for me & my sister. I definitely recommend making an appointment because they do book up. I felt very relaxed from it.

They asked about you at the beginning to try and get a feel of what would need attention. I work overnights and I hunch over so my shoulders and my neck were the problem. They explained what was going to happen. Great ambiance and the aromas were amazing! Would definitely go back again :)
